SEXURAL ASSAULT! My complaint is not about service, My complaint is about the fact that i witnessed my fiancee who works at Wendy's be sexually assaulted by another co-worker and he only received a write up! The store was was closed and they we're cleaning up the dinning room meanwhile i was waiting outside,I witnessed a little punk smack her on the but and of course once i witnessed my fiancee being treated that way i tried to get inside so i could show him just how big of a mistake he just made but the doors were locked so the manager called the cops on me and left out a few details of course like the fact that i was standing up for my soon to be wife's honor. However i was taken to jail for disorderly conduct which i rightfully deserved and took like a man however this punk not only is aloud to finish the shift but he only received a write up and is working with my fiancee as we speak! He should have been sent home on the spot and and then dismissed all together! the location of the store that this took place in is located in Whitesburg Ky I'm not sure of the store # but its the only 1 in whitesburg but I'm gonna give Wendy"s the chance to make this right, but if they don't I'm gonna have my fiancee take legal action!

I went to the Arby's on Ridge and Brookpark Rd. in Cleveland Ohio. I ordered a farmfresh salad with roasted chicken. I sat down to eat my salad and to my discovery, there was a razor blade. I almost took a bite. Had I not looked before i did i would have bitten it and cut my tongue. I took it to the register and they offered a new salad but I said,"no." They did refund me my money but that was it. 20 minutes later an older gentleman fell by the soda machine from a went floor from cleveland snow. there was no weather mat down at all. The manager didn't even come over to see if the guy was okay. It took the customers asking him if he was alright. My friend and i stood there for another 10 minutes and the manager still hadn't asked him if he was okay. Always inspect your food before eating. I will never eat at another fast food chain again. Corporate has been notified. Waiting on an action.

The MANAGER SAM at the Suwanee, GA location on Peachtree Industrial Rd & McGinnis Ferry Rd. is SO VERY RUDE. He took my order at the drive-thru and when I asked if the chicken on the wrap was fried ot grilled, he snapped at me and I could not understand, so asked him to repeat....and he was SO RUDE, like I could not read. Well, I did not see anything noted on the menue. When I got to the window (and learned that it was the MANAGER who actually took my order, I was shocked) and complained to him ......he could care less!!!! DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION. When I called their corporate office 678-514-4100, the receptionist disconnected me and when I called back she said it just didn't go through....???? No stinking apology again. DO these people not realize that AN APOLOGY GOES A LONG WAY???

I would like to see a Wendy's Resturant in this town in this State. Manette, WA it close to Bremerton, WA. there is only one fast food resturant in this town and its subway, Please think about putting one in this town soon!

I was traveling from Fl to NY on Dec 16 2010 w/ my wife at approximately 7PM, I attempted to dine at the Arby's location in Dublin Va. Upon approaching the the front door it was slammed shut in our face by a female employee saying that they were closed for business. There were also two other couples attempting to enter this location with the same results. On the door was a closing time of 10:00 PM. My wife & I were so disappointed and offended by this very rood employee. This is why we are giving this location a VERY POOR rating

I'm writting because I used to go to the Wendy's at Cicero located at Cermak ave corner with Laramie. I don't know if you realize that you are hiring illegalimmigrants using americans stolen social security numbers. My husband is puertorican so he understands spanish and they were laughing about how they were making more money than some american working on the store. The lady saying that even said she was using an stolen SSN provided by the manager and I was so upset because that's against federal law. I asked for the names of the people involved in that talking and the names are: Nancy Avalos, Guadalupe Galeana, Angel Jimenez and Yolanda Azpetia. I ask you to check on their files and convince by yourselves that you as a company are commiting a federal crime and I will report it if you don't take action.

I live in San Diego and my local Wendy's is AWESOME! The cashiers are hairy Latinos who always flirt with me and make me giggle. I sometimes wish they would follow me into the bathroom and give my white bum what it needs!

I HAVE PICTURES OF THIS WENDYS, IN MIAMI, GIVING AWAY FOOD WITH HAIR. IT LOOKED LIKE PUBIC HAIR!!! I RETURNED THE FOOD. WENDYS IS A SHITHOLE. WHEREVER YOU GO AROUND US. I ALWAYS WILL PREFER MC OR BK.

im writing about wendys in texas city ,texas i went ther about eight p.m and it was the most wonderful expricen i'v ever had the lady in the drive thru i think her was crystal i no it started with a c she was so nice and kind she greeted me with a smile ask me how i was doing the crew was wonderful . I left felling so great the food was so fresh and delious ,when i go back i want the same people to wait on me thank you wendys texas city for giving me a beautiful expriecen.

The supervisors are unprofessional and the staff is not being supervised. My wife and children went to Wendy's in Pittsburgh Pa # 39 FREEPORT RD. When she walked in the girl at the counter was text messaging someone.She purchased her food set the tray down at the table to sit took my three year old to the bathroom.When she returned An employee was sitting at her table with her friends at the next table the employee did no move when my wife returned. She sat there using profanity the N word and the C word over and over my son was traumitized and wanted to leave.I called to complain but the manager blew me off and promissed to send a coupon to replace the meal but never did when I called his supervisor at the local corperate office the lady never returned my call.

I went to the wendys on 56th georgetown rd. waited 10 mins at the drive through and got no response. I drove around and saw a man that i later found out was Drew Whitfield outside making a drug exchange. I saw it with my own eyes.. ill never go there again. no one should feel unsafe at wendys.

I was just at Wendy's in Madison, Ohio and we purschases a couple of the #1's meal and we got the new hand cut fresh fries w/ sea salt. We'll let me tell you just because sea salt is supposed to be better for you DOESN'T MEAN PUT A TON OF IT ON THE FRIES !!!! They were nasty. If it hadn't been so late at nigt I would have taken them back. Please tell them not to put so much on them it takes away from the taste . If I wanted salty fries I would have gone to McDonlds.

I have visited Wendy's in Louisburg, NC on several occasions, always at the dinner hour. Never have they had a baked potato. Several people came in after me & ordered baked potatoes. They were told they didn't have any ready. You would think at the dinner hour they would have some. The hamburger I ordered did not have a tomatoe on it as advertised. They must have been out of them too. I won't ever go back there again.

I love Arby's, but since they got rid of the Chicken Salad Sandwich, I think I will have fewer visits there. It was once of the best sandwiches of all the fast food restaurants that I eat. I am very disappointed and I hope you will bring it back.

Love their food. Everyone in here is complaining and all they had to do is go to McDonalds or any other fast food restaurant. All those low rating reviews are pointless...

The night manager at your store in Matteson Illinoi is very rude and just not professional regarding his approach in treating people. I believe his name is Jonathan and cannot believe in this economy he would treat guests the way he does. Certainly there is someone out there who could do a much better job for you and would be most greatful to even have a job ! Not going back there in Illinois !

Dear Sirs, I recently had very late-night dinner at your Wendys store in Matteson Illinois and have never been treated so rudely by the so-called-manager Jonathan. I have been a steady customer for several years and this was the absolute last straw with his take it or leave it attitude. I go there because of the convenience on my way to my 3rd shift job. Is it asking too much to get off your cell phone and take care of the customer when he walks up to the counter. The food was slightly warm and was obviously sitting for some time in the warmer. When I asked him about it, I was given an extremely cold attitude and told I could always go elsewhere. I understand that your corporation is very well off $$$$$ BUT....is he so personally wealthy that he does not need to work and finds it OK to treat paying customers so point blank vile ? Perhpas he is the owner and this is just sport for him !!! MUST BE NICE ? HUH ? .........NEVER AGAIN FOR ME NOR MY COLLEAGUES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews about Arbys here on this site--I would not have gone there (Asheboro,NC,Hwy 64) and had to experience a horrific situation. I, unfortunately left my purse in a booth at Arby's,realizing it when I got home-30 min. later. I called the Restuarant hoping the staff found it because there were very few people there this evening. A young boy who took our order did find my purse and put it behind the serving counter. Unfortunately, when he went back to the cabinet he put it in, it was gone.Over the phone trying to understnd this situation was unbelievable so I went to the restaurant.All the staff behind the serving counter denied taking the purse,and when the manager finally came from out of her office,she denied having any knowledge of it and went back into her office. I, for a few minutes really thought this scenerio was a joke--it was so unreal!!!One of the staff told me the manager would call the district manager??? I informed them that the police had already been called. I never saw the manager again.The police came, talked to everybody and we established that someone there, although all denied it, had the purse---and I wasn't going home until we found it!!After a search of the staff's cars, my purse,with all the contents (I had no money,only few cards,but ins.,id,phone, driver's lic.etc)was found in one of the staff's trunk. She had not had time to go through and take things out----she was charged.The young man taking orders was very appologetic and walked with me out to the car----The real manager never came out of her office to talk to me.If that is the kind of people that work for your business you need to fire your CEO on down and start all over!!--Who would hire that kind of people who are supposedly representing you to the public who are unprofessional and criminals??From the other reviews, it doesn't sound like you even read these reviews or check into them. Make sure you talk to the Arby's manager in Asheboro,NC--she needs help, replaced by the order boy, or to be fired!!Needless to say,you'll get nothing but terrible reviews and recommendations from this area--I'll see to that! I hate that Wendy's name is associated with Arby's. If management is the same, I've servered the allegiance with them too!!!

I am writing this to inform those from South Dakota of how poorly the Arby's restaurant in Aberdeen, SD is run . I have never in my life seen a more unprofessional group of managers. The General Manager being by far the worst of them. I have noted on more than one occassion of going in there her acting extremely poorly and very unprofessional. I have both seen and heard her belittle the crew members. Even going so far as to yell at them for having to ask for more money for their cash registers, blaming them for mistakes that are her own fault, and yelling at them infront of customers. Honestly if this is the way the corporation wants the management of their businesses to act I'm sorely disappointed. I will definitely be making sure that everyone knows about this woman and will be telling people from here on out to not go to the Arby's restaurant in Aberdeen, SD.
