I can't tell you how many times I have been in the Walmart in Adamsville, Al. and had to wait in the checkout lane. Today for example I waited for 15 minutes to pay for four items. You stand in a line then when you get up to check out the cashier tells you she is closed. There should be another cashier ready to take her place when she closes. People with a basket full of groceries get in the 20 or less item checkout lane. What are these lanes for if not for the 20 or less items???? Why have twenty checkout lanes and have eight open especially at 6:00 in the evening. Some body at Walmart needs to learn some management skills. If things does not change at the Adamsville Al. Walmart, my business will goes elsewhere. I don't have to wait at TARGET....

I ORDER STROLLER FROM THE LYNNHAVEN STORE IN VIRGINIA BEACH VA MY HUBAND WENT TO PICK IT UP TODAY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO HIM I ORDER THIS ON LINE AND THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE GOT THE STROLLER THE WALMART CARD IS IN HIS NAME HE SHOW HIS PHOTO ID. WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT IT WAS JUST A STROLLER I HAVE A DISIABILITY AND CAN HARDLY WALK WALMART NEEDS TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE NOT TO BE SO RUDE

My husband (who has chronic pain) and I Used to get our prescriptions filled at the Walamrt in Taylor,MI until yesterday that is. I took the presc. in to be filled and presented our togetherrx acces card (we always use & have on file there) when the RUDE associate tells me, "we Don't accept those cards anymore"! I asked when this started and was told in January, hmmmm that's funny I used the same card in April without issue! I asked for a total w/out the card and it was around $300.00, keep in mind we are uninsured. So, of course I said, "there's no way we can afford that and it seemed Walmart was being greedy & punishing the uninsured". I then went to Wallgreens and got all the meds. filled for under $100.00, they accepted the card! The next day I called a nearby Walmart & was told, "Sure we accept that card & have no idea why the Taylor store did not"! We used to do all our shopping at Walmart but that will NOT happen again & we'll be taking our money to a more friendly store! Having Rude, Lazy employees is the fastest way in history to send shoppers like us running away and that's exactly what one Bad employee did! Taylor WM Sucks!!!!

Can Walmart really wonder why sales are declining at their stores? The Clayton, NC store is always filthy, the shelves are never stocked and you've taken away the variety of products. Sorry Walmart, but not all of your generic products are a good buy. I would rather pay more for a product if the value is there rather than than pay less for a cheap imitation. The store manager is never available and the employees..... please.

This is to let people know walmart home office doesnt care about their employees.i worked thete for 12 years, they made me fire people that had disablity that couldnt do there job. My wife works there and she has medical condtions and back problems and they keep forcing her to do jobs she cant do. They keep telling her if she dont do them there going to fire her. I have witnessed them yelling at her. Thats just the start, there racist to her managers are black,i have walked the store and have seen it from first hand if your not black they try to fire you for anything. I was a manager before and makes me sick to see this,and the company dont care. If you want to see the racist people at first hand goto germantown walmart in memphis tn . Look for netta and cedric for starters. I have had my wife use a digital recorder for her safey.

I was at Walmart in Wilkes Barre PA on May 15, 2011. My son witnessed a child being abused. He approached the woman and warned that he would call police. the woman of course became irate, so my son called the police. Because my son wanted to be able to point out this woman to police when they arrived, he stayed in the same area as the abuser as she wandered about the store. The woman apparently went to customer service and had 3 undercover security boys escort her and her companions to their vehicle. My son approached one of the security personnel and tried to explain what he had witnessed. He was told that if he didnt leave he would be charged with harassment. That's right...harassment. He was not given an opportunity to speak to them about his concern. A second security person proceeded to push his chest into my son and then put his hands on him pushing him back telling him he "better leave". My son did not leave because he wanted to wait for police and ensure that they stop this woman. The police arrived, spoke to my son and to the security personnel, and was then presented with a document, told to sign, stating that if he was found on the property again, he would be charged with trespassing. My son of course did not sign the document because he only wanted to make sure he could point this abuser out to the police. Walmart's undercover security handled this very inappropriately. They were more concerned about banning someone from their store rather than assisting with the protection of a child. The manager I spoke to on the telephone brushed me off as just a mom protecting her son. he would not discuss the issue with me citing that I "was not involved" even though I was present to witness the actions of their security personnel. I cannot begin to express my disgust, concern and alarm at how this was handled by Walmart.

i have traded with walnart since their opening. i live about 10 blocks from the walmart in grapevine texas.i am in the store at least three times a week. i buy all my food there plus all the other items i need. today i asked for the manager and they said the assistant manager was on duty and she would talk to me. her name was Dianne. i told her of my concern about the grapes in the fresh fruit section. I regularly buy grapes they are nutritional and they have a good selection. the past three times i have been in the store to buy them one adult and two children were reaching in the sacks-which are not closed or sealed to secure them. these people picked up grapes, licking,biting, one of the kids put her finger in her nose and put it on the grape and put it back in the sack. i asked the assistant manager if any thing could be done,she followed me to the grape ben,observed about five bags open and less than half full other bags just open.asked i had observed this and other same actions 3 times.i said this is front of a customer who walked up to buy grapes and Dianne said not to say anything in front of customers,that the grapes could be tasted by customers.i asked about the safety and exposure to the public health.she said if i did not like it just dont come to Walmart.Then said for me to leave,i had a basket of items to purchase.I told her i had worked security for the gov. and was worried about public health. She told me to get out and not come back..i paid for my groceries and left. If anyone sues Wakmart abd i hear of it and it is about the grapes poisoined or contimated with somethins i intended tio help them win their case.

I do not understand that store 1413 has 32 department mangers that do not work the weekend, when we have the most customers in your store, really homeoffice you should look in to that............The people that are there, are all up front who is helping the customer on the floor, thats right no one, then you ask why sells are down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!REALLY.

I am a Wal-Mart Customer living in Fairburn, Ga. I use my computer quite often and quite often I get this Ridiculous Message that I am an Instant winner of a $1000.00 Wal Mart shoppers card. But when I go t retreive the card sussdenly i am informed that before I get the card I must take part in a SURVEY. Thi so called survey is nothing more than a lot of offers to buy products. When You turn down the offers you never get the card. Why do they tell you that you are a winner of a gift card when you are nothing more than a looser by falling for a big SCAM. Someone needs to do something about Wal Mart deceptive practices. A very mad customer.

I had a prescription called in by my doctor and called to make sure it was ready before going all the way there and being told that it wasn't ready and that was 4 hrs ago and it's still not ready!!!! I don't know if you need more employee's at you're litchfield store in mn but the service is not good.Employees never smile.meds aren't done in orderly time frame.

The reason I rated you poor is because of the difficult time having someone get ahold of me to fix my problem. I shop wal-mart.com and bought two pieces of jewelery. two rings. one a mens and one a womens ring. first my womens ring got lost in delivery and then the mens ring I sent back for exchange. well I still not have recieved the ring that I sent in for an exchange for a bigger size. its been a few weeks. also I can not seem to get anyone to help me!!! I have put in complaints through phone, corporate websites and still recieved nothing. I have all the documents and order numbers for these rings and I just don't understand why they will not get back to me, if I have to take legel advice to fix the problem or what???!!!!

My wife locked her keys in the car and Walmart And Clay County Police Officer would not help her gain access.So,why would they help her when she was kidnapped or what ever could have happened.Only if that Police Officer knew how much I am helping his company,He is a Pig and how would he feel if the table rotated.Walmart has a big problem how they treat women and that man will be pointed out to me and i will put his --- in place.I am so tired of Walmart and the people they think our perfect for their jobs.I will never spend money at this joke of A COMPANY.All inall if americans would wake up,their would be know walmart.Next stop,to walk in clay county sherrifs office and ask why is this man employed and talk to the Officers I talk to over the phone.They will tell him who he refused help to.Wake up America,Our Father is speaking.

I also wish I could give zero stars. I was at walmart in blue springs, mo today and I had a cart full of groceries and was attempting to buy some fish. When I walked over and asked bill a man working with the fish for some help I was ignored. I stood for about 5 mins before saying I could just go get manager then he said I have to handle the fish first. I put all my fish products back almost $ 100 worth and got a manager by the name of chad. Chad walks over with us and then stands there as bill argued with me about how he handled it then yelled at me for calling him a lair. I said then do not lie! I walked away leaving all my items. I asked for the store manager who was on lunch. I spoke with wendy and she honestly felt bad and had me write down what happened so I could speak to a manager. Over all very poor service

I was at your store to buy a Intex salt System for my Swimming Pool. I seen it online for 169 dollars and double checked that it was not a internet only sale. I took it to the store on North Dirksen in Springfield Ill and it was on the shelf for 199 dollars. I asked 2 different sales people and Customer Service if I could get the 169 dollar price in their ad and was told "No". I could order it and wait and they do not price match themselves. I told them OK and that I will take the walmart ad and get it at KMART. They said OK and that what I did. I bought the same product at your competitor at the price. Seems like very bad customer service and you missed out on my money. I will go elsewhere. SSG Scott Smith

As far as the BOGO Ad match guarantee is concerned it is false acording to the Asst Store manager here in Sebring Fl. He/she advised that they will only match the BOGO price as long as it has the UPC/BARCODE on the sale ad. Other wise they will not match the price. I did advised him/her that that is not what their "ad match guarantee" states and that if that was the case they were false advertising. He /she told me that was the policy for today. I did call the corporate officw who advised me that they would have the store manager call me. We shall see!!! Not to mentaion their cashiers never know what to do when I bring something like a ad that I want matched to their register. They start to go into freak out mode saying they have no idea what to do. If walmart is going to advisertise something you would think their cashiers of all people would need to know how to do this! Very dissapointed in Walmart!!! I refuse to shop there until this is taken care of!

I am sending this for my Niece, and her friends in Yakima washington... The walmart there they say is awful, filthy, rude people, unstocked shelves, slow checkout, and the list goes on... We were there last summer the restrooms were filthy, just discusting... Now all of this is on facebook please do something I enjoy shopping at walmart, and as a truck driver (retired now ) have hauled many many load's for your store, and shopped weekly at it also... the walmart in Morrilton, AR. The young girl Victoria who works in the game department, doesnt know a single thing about games. I had a question about a Wii game and she shrugged her shoulders. I asked if she could call a associate over who had better knowledge, and she rolled her eyes and told me that its just her. I asked if i could speak to a manager, and she started moving her and and getting an attitude and told me that there is no reason for her to get a manager, and walked away from me. I stormed up to the front of the store furious, and asked to speek to a manager. When an assistant manager finally came, i told her about the incident, and she said im sorry, and continued about her other business as if i was making this incident up. I told the assistant manager to please review the security cameras and you will see i was treated with such disrepect. The assistant manager then turned away as if she didnt hear a single word. You just lost me and my family as your everyday customers. I will spread the word of my experience and spread the word of how rude and unfriendly this store is. Walmart runs its business off of customers, and its going to eventually have no more customers if you dont get control of your employees. may 9, 2011
