Went to Wendy's in Vallejo, CA. I've never had a problem before - but this one needs to be addressed. I contacted customer service and still haven't had a response. I ordered a Chicken Pecan Salad and it had a really big, gross, rotten piece of apple directly on top of the salad. I didn't realize it until I got back to work and didn't have time to go back. I couldn't eat it after seeing that! I have pictures but I don't think I can add them into this. The other Wendy's in town is empty now - I think this one may be next.
I read, after the deal was done, that Dave Thomas' daughter Wendy was mortified by the acqusistion. Kudo's for putting to rest any fears she might have had. The use of Wendy in some of your spots as well as using redheaded actresses for others is a brilliant move. Keeping to the "red" theme never lets the fact that Wendy, the real one as well the younger version used on your signage has red hair. As the Golden Arches are to McDonalds so is the color red to Wendy's. The former to be seen only on their signage the other seen everywhere. Gee, I wonder who has the leg up there? Sometimes fresh eyes can see the stiches on the fastball before it leaves the mound better than eyes that have become tired & out of focus. Oh, & it doesn't hurt us out here in consumer land who think redheads are tops! :) A customer for life, Dan
Went to Arby's in Geneva, NY. Ordered the beef & bacon sandwhich that comes on a deli roll, $4.79. I was appalled at the sandwhich when I opened the wrapper. The bun was chewy like it had been nuked. There was roast beef and maybe 1 slice of the thinnest bacon I've ever seen. The condiment was a mayo like substance and I would never have even known it was there except that I opened the bun to try and find the bacon. This was not even worth $2. It was tasteless, dry and VERY disappointing. This was the first time I'd been to Arby's in NY and will never go back!!! The Arby's in Beaverton, OR was fantastic! But I'm not willing to drive 2700 miles to get a good sandwich.
my name is janine --On may 3, We we to Wendy's store 01392 in High point Nc. I think it was the slowest store I have ever been in. At all times there was at least 10 cars in lines. Also inside the line line at least 10 people in line. We ordered a number one combo ,one chili, one chicken sandwhich. By the time my husband got the food. It was not warm. Wendy's is usually good we do not eat out alot . I think this store needs more employees with better attitudes. and the they could give fASTER service. The cashier that waited on us if she worked for me I would fire her. Thanks janine
Simi valley, simi valley, simi valley, simi valley, simi valley simi valley, simi valley, for the life of Arby's marketing directors, ceo's and anybody connected to Arby's, why does simi valley have three jack box, now our fourth Ronald's, three dels and still no effing Arbys! If I really wanted Arby's, I have to travel 18 miles to the east or 16 miles to the west, guess what, it's cold when I get home so forget that, are you a democrat institution that hates our predominate republican community ?
on April 14, 2012, my wife & I stopped at the Lewes Arbys for a quick window meal. The total was 12.06 and I gave the lady 20.06, took my bag, a few sauces and drove off. About 20 miles later, my wife asked if I got the $8 change. Realizing I hadn't, I called and asked for the manager. When I explained to Mgr Annette what happened, she immediately yelled to "Close the Window register" and explained that they will count the register and if they find the $8, they will send it to me. 4 days later, I received $8 in the mail with a brief apology from Annette. Although I am not a fast-food-fanatic, I've gone back 3 times to show my appreciation for their attitude, honesty and professionalism. I have not met her yet, but I know that she is a good rep for Arby's! Thanks!!!
The food is always good but at some of the Arby's like in Bellevue, NE they don't have good coffee anymore and only seasoned fries. ugh! But what is really important is the kind of people that Arby's hired at the Arby's on the Belt Way in St. Joseph, MO. Beth Donaldson was the manager on Duty during a busy Sunday lunchtime on April22, 2012 when 7 women friends stopped for take-out. Two hours later I realized I had left my purse with credit cards, over $300.00 cash, driver's license, Medicare cards, etc. at the restaurant! I called, they had it! I asked them to take out whatever it cost to overnight it to me. I got it at 10:30 Tuesday morning with everything intact. Thank you Beth Donaldson and Donna Weston for keeping my billfold safe and returning it to me. You could have emptied it of cash and threw it away but someone hired people whom they could trust!! And that is the most important reason to hire a person! Their actions "saved" my vacation! MSB
Yesterday, 4/22/12, I went to your store in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Unit 1453, order #271, sale # 93618650, and ordered 2 RB Classics, and 1 Md Curly Fry. This store is approximately 1-1/2 miles from my home. When I got home, my wife noticed that the Curly Fry order was missing. I had to go back, showed my purchase slip, and did receive my missing order. No sorry, no Oops I made a mistake, and when I did get back home, they didn't have the sense to give me any ketchup packets, which is usually given. Usually there is a manager in your facility. Yesterday, no one other than the workers. I'm also going to write to your corporate offices about this discourteous incident.
Arby's off I-95 in Belcamp, MD! I love Arby's, but there is none near my home, so when I travel, I like to go. To my horror, after arriving in New Jersey to gas up several hours later, I found that I had left my purse, with cell phone, cash, credit cards, etc., at Arby's in Maryland! Fortunately, I had enough gas to go home and did an internet search to locate which Arby's I had stopped at. They had put my purse in a safe place, and promised to mail it to me. It arrived today, with everything, not a penny missing! What wonderful honesty you can still find. I am sending a gift to the folks at that Arby's because they were wonderful!
I hate ur Ruben Sandwich it taste awful I never but this disgusted sandwich again in any arby's and going to tell the millions of arby's customers to never eat that crap. And ur Philly steak do not have enough pepper, cheese, and onions on it da.. that was just as nasty shame on u arby's owner for the nasty menu in all of the fast food chains goodbye u have lost me as a value customer forever!!!!!
Today, April 17, 2012, I went to get lunch fer a few of us in the office from your store located 11445 W63rd St. Shawnee Kansas. when I returned with the purchase, all was included, but two of the swandwitches had the original plastice wrapping still on the ham slices. Apparently there is no training, and no quality control on the slicing. It isvery apparent to me, that this was the last time I purchase eanything from that location. The plastic was not visable on the sandwitchs. It was only discovered once there was a bit taken out and either the plastic "string" would still be attached to the sandwitch, or you would feel it on your mouth. Either is completly unexceptable! It completly ruined lunch for the three of us, since all were wondering with each bit if there was going to be something to pull out for the trash.
Rude, rude, rude and more rude. Arby's, Manchester Expressway, Columbus, GA. The last three times we have visited there, there has been something messed up! Today it was S L O W service, and we were the ONLY car in drive through, maybe three other vehicles in the parking lot. Finally the girl at the window took our money.... then shoves the bag of food at me with "Here" and turns her back. I had to ask her to please get my drink.... that was done without a word......really snippy attitude. I am sorry she was having such a bad day. The assistant manager says they do not put up with that kind of customer service... I have two words...... PROVE it. Customers are the reason they get a paycheck. I do not OWE them for being there!
My friend and I visited Arbys on march 8 for a meal and some time to catch up. We parked our cars in the designated parking spots for customers. We got our food and sat down. Immediatly a woman in a yellow vest and a blaze orange flag come up and asked us first, if we were eating at Arby's...well we had food in front of us, so yes. She then proceeded to ask us where our cars were in that it only Arby's customers could park in the lot. We pointed out our cars. Not 5 minutes later, she came over and asked THE EXACT questions again and indicated she was "getting ready to have cars towed". WHAT??? I tried to find an Arby;s manager to speak with but that was futile. I finally spoke to someone who appeared to have a bit more common sense than the others there and explained my concern. She looked at me blankly and then said, oh,ok. Im sorry. I was harrassed eating a meal and did I mention that the woman but chalk on our tires. REALLY? I will NEVER eat at an Arby's again. Shame on you for allowing such behavior.
Wendy's 04900090 2 2068-address 2818 New Spring Rd. Atlanta Ga 30339. ON 3/7/12 I witnessed the most pathetic, unbelievable act of customer service. My reciept says 2:25 so I will go with this time. When we arrived there were only 3 guest in line. One customer stated to us he had been waiting about 5 minutes on a side sald. The cashier says oh I forgot and said to one of the crew member-did all have to go to the garden to get the lettuce and laughed it off. Finally after about 2 more minutes she handed him a salad, lid not fully on. Thats not the sad part. The sad part was after getting my food, I sit down to eat and see this ederly couple sitting in the drive-thru pulled up like they were waiting for someone to bring out thier food. I continued to eat and FINISHED my meal and notice that same couple was still there. I then saw the ederly gentleman struggle to get out of the SUV(about 3 minutes) using his cane, shaking the entire time almost fell getting out of the vehicle, come inside and ask where his food was. Wendys's employee's had completely forgot about him and didnt seem to think it was a big deal. I was so ANGRY and felt so sad for that couple. It took him almost the same amount of time to get back into the car. WHAT THE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sure that if Dave was alive he would be PISSED as I was. back to Burger King
I went to Arbys in Vandalia, OH for the first and last time last night. I ordered a Reuben along with 2 other sandwiches and fries. I had worked all day and was tired and hunrgy and just wanted to get my food and go home and eat. I got home, opened the bag and NO REUBEN SANDWICH! I called to let them know I was on my way and explained what happened. The "Manager" laughed and said we could put your name down for a sandwich tomorrow night. You've got to be kidding! Got back up there, returned the cold fries and placed a new order. The same gal that forgot my sandwich in the first place came around and got a bag and put it in front of me and walked away. I thought I'd better check it this time and lo and behold it was the Reuben I told them I didn't want. By then my blood pressure was through the ceiling. I finally got my order with no apologies whatsoever. Everyone I had contact with could have cared less. A lesson well learned......never go to Arbys!
Arby's at 2144 Hwy 441S, Dublin, GA 12:49 Feb 28, 2012. 5 adult men in suits stopped for lunch on our way to a funeral. Gave our orders to Nikki at the counter and then it all went down hill. We waited, and waited, AND waited. After the 1 person in front of us picked up his order, then then discussed about dropping fries, which we all had ordered. Other then Nikki who was taking orders, cleaning up, filling napkins and other things that needed to be done, the rest of the cooking, etc staff was in low gear. Bearing moving, doing one thing at a time and talking with each other. They were not that busy with only 6 of us waiting by that time and no drive throughs at that time. Very poor service and couldn't tell who was the supervisor.
i live in frankfort, indiana and like other people we have a terrible arbys restaurant what is the matter with this franchise I believe they need better upper managment in there stores I am sure that they could do alot better they deserve to have to close there restaurants our restaurant is always out of coffe even when you go in between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and there one little coffee pot is empty alot is due to a bunch of older people loafing and drinking coffee and never buying food, when I go to the restaurant I enjoy the biscuits and gravy but am lucky to get any coffee because of the loafers yesterday I walked out because there was no coffee or biscuits and gravy I went to burger king and will continue to have my food at the BURGER KING as far as I am concerned there are other places to eat, and yes I am a senior citizen but I do not loaf in a restaurant just to get cheap coffee and never eat, also the restaurant is never really clean, I SAY GET IT TOGETHER or get out of the restaurant business it sucks!!!!!!!!!!
Stereotypes are never all inclusive, but usually, only losers work at fast food restaruants. But we seem to expect them to feel pride and gratitude that they serve us junk food. We forget the turnover rate is like 50% or more, and there is rarely anonymous third party review except a little mystery shopping, but the competition is so fierce, there is little money even for that. I mean, many order off the dollar menu, and want Titanic main dining room experience for their 2 bucks. Only Chick fil A has really high standards and 2nd is Mcdonalds, but still the losers still fall through the cracks, for they are not really upset at losing their $5 an hr job if they get caught. The managers on duty are over worked, underpaid, and generally societal rejects meaning they could not find better work elsewhere. Restarrant work is certainly one of the hardest jobs out there and pay is low for the number of hours worked. The pen is mightier than the sword, but sometimes we certainly feel like using the sword on these people, so we can put them out of their misery, and ours as it turns out. If we could only convince them that if you are at work, you might as well try to be nice and efficient at your job (like Coming Home, Eddie Murphy) and good things will happen soon if you keep you spirits and ethics up. But most of them do not and hate being there.

I was a customer of Arbys for over thirty five years. The last time I ate there the buns were cheapened yet again. I can only guess they want to save money on both buns and sauces, because the buns are all air. So much so that putting sauces on the buns make them fall apart. I guess they are making three buns from the same amount of Ingredients that once made three buns. It is not enjoyable to have your sandwich fall apart in your hands when you try to take a bite Shame on Arbys for ruining their products and screwing the customers so they few at the top can line their pockets at the customers expense
