if only Arby's offered an "open-faced" hot roast beef sandwich: mashed potatoes, brown gravy, toast and beef. This is what I would order if I were in Arby's.

well went to my local arbys to get something to eat as i walk in no one be found so i took my keys taped on counter still no one well i waited for over 5 min for the manger to show up thin she ask i made my order and it took her 10 min make my order thin after getting it the food was cold and the hash-brown was so nasty with grease i ask the manger warm it she told me she had no way to warm it food was nasty so was service and the store was not clean at all this was at 9 am on Tue 3-5-2012 in pineville ky not happy customer sad to see such big company let there employees do paying customer like this sad

I went to your Arby's #5749 here in Ogden, Utah on 3/3/2013 at 6:20 PM. First of all as my wife and I entered there was a sign outside that stated that they were out of curly fries and that their shake machine was not working. That was two things that we wanted but still we entered and ordered two Beef n Cheddar and two French Dips. No curly fries that we usually get a large of. We wanted you new mint shake but their machine was down. We paid for our sandwiches and waited for them. As we waited the shift manager and one of the other workers (both male) had baggy pants on which to my wife and I did not look professional. Then we heard the shift manager say in a sarcastic voice "we did not put the sign because we did not want to make it" to someone at the drive thru. Then started to laugh and play around behind the counter.

I went to the arbys in zebulon and nobody came to the window so I pulled up and the lady looked at me and turned around and got an attitude with me and was like "can I help you? "I said Ummmmm yes?! Is your intercome broken? And she was just rude.

We ate dinner at Arby's 0334 (13607 Camino Del Sol, Sun City West, AZ 85375) on February 25, 2013. This is the third time in two years where the air conditioning was not cooling the resturant properly. It made for an unpleasant dining experience. The other two times we just left the resturant and ate elsewhere.

The employs and managers at this site are exceptionally friendly and courteous. In a professional way. Two names come to mind right off Heidi & Jeremy. Heidi not only remembers our order but our names also. A great crew. Always a pleasure to be there. Good chow too.

On Saturday 2/2/13 at 9:54 PM Going thur the drive thru there were 4 cars total and one was just pulling away, next car pulls up to get there food then the car infront of me places his order, I get there and remind you I was the last car no one behine me and he tells me that we are closed, I replied its only 9:54 and you close at 10 PM, He said Im closed now good bye. I said you are kidding me your not going to take my order, he said no now good bye very rude. I will never eat at Arbys never again. I feel I was the only white person there so I was treated like that. About 3 weeks prior they refused a coupond from me , she said it was expired as of now. I came home and looked at the date and it wasnt expired. So 2 bad visits never again and I will be glad to spread the word so anyone I know wont eat there as well.

I stopped at the Arby's just off I-75 at Richmond Road in Lexington Ky. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and was cgharged for the more expensive chicken bacon and swiss. When I inquired as to why, the store manager, Abby, said that was their policy. So I asked why am I paying more for bacon and swiss cheese for you to NOT put it on there. Her reply, delivered very rudely was that the less expensive sandwich is not plain it has sauce on it. In the course of this conversation, she kept calling me honey and sweetheart even afte rI had asked her 4 times not to call me sweetheart because she does not know me and I do not want her to be my sweetheart. She was VERY rude to me and I left there with the feeling that I NEVER want to return to another Arby's, especially if all managers are like her.

Your new commercial is very disgusting. Having eaten both Arby's and Subway turkey, Subway's is much better tasting. The gentleman in the ad should go back to his former position, poor choice. It makes no difference where meat is sliced. Additionally, the new marketing VP is obviously not as talented as advertised.

On way home from Nashville Tn. Friday after thanksgiving we stopped to eat lunch at Wendy's in Adairesville, Ga. We ordered got our food and my son had ordered and we paid for a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. When we got the food the had given him a deluxe junior cheeseburger instead. My husband stood in what was now a long line to tell the manager she had given him the wrong thing and what he ordered. He got back to the table gave my son the burger and it was the same exact hamburger my husband took up to her. I went back up but walked to side of the line. The manager turned and as she saw me approaching said " what is it now ?" Like she was annoyed we were back. I then threw the hamburger on the counter and said its still not right we ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and this has no bacon on it. She the proceeded to raise her voice and points at my husband and says loudly HE said he didn't want bacon on it. I said no he came back because no bacon was on it. She says if He wanted bacon he should have kept the first sandwich I gave him. Then she grabs the burger off the counter and throws it in the trash as hard as she could. Comes back and shoves the next burger in my hand. I said you do know this is a customer service position and you are a manager right? And she says so what. I said your customer service skills suck I worked at Wendy's all through college and not even a reg. employee talked to customers that way. I will be calling your district manager. As we left. Was the last one to leave and she in a snotty condescending voice hollered have a nice day. Not sure. Will eat at a Wendy's again anytime soon if this is the kind of management they put forward. I see I'm not the only one that has had issues with MANAGEMENT. I work hard for my money. I shouldn't have to work hard to spend it. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

My daughter and her family visited the new restaurant on highway 370 in Gretna, NE by the new Wal-Mart. She said the manager was so rude and hostile to her employees that she had the whole restaurant looking at her. She threw things and slammed things down so hard that the whole restaurant looked at the manager. My daughter just wanted to get out of there it was such a horrible experience. That woman that was working on November 4, 2012 at 12:30 should not be a manager.

My family and I did enjoy eating at your restaurants. However, after reading about your recent treatment of an employee with twenty three years of service, we will no longer a customer. That was a poor and sad decision and the person responsible is the one that should be fired.

HOW DARE YOU CORPORATE EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS FIRE THAT WOMAN. i TOO WILL BOYCOTT ARBYS, AND WENDYS. RULE 101 OF FAST FOOD. GIVE THE ROBBER WHAT THEY WANT AND GET OUT... MAYBE YOU CORPORATE TYPES SHOULD DO LIKE MCDONALDS DOES AND HAVE YOUR EXECUTIVES WORK A FEW DIFFERENT SHIFTS IN THE RESTAURANTS.

I just finished reading your story on yahoo.You fired an employee for fleeing the scene of a robbery.She gave you 23yrs of service and you reward her by firing her!So you suits that sit up there in a perfectly safe office all day...what would you have done?Im so glad this story got national news!I hope she sues you and gets all kinds of retirement money.That is what she deserves.You dont give an option for 0 stars on here but thats what you deserve for this and so much more.May you get in return what you gave!

I just read about the employee with 23 years with Arbys. And you jerks fired her. I have MANY choices where to eat. Arbys is no longer even a contender.

cheboygan mi head manager there is a syco she drew a picture of a GUN and gave it to a shift manager and the shift manager got fired I WOULD HAVE FELT THREATENED ALSO the owner seemed to believe the head manager there were witinesses to this event and this is who they would rather run the restaurant??????? i am boycotting them and telling everyone in this small town. as a buisness owner i would have fired her on the spot, but i guess the owner is a bad manager as well. shame on YOU NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN

Slicing on site or far away? Is THAT why customers wait so damned long for a roast beef sandwich but can get a Subway sandwich right away?

your new commercial is very missleading. do you have a meat processing plant in the back of your building. come on all of your meat is flash frozen and shiped to your establishments via trucks, It is not freash and i would wager to guess that it could be weeks old. What you are implying would be like saying safeway has a big factory in the back of thier store making milk, and yes i think that most of your meat comes from iowa or other producer states. PLEASE DONT MISSLEAD.

Arbys new commecials are a deliberate slam against the state of Iowa and I for one will never give any of their restaraunts any more business and I will tell others to stay away from them. I demand these commecials be pulled IMMEDIATELY and a formal apology to the state of Iowa turkey farmers. They are being just like politicians now and doing negative adds which is appalling and disrespectful. Arbys get ready for fallout from these adds
