Wal-Mart Corporate Office & Headquarters

Just a word of appreciation from a frequent customer. You hear many complaints but get few cheers. Wal-Mart store at 3848 McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA, has trained its employees in a very helpful way. My sister has to use one of its motor scooters because it is difficult for her to walk. Not only are the scooters available, charged up, and clean, but the greeter pulls one out for her and helps her in. The reason I am writing is that, on our last visit, in addition to the above, a very nice young man told her she could drive the scooter right out to the parking lot, to our car, after which he helped us load groceries and then offered to drive the scooter back. This is above and beyond anything available at any other supermarket, and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

YES I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO WALMART TO HAVE HER INCOME TAX DONE. WELL MY DAUGHTER GAVE THE LADY 38.00 LIKE THE SIGN SAID. THEN SHE TOLD MY DAUGHTER IT WAS ANOTHER 50.00 JUST TO SIT DOWN SAYING IT WAS A 50.00 SIT DOWN FEE. MY DAUGHTER TOLD HER ALL SHE HAD WAS 38.00 AND SHE DID NOT SEE NO SIGN, THE LADY STARTED ARGUEING WITH MY DAUGHTER SAYING SHE WAS NOT GETTING HER 38.00 BACK, THEY ARGUED SOME MORE AND FINNALLY THE LADY THREW THE MONEY AT MY DAUGHTER AND SAID NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. MY DAUGHTER ASSUMED SHE WAS EVEN TALKING ABOUT THE WHOLE WALMART STORE ON 1919 N. MAIN IN PEARLAND TEXAS. I WENT HOME AND TOLD MY HUSBAND WHAT HAPPENED CAUSE HE WORKS FOR WALMART ON DIXIE FARM ROAD AS A PEOPLE GREETER AND HE TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE GOT A MANAGER INVOLVED. THAT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT INSIDE A WALMART, MY HUSBAND SAID THE LADY SHOULD HAVE NOT YELLED AND NOT TOLD US TO NOT COME BACK, CAUSE WHILE SHE WORKS THERE AS JACKSON HEWART SHE ALSO REPRESENTS WALMART TO . THIS HAPPENED AT 11:00 A.M. MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY UPSET AND NOW SHE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT WALMART AND WILL TELL HER FRIENDS ABOUT IT AND ALSO TELL HER FRIENDS TO GO TO STORE 3510 ON DIXIE ROAD TO WHERE MY HUSBAND WORKS AT CAUSE THEY TREAT PEOPLE NICE AND WITH RESPECT THEY ARE PROBABLY THE BEST WALMART IN PEARLAND MY HUSBAND TOLD ME. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER..... STRANDED AWAY FROM HOME BECAUSE I HAD A DEPOSIT OF SOME MONEY THAT SOMEONE OWED ME DEPOSITED ON MY CARD..... WALMART BLOCKED MY CARD BUT THEY TOOK MY 3.00 FEE THAT WAS OWED TO THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD AND IN THE PHILLIPINES, A COMMUNICATION BARRIER, NO ONE TRIED TO ASSIST ME I WAS JUST STRANDED WITH SMALL CHILDREN. THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO FAX DOCUMENTS TO AND STILL NO CALL BACK. I AM ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AS WE SPEAK AND STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND AFTER I ADVISED THEM THAT I WAS STRANDED WITH MY KIDS. THEY HAD ME TO FAX SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO 16267392013 AND STILL NO ONE HAS ASSISTED ME. PLEASE HELP ME

The Waverly, Ia Wal-Mart is horrible. Went into the bathrooms at 9am on Monday and they were filthy. From blood on one toilet to feces on another, papers and filth on the floor. Discusting!Then when I asked customer service for the manager, not available, when asked for corporate phone # she replies "I don't know it." I call the main headquarters and never finished my sentence, the operator transfers me.....The customer service at our local Wal-Mart is just as bad. Majority of managers have no personality, don't smile and scowl at you. This especially bad when you are waiting in a line with 5-6 deep waiting. The check-outs are equally as bad. When you wait on hold for >5min and keep hearing "Wal-Mart values their customers" what a joke, no they don't they have a monoply in so many towns. I will drive 15 miles versus 2 miles to a Target store before I go into Wal-Mart!!!

I am a Walmart shopper and love Walmart, but I bought the Finish dishwasher detergent, with the replaceble cartridge, with the 12 washes. Ok, when I went to buy refill the first time was fine, after that the same 3 pack was there , which is around 15.00 and the 2 pack is around 10.00. I am on a budget and cannot afford the 3 is why I buy the 2 pack. I am sure there is more around like me. Any way, I check every time I have gone in the store and find the one-3 pack is still there, still no 2 packs, there is a slot on shelf, but none. Why can't these be ordered? I just wasted the money on the cartridge as far as I am concerned. This is at the McArthur, Wv store. Also, why are the self check isles not used?

I E-mailed about an idea I came up with to help your costameres and store prodution. You address the reture E-mail to my mother no problem. The problem is as I read your e-mail it sounds like you beleave that I have a complant. I don't My idea is as I was with my 78 year old mother and later at Sam's with my handecap sister it came to me that if Wal-Mart and Sam's would have employee's assigned spacificaly with spacificaly colored vest just to help the elderly and handecap do there shopping and you can avertised that these employee's with these colored vest are available to Wal-Mart and Sam's shoppers at the door to help them shop to go with them to help retreave items and other tasks that they the elderly and handecap can not do as they shop this would increase the volum of elderlt shoppers and handecap shoppers in the stores. Do you think this is a good idea ??? I have liked Wal-Mart everysents I met the Founder at the Ark. Convintion center when your company first used the comvention center. Mr.Walt did not have me fired when I as a security guard refused to let him into his comvention becase he did not have a security bagge. This was in 1982. I hope my Idea will Help. I need to take a long inhale before writing this review** I originally opened my Wal-mart money card in November of 2009 and had no issues with it up until now. My direct deposits have been credited without trouble and everything was grand. Recently someone opened another card under my SSN or Wal-mart placed someone else's card under my SSN...whatever. So I called to request it be reviewed and that card canceled because it did not belong to me, I advised them that I did not have a tax refund sent my money card..that's what my Bank of America account is for. These a**holes have since frozen MY card with my latest direct deposit for almost a month and refuses to release my money. I have faxed over all the requested documents and still no resolve!!! I am LIVID!!! I called the customer service center and spoke with several rude, non English speaking representatives who were less than helpful and I am out for blood!!! Common sense would tell me as a fraud manager that the oldest card on the account...(you know that one that matches my earnings statements that I faxed over to you) would be the valid card. The other needs to be frozen not mine. So now here I sit, having to get extensions on my normal bills because Wal-mart, Green Dot, or whoever owns this piece of crap card will not allow me access to my hard working money..thanks a lot!! And yes I am seeking legal advise because no one has called and this is ridiculous.- Sincerely, Pissed Off Customer

Has no one caught on to the fact that Walmart does not care if we as customers are happy or not? There was a time when customer service was important to Walmart but they have grown too large too quickly. You and I as customers are unimportant because there are plenty of others to fill our space in the long checkout lanes. Upon entering the door at Walmart you will find "Greeters" (and I use that term loosely) who stand glued in their little spot and look at you like "What are you doing here?" Rarely do they speak much less greet. Once past the "Greeters" you see employees walking, talking, and seldom doing anything to help a customer. I was in a Walmart in Ohio several weeks ago and could hear two employees conversation three isles over. Their conversation was of a personal nature and far too loud. Customer Service is a joke as no one there can answer the simplest of questions. I found in one store they would not cash their own Moneygram money order and I had to go to a bank. Walmart used to stock and promote USA make goods but the majority of the stock is from China. I know times are hard economically and prices are high but let us stop supporting this Corporate Giant that care nothing about us as consumers and put our meager dollars where we have value and can support our American workers. I used to shop Walmart for all grocery items but have curtailed my visits there to "have too" only occasions. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he could get a look at his "baby" now! You know nothing is too big to come down if we stand united!

To let everyone know if your in Virginia and you stop off at the Zion Crossroads Walmart for something. Don't count on it being in stock. EVERY time I go there I make a list of things that I need that are out of stock. Including INFANT FORMULA, Yes, I said "Infant Formula". How can that be especially when it's the Walmart brand Parent's Choice????? I have complained and complained and I get nowhere. What POOR service. At this point I'm ready to ban all Walmart products. I would rather pay a little more for an item that is consistently on the shelf. By the way, most all the products that are usually out are the Walmart brand. This is a major complaint with EVERYONE I know! VERY DISAPPOINTED in Walmart!

I want to make this know to everyone across the world, Wal-Mart MONEY CARD is a scam. I've used my prepaid debit card for almost 2 years and today my card number was stolen some kind of way. The Wal-Mart Money Card customer service was unable to help me in anyway at all. Someone in the UK stole 1,601.21 and 20.01 from my card,. Customer service told me I am UNABLE to cancel my card even though I informed them I am expecting a direct deposit from my job on the card to following day. How does this happen, the customer service that handles/holds your money for you can not assist you in getting the money back. That is not fair. So I am out of 1,621.22. Thank you wal-mart do you think you really desever 5 stars from me.

I recently went to the worlds's largest Wal-Mart in Little Rock, AR that just opened a few months ago. I just wanted to get some regular Drano. When I got there, the shelves were empty not even an off brand. The biggest Wal-Mart in the world and they still don't have what I want. I wish I could give zero stars as well. I have a money card. Actually Ive had a few. I've been waiting several months for a personalized card. They cancelled my temporary one and now my electricity is getting shut off. I have a 7 month old daughter who is suffering because you can't get of right! CS department promised if I bought ANOTHER card I could have part of my funds transferred and keep my other card open. But then they changed their minds. Great. Thanks a lot corporate a-holes. You've managed to screw me over yet again. I hope your businesses go bankrupt. I'm very very very mad.

I phone corporate headquarters and the operator was so polite and helpful that it was a relief. Thank her for me.

This is in response to JAMES KIDD no one in the store can order video games,movies or music. These items are vedor managed. The reps. Come in weekly to make sure new releases are in stock and bring any issues (like the system saying they have 29 of a product when they really don't have any) to dept. Managers attention. Home office is in charge of how many new games to send to what stores based on previous sales history and volume of the store. It is very odd that they did not receive the game by the release date. This is not the stores fault it is an home office problem. There was prob. A mistake that delayed shipping. So u can stop being pissy with the workers that can not do anything about your problem. And it is NOT false advertising,the game was available to order that day and if the game was not there yet doesn't mean that they wouldn't get it in later that day. studios send in signs on All new releases that are expected to be big. U need to be angry with the correct people......that is not the employees in the store.

Today is March 29,2011. The Wal Mart in Eagle Pass has a big sign at the entrance advertising the game Nascar2011 available on March 29,2011. I spent my gas,time, and was going to spend my money with you guys but you did not have the game. Apparently,the person in charge of ordering the game did not do so and therefore the game is not in stock. Why would you advertise the game for a specific date and not order it to make sure you have it in stock for that day? This has become a typical occurance for the Wal Mart in Eagle Pass. I took a picture of the advertisement incase you would like to see it. I asked the "workers" in the electronics depatrment why the sign was up if you can not promise the product on time? I told them that was false advertising and I would no longer purchase any products from Wal Mart. This is not the first time an incident like this happens. The only response they had was "we don't know when it's coming in sir". I guess I will take my money to Gamestop where I know they will have the game available AS ADVERTISED. If you want the picture I took of the sign I will be more than happy to send it to you. Would you please explain to your "workers" that when you advertise something for a specific date, it is usually good business to actually order the product for that date. I am anxious to hear what kind of resolution you have for this situation. Do you actually call the Wal Mart in question when you get a complaint like this? Does this complaint actually get read by a human or a computer program? Maybe you should hire computer programs to order the games you advertise for a specific date. I hope to hear from someone soon. I work at store 5444. I needed to have off certain times to take care of medical needs. I filled out a form and got it aproved. When we got new manager they would not let me have off. Is that right I think not. Also I was auto MS and was to have a support manager to do my job when I was not there and to help me when I needed. Never happen sometimes got alittle help. Was given so much with no help had to work off clock atleast twice a week. Would punch out for lunch and work to get my job done. The last staw was when my blood preasure was so high I had chest pains they did not care. Told management would think i should have to go to hosipital no they gave me more work to do. I don't do anymore shopping at Walmart. I have found the customer service is aweful. I shop where people are friendly and feel I matter!!

We live in Troy, Missouri, and the Super Wal-Mart here is a sorry excuse for a store. They are never fully stocked with merchandise, never have what we are looking for, and are carrying less and less of items that we buy a lot. They also never have enough check-out lanes open, which results in long lines, and long wait times, their bathrooms are always disgusting, and you can never find anyone to help you when you nee it. I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to a Wal-Mart in another city, just to avoid having to go to the one I live by! We have contacted Bentonville headquarters, and the store manager and nothing has ever been done about the problems.

Wal-Mart Located on 75ave & LowerBuckeye in Phoenix Arizona Always Aways have dirty slicing machines in their Deli dept.This is a health hazard! Please address this issue I have purchased deli meats at other Wal-Marts and their machines are Always Always clean.....
