8-8=2011 PURCHASED OZARK SANDALS AT YOUR GRAFTON WV STORE AND 2 WKS LATTER ANKLE STRAP BROKE ON ONE WELL IF WAS JUST FLIP FLOPS WOULDNT CARE BUT THESE WERE NICE SANDLES I LIKED ! TRIED TO RETURN FOR NEW PAIR AND THEY SAID CANT RETURN WITHOUT RECIEPT. SO TALKED TO MANAGER AND NO LUCK AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME! I SHOP THERE ALL THE TIME AND AS I LIVE CLOSE AND LOVE WALMART! WHO DOESNT? ANYWAY IF YOU CAN HELP ME WITH THIS RT 2 BOX 370 GRAFTON WV 26354! THANKS!

My favorite store is Walmart. There are too many complaints here that need to be addressed.

I am very upset about the price matching policy and how they make it sound good and the management decide they dont want to follow the written guide lines, my store manager told me they can't do things that arnt excluded in the not exceptable list. Im sick of them changing their minds when it is convienient for them, instead of following the rules, and how do you fight it at the assistant manager level. This is really frustrating.

I am writing this review in regard to the Bay Minette Al walmart. I am a cashier there and i would like to say that the front end manager Chantae is a racist ingnorant human being!! She is NOT management material. She takes stuff out on the cashier personally as in not giving lunches and breaks on time, wont approve days of that i have requested well in advance for, ignores me when I ask her for help, etc. I want to see to it that their is something done about this and her behavior! Thank You!

i am from a small town in texas named el campo the store in elcampo is not a very good place. the employs dont know what they are doing cant help a customer when the customer ask i had to go show one of yalls customers where the razors where at because the employees didnt want to and to make matters worse i dont work at walmart i work at heb and yalls well walmarts customer service in el campo sucks, the managers are rude the employees as well. i hate to be complaining but it is so discomforting to know that walmart just hires to hire.

Walmart use to exchange faulty items. Well when I went to exchange some Lexmark ink cartridges, (Which I have had to do recently and they DID exchange them before this last incident), and the self proclaimed "manager" at customer service said that Lexmark does not replace them anymore. So I called Lexmark, and guess what, they DO exchange them. The Lexmark Co. told me that Walmart should have exchanged it and that there was no reason why they didn't. I'm tired of getting screwed at Walmart!! Maybe Target will appreciate my business instead!! I would really like to give Walmart (-2000 Stars) Liars!!

I am writing this because of an experiance my husband and i had yesterday at your Cushing,Oklahoma store. We took a tire in to get it REPAIRED, when the tires were purchased at Walmart road hazard was purchased for them, my mother was the one that bought the tires, the guys said that the road hazard is non transferable, since we are buying the vehicle from my mother, that is ridiculas since your not insuring the person your insuring the TIRE!!! So from the get go he(the clerk) had an attitude problem, yet said he would go ahead and honor the road hazard contract. He said it would be about an hour and half wait, we said fine and went looking throughout the store, about 30 minutes later we went back to check on it and he said it was done, he goes through the receipt with me, not acknowleding my husband at all, and said that our tire was "unsafe" therefore they did not repair it they just put a new tire on our rim, WITHOUT CONSULTING US!! He never called us to the tire center or rang my cell phone or anything, he just expected us to pay for a new tire. My husband wanted to see our tire and how it was "unsafe" so he and 2 other tire guys (his bodyguards) brought it out, not only did he not know what he was talking about he couldnt explain it good enough for my husband and i to understand. Do to the piss poor situation we decided to not wait around for them to take the new tire off our rim and them REPAIR the old one as what was to be done in the first place but we went ahead and purchased the new tire. My husband wanted to go ahead and take the old tire with us, and the clerk proceeded to tell my husband and i quote "Sorry Bubba i cant let you take that, i could get fired, cuz that would be considered stealing, cuz it doesnt belong to you." Which we didnt understand since we purchased the new tire and supposably nothing could be done with the old one, why couldnt we take it home. We decided to just go on home with only our new tire. Later after thinking on this situation more my husband decided to call the store and talk with the manager, when he called he got the same clerk that we had dealt with prior, my husband asked for the manager and again the clerk said,"well hold on there Bubba and i'll get him for you." Let me just clarify my husbands name is NOT Bubba- what ever happened to sir. I feel as though the manager needs to get a handle on his/her employees and have a customer service seminar with them as well. If Sam Walton was still alive and was called Bubba in a derogatory manner, what reaction would he have and what kind of actions would he take??

I dont understand how a member of management, can skip all the rules to let a friend get a higher position. At 307 west monroe walmart a personnal relationship between Tireco and Victora Berson she gave her a babyshower and they are the best of friends this needs to stop never out of nine years at walmart i would have seen the day less then six months she have went from CSM to support and now a ZMS. i would have not said anythin if she wouldnt have brought this friendship to walmart and let everyone know, she wrote poeple up and cover for victoria like excise her days and passin out babyshower papers around the store. This is the talk around the store and it is affectin the work environment.

I am a busy mom, and when I need to pick up something and get in and out quickly, I've chose to go to any store but Walmart. I do not like playing an Easter egg hunt game in your Sand Springs, Ok store. I go in to purchase an item from your store and it's always being moved around, and when you ask one of your fine employees where the item has been moved to I get I don't know or the other shift moved it! I will not spend half a day looking down isles searching for them so when you tell your employees to leave your selves along I will be spending my money at the Dollar General, Family Dollar, or at K Mart!!

I have been working for Wal-Mart for going on 7 years and as of late I am getting very upset with all the run around and work hours being cut back to the bare minimum. I support a family of 6 by myself and I cant afford my hours to be cut but management doesn't care or understand that at all because they are on salary and no matter what they still get paid the same amount if they are there or not. We as employees are told that we are having our hours cut because of poor sales but the poor sales are because of the hours being cut and no associates in the store to help the customers. As an employee I have not seen a bonus added to my check in quite awhile because "sales are down" but yet the management still get theirs every quarter. I am full time and have been for quite awhile and I am supposed to get in the minimum 34 hours a week and for the past couple of months I have been lucky to get 28 hours, every time I turn around the management is sending employees that have been there for years and have been hard workers and dedicated to them home early to save money and hiring in new people for no reason at all. They could just give the employees that are already there more hours instead of hiring in these new kids that wont work that are just there to be in the way and get paid to stand around and talk. I have seen many dedicated workers that have been there longer than me be basically pushed out because there is no way to live on a very poor income that we are being subjected to, many have had to either quit and get a new job or get a second job just to be able to afford the gas to work there. My bills are to be paid every 2 weeks because my paychecks are every 2 weeks and my bills equal more than I get paid so I feel like I am financially drowning, and because of the excuse of sales being down have cut my hours so much I am currently looking for a second job to go with this one so i dont completely go under in my finances.

I used to be an employee for the Commerce City Walmart #2752 last year. During this time I was working full time, going to school full time while trying to be a mother to a one year old child. Well of couse things came up in school so I had to call in because of it. In September I was surpose to go onto my unpaid externship which is a part of school. That was 160 hrs of on the job training. I have gave a month notice to change my schedule and I followed the proper steps on which how they do it. When it was time for my to start my externship my schedule never changed. So I had to start calling in everyday. I finally got to meet the fill in store manager and let him know what was up. He bluntly told me that its not his problem that my schedule never got fix and I dont know how in the hell you still have a job here as much as you called in. I tried to explain to him my school schedule and the activities I was involved in. Also trying to explain to him that I have been doing this for going on a year, putting my only child to the side to better myself and he bluntly said its not his problem and if you want to work for this company that I either go by what the schedule saids (working at least 20 hrs a week) or I can find another place for employment. I was very shock to hear this coming out of this so called fill in store manager. So I went home think about it and when I started my externship I started to call in again. I talked to a couple of managers one of them was Ast. Manager Guy who said I can come back with no problems after I got done with my externship. Well at this time they got a new Co-Manager and her name is Melony. Now since she is there she is seeing that there will ne NO old employees that will get a job there. She does not care if they left in good standings with the company or not. She said that if they left once what will keep them from leaving for a second time. I was with the company almost 2 years I was really not planning on leaving for good. There is alot of potential to grow in the company and since I went to school for Medical Administative Assistant I could have work in the Vision Center along in the Pharmacy. But I am still trying to fight on getting my job back. Almost a year later, but I am thinking that if Sam Walton was still alive he would have look out for me and others like me. Instead having these managers bulling thier employees and not permoting them to help better thier lifes and family. What happen to the Walmart Corperation that Sam Walton build up?

I'd give -0 score if I could-is there a worse score than less than 0? I have been to FOUR stores in the Indianapolis area looking for PetArmor, a heavily advertised flea med for dogs & cats. NONE of those 4 stores had it in stock & it seems that the corporate office makes itself inaccessible to the working class person-NO ONE is available to help with this issue & I'm FURIOUS!

WalMart claims to value their customers, as the recording repeated numerous times as I sit here on hold longer & longer. I see what some of those posting mean when they say the company seems to deliberately make it hard to get a human on the phone. I CERTAINLY don't FEEL "valued"-I feel shafted & ignored! I used to think highly of them-mot any more!

And your "priority customer service" FAILED to help-as a matter of fact they were INCREDIBLY unhelpful. Rude, refused to transfer me to someone who could actually HELP me! Funny-I was told ON THE PHONE by whoever answered the corporate phone number that the priority people could transfer me to who I needed-lie 1,855 from this company!

I were at a Walmart on Memorial Drive.I received the worst service ever 7-26-2011.The gir that was on the register had the worst attitude ever then to top it off she laughed about it and told me there is my manager . I will never shop at that Walmart again!!!The customer service rep was a Sarifa register # 14 7-26-2011. Talk about respect >>>> go there....

Dear walmart Headquarters, I will start by saying that the store in Rochester NY is the worst walmart i have ever been to!!!! I am a mother to a young toddler First of all your store is dirty and disgusting! second the store's employees are very rude and disrespectful. third the stores advertise for having things in the store and online, but i went to the store to purchase a swimming vest with arms swimmers attached to the vest let me remind you that it is not even august and the stupid store got rid of the swimming vest i needed/wanted what is that about? This store in my area is awful to an extreme extent! on top of the store being extremely dirty and having rotted food all the time to the point where i will no longer go there for food now i am possibly just now going to be a walmart shopper at all!! the employees are rude and the store has false advertising so walmart needs to be rethought! the store is horrible and never has what it advertises it has and if i could i would have given it a rating of a big fat ZERO thank you very much!!! I am sick of going into the Danville Illinois Walmart Fish Department & seeing Beta fish laying in 1 inch of waste-water, starving to death. I have filed complaints with the Manager Phil Lacey & with Corporate headquarters, yet nothing has been done about it. I will continue to do so until something changes. Walmart makes enough money off of us to hire a local reputable fish store to come service this department, yet they give this "responsibility" someone who is rude, unprofessional & immature. I will be contacting the Department of Agriculture & let them take over!

got an oil change at a local walmart.. they ask all sorts of information including phone number i gave it to em.. now i get calls out of the woodwork from all sorts of debt collectors and telemarketers.. no more oil changes with you guys.. think about walmart i spent 60 that visit.. do they give you 60 bucks per name?
