Walgreens Corporate Office & Headquarters

My son is a Distributor for Healthy People Products, and I was so disappointed when I walked into a Walgreens and saw this product displayed at the cosmetic counter. This product has not been FDA approved and any distributor cannot compete with your chain! The store manager obviously has not read the contract where this should not take place. I really thought Walgreens wouldn't be bothered with the smaller business persons. Why not just sell everything and the kitchen sink, like Avon, Herbalife, Ma & Pa store Items and etc., etc. I always thought Walgreens had it's standards, but now that these products are being sold at Walgreens the little man does not have a chance!!!!!!

You guys are exhibiting classic text book drug seeking behavior. Due to the horrible side effects and addictive nature or opiod pain medications, discretion must be used in dispension. You guys sound like a bunch of junkies, so sue me!

Refusing TriCare is not the only anti-military action Walgreens is involved in. I worked as an MGT (asst manager) for Walgreens in Memphis, Tn for 4 years. I left on active duty miltary orders in March of 2011 (filled out ALL necessary Military-Leave paperwork) I returned back to my hometown in Sept. 2011 to discover that they "accidently" put had my status as 'terminated' in their computer system. They wanted to rehire me at the same starting pay I had 4 yrs ago, as well as make me wait on the 90 day probationary period for health insurance and 401K. This is illegal and all military personnel should start right back where they left off. I have three children who are not insured and I can't use them on my resume. WAKE UP WALGREENS! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK SO HARD FOR YOU, AND SERVE THEIR COUNTRY TOO! I am currently seeking legal action and hope this goes public. That's not the only place it even happens in La. I had a Rx for xanax and I have not take any pain meds for 6 months. The local Walgreens here got my last refills taken away by calling my doctor and lying to him. The prescription said TID and that was the way I was taking them. They called my doctor and made it sound horrible and ruined my relationship with him. If I wasn't supposed to get it filled the way I did why did Walgreens fill it the way they did and why did they wait until my last refill to question me about the fill? I spent close to $1500.00 last year at that store! NEVER AGAIN!! I won't even go in there for TP at this point!

It sounds like most of these emplmoyees are a product of our modern school system.

I had a rx for diluidid 180 tabs 8 mg i work in the desert area not one pharmacy would fill it either said was out or refused because was 50 miles from doctors office and my home bull crap i went back to cvs they never give me problems the rite aid in desert said they gad them but need to call dr they were closed after pharmicist examined the rx they said come back tomorrow they will fill it after callind dr i went back nest day different pharmacist he said we dont have any i said they told me they did tech said we must of sold them bull shit 180 tabs i have used a 30 day supply of almost every narcotic pain meds on the market cannot decide which one to stick with all the long acting oxycontin and morphine and opana is way too expensive i just started new job so have to pay i use a discount card i ran out early because i was sick i thought i was screwed for 4 or 5 days i called my pain doctor explained i kept throwing them up he wrote me 30 to get thru until i see him monday morning it is friday afternoon he is so cool and compassinate fuck walgreens i had scripts there they said if i dont pick all uo same day i forfet the rest should be good for 72 hrs cvs will just put it on file for 6 mos they are cool going there since longs closed same pharmacist pain meds xanax soma since 2003 i get a 30 day supply then another written script stating to fill in 25 days i give it to cvs they put it on file walgreens would say oh no has to be filled withen 72 hrs idiot walgreens i will never go there unless they are only ones who have my meds why do they say they dont have my pain meds it is a legal medication that i need and they keep them in a locked cabined bullshit hurting oh we are out why why why

I quit CVS pharmacy this week. Loss prevention pulled me out of store in the middle of work at 12:30 and left the.store shortaged. Told me it wont take long but wow what a lie. If cvs does an investigation that they need to cover their own ass by blaming one of their own assets which help make this company run. Cvs have no morals. I was in an interrogation room with this fat ugly mousetrap Guy for 1 hour while asking me the same question 15 different times after I adnseeted it the same way. I asked him what I'm being accussed for and he said your not. I said I should get my lawyer they said only if your guilty and he just baggered me and tried to fight me down and break me with words. I did nothing wrong this company is so screwed up. Their going down!!! Karmad a bitch!

I am a legitimate pain management patient this all started from a car accident that was caused ten years ago by a drunk driver flipped my car and really injured myself also was in sports all my childhood football etc... So I've been going to Walgreens on 66th st in st Pete fl. for quite some time and was filling my scripts without an issue like it should be. The little Asian girl that works there gave me a hard time every time I had to face her like waiting 5 hours to get my scripts filled when store is empty so a couple months go by and I was told sorry mr. We can no longer fill your prescriptions because I don't live in 5 mile radius but same county I'm not a drug addict but when I'd go in there she would treat me like a drug addict because I'd ask for them to fill.... What can we do with these pharmacy techs that pass judgement on legitamate patients ????? I'm sick and tired of it!!!!!! I cannot believe that I just read someone hatefully say we are whining about not having the pain meds and lying about being in pain and losing our meds. Only an inhumane oxymoron can write something such as that. Right now, I am looking for a lawyer so that I can sue the Medical Center of Arlington whom have continually abused me verbally, physically, emotionally and embarrassed me to the lowest by stripe searching me for street drugs because I was incoherent, unresponsive and out of my mind with pain suffered from an onslaught of Sickle Cell pain. I used to work full time and I did this for 27 years with my disability. Now, Walgreen’s tech have taken in into their head that they are doctors. I have lost over 7 doctors due to Oxymoron's like you working at Walgreen, calling the doctors and telling them that you are filling the same medication from different doctors multiple times. Though this is not true, I have multiple prescriptions I was discharged with (only 15), compared to the 90 from the regular dr. office visits. If I were trying to pull the wool over the doctor’s eyes, I would have taken the script from the ER discharge to another pharmacy but because I did not intend any wrongdoing, I paid dearly for it. Your Walgreen pharmacist is racist to the core. They thing they are better than you and that using medication for pain control is sub human. If anyone out there wants to judge us, please, take a day and walk in my shoes when I have my pain crisis...the one that makes you moan like an animal and make you hit your head repeatedly against the wall in order to pass out so you will not feel the pain that does not even compare to childbirth. I bet you cry like a baby when you stump your toes, yet have the indignity to be compassionate. Did someone say the KKK was dismantled years ago? i was told by tech they were out of my meds (oxy 30s). when i told him i come here first every month he replied , "oh, im sorry we are told to tell every one we're out but we have them for our regulars." then he checked computer and and said "sorry you haven't filled them here for the last two months. you need to go wherever you went last month." the last two months after 8-10 days i gave up and went to a mom and pop and paid 5-7 times as much for my meds. i spent all of my savings and now cant afford any where but a legitimate pharmacy. walgreens seems to be only legitimate pharmacy in tampa. everyone else is price gouging.

Let me start off by stating that I love Walgreens, & have shopped at their locations for years. I believe they are a strong company, with great prices and a solid business ethic that caters to it's loyal customers. But to be quiet honest, the MULTIPLE negative, uncomfortable interactions with this particular Night Manager has left me feeling very concerned and basically have made me feel like I should just take my business elsewhere to avoid the bad feelings she has continually left me with every time I have visited that store. Because I work nights, and live very close to this particular Walgreen's, I have found it to be a convenient location, especially with it's being open 24 hours; which caters to my schedule of working nights on my nights off. But from her negative, snide comments to me- it has got to the point of where I don't even feel safe/comfortable going to that store anymore. Recently, I also attempted to do a return to the store, and of course I had my receipt with me in hand. For the most part, the receipt was clear- the location/price of item, etc. (and I even had brought along my id and credit card I had made the purchase with as well) But her refusal to even honor the return with store credit due to a unclear day/time of purchase on the receipt (due to having had been crumpled up in my pocket by mistake) was the final draw for me. I had kindly explained that I was sorry for the imperfect receipt, and that I had credit card and id on me as well if needed for store policy to be intact/not broken, but she made another nasty comment about me "Starting trouble early today". Where that rude comment came from, or why she thought it would be acceptable for a Walgreen's store manager to shame not only myself, but the Walgreen's image that should and always has been portrayed by other Walgreen's team members; baffled me beyond belief. Now I don't know what, if anything will come of this bad and uncomfortableness that this particular Walgreen's Manager has repeatedly caused to me from Walgreen's side/behalf, but for what it's worth- I believe that from my side, she has cost Walgreen's a loyal repeat customer- myself- to possibly never set foot in a Walgreen's again. And maybe even relay my negative experiences to my other friends who shop at that Walgreen's, in hopes they will not have to go through what I have had to. Thank you for your time.

Its a shame a US company would Shun the US military!!! NOT take TRICARE????????? IM from a VERY high retired military area one of MANY in the USA. I am suuuuuuuuure Im not alone when I say I will not sit foot in a WALGREENS to buy anything. There are many who do believe in the military and just one is CVS, which is ALWAYS across the street. THis will cost you in the long run Walgreens!!

I was a BA for Walgreens for almost 3 years. I loved cosmetics, enjoyed working with my coworkers and thought I had found a new career at 59 years old. Then the new store manager started working there. I was terrorized and bullied by this jerk 30 years younger than me. I felt I "had" to quit and Walgreens contested my unemployment and won. I am now paying back unemployment plus INTEREST. I guess bullying doesn't contitute a "hostile workplace". Thanks for letting me vent.

Dear Corporate, I am an employee at one of the Las Vegas store. I have worked with this company for 5yrs and have seen managers come and go, but as of last year we recieved an Asst. Manager that has been transfered more then 8 times and I have to say I have never worked with a person that has just horrible management skills. This woman never completes her work. Pawns it off on other employees such as myself and or whoever is working the shift with her. She makes cash counts mistakes as well which worries me because you never no if the cash register going to be off or not. Please do something about this. Or at least take some interest. It is unfair for employees and myself included to work with someone as lazy as this woman who in reality shouldnt even be a manager. Asst. Manager Ms. Smith

you pain patients that write here are whiners. yes i know what type of people you are. there is actually a nationwide shortage of oxycodones you morons, look it up. don't cry and hiss if someone doesn't want to fill you scripts, there is obviously a reason behind it. maybe you doctor shop. i dealt with many people who lied to my face, no i don't doctor shop. no , i didn't sign a pain contract. my pills got stolen. better yet, my pills fell in the toilet as i was taking them. nothing like the ambience of toilet and bathroom for pill taking. lies. get off your butts and stop whining. go somewhere else. oh and for meredith merrill, you liar. i don't believe a word you wrote. you probably got a 25 dollar gift card for all your complaining. don't spend it all in one place! i used a walgreens pharmacy a while back and waited for my rx. didn't have my card but they helped me out anyway. you whiners should all be banished to mail order. hahahahahaha

My name is Leslie Perez, and I work for a Doctors office in Simi Valley, Calif. I have been with this Dr. for over 23yrs. I have a true complaint about how your pharmacy runs, refill prescriptions. If a patient calls for a refill, they tell the patient to call the doctors office to get the refill. Many, many , many times your pharmacies also tells the patient that they have faxed us and have not heard back from their doctor via fax. I understand this happens from time to time, but this happens EVERYTIME with your pharmacy. The patients get upset, having to call you and us, and the fact that their prescription is not filled. Prescriptions are a priority in the doctors office. We realize patients need their meds, and they panick when they don't get it. So, I thought maybe you should know this happens quite often with your pharmacies, in SIMI VALLEY AND MOORPARK area. We here deal with alot of pharmacies on a daily basis, and your pharmacies stand out the most with this issue. I have had patients even change to another pharmacy because of this. It's very frustrating for the patients, and the doctors offices. It seems as if your pharmacies, don't want to do the extra mile. I thought you should know this. Thank you for your time.

I have had it with Walgreens! I am a former employee and worked there as a beauty advisor from 1999-2009 at store 5086 in South Chicago Heights Illinois. I quit in 2009 because my store manager (John Canning) was a jerk! He'd ask me to stay overtime and then go in the computer and change the time I punched out so I wouldn't get paid overtime, ran his mouth to a coworker when she annoced to him that she was pregnant with "Dont you know what condoms are for?!" Has "temper tandrums" in the stockroom throwing boxes when he's in a bad mood. He's racist. Smart ass rude remarks and comments to customers and workers, the list goes on and on. But I was still good enough to go get him food from McDonalds whenever he was hungry. District manager sent him to anger mangement classes twice, and it never helped. I don't understand why he still has his postion at the store. Then, he had to cut more hours so he called me into his office demoted me from my Senior Beauty Advisor postion saying that I didnt help customers, which is a flat out LIE! So the cut in hours wasn't enough to pay my car payment anymore and I was living about 40 minutes away also so it really hurt my gas fund also. I was so pissed I gave my to twice notice. It's been almost 3 years since I've left and 5 months ago in August they sent me a letter stating I still have a paycheck for almost 700 dollars from November 2009 that hasn't been cashed. I never knew about it, till August 2011. They waited 2 years to tell me this! And thats not all. After I signed the letter and verified it was me and sent it back. I STILL have not seen the money! They said it can take up too 3 months for the check. It has been 5 months, and still no sign of it. I have left numerous phone calls, messages, emails.. and no one will respond too me. So I've been taking my business elsewhere to either Walmart or CVS.

People that speak about photo being bad need to calm down. Things happen remember employees are people to people make mistakes. Maybe there was a lot going on and it is possible the photo department had a lot of orders so stop and think before you rant on how bad it is.

I will NOT be taking my photo business to Walgreens anymore. I sent my husband today to pick up TWO picture orders. I told him there was TWO orders. He came back home with one. He told me that the girl told him there was only one order. I had TWO verifications via email that BOTH the orders were ready for pickup. I called back to the Walgreens Store number: 10431 in Cape Carteret, NC. Spoke to a new gal that must have just started her shift. She checked and said yes there was the other order sitting there. Not only did she NOT seem the least bit interested that I was ticked, nor that my husband had to make a special trip to get the pictures, she was NOT friendly at all. She didn't bother to apologize for the mix up. I told her we would pick up my order and in the future I will NOT be bringing anymore of my photos to Walgreens to get developed. I know Walgreens is a big company and maybe TOO big too care about the little people because your customer service I give a ZERO ! Might I add I get a LOT of pictures developed and am in the process of copy writing all my photos to begin a business, and your company just lost my business. The date of course is Dec 31st and the time I called the store was 3:30 pm (In case anyone is interested in checking into who I talked too) because she did not even have the time or decency to say sorry. Shame on you Walgreens. Furthermore I am moving my perscriptions out of your store too. Customer service is #1.....
