The store in Rifle CO - is at best a very poorly run operation. I have complained many times about how the karts need to be worked on so they don't rattle when being pushed through the store. The emplyees lack in the ability to give customer service as they will walk right by you and not offer to help you find things - and that is only the tip of the iceberge. Since the new store was sit up finding anything (just one item you need) - it like looking for a neddle in a hay stack. It goes without saying that you want us to wander around the store looking for things so we BUY more - and shame on you. If there were any place else to shop in Rifle I would never go near the WalMart - but alas we are a small town and you have us by the neck to shop there. At least you could work on CUSTOMER SERVICE and get the karts fixed and not take people in to work for your store that don't have a clue how to service people. All you want is MONEY and if there were a Target available I would NEVER GO IN ANOTHER WALMAT!!!! Your store in Rifle is a JOKE!!!!
I ordered nikon lenses from your store in pueblo only to find out they are polycarb i new a friend that was with me at the store to pick them up the manager Doreen assured me they messed up and still tried to pass them off as nikon i have to deal with her this week and will get a refund what a rip off it has been over a month, she is rude and has no management skills, I am so upset selling me 30$ lenses and paying for nikon this has happen to other people you should investigate please.
well im a truck driver im getting tired of walmart not letting us driver park on the lot of walmart too shop if it wasnt for truck driver u wont have any thang to sell to all the people. its sad im in williston ND they will not ley truck on parking lot so will never buy any thing from walmart again......
Well.....I am not surprised by all the comments I am reading here. I spoke to someone in corporate last week and told them my concerns about my experience at the Walmart store in Mt Pocono Pa and they told me someone from Corporate would get back too me and as of 9 days later no one has. Does that surprise me no. This is what is wrong with this world no one wants to listen to people .
NOT SURE IF THIS WILL HELP EITHER! I just came from the Pikeville, Walmarts and to say it was less then an enjoyable experience would be an understatement. I should be used to it by now since for the last year the lines and increasingly longer and the amount of cashiers keep growing fewer and fewer. Tonight took the cake, after a hour and half of waiting I asked the cashier where all her helpers were and she said she was the only 3rd. shit cashier. I think if a store of that size was going to stay open all night there should be a few cashiers. I own a small company and one thing I have learned is if you keep customers waiting your gonna loose them. I know that one's person opinion means nothing to a company the size of yours but I truly believe that the one cashier and that customer service manager that was being chewed out and cussed beyond belief deserve (a raise, bonus, and 5 gold stars)... The management team there deserves a swift kick in the pants for there lack of reconizing that they need more people up there as cashiers, afterall it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that all those loaded buggies setting there that customers walked away from is money out of there's and walmarts pocket. I watched at least 10 people walk away from buggies that spilling over with products, easily 200 to 300 dollars worth each. As i mentioned i own a small company and I know a happy customer tells a couple people but a un-happy customer tell 10 people, sooner or later the local K-marts business is gonna pick up. I shop at the Walmart in Thief River Falls, MN and last night we purchased some fish from their pet department. Got them home, put them in the tank and noticed two were sick. The next morning they still looked bad and the other two that were purchased were dead. I went up to the Walmart and complained at customer service. They gave such a poor attitude about the situation and took three pages and a phone call to get the manager of the area. I walked back with her to the fish, pointed out where they came from and she put the two sick ones back to resell and said next time don't bother bringing them in. She was so rude as well I could not believe it. Looks like I will have to drive 40+ miles in order to find a decent Walmart to shop at. I am so disgusted with the service and lack of employees lately.
If i could rate -100, Id do it! The Walmart in Logan ohio came to our small town, ran small buisnesses out, FORCING the community to shop there. After removing alot of needed items from the shelves. On top of that, they have very obvious regular employies following u everywhere throughout the store peeking through places at u. I was n there the other day lookin at the very few living plants there and heard thier" security" on her phone saying she was gonna get "these b@tches"! I was devistated, and my handicapped son heard it now wont stop sayin it! So we went to look at veggie plants for the garden and had to stand in 4 inches of stagnet water to do so, so we went to pick up a script at the pharmacy, paid there, and left. Next thing i know after getting home, the Police came to my house accusing me of stealing flowers there, he looked all around, and said he was gonna go back and watch the tape, and if he sees me he was to return to arrest me. Well, hes not been back, i dont know her name yet, shes German and she calls me the B word? Shes not trained to catch shoplifters, shes annoying cuz u can tell what shes TRYING to do. She was a cashier then customer service. I was embarrassed by the police looking around my property and people watching who were outside. Shes made me embarrased to shop there, and like i said, that walmart is the only place to shop. I usually go outta town cuz thier clothing there is either mylee cyrus or moomoos! What is up with that, does our town get all the trash not sold elsewhere. And thier pharmacy, hardly has what ya need. They try arguing with my dr and everything. Any narcotic you go in there to get, you know ur gonna get some crap and German ladys gonna be watching. Harrassment is going down unless she is handled promptly!
The store in stockton,ca is alway emty it look like a third wold store .the grocery deparment shelf are always emty . the spanish food shelf it been emty for the last 3 months ,what is going on at this store. It was nice to buy at this store but for the last 2years is a mess. How are you going to make money if you have nothing to sell?Very desapointed the way you nbdo business at this store.Hope you take some action soon.I used to buy everything at this store but now i have to go to your competition. well this is all i have to say at this time.Take care of your store or sae it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will be contacting Corporate AGAIN about this as well, but let me tell you how it is to be an employee with Wal-Mart in Ohio. My fiance` and I met at this Wal-Mart; I loved my job when I was there and he still likes working there. The store itself is not the problem. It's the store manager, Tony Bussa, the boss of the bosses. They did an inventory reset - for those that don't know, Wal-Mart stores "over-stock" (= excess freight) in metal shelves called bins. Well to do this reset, they scan the freight out of the bins, work it on the floor to make sure those items are filled to the max on the shelves, then scan anything that's left back into the bins. The inventory system is shut down after everything is scanned out to avoid freight being ordered automatically. If the bins are empty, the system will order the freight so they have more on-hand to re-fill the shelves. The freight is stored in the back room until it is needed on the floor; this holds true for all freight that isn't immediately perishable (meat/produce/frozen food/dairy do not apply in this manner, per say.) The freight is to be scanned back in and once the system is back on it will see the remaining freight from the reset and not place an order unless it is needed. The store manager came in and instead of paying attention and letting the employees have ample time to do this reset, he KNOWINGLY TURNED THE SYSTEM BACK ON TOO EARLY. This is very, VERY BAD. For example: There were 6 skids/palates total of Angel Soft toilet paper alone ordered when there were 2 skids/palates already in the bins. It was all the same packaged size, 12 rolls. The shelf capacity for this toilet paper is 10 packages of the 12 rolls. On one skid there's anywhere between 30-50 packages of toilet paper. In other words, that's a LOT of toilet paper that they didn't have room for. **That's just one example of this; every department that was being reset had duplicate orders placed. Since the system thought the bins were empty, the system (once rebooted) placed an order to re-supply the on-hand counts to ensure the store would not run out of freight.** The kicker of this all is that the actual freight we DO need ordered has been out of stock both on the shelves and in the back of the store for at LEAST a month now. They back room is full to bursting with excess, un-needed freight. A skid/palate is about 4ftX4ft in surface area. The aisles in the main part of the store are as wide if not wider than the paths in the back room. Each path is lined with skids back-to-back, with no space in between them. There is no room to walk, let alone run the machinery necessary to unload the new trucks coming in. No one will stand up to Mr. Tony Bussa because they will most likely be terminated shortly after. Our Wal-Mart has had to hire help from a Temp Agency because the employee turnover rate has spiked in the last few months. Obviously it's just because Ohio workers are lazy, right? We're stupid and incompetent and can't do our jobs?... No. Why has no one looked into this? Or if they have, why has nothing been done? One store cannot have this bad of a pool of people to pull employees from. Our only option seems to be to contact corporate. I did so today. They said we need to contact Tony's boss and raise our concerns with him/her. I hope something is done about it - Tony's arrogance, ignorance, and incompetence will bankrupt the store if something is not done.
I have observed in your stores handicaped people waiting in long check-out lines. I have even seen some including one of my family who is disabled leave their cart with merchandise and walk or limp out. I feel it would be good for your image to have one lane just for real handicaped people. Thank you for consideration.

The Wahpeton ND store is so understaffed that you can never get anyone to help you. They are so busy that when they finally get a chance to relax they walk away from you when they see you coming. Also again with the employees being overworked and understaffed, try to call Wal-Mart in Wahpeton, you will be on the phone for at least 10 minutes if you stay on that long. No one wants to talk to you on the phone either. Maybe you should send an under cover boss.
I ordered three twin sized children's mattresses on May 24th. My order wouldn't go through properly on the website, but then it charged my card even though my order had not gone through. I called customer service. I got a rep on the phone who checked my order and took her time explaining to me that my order was A-OK and had gone through just fine. She sent me an e-mail confirmation and an order number. The mattresses were supposed to be here yesterday. I checked my order, my status is showing "cancelled", however no further e-mail was ever sent to inform me of this cancellation. So, now I have three children arriving tomarrow, and no mattresses for the freshly constructed beds in their rooms.
1) Walmart has become trashy. It's gotten 1000% worse than Big Lots and Kmart. The employees are RUDE, vulgar, and look like thugs. Don't even ask for help, they couldn't care less about you. They're more concerned about their paychecks and schedules. You need to implement a "customer satisfaction" program and retrain your low paid thugs. 2) STOP changing the departments around. When I walk in, I want to be able to go directly to the department and get what I need. I do NOT have time to search for what I need. Target and KMart do change their mods every 3 weeks. They leave the stuff exactly where it is. 3) BRING BACK THE DAMN FABRIC DEPARTMENT!!! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING REMOVING IT????
I work heavy construction and have worked coast to coast, in doing so I have visited many Wal-Mart stores across the country I have found most to be friendly and willing to fix any problem that customers may have in their stores. But I have to say the Wal-mart store in Martinsville VA is the worst store that I have ever been in as far as getting checked out. My wife and I have walked out of the store three times leaving full carts of merchandice sitting because we got tired of waiting in the long lines, because they have only 4 or 5 registers open and people are backed up 6 and 7 carts deep. also sporting goods and paint dept with no one there to assist customers. I will not be going to this store again there are other stores in Martinsville that know how to take care of the most important thing ( the customer )
I am very upset with your advertising campaign we will match any ad. I have just contacted your home office in regard to this. I have a Target ad stating if you purchase 2 Dasani Waters you receive a 8pk 20oz powerade free. The entire time I was shopping in the store the intercom was announcing we will match ANY AD! No disclaimer only we match ANY AD. When I went to purchase my water I was told Walmart will not match this because it is a free item. When I contacted your office I was told I should have talked with the store manager about Walmart's policy for ad matching. The intercom never mentioned this one time. I spent $160.00 on this trip to Walmart. As it stands now I will go back to the stores that do honor their ads I will not be shopping at Walmart. This makes me very sad as I promote my local economy because this brings jobs to our area. But false advertisement is exactly what is says FALSE<> Please advertise and express your policies so there is no misunderstanding by your customers. Please consider talking with the folks at Publix. It is a pleasure to shop there. You are made to feel that you are their only customer. They go out of their way to help you, even handing out coupons and telling you the items on sale as you walk in the door. When you check out the sales clerks are more than glad to inform you of items on sale and where coupons are located. I would love to see our Walmart take on this type of concern for their customers. I had asked for donations for a benefit for a 13 yr. old boy that was tragi killed. We are doing a poker run and raising money to help the family for the funeral and them because they dont have much. How would you feel losing your kid so the community is all getting together to gather up donations for them to raffle off and auction. But i was told no they do for a corporation , This was a good cause and i have proof thre are flyers all around. I think as big as Wall Mart is they would do something ..nO HEAand i am so mad i spend so much money there every week and i was refuse i am sorry this is all about the heart and there was no heart in this benefit.You may have rules but they could have been bended all they could ask the prooff you will help out big business but cant help out us small peopl after all the money we spend to make your company big. I dont even want to spend money there no more this is totally wrong
I bought a Western Union Money Order from Fiesta and mailed it to my son. He went to Wal-mart and they informed him they could not cash it because it was a Western Union money order. I thought Wal-mart did Western Union therefore could cash that kind of money order. They cash government checks and payroll checks, why not a money order that has already been paid for. Any feedback would be appreciated if i am wrong. He just needs his money.
I shop at Norwalk ohio Walmart store 1986 and im very angery with the way things are ran. The employees are very rude and there is only.one person in certain departments which should.not be that way there should.be atleast two people in a department do things went waighed on just one person. And also its against the law to withhold.someone from taking there breaks u stores need to get ur.Shit together.
