Every time I go looking for a certain item. I am disappointed to find they are out of my size or out of the popular item that most of us like. I am convinced they only stock items that do not sell so you are forced to buy something your not happy with. I am taking my business to Super Target from now on. It's sad because I have been shopping there for years and used to be happy. Mr Walton would be very unhappy with how things turned out.

I too recently had a bad experience at a walmart location the lady in customer service called me a bitch reported her to the manager and the pleasure of speaking with several and told me to rest assure they would handle the situation needless to say the employee still works there walmart customer service is a joke

I don't have the patience anymore. Especially when it comes to theives. You catch a shoplifter and want to bring everything down on them. But when a Corporation does it its simply a typo. I'm sure it's possible to find out exactly how many customers bought an item that is listed at one price then rings up another. and they don't do anything about it because it's $.10, or $.25, or even $1.00. Not worth there time to stand in a line for ten or fifteen minutes for so little change. But on the corporate side if say you have a couple hundred products labeled at one price and ringing up another, thats free money. Oh I mena a typo that is most unfortunate for the consumer. Does it go to the profit end and then a percentage goes to the store manager for his bonus. Not so much a typo then is it. So what if it became a law that for every mismatched price the retailer had to pay for the time of the consumer who had to waste there time for your "typo". Bet those errors would not happen as much as they have happened to me personally at your stores. Or maybe that money isn't included in the profit but actually is what is used to "give back to the community". I waited in line for fifteen minutes to get $1.00 that was listed on a case of Dr. Pepper for $5.98 but rang up as $6.98. This was in the late afternoon. I know I am not the only person in this city that bought a case of Dr. Pepper at your Palmetto, FL Wal-Mart and I hope I'm not the only individual to notice it rang up wrong. But maybe I was the only won to waste fifteen minutes in line for $1.00. But I doubt it in this economy. So instead of changing it in the computer so others are not getting overcharged, it appears to be Wal_mart's policy to roll the dice and bank on the fact that most people will pick up the reducd price item and check out and not notice they are being ROBBED! The Walmart at #3533 Northeast Stapleton is the worst of the worst if I could give them a 0 I would I was never able to get anyone to help us no managers to complain to, they page no one comes or anybody I been there 3 times and not ever to go again I wanted the big police car that they had and that was close to a $300.00 dollar car for my grandson.The other walmart #2892 store is the best store out of all the walmarts I've been to and I been to a lot of them,help right away a manager when you want one. The workers can speak English or talk like they had plenty of sense. They found out that your store had 3 and they try calling and they couldn't get anybody there for that department to pick up, so we decided to take the time to go out there and nothing happen they said someone was to come and pull it down from the back because they had three of them left and nobody came to assist us at all we waited for 30min never again.

Well, I have had a problem with Wal-Mart over the past 10+years!! I am speaking for myself only. Iam a plus size woman and I have always been able to purchase any clothes at Wal-Mart. But the past 10 yrs. or so the clothes for women have been at the least stylish. Look in the smaller size clothes and the shirts do not have big flowers on the front of them like plus sizes do. The last thing I need is flowers on my bust or across my rear end.I can't see why clothes just cant be sewn with more fabric. You are charging more money for larger clothes but the shirts are ugly. And the sizing factor these days are horrible!!! Hold up two or three shirts in the plus size and tell me if the 2x is an actual 2x size. Who the +&#! is sizing these shirts. It is NOT a plus size model! Give me a break, I dont need wide stripes, big flowers,or graphics relating to my size. Iam very casual and the casual clothes are a bit too dressy. Sure I want to look good like the smaller women but it seems like larger women are losing the clothes battle at Wal-Mart. Like I first stated Iam speaking for myself only but when you can't find enough clothes at Wal-Mart where do you go!!!! The prices are good but use a real model for your sizing PLEASE there are women that deserve looking their best too !!!!!!!

Should have 0 stars. I just returned from the Walmart on Peters Creek Parkway in Winston Salem and again the shelves are not stocked. I spent 60.00 but had the shelves been stocked I would probably have spent 150.00. I think they were getting ready for inventory but that is not an excuse. If they can't multi task and take inventory and serve the customers they need to close the store for inventory. Also, after the way they did my daughter about her job because she was out for a death in the family, they are not worth the salt of the earth. Someday these people will meet their maker and judgment will be served.

I used to work for wal-mart too. Was there for 8 yrs. What a joke the last few years have been there. The personell manager thinks she is all that, and the store manager lets her do what she wants and treats the associates how she wants too, even if it costs them their job. She needs to be fired and so does he. I needed to be off and she told me to call in, so i did. When i got back she told the store manager she never said it. So they let me go, but he wouldn't confront her in front of me. They treat their associates like crap unless your in the click with them. If you don't have to, don't work at wal-mart, and stop shopping there too. I'm not gonna shop there anymore. Wish they would go bankrupt. Remember life before wal-mart existed? Sam Walton must be rolling over in his grave right now seeing how is stores are being ran. Everything he was for, they are now against. WAL_MART SUCKS!!!!

As a Christmas gift I only asked for a 5 cup coffee maker, I got it and after a few weeks of using this I broke the carafe. Of course I've searched at just about anywhere to find a replacement carafe for the product. Seems to me that to sale a product and most other replacements that go to it they would also carry a 5 cup replacement carafe. They carry the GE license, so why not the product.

I'm a angry customer. I purchased airbed at wal-Mart in store and tried to return within 5 days because I already bought the new one more expensive one from Wal-mart website. I went to Wal-mart store to return my airbed and I didn't have my receipt. They refused take the airbed back and refused exchanged They told me that its Wal-Mart policy once the airbed package opened its not returnable. I have to ask Wal-Mart, since when did you guys decided to make your own policy without letting customers know. Why didn't Wal-Mart printout this policy on the receipts. I've no choice but to report this fraudulent activity about Wal-Mart to BBB. I tried to talk to the customer service manger name Amela and Keisha and they refused to help me. When I told them I'm going to report to the office they're laughing on me. I'm an independent truck driver delivering to a walmart dc an my appt time was 715pm. I arrived at 7 n checked in at the guard shack at 714. After pulling around an dropping my trailer in the assigned door bobtailed to the parking area and checked in at the receiving office they told me I was late for my appt. this is the biggest bunch of bullcrap n now I will sit here for 4 to 5 hours or more for a 2 hour load. They need to do a nation rule on deliveries instead of different rules per DC.

I am inquiring as to how I can obtain donations of food and litter for an animal rescue group in Bayonne, New Jersey. I wrote a letter to your corporate headquarters in January 2011 and did not receive a reply. How can I go about applying for this? I know that Walmart in different states does in fact donate food to rescue groups. I would appreciate any information that you can give me on this matter. Thank You.

I live in colorado springs, co and live just down the street from your walmart here. My father in law got his paycheck in the mail today and took it to walmart and had it cashed. Every other wednesday (which is when he gets paid) walmart has cashed the check. Today, he went in and they would not cash his check because it was marked for friday. Its never been a problem before and I don't know why they wouldn't cash it today, as it is always marked for friday. We are very tight pressed for money and really needed him to be able to cash his check. Since walmart would not cash it like they do every wednesday, you have lost his business and probably the families business as well. My youngest son Jacob (10) sold boy scout popcorn and earned a Wal Mart gift card. We went to one of your stores and bought an x-box 360 game for $40.00. Opened the game (How to Train Your Dragon)and the Game was damaged and unreadable. Took the game back to the store to exchange for the same game. The game was not available. Was told since you opened it you CAN NOT return the game unless we have an exact game. Of course the game was not available. BRIAN told me to keep checking till one came in, because he could not order one. Very disapointed my son and I came home and looked at Wal-Mart on-line. We found the game and it said NOT SOLD IN STORE. So now we need your help in recovering my sons $40.00 that he worked so hard for. We shop at Wal Mart frequently. At the Belt Line Rd. store this past Saturday I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a cashier named Deanna. As I waited my turn in line at checkout stand #8, the woman in front of me advised me that the cashier had asked her to tell me she was closed and she wouldn't be checking me out. The cashier's light was on and then the cashier turned the light off. I said, "No, I'm not going to another line." I stayed put and then told Deanna to contact a store manager for me. She said all the store managers were busy in a meeting which I suspected was pure crap. I asked again for a manager and she began mumbling under her breath that she didn't care if she lost her job or not. Totally unacceptable for someone in a customer service position. A manager was contacted shortly after that and I explained to her what Deanna did. The manager told me she was not supposed to do that and had another cashier come over to assist me. This cashier (Margaret I believe) was very pleasant.

When you first opened a WalMart in Gang Mills,NY, next to Corning,NY 14830, the whole area was so excited. For the first few years the store was so neat and clean, everyone would drive out of their way to come to this store instead of one right near them. I was even proud of this store for the reason of the cleanliness. You have to know I have been a manager in retail for around 27 years of my life. And any place I have worked even a big home improvement store we always took pride on cleanliness. I believe the manager who has been ahead of this store for awhile, first name is Deb (not positive). I have commented in the past that I would start a cleaning crew myself and go in and clean this mess. Also have the shelves stocked full and neat. The place is such a mess I'm ashamed to even take friends and family from afar in there to shop. Please do something about this mess. So the community can take pride in their store again. Thank You

I feel the reason Walmart sales or profits are down at this time is due to shelves not being kept stocked. Everytime I go to Walmart (Fayetteville WV or Beckley WV) or Cranberry - the item I need is never there or only 1 is on the shelf! They always say - "Truck is running Tuesday"........It is poorly stocked and prices do go up. An item may say prices coming down for instance... An item going down 10 cents - then you pick up another item that you always get and it has went up 30 cents so really you are paying 20 more cents!!! It is like that on a lot of items. Walmart clothes are not good quality and the selection of foods and all products are not good. Whoever is managing the ordering of items or stocking items (latest foods advertised on TV are NOT on Walmart shelves) - The Food Lion and Kroger has the latest ones and I have been going there for my groceries. I have spent at least 50,000 or more since the first Walmart opened in Beckley WV in 1993 I think - and all I have seen is Walmart really change for the worse and not the best. Plesae take this advice - GO BACK TO THE way Walmart was when Sam was alive and keep it low-key, low low prices and not try to be like the big wig stores who no one can afford to shop. Have simple things like people did years ago, offering coffee as customer's shop and play soothing music or old timey music - get back to the BASICS and your profits will start getting larger. Also, KEEP THE SHELVES STOCKED - not just on check day - but everyday!

I made a 350.00 payment at the Leavenworth Ks on 1-18-11.I usually send it on the first of the month. some how I got my date mix up. My error. I requested a refund thinking it would come in a few days.I realize later I should have left it I received an E-mail as follows.transaction 1-24-11 Location 5665 New Northside Drive Atlanta Ga. 30328-5831. Amount $350.00 Reference number F9112000ZV024.Description Manual check. I called 2-7-11 and was told it would be 14days.Did not receive check. Called back later in the week. told the check was on the way.I called the fallowing week spoke to a man who told me the the check funds were still there. I asked if he could cancel the check and credit the $350.00 to my account.He said he would do that. I told him great and felt releaved.I then checked my account and did not find a credit of.$350.00.I again called talked to a women on 2-22-11 who said she needed to find out if the check had been cashed and would have to start a search and would notify me by letter if had been cashed or notif not it would credited to my account if I so requested, which I did request. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, Carla who confirmed the information. However it would take 30 to60 days to confirm. I pointed out is has been almost 30 days. and the process would start today. I now feel angry and wonder what is going on. From my experince I not sure there will be a responce to this letter or to what I have been told. The only positive all the persons I have talked to have been courtious

I always shop at the Bellingham,MA store and most always use a check to pay for my purchases. On 2/2/11, I wrote a check for $18.77. Normally the checks are given back to you before you leave the store, but on this day the cashier said my check wasn't going thru due to a problem with their "system". The manager came over and said I should write out the check and sign it and that they'd have to keep it. I said, "Okay, as long as I don't get charged twice." If I'd only known what was going to happen in the following weeks, I would never have left the check at the store. Walmart sent an electronic payment to be processed at my bank and it was paid on 2/4/11. Then they sent the paper check to my bank on 2/7/11 to also be paid-even though the original charge had already been paid electronically. My bank refused the 2nd request for double payment which resulted in the check going to Telecheck in Texas. Supposedly, they paid Walmart the $18.77(again) as well as a $25.00 returned check fee that would be awaiting me once I finally found out what was going on. I wrote out a check for $29.00 for a pair of work boots on 2/19/11 and was told by the cashier that they couldn't accept my check-even though I knew that there was over $1,000.00 in the account. I spoke with the store manager and he said that there was nothing they could do for me. After being totally embarassed in front of my son,as well as the rest of the people in line I left the store without the boots that I'd spent over 30 minutes finding. After speaking with Telecheck and then my bank, I found out that my check was denied as well as another check later that night at CVS, because of Walmart's attempt at collecting the $18.77 twice which resulted in my bank rejecting the second attempt. My embarrasment, wasted time in the store trying on boots, over 1 hour on my cellphone trying to rectify this mess which caused other checks to be denied when the money was in the bank, and my aggravation, will never be compensated. Walmart should never have tried to charge me twice but maybe that's how they made their fortune! It took my following up on this whole mess to fix it. One thing's for sure, Walmart has lost a good customer and I'll tell everyone that I know about what could happen to them.

A WalMart Super Center just opened in our town, Muskego, WI, and I love it. I also wanted to say how wonderful I thought it was that you extended such a generous gift to the McGhee family on Oprah. Good to know the money I spend at your store is going to help others.
