Why all the checkout lines in your stores when never more than 5 or 6 are staffed? Why not remove them take all the junk in the way everywhere else and stage it there?
I am from the Huntsville,Alabama area (Hazel Green) .We got hit with the receent Tornado tragedy in our state. The day after a lot of us decended upon Faytteville,Tenneesee for food and gas.Huntsville,Madison County is Alabama's second largest county just to put things in a little perspective.I'd like to thank the Fayettevillee Supercenter associates for pulling off a very larg scale Humanatarian relief effert fo us in Alabama .A lot of us were hit hard and still hurting from thee worst disaster that has hit our state since 1932.Your Fayetteville got slammed by a continuous seemingly never ending line of people from our state.Let me just say that beyond the friendliness of the whole store shone ,you'd see sales associates running shopping carts of ice back and forth, and an stocking clerk who was busy pulling freight who stopped what he was doing momentarily to show my middle-aged mother where the coolers and batteries where! Please,Please ! Send them our heartfelt thank you's for their kindness and support! Thank You, Rodney Gaskin 108 ValleyMeadows Dr Hazel Green,AL 35750 (256)828-9984 rodgaskin@att.net
Tomorrow my bill is due. Trouble is, is that I have lost or misplaced my Walmart card. Over a year ago I had requested to be billed via mail as the on-line site is not very user friendly. Each time I went to pay online I was required to change my password. Now a person cannot pay in the store without the card. Nor can you enter on the on-line site/billpay "center" if you do not have the account number. There is no way to enter "forgot password" if you don't have the acct. number, and if you have to change your password every month, or every entry online, how can one remember their password. It's insane and by far the least user friendly of all on-line bill-pay "centers" I have ever seen.
To whom it may concern: Recently my daughter tried to make a return with items she had purchased at Walmart. The purchase amount was returned on a credit card that was no longer active. I did not realize that I still had the card. The amount of $221.85 was somehow returned on my card that was no longer active. Upon realizing this my daughter return to Foothill Ranch Walmart in Foothill Ranch, California. The customer service did a return and tried to buy them back using the same inactive credit card. this did not work and was informed that I would have to go to my bank to resolve the issue. The bank discovered the the amount of $221.85 tried to come through on this card, but was denied. My daughter had given all the items back to Walmart thinking that she was going to get her money back and now we have $221.85 worth of items that have been returned to Walmart with a monetary loss of $221.85. I need help getting this issue resolved. I am a widow on a fixed income. My husband died from Agent Orange over 4 years ago after serving our Country in Viet Nam. My daughter was purchasing items to help her sons teacher with a school project, but the project fell through and wanted to return the items to get the money back. No one wants to take responsibility for the money I have lost. The bank says there is nothing they can do because the transaction never was completed. Walmart does not want to take responsibility

i just left your store in Batesville AR, i have never seen such a poorly managed store, the deli was closed due to no one scheduled to work so you just lost at least a $50 sale as i was planning on buying dinner for family and friends. i went to the meat department, this time there was one man stocking, he couldnt have been more helpful to me and others that needed help, he was running back and forth trying to do numerous things at one time to help customers and also get the shelves stocked. all over this store was the same thing, not enough employees to help, the few i did see were so busy and i am sure not being paid much. i travel all over the coutry and use walmart but i am thinking thie will change, after seeing this store makes me not want to shop at any walmart. i will say the staff were polite and helpful if you are willing to wait to be helped. it seems to me that high management see the big $ sign, with no regard for the employees or the customer. surely schedules are checked and i just wonder who makes these schedules, is it someone in that store or higher management, either way it seems they have no clue to what is needed. i really hope the employees working today may 6th 2011 will be commended for their work and whoever takes care of scedules is fired repremanded or at the very least not given that task again.
I am writing to you about your store on Lima Hoad, Fortwayne, IN. I was happy when your store was opened in my neighborhood. But I was disappointed every time I go there. Many products were not available. Part of the shelves were empty. Products are not fronted as if they were empty. It's very discouraging for a shopper who try to find what he wants, and it.s waste of time. If the shelves are empty there is one simple explanation: either nobody is paying attention or the ordering process is bad. I always end up going to your other store on Coldwater road. Do something about it or loose business.
unhappy customer;i went to your stockton store to return a griddle that was given to me for christsmas from my sister i had a reciept that my sister just gave me and the item was in its original box never open and i was refused the return and the lady at the customer service stated that the receipt was good for only three months .u people need to state that on ur reciept not at the store wall . not every body knows ur policy on the wall poor customer service. unhappy customer?
On April 30th, 2011 at approximately 10:00PM at the Austin, Minnesota Walmart Supercenter, a group of friends and I were TRYING to shop for furniture and household items. We were almost immediately followed by two assistant managers, Adam and Barb. These two employees made it blatantly obvious that they were following us by walking literally less than two feet behind us. When we stopped to look at items or talk they would stop along with us, this made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted inside the store. As we shopped we mentioned the items we had troubles finding, yet they still waited nearly 15 minutes of what could be considered stalking to ask if we needed any assistance. Once they finally did offer assistance, we were rudely told that they didn't carry the item and continued to follow us in an EVEN CLOSER proximity. What bothers me the most is that this isn't a first time occurance, We have been followed by employees on two other occasions. Each time we were followed, we entered the store with full intent to spend money at the location, but left empty handed because we felt pressured to leave the store. This is confirmed by the fact that they followed us all the way to the door and watched us leave. We did nothing to provoke suspicion of theft, we carried no book bags and didn't even touch an item unless we had intention to buy. Thus I am led to believe we were stereotyped due to the age of two of my friends. There is clear proof that we were singled out on all occasions, as we witnessed other shoppers of the same age free to browse without limitation or concern of the employees. I feel that as an adult, this is not only disrespectful and discriminatory, but it is an invasion of my privacy as one of your most loyal customers.
WOW talk about a RACIST store at MLK in New Bern NC. The black workers at this store 110% do not like white people. Example—We have lived here for a little over a year now and because of the morons that currently run our government the economy is getting worse buy the day rising fuel costs Ect, So shopping a china mart is a must and the most economical. Unfortuanly for some reason this store has about 85% black workers and about 60 % of them are defiantly racist and do not like white folks at all. If you ask them a question of where an item is located they get an attitude because they are forced to help out a white person ! If you are in line at the check out and notice that you are white they purposely slow down just to piss you off. The return department is the same way and if you don’t have your receipt you are screwed. Even the black management there needs schooling on how to treat, and talk to people. Believe me when I say that if you are standing in a long checkout line and a black worker opens a register for a black person only and then closes it after they are done THERE IS A PROBLEM ! especially when you asked then if they could open a new register to speed things up. UNBELIEVABLE !! There is something very wrong with this store and it sucks ! and there are a lot of folks that are out of work that would LOVE to take there place and do there job correctly without an attitude. But there is now a BIG process in firing a black person because they are afraid of getting sued for being raciest and with that said they basically work at there own pace and are just waiting for a white manager to tell them that they are fired . Welcome to the new America folks !!!!!!!
The restrooms at my store #1455 are very unsanitary. I hope all the stores are not this way. I think the store needs to remodel the bathrooms, Rita Padgett
Now if you wanna scream DISCRIMINATION you need to look into the Wal-mart in Ashland, Virginia. The African American(s) working at this location really have a problem with WHITE people. I have never ever been treated so poorly and talked to so badly by anyone. I am NOT the only person with this concern because as I fussing at the way I was being treated by one of your employees another woman told me that her son cried because of the way he was treated and he is white but when another African American came to the deli you could see and hear a BIG difference in the way they were not only treated but talked to. This has happened more than once and my husband whose arm was in a sling well his cashier wouldn't even spin the checkout bag thing for him he had to do that himself only after he asked her where his items were and her response was "right there" and then she proceeded to wait on the next AFRICAN american person and once again with smiles and acted very polite to her....This atmosphere is the worst I have traveled to and I have traveled alot of places...Someone sooner or later will have a case aganist this Wal-mart I can guarantee you this....I feel like starting a petition myself and get things started because I live in Ashland and shop Walmart frequently and I am NOT alone on my feelings of the way Caucassion people are treated and it shows daily at the registers.
Hello,I purchased a mother's ring on April 1st and recieved today April 29,2011 that was the positive it actually took half the time it said it would. When I opened the package after work I noticed they sent a 10kt gold ring when I had ordered online the 14kt gold with genuine stones. The 10kt gold ring is $100.00 less then the 14kt gold so you can just imagine my fustration. I contacted the #1-800 for walmart.com the supervisor stated it needed to be returned and they would send me a different one. But, how am I to be sure they will get it right the second time around. Another question if they did not send the correct carat how would I know if the stones are genuine as ordered or synthetic? Since they obviously do as they please. Another positive was that I could take the item back to a walmart store and get a refund. Which I am highly disappointed with Mother's Day is a week a way I also asked if I can keep the ring but be reimbursed the $100.00 the difference in price. I will find out when I visit my local walmart that is yet to be determined now will I ever order from walmart.com again yes but not anything personalized. you are not always guaruanteed what you pay for.
I am a previous employee of WalMart. And i must say I am sick and Tired Of the Sexist Prejudice and Racist views of some of this company's Bosses I have seen Women workers get turned down for managers positions and raises over men who are less experienced than they are. Women at this company are completely downsized. Even worse is the treatment of the Non white employee's at this company. I have personally seen and watched African american and Hispanic Employee's get Terminated and turned away from Job Positions based on NOTHING BUT there skin color! I have witnessed the Nonprofessional views and acts of WalMart and i am sick of it! And yet corporate will not do ANYTHING about it! Something has to be one about it! Ladies and Gentlemen, think twice before spending your money at this store!
I work in a walmart in Big Spring, Texas. I am very disappointed in the fact of how emploies get treated worst than the others. Most of them calls in constantly and they dont get called in to the office but when others have sick kids or doctors appointments or family emergancy their the ones getting pulled into the office for calling in. I mean it gets rediculous cause the people who is working hard for a living are getting treated like crap while the others are getting away with doing nothing like sitting around doing nothing and calling in with out getting into trouble and yes i am one of the few that gets pulled into the office every time i have to call in. There are several others to. I want to know is when this is going to end. This is something that has been going sence i started in february of 2010. I hope that this gets taking care of soon cause i know several people that wants to quit. I want to but right now i cant afford to cause of the simple fact of i have a 8 month old daughter that i am raiseing on my own and i need the money. I just thought someone should know whats all going on and like i said i hope it gets fixed soon. Thank you for your time, Stephanie Helmers Big Spring, Texas
I hate shopping at Walmart stores in Fort Worth, TX, because some of the employees are races. I have called Walmart customers service phone number, what a joke, that is nothing but a waste of time. Walmart will not do anything about the racisms that the employees dish out to customers
Store 2354 Rochester Hills MI. our Store Manager Roger Smith sucks!!!!!! This store treats the associates like dogs. We work our tails off for a so-called store manager that refuses to follow the Walmart Plan and makes us violate the rules we are taught! Our customers suffer!!!! I heard that old man Walmart's daughter is in charge now and only cares ONLY about her own wallet! Her dad is rolling over in his grave!!!! We also had the numbers to get our yearly bonus, $1500.00 ea. that so-called Store manager refused to give it to us and bought himself a new car. We are planning a class action for "harassment & intimidation enough is enough! Word to the wise....Looking for a Job? KEEP LOOKING!
Hate my job as a manager for Walmart. Company had great ideas but not very realistic. "Let's kill action ally features so customers have more room to shop" great idea! 1 year later,"we made a mistake, bring back action ally and clog up walk ways for customers" not to mention throwing how much money away to do then UNDO this??? Wonder why u have so many pissed off associates! DUH! Cause we have to listen to all of the pissed off customers! Plus waste our time and energy reading stuff like this ALL the Damn time. Oh let's also cut back on payroll and get rid of Sunday premium, raise insurance for 3rd yr in a row, start 100 new programs all at once, leave no room for a learning curve and ride everyone's ass cause sales are down across the board. Hum, wonder why? Get off of your Home office asses and help us! You can go store to store personally, and tell associates that you are cutting hours to meet payroll but we still have the same productive expectations. Wow, I get to do the work of 3 people and not get paid any different, sign me up! Customers LOVE overworked and stressed out associates! Makes for great customer service. GO BACK TO THE BASICS!
ANGERY CUSTOMER: Clio Michigan Walmart. The pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They refuse to fill Rx's. When they do fill them they tell you to return in an hour. THREE hours later the Rx isn't ready!!! Yesterday I spent over 3 1/2 hours trying to get one simple Rx filled. The local pharmacy would of had that Rx filled and me on my way within 10 minutes. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON CLIO WALMART PHARMACY FOR MAKING AN ELDERLY LADY WAIT (sometimes days) for a legitmate Rx. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
