I would have given it 0 stars but it's not an option!! I think it is so stupid that you cannot get your W2 from WalMart company, not even from the home office. I was told I have to wait for it in the mail or print one off from home. Some people don't have printers, not everyone has the money to buy everything they need!! I never received mine in the mail the 1st or the 2nd time, when I had to reorder it through the w2 express! All the technology has made people so lazy, when you work for a company they should be able to give you what ever document you need.

Atlanta, Tx Customer service in frabrics is poor, managmet lacks on quick response to customers needs when a problem has occured. Lack of employees throughout the store day or night.I've also seen where supervisors have put other employees n other areas creating a problem in the primary area.

will you please get your bakery department manager or lead to work there dept instead debra her name throws all her work on everyone else in the dept she just stands in front of bakery and stocks the floor will not take responsability for nothing else and do nothing else and lies and gets away with it its been a year and still getting away with it same with belinda the manager she lies and intimidates everyone we need help some body do something

I RECENTLY SENT A LETTER OF COMPLAINT REGARDING YOUR LEVITTOWN STORE (TELEPHONE NUMBER 516-579-3307), WHERE I SPOKE WITH A MANAGER WHO IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS MARVIN. MY COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT HOW MY SON WAS TREATED WHEN HE WENT TO PICK UP A MONEYGRAM THAT I HAD SENT HIM. THEY TOLD YOUR EMPLOYEE THAT CALLED TO INVESTIGATE, THAT THEY HAD DECIDED THAT HE WAS A CRIMINAL TRYING TO STEAL THE MONEY, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD HIS PICTURE ID (NYS DRIVERS LICENSE),AND THE PASSWORD LISTED ON THE FORM. THEY DEMANDED THAT HE SUPPLY THEM WITH THE MONEYGRAM REFERENCE NUMBER. HE HAD TO CALL ME IN EL PASO TEXAS TO GET THE REFERENCE NUMBER. FORTUNATELY, I WAS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. AFTER HE HAD SATISFIED THEM THAT HE WAS "LEGITIMATE", THE CLERK THEN MADE A PHONE CALL MAKING HIM WAIT TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE SHE GAVE HIM HIS MONEY. I AM REALLY INTERESTED IN HOW WALMART HEADQUARTERS IS GOING TO HANDLE THIS.

Called 2 Walmarts in my Alexandria, VA area. Asked both cashier managers there if they were aware of Walmarts new coupon policy and then read it to them. They both told me no. How can customers get the coupon policy before the management. Pathetic.

I am surprised to find out that all wal marts are basically the same. I live in NC 1 store located in Whiteville the other in Shallotte NC and the people are so right when they say customer service is bad. I made 3 different visits to both location for one item and finally found 1 employee that would take the time to find what I was wanting...I wish another store would come into our town that the people could go to for the items they need or want..I would gladly change where I shop.

Sandusky Ohio walmart is a disgusting do you guys just hire anybody. Half the shelves are never filled up. and most of the employess are lazy and very rude. I would rather shop at Babies R Us for all my son's needs.

I went to the walmart store in Yuma, Az. this morning March 16th 2011 to return cat food as my cat passed on & they wouldn't refund or give a refund card so I can go buy something else in its place. The cans 11 of them said special kitty which is your brand & I couldn't buy it anyother place & the label also stated distributed by wal-mart. I will NEVER buy another product with the walmart brand on it.

I received my permanent Visa prepaid money card from Walmart in the mail and it has my maiden name from 12 years ago printed on, are you kidding me??? First off when you call to activate it the machine asks your last name which you have to give and spell, I gave my married name, so obviously you were in my credit report if you know what my maiden name is. Then when I called to get a new card with my proper name I'm told I have to fax in identity verification, unbelievable! This is your mistake and you want me to fax verification? Then the person I talked to who could barely speak English ask if I wanted to change my WHOLE last name, WHAT???? Really?? I figured I would call and change last 4 letters only. Get real, I don't know why OI waste my time with such a trash company.

We shop Walmart as our primary source of groceries and product, as the prices are as good as other local businesses. The only transporation to get product is from Trucking, which Walmart has their fleet or leased fleet and generally the products wanted are there for the consumer. Today March 15, 2011 at 7:45 AM we went shopping for groceries and by the time we were finished we had a basket full of groceries. This happens at least once per week. The average shopping trip is between 200-300 dollars each week. Today much of the staff was having a morning meeting, with the exception of two checkers, who were working in express lanes and a couple of greeters. You could hear cheers from the back offices, and it seemed lively and motivational. However, when attempting to check out, we were not greeted with a smile or welcome, but "attitude," that we were over the 20 items! This checker was consistently angry, and we told her, this was the only other checkstand that was open, the other was the 10 item, tabacco line. Well, this checker "chased us off!" I wanted to just leave the basket there, and go to Kmart or Smiths... I realize that the checker was going to get paid, regardless of the number of people she checked out, but, if the recession continues, I hope to death, that Walmart folds, if they can't find better, more adjusted employees. What happened to the customer being right?

I shopped at your store in torrance ca.I was treated very bad,I was disrespected all the way around.Not just shopping but even over the phone. The fact that I am a paying customer should make me worth talking to.I could not even get a manager on the phone , its really disharding when you spend your money some were and you get disrespected.

I would like to order online the Ole'Roy Chicken strips in the can, cannot seem to locate locally. Can you help?

The store in Ironwood Michigan is ok.I enjoy shopping at your store.I did alot of my Christmas shopping there and I also enjoyed getting my crafts there.I do buy somestuff there only if on sale.I do my Christmas shopping else where the stores that still have lay aways.My craft stuff now I cant aford to do much do to you do not have it anymore.When your store opened you offered alot to the cosumers and now you are slowly taking stuff away.I do not look at walmart the same way anymore.Please bring back the craft stuff and the fabrics.Please bring back lay away. I went to Walmart in New Ulm Minnesota March 11, 2011. They have the carseat "Safety 1st-All-In-One Convertible listed for $59. When I went to buy it they said it was $98.50. I went back to show the manager the tag, she still argued with me. So i requested another supervisor to show her. They both argued with me saying that the car seat is still $98.50. I took a picture of the sign with my picture cell phone. As i was leaving i told them that i would never come back and start spending my $500 a month at Target from now on. Today i went just to see if they changed the tag, and wouldn't you know it they DID NOT!!! HELLO I JUST WANT TO TELL HOW DISAPOINTED I LIVE IN OKLAHOMA CITY AND I HAVE A FRIEND THAT WORKS AT THE 389 WALMART. SHE WAS TELLING WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT. THERE WAS A MAN THAT HAD DIABETIS AND HE CAME IN TO WORK ALMOST CRASHED. BECAUSE HIS SURGAR WAS LOW. THERE WAS ABOUT 4 OTHER PEOPLE THAT WAS TRYING TO PULL HIM OUT OF IT HIS NAME IS CHRISTIAN PRICE. HE USE TO WORK FOR A NEWS STATION HERE IN OKC. WELL HE MANAGED TO WORK TO LUNCH TIME AND HE TOLD MIKE MAQUIRE THE HE WAS GOING HOME THAT IS WIFE WANT TO TAKE TO THE DR. THE HOSPITAL ADMITTED BECAUSE HE WAS GOING INTO DIABEDTIC SHOCK. THIS MAN ALMOST DIDED I KNOW I HAVE DIABETIS. today the 10 day of march 2011 at 5:30 i was fired,i fill i was set up,to start out i work in sporting goods but we was so under staffed i was called up front every day to run a cash regester when it got bizzey.a cupple came thure my line with $200.00 worth of food, i made a big mastake and only charged them $151.15.get this wal-mart did not tell me what i did wrong or give me a couching as they call it or a right up.this was 3 mounts ago they whated till today to tell me i did it twice last week to so thay fired me i could have at lest saved my job by nowing what i did wrong.the outher two is even better.two purdue girls came thrugh my line and wanted to split ther bill so i put in $58.00 on one apushed cash like you do and she ran her card then the outher girl ran hers and you no what i messed up not the regester but it did spit out a reacet, so i told them to have a good day like i do all and they left.and i did it again 15 min after that one.
