I am very disappointed with the Wal Mart store in Newcastle, Ok. I can go in there for maybe ten items and come out with maybe seven or eight. This morning the sugar shelf did not have the size sugar on it that I always get. You can go the the check out register and there may be seven or eight people in front of you and no other register open, This has happened to me the last two weeks plus many times before. This morning I complained to the person in charge of that are and she just said they would have to train people for that position and that took twenty hours training. Why do the not already have some people trained? My time is important to me and I do not like to stand in line for an extended amount of time and because I am a senior citizen I can not stand that long. I am sure these managers are cutting all the cost they can so they will get bigger bonuses at the years end.

Long story short telecheck said it was because I had a bad check to Walmart in Shelby from October 2004. In seven years this is the first time I've heard about this check and I've been right here all along. So the lady at telecheck said she would transfer my to walmarts financial department. I was disconetted. So I called back I was then I was given a wrong number. So I got online I've called fifty numbers noone can help me! Noone can give me a working number or transfer me to someone who can help. I'm to the point of contacting a lawyer. How is that you people can claim I have bad check report me so that I have problems writing checks to other companies 7 yrs later, while leaveing no options to resolve the matter. This is unreal. I think It's Very stupid when you try to take back a defective Item to get a refund. They want you to switch it out instead of giving you a refund. Ok here's a perfect example: I bought a cd. when I got home and played the cd I discovered it was a defective. I took the cd &receipt back to walmart.They told me they couldnt give me a refund because it was open...Lol...however they said I could go and pick out the same cd and just swap....how dumb is that? Well it was just my luck there was not another cd like the defective one I'd brought in so Im stuck with a cd that doesn't work and 11.88 that wal-mart has taken from me. How bout that? On top of that I asked if I could get a roll of quarters and I was told I could not get them ...for security reasons(now that one puzzled me)Its amazing I go into this store 2 sometimes 3 times a week and deal with long lines,rude cashiers,deli workers who sometimes act as if they dont see you and dont want to help you and not to mention the nasty restrooms......good ole wolly world yeah right

I thought a consumer was supposed to get a good deal on food prices at Walmart. Almost $5.00 for cream cheese, and just about $7.00 for Helmanns Mayo, and forget potato chips, $3.99 for mainly air, unbelievable, do you want to keep loyal customers or not? Perhaps you think you have gotten too big and no longer care about affordability for the average consumer. It's becomming way over the top, guess i'll start shopping elsewhere.

i have family that works at 1812. I have heard that the electric jack is not working and they have to pull the pallets off the trucks and some of them weigh up to 3000 pounds and some of the managers are just rude and don't give a damn about the hard workers and the corp. office should do that undercover show to see how it really is done at there stores and how some of there employes are treated

I bought a Walmart visa and the card was activated but the security code do not work. cant buy a thing with the card,had I known that I would of had so many problems trying to use Walmart visa I would have never bought it. You cant return the card to Walmart and you cant use the card so I guess I'm out of lick on this one. Walmart you should be put out of business for giving out bad /fake visa cards. Makes me wonder what else is fake at your store

I am 69yrs old and one of my children, who has Downs Syndrom.He is 39yrs old, but does not comunicat well.Bill allso has Type 1 brittle diabetes and his health is fragil.He no longer can go to his favorit place Wallmart. When many of thoes who work at store 5190 in Phoenix Arizona found out ,the whole wallmart store workers signed a beautiful card and a card saying he was the number 1 customer. He was thrilled! It brought tears to my eyes. This is a special grope of workers!

I wrote this letter over a month ago to Walmart, and received a voice message from their assistant maneger Dave Walthen. It took over a month to try to reach him, and today I did. He did not remember my letter, he said that he would look it up on the computer and call me back in a hour or so and he did with the excuse that he did not have the letter anymore on the computer. He asked me the cashiers number and told me he would handle it and sorry for her being rude; and that was it. Central Expressway Dallas, TX 75203 Mr. Shaba Varghese/Store Manager Dear Mr. Varghese, I shopped at your store last evening, (07/11/2011) about 2300 hours, and was met at the cash register by such a rude and insulting cashier, # (00001688). Per my receipt, I purchased 56 items, and paid $173.17 for my purchase. As you can tell, it would take a few minuets for me to place all those (56) items on the counter for the cashier to ring up. The first item I placed on the counter to be rung up was a large package of Bounty Paper Towels at $16.24 which cashier # (00001688) proceeded to shove over the counter on the floor where hundreds of your patrons have walked all day long. I would have overlooked this indiscretion if she had not been so rude after I finally placed all those (56) items on the counter and proceeded to take my already accumulated full bags to put them into my shopping cart to be taken to my car. Even though, I was collecting the full bags of groceries as fast as I could; apparently it was not fast enough for that particular cashier. Instead of her maybe helping me to place some of the full bags into my shopping cart; she stands there looking annoyed, and tells me, “ma’am could you grab your bags faster”. Her statement took me aback, I paused for a second, because I could not believe she had actually said that to me, and I proceeded to tell her no, I could not. Then, she started just throwing the remainder of purchases into the bags, and looking annoyingly at the customer behind me like I was doing something wrong; because I was not grabbing my bags fast enough to suit her. After, I witnessed this exchange, and the fact that she was throwing the remainder of my purchase into the bags, I told her that she was a rude young lady; her reply to me was indignantly, “I’m really not”. My deduction from this exchange is that this particular cashier that work in your store is ignorant because she has not been trained correctly, or she is just downright stupid. To top off her whole rude, and condescending act; as I taking my shopping cart to leave, she tells the customer behind me, “I am sorry about that”, like my purchase, and my patronage was less valuable than theirs. I have never been so humiliated in my life, and spending my money to done so is totally unacceptable. As long as that young lady or anyone that thinks it is acceptable to be rude and insulting to a customer is part of your staffing, I will never shop in your store, and I will tell my friends and family never to shop in your store. My husband and I ordered 3 items from Walmart online since they didn't carry those items in the store. I so far have not been very pleased with the service. 2 of the items we ordered on the 9th of Aug while the 3rd one was ordered a few days later. One of the 2 items was shipped on the 11th, the 3rd item was shipped on the 12th and the other one of the 2 was just now shipped on the 17th. The 2 items are site to store orders and will not be in the store for pickup until the middle of next week maybe and that is if they email me which they never do to let us know that they are ready for pickup. My husband ordered somethings from Newegg.com and believe it or not we had those items within 2-3 days. Walmart on the other hand.......it might be 2 1/2 weeks before we even see our orders if they even email like I said. They told me in an email that it takes 1-2 days for processing then 7-10 days for shipping to the store. It took them 9 days to ship one of them and another 7-10 days for shipping.......thumbs down to that! The 3rd item is suppose to come to the house but haven't seen it yet either. I stopped getting an oil change from Walmart because they will ask for your cell phone number but they have NEVER called me to tell me that my car is ready when I go to lunch with my husband or my Mom. I will be thinking twice before I ever order online from Walmart again. I will still shop there in the store but I want my items in hand when I buy them not waiting for them to decide when/if they are going to ship them. From a very unhappy shopper

Lousy customer service. Painfully slow cashiers. Gaping holes on shelves where product should be. Terminally long check-out lines. Guaranteed minimum 20-minute wait at Customer "Service". And since our local Walmart changed to a "Super" Walmart (trust me, there's nothing super about it), there is no more fabric department and they no longer carry countless items we used to purchase there. The topper is that NO Walmart store in the entire Valley of the Sun (Greater Phoenix, Arizona) - for the entire summer so far - has had the kiddie pools that EVERYONE here buys for our outrageously hot summers. People here usually buy two of them a month -one for the kids and one for the dogs. Walmart, you're a bunch of morons. We're done with you.

If you wanted to report a worker at walmart for being rude and not doing their job. How would I do this?

I am writing about an incident that happened July the 9th of 2011 at the Minden, Louisiana Walmart. I will never go back you can bet your bottom!!! I was in the meat department and a man came up beside me moved so close that I had to move over. After a moment he left and the Walmart employee said "do you realize what he just did to you?" I said "who" she said " that man" I said "What" She said "he just took a picture up your skirt with his cell phone..he did it to another girl while ago,we have been watching him." I said have you called the manager she said called security...NO ONE in security came to talk to me.. I found the girl that it happened to first she was very upset and had a young child with her. NO ONE in security came to talk to her.. they found him in the sporting goods... but let him go..no name..nothing let him stay in store, shop,and check out.. I found Mr. Booker from security he said the manager said that was "all they could do".. even with 2 walmart employees as witness.He said he didnt know that, but they had 2 way radioes they were talking on. No police were called not with first victim and not with me. Even if they dont want to write a report they can still call police because they were witness to it. Minden Police think different..they know they should have been called, because when he walked out as the other victim did evidence went with them. I had to go to police department myself and file charges. We have 2 witness statements and limited tape cause walmart has several cameras and only 15 work?? Thats good for criminal not for victims or customers.I have enough for civil case. Minden police department identifed him with what tape, they have a detective having to go back today and getting the missing footage Walmart conviently left out. No tape of me.. humm thats nice... Walmart let a sexual preditor walk out the doors.. We know why now it was an employees brother. Thanks to Minden Police department we got him identified, the manager Scott tried to cover it up saying the tapes were not good, MInden POlice said they had great picture of him walking out and were able to get him identified. No thanks to your store secuirty and and manager. All other tape is limited or not given to police because I feel Walmart knows they dropped the ball.Shelly the Marketing lady over this store tried to cover it up and make excuses. THere is no excuse for what transpired. NONE!!! If I had know what I know now I would have called the law when I was in the store. I would have had the other victim there so we could have got this man right there. The walmart staff was following him the first time but NEVER called the law so it happened to me, thank goodness the meat department lady seen him or he would have got away wit it all together. The excuse the manager gave ummm Mr. Booker new he didnt know what to do.. Common sense would have told him to call the Minden Police and let them deal with the man..or I should have beat or tried to beat the crap out of him.. but I am sure I would have been the one to be arrested!! Mark that one in your books as failed security.. you need to catch up with technology and teach your security when in doubt call 911 especially with sexual crimes!!! Oh and coodoes for covering for an employee!!! Well her and her brother!!!

It was in Summerfield Fl Walmart. A person in management was talking down to another associate. I step up and said shame on you slavery is over grow up. Then asked for help and never received it for she had to get someone to help me da! what about you . Oh I don't where it is. Wow she gets paid for doing nothing I guess.I looked around hardly no help in the store. I also wanted some pork chops would you know it they don't cut there meat slim pickings, not like public how you like it cut Mr customer. I nolonger shop at walmart. They have got to large for there pants. Save money maybe not always, then the long lines.

I shop at your Eastlake Chula Vista, CA 91915 store. The store was recently upgraded to a superstore. Has a lot more selection. I supported the growth but your organization has failed at staffing your enlarged store. On multiple visits only a quarter of the checkout lines are open. This causes long lines and longer waits. My visit on 07 Aug 2011 took me 5 minutes to find my items but 40 minutes to check out. THIS IS POOR!!!! You must do better before I shop at your store again. I will recommend to all my friend, family and co-workers to not do business with your store until you fix this problem. MICHAEL L. WALKER

I have recently purchased a lawn mower from Wal-Mart. I have had it for less than 2 months, although I keep oil and gas in it, the motor blew up. Trying to get somewhere with this sorry company is like trying to pull teeth with a pair of pliers. Their so-called customer service reps are the rudest people that I have ever dealt with in my life. As far as trying to right the wrong, they have been adamant about not caring about the situation. So, as I have told them, it will be a cold day in hell when I step foot in another Wal-Mart.Now, I have contacted an attorney and I plan on suing the hell out of them. I am done with this company. They are nothing more than dishonest, rude thieves.

To introduce the situation i have is going to take a minute,my wife worked for this company for about 4 years,crappy wages,terrible management,generally it wasnt a very good job.she worked her way into customer service position after 2 or 3 years and seemed to be doing well until a co worker who was jealous of her started trying to get her into trouble in which again and again my wife was vindicated of any wrong doing.then the girl finally got hold of a higher up and they fabricated missing money from her shift,and used a camera which showed my wife emptying the cash drawers,which she did at the end of every shift and accused her of taking the money.the camera does not show my wife removing or stashing the money nor did it show her having anything to do with the money as supposedly it was under the drawer for some reason.which to me is funny because shouldnt it be in the drawer with all the other money?she was then fired and the issue was dropped until my wife started drawing her unemployment and the issue was then sent to prosecutors who then told my wife that even though they couldnt prove she took the money she should plead guilty for a lighter sentence and fined a total of 600 dollars and community service which she will also have to pay for. i used to think that wal mart was just being demonized but now i understand that they are crooks and liars and have no feelings for the communities or employees and i hope that they feel the loss of myself and my entire group of employees that will no longer be shopping there for our needs in the field as we now will be going to target.i am amazed at how vengeful this company has become and i must admit i hope that this economic downturn continues to affect them and this winter when my guys are on unemployment my "local hometown wal mart"will be picketed. hope this is worth the 600 dollars. see ya round
