Wow...Looking at all the comments about other stores doesn't make me feel so bad now. I am now living in Florida but moved here from Alabama. I am writing bc I just saw a comment on my facebook page & replies to the commemts. The Hartselle Alabama store is pathetic! When we shopped there they might had 2 or 3 registers open. The wouldn't call anyone else to open but yet the lines would be to the back of the store. The customer service there is absoulutly ridiculous! Went in one time & the cashier told me to hang on a minute. He answered a text message right in front of me.The manager there is very rude to customers & employees.My father-in-law is in his 70's and worked there for 15 yrs. When he hurt his back (on the job) they took away acebook status has the same complaints. Please to something about this otherwise I see Walmart going bankrupt in the near future! P.S. The Walmart is Casselberry Florida is Awesome! It's like Walmart is supposed to be!

THEIR PHARMACY IS THE WORST. PHARMACIST DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MEASURE MEDICATIONS. TECHNICIANS ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!

I been a walmart shopper for as long as they been around when the new walmart in steelyard commons in cleveland ohio opened i was really exited it's big and very nice now it's been about 5 to 6 years open and it looks like is getting ready to close it's doors the manager don't care about the store place dirty people really rude recently i had a bad experience and we are seeking for an attorney were one of the employees gave my wife a really hard time and threw her chance at her and also the line are slow, my wife told the lady at the cash register it would be nice if she pick up the paste my wife use to be a cashier in super target she knows the pressure this young girls in this particular walmart are slow not only that they are seen walking around doing nothing and when ask for help customer are told to wait for some one else, what's going on? is corporate not carrying about there stores? do you want all of your customers to start going some where else? i be honest i like wal mart but i am really disapointed with this wal mart, here's an example i traveled to puerto rico recently i was amaze about the way the keep the stores there so clean everything well stock it look better than sacks macy's ect, this walmar in cleveland it's so getto run down just take a look in the electronic department i went recently to buy a lop top all the lap top in the display had been damage all the buttons were missing how does wal mart espect people to buy it like that please i use to be a manager before i know how to get things going simply the manager don't care as long as he's getting his pay check i hope wal mart corporate address this issue soon before some one sues for some thing that could have been prebented,...

Dear sirs; I live in south TX. I shop at the Buda, TX Wal-Mart. 2 times in two weeks now I have gone to do my shopping. I bought some DVD movies from a bin that was marked $5 dollars. I went to pay ofr the movies, however there were 2 that were $10 dollars and $20 dollars. Now I know people throw the movies they dont want because they cant walk their fat asses back over to the area they got it into that $5 bin. However, it is not my job to keep up with that, it is the employees job to ZONE that area. Again today I went to the Buda, TX Wal-Mart, again found an item; and area rug that was marked $19.94. I went to check out, it was $34.97. I went to show the employee where the rugs were. She promplty told me, just like the electronics employee told me, we cant help what customers do and where they put things. AGAIN..its called zoning. This time it was 6 area rugs in the wrong place. Im sorry I do not believe that that many area rugs were put in the wrong place and yall didnt catch it..The Buda Wal-Mart does not do their job as far as zoning goes and does not honor what Wal-Mart says they will do ....which is if the item is marked a certain price and it is in a specific area that is marked wrong the customer SHOULD get it for that amount. ITS CALLED ZONING YOUR AREA! If the management doesnt do their job...the employees wont do theirs. I will continue to make complaints until something is done about the piss poor way this Wal-Mart handles their business.

We were at the Wal-mart in Shawnee, Oklahoma Sunday March 6,2011, had just gotten out of church and I noticed that my wife's car was in need of a tire.So me,my wife ,my father and mother-in-law which are both ministers decided to drive to that wal-mart store number 103 in Shawnee,Oklahoma.Needless to say me an my wife decided we needed 2 tires,so I took the two front tires off carried them in the store and asked the cashier we wanted two tires plus we wanted them balanced also, about 3 to 4 hours later after we complaint numerous times to the assistant manager, that they were taking two long, they responded by saying that their were 4 customers ahead of us which was no problem we understood the problem was they had a female associate working out there in the automotive bay just horse playing around with 6 other male associates and was keeping them from doing their jobs.Anyways they finally were done grab my tires and me and my father-in-law started to install them, when we noticed that the tires had not been balanced I let my wife know and to tell the cashier he got rude and ugly with my wife later I found out, while at the same time same cashier came outside and yelled at my father-in-law not to continue installing the tires and my father-in-law asked him that what seem to be his problem,and responded hatefully that that was not his job, I question him and asked him what exactly what his job was,but continue spurtting out words which i couldn't understand, any way's I told him that I would let corporate know about this and he said he did not care what I did and also said he was tired and that he was going home. Off course the assistant manager never did anything but ignore the customer.Also 2 of the mechanics were speaking vulgar language and were doing vulgar gesture in front of some of the customers and in front of the female associate.It is ashamed of how Wal Mart gets away with this. I will proceed this all the way to corporate office, my wife has video this such accusations of this associates. What ever happen to the "customer is always right?" that was Sam Walton way of doing business.Right after Sam Walton died everything changed for the worst. I am a former 12 year Wal-Mart associate In my time of employment when a customer was looking for any item, we would take them to where the item was instead of pointing.Believe me if Sam Walton was alive this would have not been going on, I guarantee that and i got to meet him 4 times in my 12 year career.I'am hoping to get a respond from corporate.We the customers need to let Wal-mart know that we the customers are the ones who pay their checks . There seems to alot of home town wast in the Boone Walmart, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Thease Items could be donated to the local food bank [The Health and Hunger Coalition] insted of thrown away in the trash, The Health and Hunger Coalition could give out the out of date fruits and vegitables to people that could use them that day or give out of date items to the local farmers for there pigs,or as compost for the organic gardens. coyote.103@hotmail.com

I have never been treated so poorly in any store as I was in wal-mart-Dodge City,Ks. today. I usually avoid wal mart like the plague-but needed stuff for work I cannot get anywhere else and my son asked me to pick up a web cam and some cigs. so first I can't find the camera so I ask the lady in that area- she walked out from behind her area not saying a word walks over to the camera and about 3 feet away sticks her arm out pointing and grunts. that was bad enough then I go to stand in line at the check out and this woman moves right past me with her overflowing cart and got right in front of me I said" wow,really" she points to a pack of gum laying on the floor and tells me she marked her spot with that in that line. so I decided to let it go and moved to another line-told the cashier I had separate orders and she just stood there with this sour look on her face then I asked for the cigs-in a real mumbly voice she said short or long-I said "pardon" and she screamed at the top of her lungs"Your cigs-Short or long" I said 'well excuse me-I am sure glad I don't scream at my customers like that." she looked at me and said "It is o.k." I said "no,it is not o.k." "I would not treat a customer that way" then she tried to get friendly-oh no no-too late for that. so I very politely introduced her to her boss when I was done. doubt anything will actually happen but I was not letting her and the grunter get by not knowing it was not appreciated

I used 2 work for walmart! It was the best job I ever had - I had been there 8 and a half years I walked out because their store manager yelled at me off the clock, I wasn't compensated for that time which is against walmart policy and the law! She also neglected to close her office door which is 3 feet from the time clock, personnel office and break room, and to top that off she has a loud voice. Who knows how many people could've heard her? This was not an isolated incident! I was so angry, embarrassed &humiliated that I walked out! I tried unsuccessfully to collect unemployment. I have tried to get my job back unsuccessfully! Now i am considering filing a lawsuit! Walmart needs to train their managers better, watch who they choose as managers, and do a much better job of reining in their managers! Sam Walton would roll in his grave! The manager in reference here is the most unpleasant manager I've EVER worked for! I never had a problem before this manager came to work there! Shame on you, walmart! Gibsonia PA

Whats going on with Walmart on Willowick,Ohio. The store is so comfusing. And dirty. Maybe its the kind of people that shop there. Its not organized. You walk in there in the morning and the shelves are cluttered and not faced up. The candle section has been empty since christmas.(candles for $3.50) They need more staff on the floor. People park all over the place were there is no parking. Its starting to look like a salvation army store. It use to be so nice.

My wife had two of our grandchildren (under 10 years old) and was on her way home when one of the rear tires began losing air. She pulled into a Walmart to have a new tire put on. (She actualy was going to have both rear tires replaced just to be safe) Now we know that there is a problem with the ignition switch and we need to replace it, however it had nothing to do with the tires and it does not prevent us from starting or shuting off the engine. They told her that they could not replace the tire because the ignition swith where you insert the key comes out of the colume. Now here is a 64 year old woman with two small children and a flat tire that can not be helped because of a problem with the vehicle that has nothing to do with the tire. Now you know why we do not shop at Walmart. The lack of common sense and respect to others is just the tip of the problems with this anti-customer company.

I have cashed my checks at walmart for years now. Well a few days ago i recieved my tax returns and went to walmart to cash my check, Today i went to go put gas in my car and the guy behind the counter marked my ten dollar bill with his marker and told me it was fake. And also told me that i couldn't have it back not to sure why but anyways i get home and call up to my local walmart in peru il. and talk to customer service for about a half hour about how i could not get my money back without the fake ten. I have receits showing that i cashed my check with them and also one on the same day and time for a money order and another same time and date for somethings i bought that day. Know you might be thinking anyone can make a fake and say this but all the money i had was from walmart and thats all not a penny wasnt from walmart!! And now i am getting looked down on for fake bills when i had no idea, Also when i was talking to the lady in customer service she said that i should have marked it... Do i have bankteller stamp on my forhead no i didnt think so, i explained this to the lady and she said that walmart only checks 100s and 50s for fake bills. I would really like to talk to someone with the highest power about this. I would also like to see walmart start marking all the bill 1s 5s 10s 20s 50s snd 100s.. The lady also said that this is not walmarts fault how can that be, walmart just gives out fake bills.I would really like someone to get ahold of me about this problem i am try to still figure me out it seas to amaze me how walmart can just get away with that. My fiance and our two daughter were in our Walmart store in Nacogdoches Tx on Dec 4 2010 around 9:00 at night. We were looking at a dining room table set. My fiance bent down to pull out one of the boxes to look at it. There was something sharp on the shelving cause it cut his arm wide open. About an inch deep. It cut through 2 arteries and needed 11 stiches. Was in the ER for about 3 or so hours. They had no first aid kit, all they gave him was some paper towels, did not call an ambulance as he was bleeding EVERYWHERE. Did not even offer a wheelchair for me to get him into the car. SO I had a crying 8 yr old and a crying 12 yr old helping me to get him out in the parking lot and to our car. Mind you the ER is across the street. They would not even let me get him to the ER and come back to give the information. Long story short Walmart said they are not found at fault therefor his hospital bill, lost time from work, and pain and suffering means nothing to them. We are looking into getting an attorney. Now if Walmart wants to compensate us for this, then we will not. They are only going off their insurance company. Walmart themselves have done NOTHING.

I am really upset with Walmart.com! I NEVER order anything that I haven't saw personally! But since I trust Wal-Mart I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! I ordered the Delany Futon and the Julia Convertible Futon Sofa Bed w/ Drink Holder Black! I moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Jackson, TN and I'm just starting off so I purchased these 2 items for the mean time. My father drove 10 hours to help me move the furniture from the store to my home. When I arrived at the Site to Store counter in the store they brought the items from the back I noticed the 2 boxes looked alike! The only reason why I even took the futons home with me was because I have no other way to pick any new ones up and I need them. I AM VERY UPSET!!!! So I came to realize one of the futons was incorrect. Instead of sending the Delaney futon they sent the Ashley futon which the two names has NO comparision so it is basically what they wanted me to have. The other futon was the Julia futon which was almost right but without the drink holder. I feel as if Wal-Mart didn't meet up to my exceptions! I know the 2 futons they sent me were NOT the same price I paid for the other 2. I am very upset and I can't take them back to the store because I don't own a truck and my father is already back home and I couldn't possibly ask him to drive anothe 10 hrs because of Wal-Mart's selfishness! I am very upset and I will NEVER use Site to Store ever again!

I live in in a rural community - Hobart, OK. Most residents of Hobart drive to Altus, Weatherford, or Lawton OK.. to shop at their supercenters because our small walmart in Hobart does not have most of what we need so we end up driving a long distance to shop. The Walmart here states they are not doing well and are in the red, yet, if we had a better Wal-mart, residents would not have to drive somewhere else to shop and would happily do their shopping in Hobart which would then make money for Wal-Mart in Hobart. Please consider a supercenter in Hobart or at least a small supercenter so we can stay "home" to do our Wal-Mart shopping.

I went to the Wal-Mart store on Smiley Ave in Cincinnati, Ohio to do my shopping as usual. After I got the money orders I need for the month, I started grocery shopping. When I go to the counter,with approximately $150.00 worth of groceries, I handed a Manufacturers coupon for a FREE item to the cashier. She then took it to manager who came and informed me they dont accept FREE coupons. THEN WHY DOES THE BOTTOM OF EVERY RECEIPT SAY"WEGLADLY ACCEPT VALID MANUFACTURERS % INTERNET COUPONS." I am very disappointed because the product coupon I had was for a faulty product that I had bought at that Wal-Mart! Needless to say I told the Manager Scott Valentine he could reshelf the items because I didnt want anything from a store that doesnt honor it rules and guidelines. I will shop at other stores for my needs and wants from now on.........Never to shop at a WaL-Mart again.

I was an employee for the company the first store I was at was awesome the following one was horrible. I transferred because I had no car and would work at times I was catching three buses to get to work. Finally an oppurtunity came to transfer and things went bad because my scheduling there was always later and I could no longer work nights since my husband worked late. I had absolutely no baby sitter and the side of town I stayed on was very bad they had late daycare services. I pleaded with the store for weeks to work with me on the schedule they said they coouldn't due to a policy that was in effect requiring you to work any schedule if not leave the job basicly. During my time out my husband was shot on Martin Luther King day all I was told before I could not do a leave of absence they showed no compassion did not care now with me out of work after I was willing to come to work but there was no way at this time. What are the mothers with children who are single or have no help with watching their kids to do. I thought this company thrived on loving their associates and customers i'm very hurt and disappointed. I'm now viewed as someone who did want her job and that was not the case on top of it all they HR office was very rude.

I applied for a job there a few weeks back.I feel or should i say Im over quailfied for the job but the way things are goin gin this world I needed something.The lady that interveiwed me I could not understand for the life of me.Im an american and speak english. A high school grad with some collage.Im sorry walmart hire people you can understand... Dig up Sam! things would change
