I have lived in many states and this store in Grenada Ms is one of the worst stores that I have every shopped in. Your associates are not as nice as the othe associates that located in the other states in the U.S. I have never seen such low moral in the store all the other states always say WELCOME TO WALMART and I have always liked shopping @ walmart but this store really needs a lot of work. I was told that when they had the grand opening everyone in Grenada, Ms received a free $5.00 gift card and I didnot receive one but that is really ok I don't know if the mailing out messed up Also Walmart had a advertisment regarding Kingsford Coals well the advertismet on TV and in flyer that the had out in the store well the store ran out and I had to call the corp office to see if they would sell me 2 bags for the price that was printed in a flyer that walmart hand out in the store I had a terrible time getting them to understand that whe you advertise and you run out by law you are required to sell the product for that price they told me that once they run out they could not sell me. I do understand the law if the Ad read while quanities last that is ok My last concern is that Grenada, Ms needs a lot to work plus the merchadise is just really bad. And I did call the corp office and they did send a e-mail to the grenada ms location to the store manager and he still did not understand and I think his name is Jim Leg I still love walmart and I will still shop @ walmart but after I have shopped @ other walamrt stores grenada ms store needs a lot of work. Walmart #2883 8801 Ohio Drive, Plano TX. First of all the people assigned to answer the phones do not know how to answer the phone professionally. Recently, I decided to use a few coupons, and a cashier called me over to her register. Turns out she was new, never saw her there before, and asked me to place the coupon directly with the item on the conveyer belt. She called for assistance with the first coupon. Then when she rang up a box of band aids apparently on sale for $1.00 and the coupon was for $1 she said she could not do it. And called for the supervisor again. And he asked me if I copied that coupon. (Accusation) which I did not, he told her to ring it up. And she questioned that, he told her to do it this time. I called and spoke w/ an assistant manager, who did not seem assuring on the phone. Therefore, I called the corp. office, they took my information and said they will send this information out on all levels. On Sunday Evening a woman called at 7:31pm according to our answering machine and phone, said her name was Dominique an assistant manager at the store and heard that I wrote a letter, and she was calling to find out what it was all about, something to do with coupons, and that she was only going to be there till 8pm and gone for the next three days after that. Okay, first of all it was a Sunday evening, but I guess that does not mean anything anymore, second she said she was calling to find out what my letter was all about, I actually called Corp. Third, it was a poor representation for any business on every level, letting us know she was going to be gone for three days if we had not called her back with the 1/2 more or less. Today, I called corp. to let them know about Dominique's call. I also called the store manager, after going through several calls, because the person who answered the phone, has no professional phone skills. He knew nothing of my situation, and said he will speak with them. And that Dominique called to close the ticket. And said that I would have been most likely frustrated if no one had called. I told him, the message she left was pointless. And someone could have called Monday morning, who would actually be there. He said he was not sure what it was that I wanted. I told him that I did not want anything, however it is apparently a big training issue at his store, from the people who answer the phone, to the managers. Unprofessional, and their supervisor Mike needs to watch the way he speaks to the customers. I told him I am going to lengths for Walmart to know about it, because it should not have happened, and no one else should have to go through this sort of treatment. Unprofessional, Unprofessional, and uncaring is what I have to say my experience has been. This location has really gone down hill.

May 31st, 2011 Tuesday My Cousin purchased a $100.00 Money Gift Card for Christmas, (12/2010)for me. The 1st time I used it, no problem. But than after that, I had problems. everytime you use your "Money Gift Card", Walmart Deducted a $3.00 fee, from your remaining balance! The Walmart Cashier could not process the Money Gift Card what so ever! They asked me, Is this a Debit Card? I replied, No, it is a Gift Card! The Cashier told me, that they have problems with Money Gift Card! I still have a remaining balance on the card! So I am advising everyone, "Do Not Purchase Any Walmart Gift Card" for you will have problems!

Walmart*#1352 in Wallace N.C. needs a new line up of management.I would love for someone high up in the company to do a surprise walk in and see how customers and associcates are treated. I was wondering if there is anything you could do about the store in Espanola New Mexico. When ever I call no one answers the phone. I have been calling for over an hour and only a recording saying this is walmart and then you go on hold and just hear the phone ring for 20 to 30 times and no one answers. I have been shopping at walnart for Years and They have gone down the drain. I live 1 hour from the walmart and it would be so nice to have someone answer the phone so you could see if the product you are wanting to buy was there before you drive an hour there to be told no. I have seen so many things saing how bad walmart is. Well its true i've seen first hand the things thay do, from the way thay treat employees to how thay treat coustomers . If walmart realy cared about anything but money thay would have better service in the stores. Thay would treat the employees better. I work at a walmart in oregon , and the stuff I read from all over the country is the same that happens here. It's simple just quit shopping at walmart. what walmart does is based on greed. walmart cuts employees hours so the store can SAVE MONEY and management can LIVE BETTER. When employees hours are cut coustoner service falls and people wander around the just tring to find someone to help them. Just quit shopping at walmart. There ARE other options. The mom and pop stores that people write about , how walmart ran these stores out of town . walmart did'nt send shock troops to burn out these small stores. people shopping at walmart ran these stores out of town. Basicly walmart can't do all the rotten stuff I've seen and read about without your shopping dollars. JUST QUIT SHOPPING AT WALMART. It will have a real impact

I use walmart and noticed that the clothes and shoes for women are very poor. I don't know who orders the clothes to stock into the stores, but they really need to think twice about the look of them. The clothes looks like the low life/trailer trash kind of people would wear. Nothing nice to wear for the evening or even to go on a job interview. Also, they are gearing toward young girls sizes. Hardly anything for womens. I will not be shopping there much longer.

i work for walmart for three years nine months.store number 0765.on the 05/04/2011.i and another employee Drake he also works in Garden Center ask the customers if we could load apallet of soil in their truck.they said thats ok.they claim that i put holes in the back of their truck and i didn't.Drake wrote a statement saiding that i didn't put a hole in the back of the bed of that truck.so i refuse a drug test.I KNOW OF CARS IN THE LUBE SHOP THAT THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN THEM AND NO ONE WAS DRUG TESTED.THAT MADE ME FEEL LIKE ITS A DISCRIMATION PROBLEM.FROM AUG.2007 UNTIL MAY 2011.THEY HAVE DAMAGE ALOT OF CAS AN TRUCKS.NO ONE WAS DRUG TESTED.

I live in Alabama. I shop at the Wal-Mart store in Jasper, AL. Well this is the problem that I have shoping there. [1] Item not on shelf, ask for some one to see if it's in the warehouse they come back in say NO. Now this is a BIGGER PROBLEM then you think.... But I am telling you this is a problem.. A few years ago I needed an airconditioner the one I wanted was not on shelf, but had a place for it. I ask for someone to check in see if you had one in the warehouse, came back said NO. Afew days later I came back to check on it again. Same thing came back said NO. A week later I came back to check on it again. Not on shelf ask for someone to check in see if it was any in the warehouse, they came back said NO.So at this time I ask to speek to a Manager. The person that just went and couldn't find any said let me look again. This time he came back told me that he had found 3 of that Item......Now what does this tell you. If I had went somewhere else and got the airconditioner. WAL-MART would noy have gotn't that sale..Of $150.00. And this is not a one time event for me.. over the years I couldn't tell you how many times this has happen to me along.. I wonder HOW much MONEY Wal-Mart has not made over this problem... Here lately we been trying to buy Diet Mountain Lightning. This is a Wal-Mart brand of drinks. Well a the Jasper store they never have any. So that puts is to buy Diet Mountain Dew. We go to the Cullman, ALabama store, to see if they have any Diet Mountain Lightning, the shelfs are full????? whats up with that... Today I go to the Jasper,Alabama store to get some Diet Mountain Lightning, none on shelfs. Ask for some one to check. this person came back and told me that Diet Mountain Lightning was DISCONTINUE...iS THIS TRUE? OR JUST A LEAVE ME ALONG STORY. I JUST WONDER HOW MUCH MONEY HAS WAL-MART HAS LOST, OR HAS NOT MADE.. I sure it would be a VERT LARGE AMOUNT. For I am Just one person. If EVERYBODY that shops at WAL_MART has this same problem, it would be in the MILLIONS.. But I am just one person with this PROBLEM. If no ones cares that fine. I am a regular shopper of walmart stores. However I purchased a toy on Thursay, May 19,2011. MY God son did not like it. So I went back to Walmart on Friday to return it after a dinner date at 9:30pm. I did not have my receipt and was told that I could not have my money returned to me I must take a gift card only. The presentation was rude so I refused and requested to see store policy. The policy says nothing about a gift card if you have no receipt. I then requested a manager after three different supivisors who repeated the same as cashier and I talked about the policy does not state that I must accept a gift. I felt as if was being force to spend my money at walmart only. I did not like this AT ALL especially scense it is not stated in your policy. So I asked to speak with the head Manger on that shift. I waited for 20 minutes the manager came I explained the situation to him and attempted to tat back and forth with me such as well the polocy does not say this either ect. I said I am only concerned about the policy not stating precedures upon return without a receipt. I further stated I purchased this item on yesterday proof of purchased should be available some how on the computer system. He then looked at the item took the bar code numbers to another computer and reprinted my receipt.... I left the store at 10:45pm very upset to go through such a hassle. My intenet was to purchase a few items but after the treatment I received Your company needs to take a second look at the policy and mention the gift card procedure. If it were in your policy I would have to accept the procedure. I shop at walmart at least two - three times a week or more... I AM AN ANGRY GOOD CUSTOMER...

I spoke to your 800 number today, I spoke to steve the manager regarding parts thefts that happen often in walmart stores parking lot. Per the 800 cust. service I spoke to claims and left message and I spoke to Steve requested a claims form I have spoken to him before and I know that he knows that the police are dirty. I have heard him bragging about something he was given to subdue people. Your stores try to harm the victim. My van was parked under one of the security lights by your own employee vehicles. They know and are apart of what is happening. I have been called a few times last month regarding the complaints that I put in regarding parts theft, gas theft, harassment and torment. So far nothing has been done about it. Why do you allow your store to be involved in prostitution and other things in your parking lot. I hear that you don't care as long as you make a profit.

I just recently wodked at WalMart Appleglen Ft Wayne .was there on time never miss a day .While other employees missed days came in late and my job ended because I worked on the dock .Instead of on the floor .thier floor planners are idiots they dont know what there doing .The job remolding Is a hot mess .the women from michigan are the rudest meanest people Ive ever meet .If thats the kind of people Walmart wants to hire than a tornado can just wipe that store out too.My supervisor Shirley was rude and very nasty .she dosnt belong working no where near people .I hope she looses her job at Walmart in Coldwater Crossing .Or you can visit the store if you want to be treated like crap.P.S WalMart appleglen you suck

someone went into Walmart on 5/24/11 and presented a fraudalent check for $375 using my routing and checking acct number. Walmart uses telecheck and that was not enough because that person was allowed to submit this check and not present proper id!!!!! i spoke to the asst mngr at this Walmart located in Lufkin, TX and she told me that if telecheck does not ask for an ID, then their store policy is to not ask!! What kind of policy is this????? This is the reason, why this person was able to walk out of Walmart using a fraudulent check and depleting my checking account. Walmart obviously needs to revisit this policy as quick as that person was able to walk in and out of that store using my checking account info!!!!! I am outraged and do not plan to shop at Walmart, if they do not change their policy and do not assist me in obtaining the information that I need to file a police report because I plan to prosecute the person and the store and telecheck for allowing this to happen to me and who knows how many other customers!!!

on saturday may 21st i was at walmarts in troy,mo my purse was stolen the vidio cameras are such poor quality i could not even tell anything on it,then im told thats all the cameras they have in that area they could not even find me on one get real im 90 by90 how can you miss by fat ass if i put an apple in my pocket theyed sure fined me. i think they just did not want to take time to look at all the tapes in the area it was lazy if you ask me this has woke alot of people up and if wal-marts does not care then why should we shop there?

Everything about my shopping experience at Walmart is poor. The entire store is filthy including the restrooms. It surprises me that any personnel in any job could carry an attitude like these people do. Target is the place to shope :-)

I NEED TO KNOW WHO MAKES THE PROTACALL FOR SAFETY RULES DURING A TORNADO .WHILE AT THE WALMART IN CORBIN KY, A STORM HIT. EVERYONE WAS ASKED TO COME TO THE DRESSING ROOM AREA. THIS WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE. AFTER IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US WHY WE WERE ASK TO COME THERE, A FEW OF US ASK WHY THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE AND NOT IN THE BACK WHERE THE ROOMS WERE SMALLER AND SAFER. WE WERE TOLD BECAUSE THE BEAMS WERE LARGER AND THE ROOMS WERE SMALLER,THEREFOR IT WAS MORE SAFE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE .WE DID NOT GET UGLY ABOUT IT.WE WERE CONCERNED. YOU ALWAYS WERE TOLD TO GO TO THE SMALLEST ROOM . WE ASKED FOR A MANAGER.NO ONE GOT THEM. A LADY THAT SEEMED TO BE IN CHARGE MOUTHED OFF THAT ANYONE THAT WANTED TO LEAVE COULD THEY WOULD OPEN THE DOOR'S. THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR. WE DID NOT GET HATEFUL WITH ANYONE. I GUESS SHE KNEW SHE MESSED UP ,THEY PASSED OUT DONUTS AND JUICE AND MILK. IF THIS IS WALMART'S RULES THEY NEED TO GHANGE THEM. THIS IS VERY UNSAFE. i am an employee at the wal-mart store in washingon nc, and i must say that there are some nasty talking managers at this store. one in particular, her name is Tonya and someone really needs too sit her down and let her know that she is not the manager type. she doent know how too talk too people at all really she needs to be fired point blank.

I'm about sick of Walmarts crap...I go there nearly every week to by groceries. I use coupons...every time I go to any walmart I have the same problem. They always give me problems about the coupons. How many I can use....ect. It's to the point where I'm fixing to stop shopping at walmart.
