I frequent two of your stores in Virginia Beach atleast once a week and have been doing so since they opened. I sometimes wonder why I even bother, but I keep on going because one store is very close to my home. Your core customer or so I keep reading is in the 70,000 range. Maybe that is why I don't like Walmart. Here are my complaints: Most of your employees lack information and customer service skills. They are not willing to answer questions,help locate an item or are not familar with the merchandise you are trying to buy. Distribution and merchandising is a mess. Nobody knows where advertised merchandise is located (on one occasion it was still in the warehouse) even though I was told by a Manager the item was sold out. I was there at 9AM on the first day of the sale. Employees that stock seem to think they have the right to restrict access to the entire floor space with whatever equipment they are using. They disappear and the area is blocked for hours. Whether I have 5 or 35 items on my list, I seldom come home with 100% of what I intended to buy. You are always out of something. My latest complaint deals with the Red Barron Philadelphia Cheese and Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza. For the past 3 months this item was not available at all. The World Table Philadelphia Cheese Pizza was only available 10% of the time at the Super Center. I usually don't contact anyone, but I did send 2 emails to Red Barron asking what the problem was. I did what they told me to do, but Farm Fresh never added the item so I ended up buying Pizza after Pizza trying to find a substitute for my husband's favorite Pizza. I was unsuccessful. I am sending this saga of a story, because Saturday I overheard a story between a Manager and another customer that basically said "You could stand on a roof top and shout and Walmart is not going to change a thing" These words came from someone that is employed by Walmart and had a suit on.

Wal-Mart has a bunch of crooks working for them. I went into the wal-mart in Rantoul Illinois to buy three $100.00 walmart visa gift cards. I ended up paying $316.32 for the cards. I registered them as per the directions and they showed a valid balance on them. But, when I tried to use them on the walmart shopping site it would not accept them. This was a week after I had registered them. So I went back to the store where I got them and tried to buy something and it still would not accept them. I went to customer service and they said " Im sorry ,thats too bad theres nothing we can do." I was furious! So I went home and called the Wal-Mart headquarters. They were nice and told me how to use them to purchase e-cards online. Then I would be able to buy my kids presents for christmas. I was happy until I got the email the next day saying that they were out of e-cards! I called the main office again and was put on hole by a machine mind you, for almost two hours! I have tried calling everyday this week and always Im put on hold forever. Someone pocketed my hard earned money and I guess I am going to have to get a lawyer too. I work hard for my money and don't appriciate people stealing it from me and my family. And during the holidays? How low can you stoop.

I shopped in your Desoto, Tx store this morning (12/6/10), spent $189.00. Your lazy cashier bagged my goceries and left them on the spinner for me to put in the basket. I ask her yall don't put the goceries in the basket anymore, she pretended not to hear me so I ask her again. She look at me and stated no we haven't done that for sometime now. I adivsed her sweetie if I wanted to go to Sack & Save I would have. Walmart has gone up on their price and their customer service is getting worse. They hire the laziest people who want to be paid to talk to their coworkers and check their cell phones for texts. I rather spend my money at Tom Thumb who's closer to me anyway. I have one more complaint, I work in Arlington, Tx, and your store on collins, across the street from the Cowboys Stadium, your customers can't even park near the front of the store because your employees are park up front. What happen to customer service.

Walmart Store in Mebane, NC a few athiests complained about the Christmas Tree decorated at the entrance of the store. To satisfy the athiests, the tree was taken down. As a Christian, I was totally offended. Christmas has been banned from the schools. Now, a simply tree offends athiests. Come on...If Wal-mart starts standing up for athiests, this is one customer of many that will stop shopping there.

We were in Walmart today and when I got to the check out counter I asked the lady behind the counter why they were not playing Christmas music. Her reply to me was and I quote...."we were playing it until there was a complaint". A complaint!! How do you and why do you and why would you want to, complain about Christmas music!? After all we (we meaning Americans) have been through in the last two years, all the losses, and tears, and the forced re-evaluation of our lives, we (we meaning the millions of Christians) can't celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because the words "Merry Christmas" offends a couple of people? The lady behind the counter went on to tell me how she had said "Merry Christmas" to someone in line and apparently that person looked at her and said that those words offended them and to say happy holidays instead. Now listen to what she said in rebuttal....she looked at them square in the face and said "those words offend me!" Praise God for this woman and her strength and her willingness to "stand" for the Lord. 1Th 3:8 For now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord. Now this woman had, I am assuming, already thought of the consequence of her statement relating to the possibility of being fired or reprimanded by her superiors, but she did not care! She brought it to Goliath. I have noticed that people just are not in the Christmas spirit this year. I have fear my friends that he is here and like a thief in the night he's going to take us down and we are oblivious to it. Has anyone else noticed the black cloud over this nation this holiday season? When, as Christians, are we to take a stand and face down the enemy in the name of the Lord? Look where our complacency has gotten us over the last 50 years, no Jesus in schools, no Jesus in government, no Jesus in our public areas. I don't want this story to get away from me before I get on my soap box. She completed my transaction and as I was walking away I turned and said "MEEERRRRYYYY CHRISSSSTMASSS!!" AS LOUD AS I COULD. She looked at me and smiled and said "MEEERRRYYY CCCHRRRISSSTMMASSS!!" When leaving the store I made a point to say those words to everyone I could as loud as I could. Out into the parking lot, right into Lowe's parking lot, into the store, back into the parking lot, the dollar store, well you get the picture. SOAPBOX TIME: My Christian Brother's and Sister's we talk all the time and spit nails at what the world is doing to our faith. We ask where is the Christian Coalition, where are the millions of Christians that pour millions of dollars into these places that won't even honor the Man that this season is about? Who will stand up and say NO MORE!! As a nation of Christians we have got to wake up and take this land back in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior now! If we don't, we deserve what will be handed to us in the next few years. I am calling on all Christians of this nation to boycott any store who will not allow their employees to say the words "Merry Christmas" or who will not play Christmas music during the most important season of the year next to Easter. We have got to start standing for what we believe. We have allowed all facets of the world's religions to come to America and be free to practice their beliefs, but in turn we are losing the right we use to have to practice ours in our nation. We cannot allow this new world order to take away the Rock that this nation was built on, take down the Christmas lights, change what we have been taught and what we as Christians have taught our children over 100's of years about he miraculous birth of Christ and "the reason for the season" nor can we be forced to take down our nativities or our commandments, because it might OFFEND someone??? The way I see it if we don't start running to the adversary and take him out at the beginning and allow these changes to take place how are we going to stop this snowball headed for hell? Christians, we don't need Walmart, or the mall, or any other paganistic, satan loving establishment. We don't. We have the numbers to make a difference. I like the brand "Propel" packets for flavoring water and decided to try Great Values Cranberry Apple packets of drink mix. Pricewise, they were a good value in comparison. The flavor is great and I really liked it. However, one of the reasons I liked Propel is because the packets dissolve clear. Alternatively, the Great Value Cranberry Applie dissolved a deep dark red color. I found it difficult to drink because I could not get past knowing the amount of red food dye that had been added. What is wrong with "clear" - Why add this unnecessary indgredient? I cannot, in good faith, buy any more of the product and will choose another Brand, simply because of that issue - and will miss the cranberry apple. Sometimes, less is more.

Please DISCONTINUE calling my cell phone with promotional ads or anything else. I thought that was illegal. STOP IT. IT COSTS ME MONEY TO HEAR YOUR AD. THAT JUST SUCKS. I want to help vote for fighting hunger but dont know where to go

Tonight at the Mount Vernon Washington Super store, my 13 yr old son was assaulted by a wal-mart associate. She climbed over her counter and pushed a cart into my sons abdomen hard enough to leave a red mark. When I spoke to associates, customer service, 2nd customer service rep, and management all women dissmissed me with, "Im sorry ma'am hope you have a happy holiday!" This is out landish behavior from any public servant, or even human being. I will no longer be shopping there, and my next step, MEDIA!

I received my black friday order today.Which was fairly a large order, which arrived by fed-ex. Much to my surprise after opening and checking the items, I began to gather up the paper to dispose. Lying on my white livingroom carpet was a small snake(alive). At first glance I thought it was a small wire or piece of paper curled. As I went to pick it up...it moved. My husband picked it up and got rid of it outside. We live in ne Ohio and today was our first snow fall. So I don't imagine it lasted much longer. Just a warning to everyone when receiving their merchandise to check thoroughly and to becareful. This will probably be my last experience ordering from them online.

On November 1st, I went into the hospital for total knee re-vision surgery. I have a Wal-Mart Visa Debit card for about 6 months now, with no problems because i was only using the Phone Automated System to match my purchases with my reciepts, as to balance my monies available and make sure of no false charges. So when I came home from the hospital on Nov. 5th, I became board and decided to register my card on the Wal-Mart website for that Card. I did this on or about Nov.8th. The next day, my card was wiped clean. Now I am in possession of the card and authorized no charges. I live in Palm Bch. Gardens,Fl. and the purchases were made in Glendale,Arizona @ Target and Peroria,Arizona @ Best Buy, and of course all electronics were purchased. But the kicker is that they (thieves) had no card to present to make purchases so it had to be done over the internet, right? I called Wal-Mart cust. service rite away and they told me to call the vendors and cancel the charges. So I did. Tha vendors told me, oh no, you have to call the bank whom the debit card is affiliated with to cancel the charges. I said it's a Wal-Mart reloadable card not associated with any bank. Niether vendor new what I was talking about, and told me to call back Wal-Mart. It is now Dec.1st and Wal-Mart keeps giving me the run around and I am out $1000.00, 24 days before Christmas. I also have called corporate with no reply. Their cust. service is terrible, most reps don't speak proper English and need interpreters and this company flat out sucks. Peace and Merry Christmas

I have sent an email in the past to walmart complaining about their terrible shopping carts which needs repairs. This was about 6 months to a year ago and nothing has been done about them as yet in my opinion. On Dec 1, 2010 the first shopping cart we tried to use was almost impossible to use. I can't understand why such a nice store with such crumy equipment.

I Know this will fall on deaf ears and eyes but here goes, I went to Cleburne Walmart on Black Friday at 1030 Thanks giving night and stood in line for the EMachine computer for my 2 granddaughters for the 2nd year, after standing in line for 7 hours and being told they had 68 computers we were told at 0500 that they only had 29. I feel that this is false advertisement and fully intend to report to the BBB and possibly get a national television station involved. In these poor economic times we are in it is a sad state that consumers are lied to and treated so disrepectful by such a large corperation.

This isn't about customer service it's about service to those who work for your company day in and day out, with no complaints. My husbands works for store # 1140 in Mt.Sterling KY and I just wanted to give a big thanks for the holiday my share bonus, which was nothing. I know for a fact that store is always booming and sales stay up so there should've been a bonus. And if the store was doing poorly it wouldn't be spending over $500 store money to decreate for the holidays and be catering for Christmas dinner. I'm sure if you ask the employs would them-A. like to have a catered in store dinner or B. Get a check nine out of ten would say I'll take the money because it's Christmas your employs depend on these bonuses so thier families will have a merry Christmas. Have a Heart Mr. Scrooge

After reading through all these comments, many of which are whining, I just had to speak up. Yes, I am a Walmart employee, yes I am treated like crap everyday by management and by customers. I do my best to treat everyone that I come in contact with nicely and to help them out the best I can. So let me cover a few things. First keep you reciept. If you end up having to return something and dont have it be prepared to be told no ot get a girft card. This is because there are too many people out there stealing and making prices go up for everyone. Second, realize that the world does not revole around you.If you are waiting to get help and the employee is helping another customer then wait your turn. It is very rude to just walk up and take that time away from the other customer. Third, do you all realize what we as employees have dumped on us in a day? How about being scheduled to work a fivve hour pshhift, have frieght to get out, clean up after the lazy customers who trash the depsartment, help the customers who need it and help up front when the registers are busy? Until you walk a day in my shoes then ou have no room to complain. Yes, management treats us like crap on a daily basis, but many of us need the job so we stay. I bust my butt for what meager earnings I make. Next time you are having a bad day or you are in contact with an employee who is less than friendly why don't you just say to them, I hope you have a good day. It will make a difference. Becuase when it comes down to it if you do not feel appreicated by management or the customers then yeah your sservice is gonna suck. I can tell you this much I will not be the one to bend over and kiss your backside, I do not make enough money to do that. Your actions do cause negative reactions. No one is perfect and next time you want to totally whine and complain think about how you behaved towards that person. You never know if they are in the middle of losing their home or if they just lost a loved one. Be more considerate cause Sam Walton did not want his employees to be trampled on either.

My Sister in law went to the Wal-mart on 800 East southern Ave Tempe Az 85582. She turned in a prescription for My Niece who has a Serve Sinus Infection. Well my sister in law gave the the pharmacist a $20.00 dollar bill because that is all she had. Now they will not give her the correct change from the 20 she gave them they are saying she gave them a 10 (NOT TRUE). And they kicked her out of the store. without my Niece's Prescription So now my baby niece who is 18 months has to suffer due to the Stupidity of your employee's. I (my) family is very upset and will never walk into a Wal-mart store again. And will let everyone know what is going on. I know you do not care due to size of the company. I have a huge family and lots of friends that will spread the word. I use to love to shop at Wal-mart never again. Lost customer in Tempe AZ.

black friday what a joke waited in line for 3 hrs to see wal mart employees get all the $198.00 computers at the lompoc store they were not even in line till it was time to get the bracelets so you could come back and get them . the employees were rude and so was the store manager how would not give her last name , just said her name was Marty and that was it . her name is Marty Cabral ant to all the people who waited in line from first to the last call the corporate office at (479) 273-4000 and let them know how bad it was .

BLACK FRIDAY AT DAYTON TENNESSEE WALMART WAS A FLOP. WE GOT THERE ABOUT 4:30AM FOR THE SALES THAT WERE SUPPPOST TO START AT 5:00 AM. WELL WHEN WE GOT TO THE STORE WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD GIVEN OUT BANDS STARTING AT 10:30 PM THURSDAY NIGHT. HOW DOES THE SALE START AT 5:00AM IF YOU GIVE OUT BANDS TO PURCHASE BETWEEN 5:00 AND 6:00AM BLACK FRIDAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IF SOMEONE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR ITEM WE COULD WAIT UNTIL 6:00AM AND THEY WOULD SELL US ONE. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED IN THE FLYER THAT WALMART WAS GIVING OUT STATING THAT THE SALE STARTED AT 5:00AM WHEN THE SALE REALLY STARTED AT 10:30PM THE NIGHT BEFORE. THIS WAS NOT FAIR FOR THE PEOPLE THAT GOT UP EARLY FOR THE 32" TV AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE ALL GONE BEFORE MIDNIGHT THE NIGHT BEFORE. THIS IS A WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES GET THE ITEMS FIRST BEFORE THE CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND HUNDREDS PER WEEK. WHEN WE HEARD THIS NEWS WE LEFT AND WENT TO LOWES WHERE THEIR BLACK FRIDAY SALES ADVERTISED IN THEIR FLYER ACTUALLY DID START AT 5:00AM
