Drove through two nights ago, the big 350 lb black guy working the window tried to rip me off when giving me change. He shorted me $5 then when I said I gave you a $10, not a $5, he was a horrible actor, he's a thief.
I think that Arby's in Minnesota are great! Everybody is so friendly and the food is great! Keep up the good work and keep selling those darn good French Dip and Swiss!! :)
went in to Arby's store #1217 on 10/5/2010 at 7:00pm the place was "CROWEDED" at the counter waiting on their food they ordered 20 minutes earlier. They employees were more worried about getting the drive thru orders first instead of taking care of the people who ordered before the ones in drive thru. You had a lobby full of at least 7 families with no less then 3 teenagers in each group. we are talking maybe at least $20.00-$30.00 orders for each family. plus you had a few single people. Then you have the little orders coming thru drive thru which were maybe $3.00-$5.00 orders. They put those orders thru first. While I was there the line was so long to take the order then another 15 minutes to 20 minutes to receive the order, that I know for a fact that 2 families asked for their money back and 3 families walked out. There was an issue with the turnovers, people were prdering them and they said it would be 20 minutes to cook the chocolate and 12 minutes for the apple, people order them and she said they would be ready by the time we got done with the meal. We ate and after we ate they said it's about another 10 minutes on the apple, then they had to cool down. just to get a apple turnover after your meal it was a total of 45 minutes. that is totally uncalled for. It will be a very long time before my family will be going to Arby's again. especially when you have to wait 20 minutes to get a meal you ordered 20 minutes earlier. The manager was tere and he didn't even say he was sorry for the delay nothing. You guys need to get people that are more efficient and care about customers that they will return, or just close down that location. We are talking about in the middle of East Cobb people.

JUST A NOTE TO SAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WENDY'S IN WHITEOAK, PA. I ORDERED ONE OF YOUR NEW SALADS (PECAN CHICKEN SALAD) WHICH COSTS $5.99. WHEN I GOT HOME AND TOOK THE SALAD OUT OF THE BAG, I FOUND A WHOLE PIECE OF CHICKEN ON TOP OF THE LETTUCE AND I WAS FLOORED BECAUSE I ONLY RECEIVED A VERY SMALL SALAD IN A BIG BOWL. THE WHOLE SALAD DID NOT EVEN FILL HALF THE BOWL. I TRIED ANOTHER SALAD (BLT COBB) AT YOUR STORE IN WILKINS, PA AND WAS VERY SURPRISED TO FIND A WONDERFUL SALAD AND A VERY GENEROUS PORTION OF LETTUCE. I HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO THE WENDYS IN WHITE OAK, BUT RECENTLY THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD IS NOT UP TO PAR WITH OTHER WENDYS.
4th complaint with no response from wendys. cold chuli from thje store on southwest cutoff in worcester mass. I called on my cell on the way down the road regarding the cold chuli. have sent two more emails to corporate with no response. I will stay on this till I get someone from corprate to listen to the cavalier treatment afforded my by wendy's.
I am furious. I went to the Wendy's on Far Hills ave in Dayton Ohio. today. we drove in around 9pm. We ordered the new Chicken pecan salad which was 5.99. we also ordered a baked potato chedder and bacon jr cheeseburger. after we were given the total of 9.57. As we pulled up to the window to pay the lady stated that they had no salad. no lettece there fore we could have no salad. we had already paid , she asked me then if we wanted something els so i ordered another baked potato and a frosty. instead of re ringing the order they gave us the new order and acted oblivious. I asked the lady at the food window why the price was the same. she kept talking about the salad was 5.99 ect/... i then stated several times that we did not get a salad. so eventually the lady through a dollar out the window to my friend. this wendys was very unprofessional and very rude. i am so mad that i was unable to get my salad i have been wanting to try it. they are too lazy to get some more lettuce made to make a salad. there is no customer service anymore. i will never go there again.
This is in regards to Wendys in Staten Island, NY ...141 E Service Rd ..there is a manager named Deanna who is extremely verbal abusive to the staff. Deanna talks to this workers most of whom are teenagers horrible. She is constantly suspending and firing and rehiring workes..making constant threats at them .This is a totally wrong ..and something needs to be done or she needs a course on how to speak to speak to people and how to be a manager.

I recently went to the Wendy's on Dundee Ave. in Elgin, IL. Everyone there was spectacular! My food was fresh and delicious, the employees were cheerful and polite, and the store was immaculate. I will continue to eat at this restaurant and enjoy their excellent service.
I ATTEMPTED PURCHASE DINNER FOR MY FAMILY TONIGHT (5/18/2010) AT 8:22PM. I WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU IN CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA (CHESAPEAKE SQUARE) TO BE EXACT. WHEN I DROVE UP TO THE MENU BOARD, A LADY GREETED ME WITH "WENDY'S MAY I HELP YOU?" I RESPONDED WITH ONE MOMENT PLEASE! THE LADY CLEARLY AND VERY LOUDLY SAID AGAIN " WEND'S MAY I HELP YOU PLEASE?" I THEN REPEATED MYSELF AGAIN, ONE MOMENT PLEASE! SHE THEN SAID IN A VERY LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL TONE "WELL I DIDN'T HEAR YOU LADY". I DROVE AROUND BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GET FOOD FROM THIS PLACE FOR MY FAMILY. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THOSE THAT WERE IN THE PARKING LOT HEARD THE WAY THIS WOMEN WAS TALKING TO ME OVER THE MICROPHONE. JUST RUDE!!!! WHEN I DROVE AROUND TO GET OUT OF THE LINE SHE WAS COMING TO THE WINDOW TO SEE WHO I WAS. HER NAME WAS WANDA!! I SAW HER NAME BECAUSE IT WAS PINNED TO HER WENDY'S CAP, NOT ON HER SHIRT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. SHE OPENED THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW, SO I ASKED HER WAS SHE THE ONE ON THE MICROPHONE AND SHE SAID "YES I WAS"! I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING FOR WENDY'S. I LET HER KNOW THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL THE COMPLAINT LINE ON HER FOR HER BEHAVIOR AND RUDENESS AND SHE SAID " YOU DO THAT" AS IF SHE WASN'T CONCERNED AND DIDN'T CARE IF SOME MADE A COMPLAINT ON HER. SHE WAS AWFULL. AND, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE AGAIN AND I WILL LET ALL OF MY CO-WORKERS KNOW ABOUT THIS LOCATIONS UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!!
To Whom It May Concern! I am writing this letter to the corporate mgmt! I live in Palm Desert, Ca. I frequently go to the corner Wendy's because I have a disabled child and it's the only burger place around that I can easily walk too. I have been going there for approximently 1yr. On almost every visit, my food is old, dried up or cooked wrong, not to mention they give me a dime size amount of mustard and an old soggy onion ring, when I have asked for Xtra mustard and Xtra onions.....well, today, my son brought me lunch and when I opened the burger up, there was NO mustard and NO onions....and the hamburger was old and dried up. I demanded that he return it, and when he arrived the Mgr tried to say it was freshly made , but my son opened up the burgers and showed him how old it looked. Then the Mgr said, how sorry he was, as he has done many many times when we have returned the food...but this time, he stated that the order had been saved from the night before when my son attempted to pay with his debit card but it was declined. They actually saved the food and reheated it for us the next day! GROSS!!!! Beyond comprehention!!!!! Not to mention that they stated that they could not put fresh onions on my burger because the onions were bad, but its sure weird that my friend who also got to burgers had , yet another soggy onion on HER BURGER!!!!! Bottom line, if something is not done SOON....I am going to contact the local Health Dept and make a formal complaint. I have no doubt they would be very interested in knowing the absolute horrible food coming from this probable horribly dirty kitchen!!! Come on people....Gte it together!! To whom it may concern, I filed a complaint earlier today with an Arby's in my area, the main reason I was complaining is because the people that made the food was unable to speak or understand English, they messed up the order three times and the manager had to fix it, I also stated in my complaint I was concerned that these people could be spreading bird flu or TB because in my opinion they appear to be illegal aliens, well within the hour of making my complaint I received a call from the owner of the store, he made plenty of excuses why he hired people that can not speak English, Then in my opinion he threatened me by saying I'll meet you anywhere at any time, he also stated that I did not know what the hell I was talking about and that i should shut the f--k up this is totally uncalled for, if you're going to be selling franchises you might want to consider people that are not so quick to fly off the handle, needlessly to say I'm extremely disappointed in Arby's for multiple reasons, I did not get the person's name but I did get his phone number off of my caller ID his number is 540-840-5410 my tracking number for the e-mail that I sent him through Arby's website is 376355 his store location is warranted road in Fredericksburg Virginia,I thought this was my civic duty to draw this to your attention. I rated this as such because the 2 women in the store behind the counterwere not courtious at all. I had asked for a number 6 and asked for potatoe cakes instead of fries I received my order and had to take the fries that I did not order back and get what I did order. After telling me sit down with the fries she said I'll bring them as they were done. 25 minutes latersomeone come out and says your the one with potatoe cakes and says here Im sorry but she burnt them here's a voucher for a free meal. So I ask if I'm in the front of one of your restaurants and I hear the associate in the back say oh well someone else will eat them if I said I'm finnished my meal 20 minutes prior why would I want them If it's not part of the deal. Oh and by the way it's very unsanitary to have a person walk behind the counter in a restaurant of any kind wearing a wife beater and handling food period yet the associates were carrying on and laughing talking loudly for everyone to hear; nevermind I figured out why she didn't hear the bell ring on my potatoe cakes is because she was working. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! The staff at the PGB FL is RUDE! I will not be returning. EVER!! I asked to speak w/ to a mananger. There was not one on duty!! OH PLEASE! Wendy'a needs to get there act together. People will go elsewhere!!
