The Wendy's in Lithonia Georgia on Evansmills Road need to be shut down! Foodd never hot when you get it window or inside. Un-trained people working inside with not an ounce of customer service skills or tact about how they speak to you or take your order. But many props out to the Wendy's on Covington Hwy in Lithonia, those folks got skills and know how to serve up some hot food at all times. Help them please Corporate office!
Arbys could really care less about their customers what their restaurants look like, how their employees (including managers) treat anybody. They openly trash talk customers, fellow employees, and really don't seem to care. I have been to several locations in MI. I never order anything, just sit there with my friends. I can't order anything, I have food allergies and every Arbys I've ever been to does not make a sandwich to your specs. They make according to their menu! Unreal! If I had to rate the worst location I would have to say Flint, MI. Thugs on the inside and outside of every Arbys! Enjoy the economy!!! There are too many better places to eat. May your restaurants pass in piece!
I visited Arby's today 9/15/12. I had and experience that left me so angry. I ordered my food, and it was repeated back to me. I was the only one in the drive thru. I came to the window and the nice lady handed me my drink.. No straw. I waited about 1 or 2 minutes and she handed me my food. No straw.. I asked for a straw and all was good. I left and found out that my drink was not what I ordered at all. I could not drink it so I went right back and got what I ordered. The lady who served me was nice but did not seem to really care. The more I thought about my service experience, the more upset I became. I called to speak to the store manager. I explained that I was just at his store (no more that 15 minutes ago) and I explained what had just happened to me. I let him know that I would of understood had the store been busy.. But it was not at all. I let the manager know how upset I was over the experience and he said "Ok, Thank You". I much tell you, I was livid. Nice people but no customer service.. Maybe that's why I don't see much business at that location. 8000 George Washington Memorial Highway Yorktown, VA 23692. The food was good, but I will not go back! Sincerely, Mrs Fingar
To have to rate your Arby store in Midwest City, Oklahoma is a joke. I did happen to go back in there late yesterday evening an low an behold there he was...ISSAC!! I put my order in an he asked me for my name an as soon as i told him, he told the guy in the back to put a hold on that order. I S said excuse me, i know u just didnt tell him that. Im done!!! An im suprised that you all STILL have someone like him working for you.
September 1, 2012, with 2 grandbabys my wife and I stopped in Tulsa at the first exit off the Turner Turnpike eastbound for lunch. I ordered a kids meal with mac & cheese for the 2 yr old and a BLT for my wife and myself. I stood at the counter and within 5 minutes they set the bag out for the kids meal and the BLT into the stainless chute but between the driveup window and some kids returning for 2nds and 3rd rounds servings my meal laid on the counter almost 15 minutes. If it were not for the 2 babies we would have left but the 2 yr old was already complaining to eat. When we got the food the mac & cheese looked more like congealed gluten and was room temp while the lettuce was limp and the sandwich was soggy. The boy ate the mac and cheese which came out of the cup like rubber and finished his apples and yogurt. A young man came around looking for whomever had ordered a small french fry. When my wife complained about the service his reply was there was only 4 people and they were slammed at the moment. I don't remember the street for Arby's but I think it is West 49th and is adjacent to a Quick Trip convenience store. We have an Arby's in Del City, Ok about 1/2 mile from the house and have never had a bad experience there or any other Arby's we've stopped at over the years.
I live in Longview Washington and I love arbys I eat there food all the time however, everyone there I think is rude besides a select few... The managers are the worse the general manager is very rude and I think they need a whole new crew in there so me nor my family will be eaing there again.
Today, 8/31/12 around 2:00 PM, I had a late lunch at the Arby's in LaGrange, KY. It was absolutely fifthy. The front counter had something spilled on it, coke or tea, that had not been wiped up. The condiment bar (ketchup, sauces, etc) was dirty and the Tea container for the unsweetened Tea was completely empty. My shoes stuck to the floor as I tried to walk to the dining area. When it came time to find somewhere to sit, every single table in the place was dirty. At the time, the restaurant was not busy, I counted 4 customers. But there were plenty of employees standing around. Finally a young man came out with a rag and spray to clean the tables, or so I thought. He went around to each table and used the towel to "brush" whatever food was on it onto the floor. WOW!! REALLY??? How lazy is that? Arby's is definitely getting there $$$ worth out of him. Overall, the place was just disgusting. I will not be going back and I'm sure the 2 women sitting across from me will not either. They made a comment to me about how gross the place was as I was trying to find somewhere clean to sit.
The Arby's on East 82nd Street in the Castleton area of Indianapolis has its music system tuned to a religious radio station. While I fully support the God given right of all people everywhere to be able to practice whatever religion they want, I should not have to listen to someone else's religious views when I am paying them to eat my lunch. If I wanted to spend my lunch break in church, I would go to a church, not to Arby's!
"From: Leana Olivas...You don't remember all the beatings for you and Chris? And me! Then tried to sell me as a whore to a black man for money. Never worked or put one morsel of food on our table...well actually we never had a table. Either his folks took us in or we lived in a car except when he might have stolen enough to rent a place for a month before he got us kicked out. The drugs and drinking and women. So don't tell me about your daddy. Trying to throw me off a hotel roof when I was 8 months pregnant...because he was messed up on drugs . And this is not even a drop in the bucket." She is referring to the general manager of Arby's in Little Rock Arkansas. His name is Lonnie Olivas AKA Lonnie Fitzpatrick. He's spent most of his life in prison, and is heavily addicted to Oxycontin. He has a girlfriend young enough to be his daughter, and her baby. They live with him. The baby recently picked up an Oxycontin and put it in his mouth. The mother managed to get it out just in time. Nobody will listen to me about this dangerous man, but his is the kind of people they hire to be their GENERAL MANAGER!!!! Imagine what the rest of the staff must be like.
Your store in Del City OK...How can i say it nicely..Isaac your Manager called me a btch an is very disrespectful. he was making sexual remarks about the gay guy who works in the store. i was told from one of your employees that numerous complaints have been made one this person an you all still to this day. Something must be done about rude an inconsiderate people like him who dont know how tp treat people right. now i know why that store doesnt get very much business. i will never go back to another Arby's or Wendy's again. There are other places to eat at an nicer people else where....its sad that you have no respect for your other employees that they have to put up with rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful manager's like ISAAC!!!!
Im so upset....its your Midwest City store. You need to fix your problem!!!
I just went to the Arby's in Marianna, fl and ordered my usual roasted chicken sandwich. I was then told that as of next week Arby's would no longer have these sandwiches. I hate that because I don't eat roast beef and could have a roasted chicken sandwich everyday. Arby's , please reconsider and KEEP THE ROASTED CHICKEN!!
My wife, son, and I have eaten at Arby's many times and call it our favorite fast food resteraunt. The problem is that we have none within 60 plus miles of Macon, mo. We have brought this to your corporation's attention several times and your corporation was kind enough to email me and tell me they would look into land here. I know there is land on the main drag (highway 63) and know that at the 63/36 highway crossover here would line the pockets of the Arby's corporation all the more not saying this in a negative tone because we would be happy to ablige you with this ourselves. I work for the transportation department and know how much traffic flows through this area (thousands). I beg of you to move into Macon, mo. We need a resteraunt with good food as well as the good service of your company's jobs. I beg of you all to come here------WE NEED THE BEEF ! Thanks for your time, Sincerely Mr. Kelly Whitley Atlanta, Mo.
I agree, the new commerical with the guy smashing the mirrors is in very poor taste. What brain thought that would be funny?
Generally I rate Arby's much higher, but recently, after seeing a tv ad about the new bacon sandwich, I was out with a friend and we stopped at a local Arby's for lunch. I ordered the sandwich and was extremely disappointed. The bread was too thick and tasted like cardboard. The bacon had no taste at all---how can bacon not have a taste? And the lettuce was so limp that it was hard to bite through. I usually love to eat at Arby's, but not this time. Maybe you should consider making some BIG changes in that bacon sandwich! One thing I do like a lot is the 5 pepper sauce---wish I could get it in little packets at the drive-through.
I've been a fan of Arby's for years, so when I moved into an area that had one down the street, I was happy. Not any more. My mother-in-law loves sausage and biscuit sandwiches, so when my wife and I saw that there was a special going on for one at breakfast for $1 (in this economy, you have to be frugle), we could do this for her every other day. But for the last two weeks, no matter what time we get there in the morning on different days, the answer is always the same, "We're out of them". Strike three and you're out, heck, we gave them more chances then that. I think they need to pull the sign, otherwise I would consider that false advertising! This Arby's is located on 179th and LaGrange Road in Tinley Park, IL.
Arbys... Whats Happened to you??? Family decided to go out for a bite. We have not been to arby's in a LONG time, and it REALLY sounded good, so we went to the one in Round Rock texas. The service was "o.K." Not to great, and not too bad. BUT... The food was TERRIBLE!!! The roast beef had NO taste, the buns were all soggy. Just to choke them down we had to slather on the horrendous horseradish sauce. I can still remember when arbys roast beef sandwich was the BEST!! But, not any more. For sure we,re not ever going back (and NEVER recommending) to arbys again... What a shame.....
This is a comment wabout a commercial. I was shocked to see a young man "swipe 2 umbrellas and destroy 2 mirrors on the street and then have a piano drop on him.er
Last night my fiancé and I ordered Arby's on the east side of Bloomington IN in the drive thru and the service was amazing! Our server Katie was very polite and made our experience very enjoyable! It was the best Arby's experience we've ever had!
I live in Bountiful, Utah. The Arby's here shortchanged me $10.00 at the drive thru. As soon as I got home & realized the problem I called Arby's. The manager said to call back in 10 minutes, he would count the drawer & review the tape. I called back, he said the cash drawer was not short. He said he reviewed the tape, he saw nothing. And the young woman at the window told him I had given her a ten dollar bill, instead of a twenty dollar bill. Her name is Asia. Someone else I know had the same experience with the same young woman at the drive thru. Beware of Asia.
