Pregnant Kansas Woman Employed by Walgreens' told can not ware matternety pants or will be fired. Since when, this is a violation of so many rights, where do I begin, really. Anyone know a good corporate lawyer. Whats Ethics number, how about a discrimatory attorney, or EEOC. This male manager is harassing this women and threatening to fire her. Does he really want to cost the company millions.

Thought Id share my day with you I was on phone with Walgreen's call center all day. I was told one store had my meds in then called that store and was told no. This went on for hours then I called them back again and they said go to my Walgreens and have them central order your meds. So, I drove to my Walgreens told them this they said call center had no idea what they were talking about and they didnt have my med in stock for past two months even though Brad the pharmacist on duty two weeks ago said he had ten. I went out to parking lot about to cry called the center again and they said they would call manager at store I was on hold ten minutes and she came back on and said no I cant order them no one in my area all the way to Sarasota has them after being told two stores earlier in Sarasota had them in stock. I have had this script since May 3 and I have tried from Deerfield Beach down to Clearwater in Pinellas county to fill my med and no one supposedly has them in stock. Oh except one in Clw said he just wouldn't fill it because it was out of county. I'm at wits end my daughter graduates June 8th at the Tropicana field in Pinellas County and I will not be able to drive there much less walk around with my cancer plus my back issues I am disabled and not supposed to drive far or walk for more than ten minutes. I am ready to give up on the Lupron treatments why get shots in my stomach and chemo just to feel like hell 24/7 afterwards??? I have no money to buy meds from a mom and pop shop and or buy them off the street but I sure as hell am tempted in order to see my daughter get her diploma she is mentally handicapped and almost 21 graduating from high school. I dont know anyone in my area to ask where they go to a get meds filled either. I raise my fiances three boys and have for seven years and I go to college part time but wont be able to this Summer without meds either. I mean my Lupron costs 2500 and Walgreens fills it so they know I have cancer yet they refuse to help me. Im so over it all. I see why more and more people are committing suicide every day its easier than the pain. I also see why the addicts are returning to being addicts. This is a harsh society I am in school for Law and have only four math classes left for both my degrees but the more time that passes the harder it gets to just get out of bed. I hope something changes soon for the better for all of our sakes or the system that the government thinks they have in place that is helping is going to bite them in the ass BIG TIME!!!!

Sub:Poor Service and arrogence of your loacl Manager. Dear Sirs,

I am reporting extremely poor service and arrogant behaviour of your staff including the manager. I am sending a letter to your head office with copy to department of Consumer affairs of the state of california. May 15, 2012 Walgreens Corporation 200 Wilmot Road Deerfield, IL Sub: Poor Service and arrogance of your Local Manger and other employees. Dear Sirs, I am a local physician with my office almost across the street from your store in Lancaster on the corner of 20th street west at West Avenue J. On 14th of May, 2012 I went to your above store at about 10-45 am. I took my camera and took out the Sim card and selected 249 pictures to get 2 sets of CDs and 4/6 Prints. After choosing the pictures, I called for the associate, who took care of the rest for proper processing the order. I was told that the order would be ready ad 3 pm. My wife was going out of the country that night and I appreciated quick service. I went to the store about 5-45 pm. I was given three packets of PRINTS ant any CD. I asked for the CD. The associate told me that no CD was ordered and it was not made. I looked at one of the packets and see hand written entrée “ CD with prints. I showed the associate. He could not answer anything and he possibly called the store manager, who came immediately with another gentleman. The gentleman went inside and did some thing but could not produce any CD. The manager told me that the her technician was sick and did not come to work that day and she could not do anything. I told that why didn’t she told me in the morning? I could have gone to another store ( across the street there is a CVS store) and could get it done. She told me that “we told you to repeat the selection but you did not listen to us. ”.I told this was simply a lie. No body asked me to select the pictures again. In stead of being apologetic in a harsh voice she ordered me to leave her store immediately. I had to rush out of the store leaving a sun glass on the counter and I did not dare to go back to the store as yet and possibly will never visit your store again. The way she behaved she will possibly get me arrested if I go back to the store for any reason. I know I am a small fish compared to a giant WALGREENS and I will never be able to fight with you. Do you think I will ever send a prescription to your pharmacy. If this is known to other physicians in this small city, they may not send any patient to your store either. This is not a threatening. I always like shopping at our local Walgreens and the employees there have always been very helpful. BUT---I bought some things 12 weeks ago and sent for 2 rebates. I sent all the correct information and 6 weeks later received postcards saying that my rebates had the wrong RFN #'s on the register receipts. I didn't put the RFN numbers on the receipts, it is done by the registers. So I went to my local Walgreens and talked to the manager. He was very helpful and contacted the rebate center for me via phone. The rebate center agent said they had been having problems and that it was not my fault and the rebates should have been valid. The manager resubmitted the rebate forms for me by fax (I have copies of all the information I sent.) Lo and behold, 6 weeks later I again find out that my rebates have been invalidated. I went back to the store (this time the manager on duty seemed a but put out but did call the rebate center and again had an agent there resubmit my rebate forms. They said I would have to wait another six to eight weeks to receive the rebates. How do I know it just won't be invalidated again?? Besides, it would mean that I will have waited five months or longer to receive rebates that were promised in six to eight weeks. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who might be able to expedite my rebates. The agent said "I can transfer you to a supervisor" and immediately put me on hold for another agent (Center is in foreign country maybe???) Anyway, I hung up and I think my next move is to contact the Better Business Bureau. Will see what happens, but I too (sadly) will begin shopping Walmart instead of Walgreens.

I received my email from Drugstore.com saying that Bioscrip was closed and prescriptions had been transferred to Walgreen.com. When I looked up my prescription I saw that you expect me to pay $107 for the same thing I paid $50.21 for at drugstore.com. Actually not the same thing. The $50.21 was for Q270 of Nature-Throid. Your price of $107 was for only Q180. Are you kidding? How can you possibly justify charging that?

Castle Rock, Colorado. I am wondering why a 24 hr pharmacy has gone down to regular business hours and a hospital is opened approx 1 mile away and the nearest 24 hour pharmacy is now over 30 minutes away??? People who don't feel well now have to drive 30 minutes to get their prescriptions in the middle of the night???? What kind of customer service is that??? I am very disappointed and won't be visiting a Walgreens any time soon.

I am the medical proxy for a glioblastoma patient that has his med's filled at Walgreens on whalley Ave, New Haven, CT. Every 23 days he is to take 4 tabs of a chemo pill. The pills seems to come in 5 tab containers. The pharmacist always give him 4 cantainers from the manufactorer with 5 tabs each. Because my friend had brain surgery and lost the part of his brain that allows him math skills, he finds it very difficult to figure out that he needs to take one pill out of each of the four bottles to make a fifth bottle.The problem here is I requested the Walgreens pharmacist open those 4 containers and take one pill out in order that the four containers that contain five pills becomes five containers that have four pills in each container.I asked the pharmacist to do this for him. She said no then after a short conversation she agreed to put the info in His alerts. She said it may work but prob not because the pharmacists never check the alerts for their patients before they fill thier scripts.I find it very hard to fathom this. My Question to Walgreens corporate is where do you get these pharmacist that don't look at alerts for patients? Plus she was rude. Unbelievable that we try to look at these people high regard. My guess is that the old saying," what do you call a pharmacist that graduated last in their class? A Walgreens pharmacist." is actually true.

I work in the Galleria area of Houston Texas. I visit the store at 5200 Westheimer often. There are a few people there who always seem to be having bad day and they make that very obvious to the customers. I ALWAYS make it a point to check out with Cornell if he is working that day. He is the kindest and most helpful clerk I have ever had the pleasure to come across. He is an A++ employee. Employees like Cornell are the reason customers like me choose to come to your store instead of the competitor.

hi my name is letitia im writing you this message not knowing if this is the correct way to file complaint on your company's but i will give it a shot. i put in a perscription at your store located 7455 south stoney island may 9th 2012 my perscription with your pharmacy was for vicodin pain medication it is one of the most used street drugs in the chicagoland area, the pharmacist that filled my perscription that day gave me one hundred and fifteen pills when my perscription was for one hundred fifty she had a problem believing i could be subcribed that type of medicine with me being poor and with chronic pain i noticed the womans reaction to me having this medication as if i was a drug addict or something ive heard how your stores have been shot up all over america and look at the reason why your ermployee,s are unappreciative of god has done for them my medicine was taken purposely and i hopeyou have your people to stop there rude,ungodly way's toward's descent people everyone isnt drug addicted please get yor pharmasuiabe pharmacy staff sttraight before some one wont be patient with their ways and let them have it for their smug,and hateful lowdown ways thank you customer done wrong by your walgreens staff including the people on that wallgreens staff mAke you want to hurt them! sincerly letitia willia the woman that got the perscrin 5/9/2012

We did a mechanical job for Walgreens in Chesterfield, VA...the job is completed and yet Walgreens has not paid the General Contractor nor the subs. You would think a company this size could pay their bills. This is corporate America hurting the small businesses once again. Beware if you do any work for a Walgreens...they do not pay well.

The Walgreens in on 1 SE Third Avenue in downtown Miami is a horrible store. Unfortunately, it is convenient to me because it is on the ground floor of my office building. However, they are always out of sales items by the second day of the sale-either the manager is not ordering enough items or is not having the shelves restocked. There is always a long wait at the front register. It is also cluttered in the aisles and dirty. Today, there was only ONE cashier at the register during lunchtime in busy downtown Miami! This is a common occurrence. The manager should be fired. He/she does not know how to properly manage a store. I have complained about this store numerous times on the www.tellwag.com survey, yet Walgreens does absolutely nothing to improve this store. From now on, I will walk a couple of blocks to the CVS, rather than deal with this horribly run store.

I use the Photo Department at the 34th and Bell Walgreens in Amarillo Texas. I have been developing an idea using photos. My iPhone has been terrific with the Walgreens app as I am able to send a request to the store and pick them up in about an hour. A young lady named Susie Ross has been extremely helpful to me. I am a novice with Walgreens, iPhone, and photos. Susie has been so helpful and so knowledgeable and understands immediately what I am trying to do. It is something totally different that she has not seen before so her quick understanding is very very helpful. My experience with your store has made it possible for me to develop my idea with ease and not angst. I thank you and I especially want to than Susie Ross!

Walgreens as a store is good. Employees are everything. Here in the Baltimore stores, I have experienced the best and worst. I have come to know the employees at many of the stores. For the low wages - (most are on state assistance of some kind) and now double the responsibilities have now decreased the customer care. Perhaps Undercover Boss is a suggestion that I can bring to you. Treat your employees better, you wouldn't be where you are without them.

I drove to the outside window at your Memphis, TN location at Union and Pauline and was appalled at the filth and disgustingly dirty cluttered drive up window. A car from CT was ahead of me and I felt embarrassed and humiliated that a Walgreens would represent our city to outsiders or residents with such deplorable conditions. Clean up your act and make your managers accountable.

To whom it may concern I am contacting you because of my problems with walgreens in Pasco county Florida, Pinellas county, Hernando county and Hillsbourough county. I went to my regular walgreens pharmacy which is Majestic ave in Hudson Fl. They said they can not fill my prescriptions because it is out of the county prescriptions. I go to a pain management in Tampa which is in Hillsbourough County. which is also where I had My BRAIN SURGERY, but I live in Hudson which is Pasco County. I have had no problems what so ever filling my prescriptions. Now this month I have no idea what is going on, but I have gone to 47 walgreens and other pharmacies. I drove over 280 miles and every pharmacy gave me a different excuse. Last month I did go to a Pharmacy in Springhill which is in Hernando County it was on clifton and 19. She filled my Prescriptions because I told her all of my health problems and had documentation of everything including M R I s and Pictures of my head being cut open and sewed back together. I have three diseases one fatal. My major one is Chiari Malformation. Thats why I had the brain surgery and that will be a chronic illness and pain for the rest of my life. I also have Scholiosis and spinal stenosis. They removed My first vertebrae during surgery and also every disc in my back is dehyderated or bulging all the way down my back. I feel that walgreens really needs to get it together and start dispensing the medcation that is precribed and not just judge a book by a cover. I feel that one person can walk in and get the exact medicne im trying to get and they look at me and think nothing is wrong with me and they tell me NO. I am tired of this situation and in alot of pain. I am just letting you know that there is a major problem with discrimination and this county by county stuff. The woman that filled my prescriptions last month eventhough it was an out of county prescription wouldnt do it for me this month. Maybe If I take 47 of my pharmacy cards i got on my journey with my illness and broken neck the lady might feel bad one more time and help me again. I feel sorry for the people like me that have real lagit problems lke me because they are going threw the same thing and the people who are just addicted to drugs seem to just be able to walk in and pay for there scripts. I am sorry if I am rude, but walk a mile in my shoes and you would see how I feel. Please someone if you get this please listen to me. You guys need to figure it out.

I was in the walgreens in Garner Nc to get 2 prescripts filled and i asked why were they souch higher than walmart and she said i dont why but this is our price and i was not offered a generic or anythingi was totally humilated and embarassed and i have no insurance so good customer service well we can offer you a generic because my script did not say it had to be dispensed as written.way to go

I'm totally disgusted with walgreens! They deny to give medication, then laugh, then tell you to come back 4 days latter they still play games AND NO MEDICINE!!!!!!!! root canal and the condition a person is in before that and they play stupid games!!!!!! I myself am contemplating confronting them in court for refusing to give medication when they had my prescription and false advertizing these pharmacists are mean vengeful spirited
