Okay so in New Castle, PA, Arby's is legit making me angry. I could go there in the beginning of the month and order a max combo and get a large sandwich, large fry, and a large drink. Food will be okay, a little greasy but what do you expect. Okay but then I could go there a couple weeks later, order the same thing, and have them give me a large sandwich, a small fry, and a small drink...and when I tell them my order is wrong they tell me that's what I get with the max combo meal.. ??? So every other time I go there I swear they continue to have my order correct one day, and wrong the next time i go, but then argue with me telling me that I'm wrong and that's what comes with it. I was like NO If I ordered the small combo meal, I would expect a small sandwich, a small fry, and a small drink, and then the lady closed the door on me and walked away.
Went to Arbys 2/13/12 . Ordered two fish sandwiches medium curly fry. Watched as employees swept the floor and mopped the floor thinking my food was being prepared by other employees, Guess what, not so, after waiting about five minutes one of the girls takes a phone call on her cell phone then looks up at me. She then puts the fish in the fryer and fries in the fryer and says it will be just a few minutes we are just waiting on your hot fries. Will never ever step foot inside an arbys again. Service is out the door this isnt the first time this has happened with the poor service. The worst thing was is that I was the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE AND THERE WERE 5 PEOPLE WORKING...Location Redford,MI. Telegraph north of 96
Wendys new 25% more beef jr cheeseburger is horrible. Got it cold beef and bun at one location thought it was a fluke. Tried another location got it the same way bun cold and the meat what there is of it was luke warm at best and thats taking it to my car and eating it no time to cool off. Cold off the fryer. Dont change what isnt broken . Could someone please look into lowering wendys and arbys prices. If you want a regular meal it costs like 8.00. which is ridiculous.Just make good food at fair prices that is what Dave would of wanted not to gouge the customer.
I'm an old employee of a Wendy's down here in Arizona. While I was working there, I discovered that the back was dirty, there was always gnats flying around, and most of the food(mostly salad fixings) were brown, old, and sometimes moldy. Also, while working there; I also noticed that 75-95% of the employees and sometimes the managers had extremely bad and rotten attitudes towards each other, and customers. Being an old employee can say for myself & my family that we will never go to Wendy's(especially that one) again..
How do we like the new Arbeys small size sandwich, on a baby bun at $1.29 I wanted a Giant sandwich, told me do not have them any more in Corbin, Kentucky
the food was ok at the lincoln, illinois, arbys. just one thibg drove me nuts the entire time eating in. the greeting of the customers. welcome to arbys. the cashier says it once.. thats great. as soon as she says it the other five workers cheer like robots back to us. welcome to arbys! without turning around or acknowledging the actual customer. it comes off insincere and pointless along with annoying . i would rather not be greeted by the entire staff if its in that manner. ugghhh. Welcome to Arbys!!!!!!! Welcome to Arbys!!!!!!
I thought South Florida was the capital of rude, incomepetent workers. I guess it's now a national trend! My comments from January 22 to Wendy's online email have so far been ignored at not responded to. Here's what I'd written: Having given blood today, I asked a police officer friend to pick me up a couple of crispy chicken sandwiches from Wendy's on her way to an off duty job near me. She chose the one noted as it was near her residence and went through the drive through. My order was for two crisy chicken sandwiches with DOUBLE lettuce, tomato, pickle and onions and a senior Diet Coke with easy ice. She was refused a senior drink through the drive-thru (although we both qualify for the drink), and my sandwiches were NOT prepared as requested. Additionally, she told me that she was treated quite rudely despite the fact that: 1. She is a customer 2. She had a police badge hanging around her neck 3. She was not rude or impolite to the attendant She also purchased a hamburger for herself, and found it not up to Wendy's quality. Believe me, if it wasn't for the fact that I have a good customer relationship at a DIFFERENT Wendy's location, I'd dump your chain in nothing flat for that kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness. It's bad enough that a CUSTOMER was treated improperly... it's WORSE that a public servant sworn to protect and defend was treated in this manner... and it's additionally insulting to NOT fill an order AS REQUESTED. This is NOT a problem with any possible surcharges for extra items... it's thoroughly IGNORING the customer's request. One more thing... this rule of "NO senior drink" through the drive-through is an insult to all of us who have been fortunate enough to make it to such an age to qualify. This is an idiotic, biased and illogical rule! If you're trying to alientate people and lose customers, believe me... this experience would do so in a New York minute! I'm embarrassed that I asked my friend to stop off for the food for me. Shame on the Wendy's in the 1800 block of Miami Gardens Drive for such rude, poor service - and shame on Wendy's Corporation for their discriminatory rule about no senior drink through the drive-through!
I frequent the Wendy's on Hwy 80 in Phenix City, AL. 9 out of 10 times they are out of baked potatoes. I've asked the manager several times about this, only to get the response of "they didn't ship enough or they didn't order enough". Really? Who does the ordering? I'm not the only one complaining, several customers in line behind me also complained. This needs to be checked into by upper management. Also, if you are constantly out, then just take them off the menu.
On 01/03/2012 I visited Wendy's on Cascade exact location 3675 Cascade Rd. The people there are so sneaky & unprofessional! I was cheated out of $10.00 and was told by a mang. that she couldn't count down her draw right then & there I had to call her the next day to check if her till come up short. I know for a fact that the cashier working there stole my $ 10.00 this is a matter I want take lightly and will do the correct thing and take it up with corporate! I would not step foot in that Wendy's ever again!!!!!!
Im a arbys employee. I have had customers who have been so rude. When I was doing drive thur i had a group of college girls in their Bug laughing I thought okay I said how are you? The didn't even hear so I went to repeat there order 2 junior roast beef and a vaule shake. I guess one of the girls thought it would be funny to give me money she had put her mouth and she handed it to her friend. Being that she thought it was funny I was thinking disgusting. I took and then she starts fake crying just be annoying and her friend said she had a bi polar disorder which i happen to have myself. I found it offensive but I didn't say a word till I was done with my orders. Its not always employees being rude but customers can be too
went to arbys in villa rica. (6645) on 12-31-2011. they charged me 2 kids meals and my other order. came out to be $25.20. that was WRONG!! i went back up to the counter to fix the problem and they claimed they took out the extra kids meal. on my bank account on 01-01-2012, it reads that the $25.20 is a "debit" from my account, and an EXTRA $21.15 is also a debit from my account. now, $21.15 would have been the correct debit AFTER the first mess up. now why do i have to pay $46.35 for 2 sandwich meals and 1 kids meal???? NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN OR ANY ARBYS AGAIN!! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!! this is against the law!! THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into Wendy's on cape horn rd in pa, with my brother my two year old son and grandparents and the wait was absolutely rediculas we waited a half hour at least before our order was even taken, and this Wendy's is always like this u go in they have 1 cashier and that cashier takes one order and then fills it and then takes another order I am sorry but when there is a long line a manager needs to step in and do something I was very dissatisfied with wendys. And the cashier didn't seem like she knew what she was doing! Thanks for your time
I stopped at a Wendys in Bluefield VA and Im totally grossed out by the toilet plunger sitting on the counter top and right in front of the coffee pot. I didn't accept my order and I wont go to that place again. NASTY!!!!!!! I have a pic to prove it.,
We have the worst ARBY's ever. I've complained to no avail. The drive thru is filthy, the food has gristle in it, and there is a shrub at the drive thru that you have to drive AROUND to get to the window. I've got pictures - let me SHARE! I know you will agree that Wilmington, OHIO has a filthy "restaurant".
i went to arby today in indian trail, nc after a long drive rto pick up my brother. when i got my recipet i tried telling tina d the cashier she had made a mistake but ignored it so when all the food was there i told them it was all worng and plus i was missing a sandwhich. they refussed to fix it or give me the right food. and tina d the cashier made the comment "i do this everyday im pretty sure i can hear and know what im doin" sorry but clearly you dont. a sweet girl came out and apoligized for here rude behavior. 12/23/11
We have been going to the Arby's in Silver City,NM for several years, because we like Arby's & it is conveniently located next to our Market. Up until approx. 4 months ago, each time we left, we vowed to never go back. The people were rude, & the restaurant was not very clean. The food was ok, but service was terrible, which promted us go elsewhere. We were there today, & we both commented on how courtious & friendly all of the employees were, & how much cleaner the facility was. We asked our server, who courtiously brought our meal to our table, if management had changed. He said yes, approx. 4 months ago. 5 stars to whomever made the change!!!!!!!! The unit # is 1986. We will continue to enjoy our Arby's!!
the people at your holland michigan wendys must be severly retarded. i clear as day ordered the 10 peice nuggets and they tryed to give me a hamburger. i can get better service at burger king.
Providing a reward for taking the survey is nice; HOWEVER, IT IS NOT NICE TO HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STORE SURVEYED IN ORDER TO REDEEM THE COUPON. Many people travel and stop at stores all over the country so it's virtually impossible for them to redeem the coupon. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS' OPINIONS ENOUGH TO PROVIDE A REWARD FOR THEM, THEN DON'T PUT RESTRICTIONS ON THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE REWARDS. Requiring customers to return to the store surveyed in order to redeem the coupon is a slap in the face to those customers who care enough to provide feedback.
I picked up a meal at Arby's in Sebring, Florida at 7:00 PM one evening in January. I used my credit card, and the girl took it for a minute and brought it back with my order. I noticed there was no receipt in the bag when I got home to eat, and jotted down the date, time and amount and put it with my receipts. A month later, my credit card shows a charge to JetBlue the day after my visit to Arby's for $537.90. No other fraudulent charges, and we had not used that credit card for 2 weeks before that night. I'm not worried that the credit card company won't take the fraudulent charge off--we've already talked to them and cancelled the card. We've already filed a police report. What appalled me was the attitude of the general manager and the district manager. Both said it couldn't have happened, those employees never give any problems, and no one is allowed to bring a cell phone with a camera into work (right?) so it just couldn't be. I will be taking this higher, but would warn folks not to use a credit card (or debit card) at fast food places at a drive up window ever. Pretty doggone creepy, but the attitude at Arby's was even creepier.
