Normally I am very pleased with Arby's. But today I got pottied off! I have been to Arby's for sandwiches with and without coupon's. I have not had a problem getting couponed items without the coupon except for 3 times counting today. I just picked up 4 French Dip sandwiches last Friday with "NO" coupon. Today the woman at the counter refused to sell me 6 sandwiches because I had no coupon. She got rude and so I left. As I left another member made a sarcastic comment. Arby's needs to work on customer relations! The food is one of the most expensive fast foods out there. My family prefers to eat there and we aren't always prepared with a coupon. Do you want my business or not!!

i have been to several wendys in my area. i am very dissatisfied in the customer service , workers are very rude , the food is not fresh , or hot for that matter.

When I visited the wendys on 28th st at the family fare gas station a very rude employee wasn't courteous at all. She slid my food across the counter which landed on the floor as well as my drink all on my pants. I was so upset I just left so embaressed. I have yet to go back. Her name was alexa fisher I later found out by a friend who had the same experience. She needs to get fired.

I went to wendy's on my way home to pick up dinner for my family in Rainbow City Al. I pulled up to the meun in th driver thur and the lady got my order. I drove around to the window and she was very nice and respectful. She gave me my drinks and asked me if I would pull up cause the fries as cooking, so I did. I waited for about 10 mins and finally they came out with my order. I left to go home which is 30 mins away from wendy's. Got home and open the bag to pass out to my family and the fries i waited on was half full in the box.(I order Large on all my orders)I was upset and then I took a drink of the tea and I was so sour I had to poor all of them down the drain. I spent $32 and some change on nothing. So I called the manger (which I have never done before) and she act like she could care less. I will not be giving this wendy's my hard earned money anymore.

I was looking for jobs and i heard that wendy's was hiring i call them to get information about how to fill out the application. she told me to go to the wbesite which wasn't a good way to get hire people because their wasn't no info say that click here to fill applications out on careers. An idea: Why not have a garden just for Wendy's / Arby's to grow the tomatoes, lettace etc that you need. That way your cost would be down and you could have the idems needed without depending on others

I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with the new sea salt fries! You absolutely had the best fast food fries around and you have gone and changed them to something I wouldn't give my dog! Please, change back your fries.....until then I will frequenting McDonalds.

In your Restaurant in Forest, MS, the restroom was filthy....not just dirty like a customer had misused, but ages and ages of filth. I could only imagine how the kitchen area would be also. The reason I put "fair" was that the waiter was very nice.

I live in Gillette,Wyoming and the food (if you can call it that!!) was roten, tasted rancid very,very bad food!;( I can't rate a 0 but that's what I would rate.And it was the NEW Angus three cheese & bacon.

I give Arby's a one star rating because there was nothing lower! Dawn suggested all us complainers should just go to McDonalds. Good advice, Dawn. Everyone should go to McDonald or other fast food restaurant because Arby's is pathetic! If everyone followed Dawn's advice she'd be the only one there. I'll never be back!

The assistant manager at location 00002082, Michelle, provided the worst service I have EVER received. She used inappropriate language and kicked things around the kitchen after I communicated my order was incorrect. She was agitated upon my arrival and made no attempt to provide friendly customer service. I do not expect 5star service; however, when providing a service cursing at a customer should be inexcusable. Another employee apologized on her behalf.

My husband and and I have always enjoyed Arby's in the past. We also know that no restaurant get it right 100% of the time, yet we continue to patronize. We have had a few incidences recently but nothing that kept us away. Today, is a different story. We stopped at an Orlando Arby's and couldn't wait to order your new Angus Beef sandwich. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were very, very disappointed with what we had in front of us. The meat was falling off the bun, it was all rolled up in a solid mass, the whole sandwich was smooshed and looked like it had been stepped on. I took pictures and someone somewhere is going to see what we received. These sandwiches looked NOTHING like the picture and it looked nothing like anything we would ever order again. In fact, I think we have come to the end of giving Arby's another chance. Arby's no more!

The Turkey Bacon Sub now has a new gummy bun! It is HORRIBLE! We finally called our local Arby's and complained that for the last 2 weeks (it is now March 2011) that we ordered our favorite garden sandwiches, had wet soggy buns. IT was then we learned about the new bun. I WANT CORPORATE TO KNOW WE WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS SANDWICH AGAIN...:(

This complaint refers to the Wendy's Store located at 1024 W. Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666. A few months ago the Wendy's at this location was remodeled,the restrooms included. The men's room is fairly large (appx 10 X 12 ft.) It has a toilet stool, urinal, sink and hand dryer. Everything is located in the open. There is no privacy stall around the toilet stool. Customers must lock the door to use the toilet in private and no one else can get in to wash their hands or use the urinal. Male customers have had to use the ladie's room at times because the men's room door was locked for privacy. The ladie's room has privacy stalls. Why wasn't a privacy stall for the toilet in the men's room included in the renovation? Install one now. I am a regular Wendy's customer and several other customers have complained about this inconvenience/oversight. Send me your email address and I will send you pictures of the men's room. wendys #213 in ridgeland ms is serving raw hamburgers it has happened several times the manager gave me a refund but i still have to return to store and waste my time.i dont think she is doing anything about it and one of her employees was very rude and should be fired for talking back to a customer.if any of my employees ever smarted off to one of my customers they would be fired.please retrain the cooks and manager at wendys 213 7001 old canton rd ridgeland ms 39157 601-853-04440

Scott Rhodes the area manager in Memphis Tn. is a predator , do not let your young girls work for Arbys in this area . He is the worst kind of human being, a husband and father of two young sons that seduces his young female employees!! he needs to be terminated from the position that he so poorly uses his power as the "BOSS". signed sickened.

You have got to be kidding me!!!!! $2.30 for a med size drink????? NEVER AGAIN

I am from Rockingham, NC. We did not get any food because my husband gave the cashier $20 and she gave us change for a $10. We told them that we gave them a $20. However, the 2nd Cashier, checked the drawer (took it to the office) and came back to tell us that the drawer was coming up correct. She told us we could talk to the manager. The manager comes out and tells us to wait. About 15 minutes later, she tells us she is sorry but the drawer is right. We tell her to please count it again. The manager goes in the back and comes back out about 15 minutes later to say, we are sorry but they could not find where we gave them a $20 because the drawer is really $20 short. We said, wait a minute we know we gave the cashier $20. The manager said I am sorry. We then asked her for the receipt in which we never recieved. I told her that most receipts have the amount of money that the customer gives on it and then shows the change that is to be given back to them. She said their's did not. I told her, that we will NEVER come back to Arby's again! This was a bad experience. I told her that I was going to call the headquarters and report this, because there is no way a drawer can be right and wrong at the same time. I say to any of you...if you come to the Rockingham store, make sure you have the correct amount for your order!!!

Submitted to Wendy’s on January 5, 2010 Re-submitted again on January 11, 2011 at 2:31 p.m. Some of the items we ordered were: one large salad COBB, two double cheeseburgers from the economy menu, two bacon cheeseburgers from the economy menu and French fries, which was on the first receipt and which totaled $16.12. I went back up to order two regular Chicken McNuggets and a small French Fry for my 19-month old grandson, which my husband forgot to get at the counter the first time. In addition, my husband had ordered two large diet drinks on the first receipt. The salad, which should have comprised of more than three straggly pieces of spinach, consisted of basically all iceberg lettuce and hardly any blue cheese or tomatoes. I had one strip of bacon which tasted awful as though it had been sitting around for a while. The chicken on it was OK but cold. The French fries everyone ordered (at different intervals), were cold, mushy and tasteless! The Chicken McNuggets were also cold and rubbery to the touch. I would not allow my grandson to eat it and he began to cry. We literally left most of everything there and after speaking to one of the attendants, walked out. I had advised the attendant that I was going to make a complaint about the horrendous tasteless and cold food, and she stated, go ahead, whatever. I was very annoyed at her reply to me and left with my family. My second order came to $4.12. Unfortunately, I was never given a receipt for that purchase. It didn’t dawn on me that I would need a receipt; that I would be making a complaint this day to Wendy’s. Very disillusioned! This occurred in your Wendy's Restaurant located in Honesdale, PA. There is only one Wendy's there.
