this company does not even rate 1 star i never shop at wal mart, well i did once and that was enought. never again. my children do. after this, well another one will bite the dust too. i purchased a item on online, site to store, used my credit card. she went to pick up and box was empty, means someone stole it at the warehouse, or whatever. do you people not check these things, especially around this time, christmas? could not do an even exchange with one in store? no. manager, at batavia store, illinois was an absoulte well, let say did nothing. now, without an item for a child for christmas. credit my credit card, big deal, will that be immediate? i need that money to purchase another item. think all people have all kinds of money, escpecially aroung the holiday season to just go ahead and wait until it is credited. okay, then deliver the item free of charge and make it is hear for christmas. ALL, I HEAR IS I AM SORRY, PEOPLE STOP SAYING THAT AND CHANGE POLICIES TO INSURE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT AND HAS NOT, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE SHOPS HERE. IF NOT FOR MY DAUGHTER, WEL, SHE WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER ANYMORE AFTHER THIS 1 HOUR ORDEAL AT THE BATAVIA STORE, ILLINOIS. NOT THAT MATTERS, BECAUSE IT IS LIKE THAT AT MANY MANY MANY STORES. IF IT WAS NOT FOR MY GRANDCHILD MAY BEING WITHOUT HER GIFT. I AM GLAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER LOST. I HAVE 5 CHILDREN AND NOW ONLY ONE LEFT TO SHOP, WELL, AFTER THIS, PROBABLY NOT HER EITHER. YOUR ASSOCIATES HAVE ONLY PAT ANSWERS AND ONLY CAN WALK A STRAIGHT LINE, ARE NOT ABLE TO THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. EITHER HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN OR AT LEAST TRAIN THE ONES THAT HAVE NEVER WORKED BEFORE. IT IS LIKE THEY HAVE TO READ FROM A PIECE OF PAPER TO KNOW WHAT THEY NEED TO DO NEXT. AND THEN THE ANSWER IS NOT ON THE PAPER. SO WAL MART IS THE BLAME FOR THAT. CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS STORE HAS NO CLUE WHAT THAT IS. NONE. NONE.

I bought an rngagement ring from the walmart in Columbia Tn. on May 1,2010 it then took 3 weeks to have it sized. Recently it started changing colors I tried cleaning it and it did not help so on Dec.17,2010 I took the ring along with all my paperwork to walmart they also tried to clean it, and the ring is still faded I was then told because it has been longer than 90 days of the purchase there is nothing they can do! I am not going to settle for that answer someone is going to listen. Keep in mind this was suppose to be a 14kt white gold forever keepsake engagement ring. People please do not buy anything like that from walmart they do not care about their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy in Fitzgerald Georgia is quite bad. I went last month for a prescription and was forced to wait for an hour. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Then the prescription was wrong. I had to wait for another 20 minutes in order to get the correct prescription. This month I was told the wait would be 35 minutes. The wait was in excess of an hour, to be exact, the time was one hour and seventeen minutes. The pharmacist was actually laughing at me because I was forced to wait. It seems he and the other pharmacist at this location take great pleasure in doing this. I would suggest that you need some training. If we were to look at this from analytical standpoint you could obtain ideas from almost any performance engineering standpoint. In my opinion,there are ways to improve this area, below is some suggestions to improve your pharmacies in general. 1. Find someone who does an outstanding job as a pharmacist. 2. Have someone familiar with this concept to observe and write down what this person does that is different 3. Have other pharmacist observe him and learn 4. Set expecatations for the pharmacist...by prioritizing the work for example a fist priority being accuracy, second priority speed, third priority good skills in customer service. To be honest, from what I hear, if you did not present with a $4.00 prescription price people would not use you. I use the pharmacy as a convenience while I shop; however, when it takes so long to fill a prescription, the convenience is no longer an adequate incentive to utilize this service.

I went to this Walmart store. I waited for 15 mintues before anyone came to wait on me in the picture dept. When they finally did and I brought the pictures to the front for checkout, I was told to walk BACK to the picture counter to get a "slip" for the cashier to scan. I refused and told the cashier to throw them away because I was frustrated and in a hurry. Apparently this made her mad because when I got home, I realized the cashier kept a few of my shopping bags (containing merchandise) with her and did not give them to me.

You should be very proud of a checker in the Seward Nebraska store. On 12/14/10 late at night. My elderly wife and I had just finished a day of Christmas shopping. Stopping at the Seward store to pick up some items before going home. We were exhausted. When we got to the check stand we noticed that we did not pick up any milk. She heard our conversation about that and said, "I will go get the milk for you. 1% or 2% and what size?" The store manager happen to be there and she went and got the milk for us that was located at the far end of the store. Wow! You should be very thankful of people like this working for Walmart.

Well Merry Christmas everyone! Do you know what Walmart in Enterprise, Alabama gave my dad for Christmas....NOTHING but let go. He was released the other day right be Christmas. This is very devastating to me. My family doesn't have much and my dad is a good worker. I guess Walmart didnt want to give him his Christmas bonus this year so "they" can pocket that money when we really need that money. I don't expect to have any gifts this year because now my dad can't afford it. Living paycheck to paycheck is hard enough. I know the one who made this decision is sleeping comfortable in their nice home and will wake up Christmas morning to a tree full of gift for their family with smiles on their faces. I hope who ever reads this truly understands this is a very hard time and I feel that the holidays are ruined for me personally this year. I am upset with Walmart and I do not plan on stopping here. My voice will be heard!

Very Angry Customer, I live in Orland Park Il i shop at the Orland Hills Wal Mart. I have 13 reciepts from being overcharged for items,this Saturday was the last straw .I bought only 6 items one of which was a cucumber my bill came to $27.00 dollars i knew this was wrong but did not want to hold up the line.I looked at my ticket and was charged for 14 cucumebrs,i went to the CS counter now mind you i have called the manager before about this he told me to bring in my reciepts well i did that 3 times and never seen him.This time he came up JIM PEARSON was so rude not a sorry or anything just told the girl to give me my money back.I have called the Coprorate office they have not called me back,i plan on calling the newspapers about this.What about the seniors who never check or the people who dont have a penny to spare. This has gotten out of hand in four mts a total of $67.13 is what i have been over charged yes i got the money back but that is not the point.They just dont care about their customers.Something has to be done about this problem with this store.I hope alot of people are able to see this and become aware of this problem. I know i will do everything i can to make people aware of this.

I have been a LONG time STOCKHOLDER and Walmart shopper - BUT NO MORE! I am furious that Walmart has decided to allow Homeland Security to put big screens in some stores for DHS to "encourage" citizens to RAT on others. It sounds innocent, but it is not. SOME people will have their lives ruined because someone who knows them and does NOT like them will say they are doing something suspicious. What about the customer who BUYS a lot of ammo? Or the customer who buys duct tape, rope and plastic? What about the YOUNG man (perhaps a minority) who buys a HOODED sweatshirt? What about the customer who buys a LOT of canned food, etc., - will they be seen as a FOOD HOARDER? This is HOW Nazi Germany acted - getting people to "report" others. We are increasingly living in a Police State - our Constitutional guarantees to the right to PRIVACY are being violated left and right! TSA's refusing to profile Muslims and groping children and old people, and people obviously NOT a threat. Unwarranted searches, law enforcement breaking down doors (sometimes the wrong door) in the middle of the night, DHS now has hundreds of special trucks that can SEE thru your car, or home and SEE what you are doing, and it goes on and on. I am selling my stock and will be shopping at TARGET. Sam Walton would NOT do this!

I was working for the new Longview, WA Walmart but I got let go "cause I was to slow" but the truth is I worked for the set up with no problem it was when I started the overnight shift one manager pick on me from day one she was never nice and very rude to me every day, I worked hard and I saw others standing around and she never said anything to them I now believe that Walmart is the worst place to work... I will be contacting a lawyer, I was treated wrong and it isn't right.

at 2457 the zone manger cheryl verba put are hand in my face and said go to me i have never work with the un kind people in the world and angela coffman when was working cds she told that they did not have to do the work ,also at 3712 when move cd from the dock and use a cart they no l-cart and no rocket cart to use so i use a cart and i got sceam at not to use and all i was use to that cd box to are bin and they are so mean that i wont shop in that store everagain and i tell all my friends and faimley will never shop in these stores again

Wish I could give Wal-Mart zero stars for their poor customer service and lack of intelligence. Wal-Mart has an "unbeatable promise", stating that they will beat any other competitors price, just bring in the ad and they'll match it. Having dealt with ignorance at Wal-Mart before, I decided to call to ask if they will honor a price match on a Nintendo Ds and the assistant manager told me yes. After driving 25minutes to our local Wal-Mart with my one year old baby, Wal-Mart made me wait around for at least 40minutes until a manager finally came over to tell me that they will not honor RadioShack's current price on the Nintendo DS because she called Radioshack and asked them why their prices were so cheap, and Radioshack said it was because they were on sale. She then told me that they do not honor sale items. I pulled out my smartphone and read out loud the price matching policy and guidelines on walmart.com. No where did it state that they do not honor sale prices; so I requested to see a copy of their price matching policy. She refused and called the police to escort me out of the store! This has got to be the most ridiculous situation I have experienced! I will never shop at Wal-Mart again.

Look, my name is Dakota and i am 13 years old. i know you walmart people probably dont even read this stuff but I feel that I have a right to an opinion. My grandmother has worked in one of the walmarts in LA longer than ANYBODY else in that store. Almost 28 years. She had to quit a little over a year ago because her husband got very sick and never got better.... she only quit for 6 months. before she quit, she made 15 dollars and hour as a CSM. Now she has lost everything! when she started back, she is currently only making 10 dollars and hour. Also on top of this, when you work at a company for almost 30 years and you only make 5 dollars an hour more than when you started that is a little bit WRONG. I and everybody else in that store feel that she works harder than anybody else and she is 69 years old. You people from walmart treat your employees wrong and dirty. you are a MULTI BILLION dollar company and you cant do anything better than that? Also another issue is that yall stopped doing profit sharing. that is another thing that i dont understand. If the "owners" of walmart stop making money now, they would still have enough money for 5 generation of their family to live and probably more. Sir or Madem, i am not trying to be rude but with the cheak she gets, we struggle to put food on the table. It would really make my grandmother and me happy if you could do something about this. I really hate the fact that i cant go hang out with my friends because we dont have gas money..... I would really like one of the "big shots" in the walmart corp. to put themselves in my families shoes.... and just try to imagine what it is like to not be a kid or to get to do the things that kids do or to wonder if there is enough money in the back for the bills or to buy food or to have gas money to get to work. I really think the company has gone down sence sam walten died. everybody has gotten greaty with the money. i just want my grandmaw to be treated better than she is and to have money for the bills and everything else.. thanks to all of you who have read this whole thing. I have ordered a mothers ring for my mom for a Christmas gift on October 20th 2010 so I would for sure have it for Christmas and here it is December 8th 2010 and I just found out today that I will not be getting it.... I am so upset they sent me a conformation that my item had been shipped and now they are telling me that there was a problem and that it is my fault because they said that they emailed me and I never got back to them. THEY NEVER EMAILED ME!!!!!!! And all I hear from them is I am sorry but you know what my mom has wanted this for 44 years and I was so excited that I finally had the money to get it for her now this happens. I think Walmart should make this right but who am I kidding all they know is to tell you sorry and they think that should be enough. I trusted them and look what it got me........

The Bastrop Texas Wal Mart has the worst broken equipment. The Swipe machines do not work and need to be replaced. The hour I spent waiting for the self check out machine and then the swipe card would not work. I had to move to another register to pay. What a joke

I am a contactor that performed asbestos abatement rmoval at a new site in St. Petersburg, FL. After completing the work they said they didn't think the work was worth the amount they agreed to pay and that they only would pay 1/2 of the invoice. Now they wont even reture a call to pay anything.

I am a grandmother 57 years old and have had the best shopping experience in my life ---I arrived at Walmart on Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta Georgia at 8:30am this past Sunday Morning December 4th ----My plan was to stay within budget and buy for 10 grandchildren and great nieces and nephews ----I was nervous and anxious - needed to be at church and knew it would be "challenging" to stay within the budget ----well about 8:45 I see a young gentlemen and I ask him to help me find Moon dust ----from that simple request Mr George Oakman, who works in toys, gently guided my shopping expedition like I was the Queen of England. He was knowledgeable regarding every toy - compared each toy not only for price but how the kids would enjoy ---Mr. Oakman got a second buggy(my buggy was full) and we shopped together buying for my sweet little ones until we had two buggies full of toys and I had more than enough toys for all kids ----then George took me over to the register in toy department and patiently helped me choose what would make the little ones the happiest and still not completely bust my budget --As George was helping me at the register I of course realized I needed to make a couple of changes to make all little ones happy so George ask a co-worker to help with adding another Barbie and looking for two more electronic books ---I am telling you I felt like the Queen of Sheba ----most importantly because of George Oakman I was able to have a great time shopping for all the kids in my life and also make my hubby reasonably happy that I did not break the bank. Is there a rating less than 1 star? Waited in the Customer Service line at the Johnson Ferry Road store in Marietta, GA for more than 20 minutes until I was in front of the woman behind the desk. Just as she was about to address my problem, up walks a woman with a return and butts in front of the line. Now I can be a patient guy but what frosted my cake was this woman then had brass to have the Customer (No) Service agent check out more than a half dozen items which should have been done at the check out counters. When I said something to the agent behind the desk she said that she just could not be mean to the lady. Well, what about the fact that she was mean to the 13 people who were waiting in line in back of me by taking care of someone who did not have the courtesy to get in line like everyone else??? Called the Corporate office to complain and got the typical run around with no desire or committment to fix the store level problem.
