Does somebody know how to be a produce supplier for this company??/
My rating pertains to your new commercial where a young man is walking on a sidewalk. He bends down and picks up an umbrella and proceeds to destroy someone else's property with it. Truthfully, I find this type of commercial very disturbing and appauling. What was your intent with this? The only thing I can deduce is that you are advocating destruction of property. How intelligent and mature!
I went to the Wendys at 1250 Toronto Rd. Springfield, Ill. I went to the restroom first, the first stall was out of toilet tissue and had like 4 empty rolls laying in the floor, so I chose to try the second stall, which was NASTY!!!! There was a bloody tampon in the top of the toilet and it needed to be flushed several times before as it had been used a lot.......... This bathroom was so nasty and gross I would not even think of eating there. We walked out. Now I will also find the corporate office and report this to them and also the food and drug adm. STAY AWAY FROM WENDY'S on 1250 Toronto Rd Springfield, Ill. The MGR needs to be fired for running such a nasty place!!!!!
i work at arbys and money comes up missing out of my drawer and 100 out of my purse in the past 3 months this sucks they dont pay me that well anyway

My niece works at arbys in hampton va off of w mercury blvd.she says that hr place of employment is unprofessional.management disrespects teens .they are prejudice and talk to you any kind of way.my niece says that she has been cursed out by the current mananger and called names,it hurt also she reported that they have roaches and mice
I went to Wendy's on Denny avenue in Pascagoula Ms. The service was dispicable. The service was unimaginably uncourteous. I have never seen in all my days the incompetence I experienced with WENDY'S. I bought two burgers that were full of mold. I ate one of the burgers and became extremely ill. Diarreah, constricted throat, angina, feverish and the rest, felt so bad, I felt so bad that I could not even make it to the hospital. Your worst case scenario. I felt as if I were going to die. I am still feeling really bad. I was able to contact the corporate office at least a Corporate Office Representative name KELLY CAHILL. This lady showed no sensitivity. She underminded me as if I was some stupid nigger on Roots back in 1864. She was so insensitive she made me feel like Wendy's did not give a flying !!!! about their customers. I would like for Wendys to contact me with a formal apology and also compensate me for my pain and suffering.
Just Close your stores. Arby's used to be the MOST awesome place to eat AT any location. Now, its nothing but wasted (EXPENSIVE) money, and very lousy service. Quite frankly. Its a terrible shame as it was so nice having something else in the market instead of McDonalds and Chicken places!!! Shame on you Arby's. In this economy you'd think they would say let's excel in business! Even the employees working there do not care. P.S. I owned a restaurant in the past of 19 employees so I do know food and customer service. (location Tampa FL)
On the way up north we stopped at an Abrams, WI Arby's for a quick bite. Since we had dogs in the car and it was hot we decided to get take out. We ordered 4 classic Roast Beef Sandwiches and 2 large sodas. The bill came to $16.82 which was high. But then we got on the highway and found the bun on one side of the sandwiche to be charred. We could not eat any of them. Too late to turn back. So we pitched them out. I do not know how anyone could serve a customer such food. I DO NOT want any coupons as I am NEVER EVER going to any Arby's again. I am very disappointed with Arby's.
MOLD ON THE BUNS------Bought food at Arby's #6655 10855 Jones Rd. Houston Texas Ph281-807-4088. Bought a roast beef sandwich. While eating the sandwich I noticed green mold on the bun. I called and asked to speak to the manager "Renel" he said he was sorry and said"what can I do". I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction, and asked for the corporate office and was given a Houston phone number 713-955-2665( which is a disconnected number). I will never eat at Arby's again and will willing tell this story to any and everyone that is willing to listen to it. I am not willing to get sick at the expense of Arby's restaurant. I might add the food was paid for at 11:27 am and I found the mold on the bread at 11:50am.Please, heed this warning, do not eat at Arby's, you may get sick.Date 6/29/.
From where I work, there aren't many choices for food. The Wendy's resturant located at 860 Virginia Avenue in Hapeville, Georgia has got to be the WORST Wendy's resturant I have EVER visited for customer service professionalism! The night manager who works there is just as bad as her employees! Rude, rude, RUDE!!!!!! Tonight I visited and as I was checking my order she basically threw at me, I was met with the comment "What else do you need, sir?" in a rude, sarcastic tone. This is the service I'm met with every time I've been to the resturant and I have HAD it with the poor excuse for professionalism this Wendy's resturant provides it's customers! If action is not taken by this corporate office, I will handle it through the new media! If this is the standard of customer care set forth by Wendy's as a whole, it's amazing the company has survived a longas it has. This resturant's staff is definitely an embarrassment to Dave Thomas and what he stood for. Do something about the customer service at this restaurant please!!! 1 was the only number I could choose or I would have rated it a big fat 0!!!
Dear Sirs, I used to patronize Arby's Restaurants frequently, but because of the poor quality of the food I received, I stopped frequienting Arby's restaurants. It has been four or five years since I purchased anything from Arby's. I recently saw an Arby's commercial advertisement for the BLT sandwich. The commercial praised the amount of bacon and the visual of the commercial shaowed copius quanties of bacon on the sandwich. So you can imagine the disappointment my lady and I experienced when the sandwiches were opened and we found three or four pieces of bacon, the reason I say three or four, is because it was difficult to ascribe a number to the pieces of bacon. The bacon was burnt to crispy crumbly pieces of tooth cracking charcoal. I don't think I will be returning to Arby' anytime soon. For your information, the reataurant we attented is located in Sandusky, OH on Milan Rd. A very disappointed ex-customer Richard F. Shafer
I recently was a sub contractor for (5) Arby's stores in the Denver Metro area. The management staff at the majority of our service stores were pugnacious,unprofessional, semi-rude,and callous toward me and my co-worker. The District Manager had a cynical attitude and was unfriendly to me every time she was in my presence. These majority of upper management employees at Arby's are substandard and ignorant with a predisposition of zero customer service. We ascertained and extrapolated later that the Cowardly and Gutless D.M. had lied to us on the factual and concrete reason for our termination of our cleaning services. As it was not skipping windows, not cleaning behind their pathetic neon signs,etc. as alleged, it came down to less frequent visits cut in half, and yes GREED as in monetary savings for a pathetic and worthless company i was employed by indirectly as well as being a loyal customer for over 27 1/2 years!!! I shall NEVER set FOOT physically in ANY arby's fast food establishments as long as i live... They deserve to go bankrupt and shut their hostile doors to the general public.
By the way the grievance I left approximately one hour ago, is warranted and valid a I can attest to the factual basis and preponderance of evidence on all inclusive tiers by personal experiences in the field with this unscrupulous and plutocratic company.(ARBY'S) My character,credentials,and reputation proceed me to gain ZERO monetary or publicity as the TRUTH always prevails. i like wendys occasinonaly.iuse to love their chili .they did expand the frosty flavors,thats a lon g time coming'i go to wendys in kingman az. maybe once a year,because it is misery and unsafe duking it out w/ 18 whlrs and other wacky drivers plus you actualy need to go thru the fuel islands of a neighboring truck/mini mart stop to get a wendys product.the main problem however is the employees are ALWAYS,confused and dont have a clue as to what the job is,all though friendly.sandwiches are cold by the time you get to your table,now the coffee is fresh ground and takes forever to get i have waited 10 or more min. just for coffee you are not starbucks,just have reasonably fresh coffe ready to serve for cryin out loud.the restroom for men at least is always filthy and stinks worse than a porta potty on a const.job.been that way for at least 10 yrs to my knowledge.you dont get much local business and in the evenings their is very little business it appears and they still cant get your order strait and im sick of the im neww here excuse from the counter workers.on the flip side,the store at i40 and hiway 95 has never been a disapointment.send kingman emp.to that store for training,build a new store down town where all the others build the 2nd or third one.is wendys to poor to expand in kingman az.or just dont care.im convinced its just dont care.this wendys is as bad as the spelling in this complaint.
Went to Arby's 6/8/12 in Findlay Ohio. Wanted a late lunch with my husband. We were very dissatisfied w/ the quality and prep of the food. We both ordered potato cakes which tasted like fish. I am assuming caused by not being changed like it should be. Ordered a side salade with a small amount of iceburg lettuce, what ever happened to fresh salads and some different kinds of lettuce? A turkey wrap got ordered and needless to say the wrap got pitched. Bad tasting! I did salvage the turkey for in my small salad. Now comes the fun part. After such a bad food time we got entertained by employees sitting in front of us laughing while the male passed gas. Needless to say we high tailed it out of there and have no plans of ever returning.
I stopped at a newly reopened Arbys in Dahlgren Virginia on the way home from work. I ordered a bacon beef and cheddar sandwich, potato triangles, and a small ice water. There was no bacon on the sandwich $3.99, 4 potato triangles $2.99 and no ice in the water, also no napkins in the bag. That was a waste of $7.61. You need to close this location again and leave it closed. I will recommend to all to NOT STOP THERE.
On Memorial Day we were coming home to Ohio from Indiana. We stopped at the Wendy's in Salem Indiana and had lunch. The hamburger was dry and old as well as the french fries were burnt. I had stopped eating and thrown my food away when a kid from Papa John's Pizza came in and dropped off 3 pizzas at the counter. They had been ordered by the manager for the help. After the meal I had, I can see why. Anything would have been better than what I had. There were 10 other clients in the restaurant and they were yelling. I took a couple of pictures with my phone and I don't have them down loaded into the computer. This will probably be the last time I eat at a Wendy's and I had always enjoyed it before. I went to the Arby's store here in Fayetteville NC yesterday and decided to try the Peacan/Apple/Grape sandwich. It was good but the wheat bread over powered the rest of the sandwich, I like wheat bread but there was just too much of it to taste the ingredents, now if it had been a salad that would have been great. I will try the sandwich again but this time in the wrap, and will let you know how it is. The employees were great very polite and smiling, very helpful. What a nice visit, even though it was through the drive-thru. My favorite sandwich from you all is the Roastbeef and cheddar on the onion bun and the Arby's sauce. Can not get any better than that. Thank you!
Went to Wendy's in Goshen, Indiana I had been a long time customer but the restraunt manager at the time was so rude! I ordered a baconator and once I received it I found no bacon! I told the lady my baconator had no bacon and she called me a liar stating the fact that she had made the sandwich herself I asked her for another one, she ignored me then she told one of the employees to give me a tray with 4 strips of bacon! I left the restaurant very disappointed but while walking to the door the lady said have a good day in a sarcastic tone and just started laughing! I will never return there until I know she is gone!
