HERE IS NORTH DAKOTA I TRAVEL OVER A HOUR ONE WAY TO SHOP AT WALMART I HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE IN BOTTINEAU NORTH DAKOTA 4 TIMES IS THE PAST TWO WEEKS WANTING TO GET PAINT MIXED .BUT THERE IS NEVER ANYONE AROUND .EVEN TRIED GOING TO THE SERVICE DESK JUST TO FOUND NO ONE THERE EITHER .THIS IS CRAZY .WALMART USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO GO BUT HERE IN NORTH DAKOTA IS REALLY SUXS AND BE READING OTHER PEOPLE COMMENTS BEGINNING TO THINK IT MIGHT JUST BE WALMART THAT IS GOING DOWN HILL.
While compairing shopping online with two computer projectors I found your website lacking in content. I was compairing the Site EggHead.com and your website on projectors and found that your sit and people I emailed about the product didn't have any idea what came with the product. At EggHead.com the show the projector in a full 360 view and if there are aeccssories that come with the projector they the cables to hookup the projector to the computer carring case, speaker conection and a remote.Your website only shows the projector and has no other explanation other than the size of the unit. It would be nice to be able to buy form your website but with the very little information and the fact I was emailed by one of your people that there were no aeccssories that can with this computer. I have been in busines for over 40 years and if I had people that worked for me and didn't know either the products oor what we did as a company I would fire them.
i am very disappointed with your store for not doing more for the fire victimes!!!!! you know pulling up a donation trailer from salvation army for 1-2 days very dsrespectful to our community,when there are still victims needing donations,money housing,essentials(clothing ,sundries,shoes,toiletries) yet they offer no discounts ,no donations of any kind,nor let the public know of anything they have done other than have a drop off trailer(for 1-2 days) me and my wife have housed over 75 victims and still counting(with there families) Lowes,H.E.B,Tractor supply,Home Depot,Best Buy,Staples,Spec ligours,Bealls,Payless shoes,Wendy's,McDonalds,AT&T all have out performed wal-mart 1000 to 1 and are still helping. i wouldnt be surprised if the whole community and surrounding counties boycotting your stores!! it might be a drop in the bucket to your chain,but to it would be a victory for your disrespect to our community,especially being one of the wealthiest chains in the U.S. and working globally too! smithnroye@gmail.com

my mother used to work at the walmart at turkey lake road in orlando,fla.she got fired for doing something the store manager told her to do.and now she got fired for it is that right.the manager name is miss debbie martin.and she is also having affair with mr.terry wilson me and several assocs.know this but is afraid to open their mouths because they dont want to lost their jobs.i am sorry but this is very wrong.why is the assocs.being fired for doing something a store manager told her to do.
In regards to store: Walmart # 4387, 25 Tobias Boland Way, Worcester, MA, 01607 I am quite honestly pissed off at the way i was treated today when in communications with one of your stores! I am a repeat shopper at walmart, an have never been so upset and aggravated with the way i was treated today when trying to contact the store. I recently purchased two items through the website and wanted to simply make a call to see if it had arrived or not. I called the store and a girl answered with a simple "Walmart hold" and put me on hold not even bothering to say hello or how can i assist u or anything. I then waited on hold for 6 minutes to not even a curtisy answer to ask me to continue holding. I then called back 20 minutes later thinking maybe they were busy, to the same "Walmart hold" and click back on hold for yet AGAIN another 7 minutes wait before i became upset and hung up. I then called back to speak to the manager about the occurrences and again i get "walmart hold" but spoke before she had time to put me on hold and said i would like to speak to the manager inwhich she gave me a rude attitude and said "for what", inwhich i replayed with, i would just like to speak to the manager please" in which she responded "fine hold on". At this point i was even more upset at the lack of respect and unprofessionalism i was treated with. this time i was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. This is REDICULOUS customer service and should not be tolerated by anyone! Even the manager of the store didnt seem to give a shit about what a customers concerns were or they would have answered the phone before 15 minutes had passes. If this is how you want your customers treated then i will be taking my business else where and i will sure as hell be making sure that my friends and family take their business elsewhere also so they dont have to deal with the lack of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and utter rudness i was shown today!!!
Walmart Supercenter Bossier City, Louisiana on Airline Drive, bar none, the worst store I've ever had the misfortune and, admittedly, the repetative stupidity, to enter. Was verbally accosted by an employee who said his name was Robert, who didn't like the fact that I couldn't get the autoflush to work on the toilet in the back restroom. I felt like I was being stalked when I went into the restroom, and then the kid smarted off to me about not flushing and when I said I had flushed, he used profanity twice, the "s word" and the "f word" and shouted at me when I shouted at him for his exhibition of mental instability. This was the worst incident so far in this store, but by no means has it been the only incident. Serious problems with staff, management, discourteousness, constantly suspicious eyeballing by overzealous security (I know that sounds paranoid, but really, go into this store looking like your average shlub, and watch the wannabe Colombos try to sniff out your "shoplifting" intentions, when my guess is that ninety-nine percent of the shoplifting is by the employees and security, who all know where the security cameras are). I don't really even care that much about being so overzealously eyeballed, but I'll be damned if I'm going to tolerate outright verbal hostility from eighteen or nineteen-year-old punks who've never seen a non-sinking floating fece before. INSANE!
Why can't there be enough cashiers to supply the demand of the shoppers? If the company is so successful I think there should be more cashiers. Maybe twenty years from now, or less, there will be no Wal-Mart. Target will get their business. I hate going to Wal-Mart because of the problem paying for things. I hardly ever go there anymore even though we have a new on in our town.
The rating so far is low because I have failed trying to contact a Customer Service person who can assist me with a question and problem. I am in Raleigh NC and had shopped in a local store and was give a receipt for my purchase which asked customer to complete a survey for a Chance to win a $1000. 00 WalMart gift Certificate. As I entered the number I was immeiadtly responded to by the message that I was the Lucky NC customer chosen to receive the gift certificte. I entered the required info on line and when it asked for my cell phone number, the response was that it was not a correct number. I called a Customer Service Manager named Dorothy Smith and she was very helpful and encouraging. She gave me her number to use, which the system accepted and she was given a pin number which she forwarded to me. When I attempted to use the Pin (which was 9269) it was not accpeted and came back as not a proper Pin. When I reported this bgack to Dorothy, she said to contact the home office in Ark. I tried to no avail and finally found a Bisbane, Ca address. Wrote an Email to them on Sept. 7. Can someone please help me or is this a farce. The phone number that I was using was a cell number issued by Jitterbug. 270-4057
I work for Wal-Mart and was supposed to be recieving a paycheck last Thursday. However, due to an error with the account number, I failed to recieve payment through the direct deposit services. I notified the store who told me to check with the bank. Once the bank told me that the account number on the online pay stub does not exsist and the funds should be bounced back to Wal-Mart, I contacted the store, told them what the bank told me and was informed that I had to wait until corporate e-mailed the personnel office until I could recieve payment. This was 6 days ago, and so far all that I've been told regarding my check is that the personnel associates are not in and that they will "see what we can find out." Every time I call, I am on hold for over 20 minutes and am given no solution to my problem. I am currently sick with the flu, have late bills that are due, and am running out of food for both my self and my dog. This is a gross injustice. I refuse to work without compensation and strongly suggest that Wal-Mart get together a more efficient system for this type of problem. Signed, A Pissed Off Employee
I tried to contact your company at 479-273-4000 to advise you of two fraud transactions on my debit card in your Harbor Creek, Pa. store on May 22, 2011. attempt #1 - I was put on hold, then disconnected attempt #2 - I was put on hold, transfered, then busy signal. attempt #3 - I was put on hold, a real person transfered me to another busy line. Since the fraud transactions were only 5 days old, I thought you would be able to put a hold on the merchandise ordered. I contacted my bank again to let them know I couldn't talk to anyone at Walmart and they said, WalMart would know when the funds are collected back from the WalMart store. Just thought since the timeframe was short, you might also be able to press charges on the clerk that I had the original transaction with.My bank is very smart on spotting fraulaunt transactions since I have had the Debit card for 12 years and only used it three times. Maybe WalMart will put in a hotline.
After spending time as an employee-your CEO would serve the nation better if he took a couple of weeks out of his schedule to go under cover in his companies stores and listen to his fellow employee(yes he is an employee also-should have to live with unsightly policies that he and board implement)it might be eye opening!Maybe employees deserve to be treated the way old man Walton started this vast company-what would he really think now?I have not worked at walmart since 2006 but you have taken away anything that would keep a good employee-just very cheap-so buy local just not at walmart!
(1)You made a big mistake when you CLOSED layaway. Not everyone can afford to buy gift cards. They get a lot of things by making a payment every week or every 2 week. YOU did not think of the little man, the only think you were thinking of was your wallet. (2) Why can't the "Greeters" at least have a "bar stool" or something to sit on to greet visitors. They can do the same thing sitting as they can standing!!!!!!!!! (3)Also, why do you cut peoples hours when you DO NOT have enough check out counters available as it is & giving them shorter hours, BUT expecting more work!!!! (4)It is true I am shopping at Walmart at least 2-3 times a week, BUT since you took layaway I have found other stores to go to as well. Be kinder to your workers I see how hard "most" of them work. Without good workers you would have NO business.
This E-Mail probably will not do any good but I thought that since the we are supposed to be hurting for jobs and the economy was so bad that someone in corporate should know about my experence at one of your stores. Today, I and my wife went to Walmart in Columbus, Ga. at Columbus crossing to purchase a 50" T.V. We found one on sale up at the front of the store. A 50" Sanyo For $598.95. I spoke to a clerk and she made a call to the electronics section, where my wife had already spent 30 minutes looking at the Televisions. I regress, the clerk said that there was only one person in electronics and it would be along time before anyone could help us. We thank the greeter and left the store. Sam's Club #8232. I delieved load to Sams Club distribution center in Greenfield, IN. appointment. was 5:30am got here at 5:36am. Guard told around 9:15am I was late we go by time warehouse employee gets paperwork in their hands. I think that's bad policy. I tell everyone how walmart treated truck drivers. This happens all time and my family knows why I dont shop at walmart.
Wow after all the years of shopping at Walmart, I AM DONE. Todays experience was the last straw. Except for the Prima Della coldcuts there is no longer a reason to go; and as I am so disappointed in Walmart (Sams Too, my Co. didn't renew mbrship this year) my husband can get his own coldcuts. Four assoc. couldn't correctly tell me where the Powdered Ice Tea mix was. The Pkg rolls in the bakery, horrid. The prices, higher than all the food stores on a majority of items. Now I get why the stock is dropping. I haven't bought clothes there in a many years, quality dropped, prices went up, i get better deals at JC< Steinmar, and Kohls, and believe me i buy clothes and shoes.. Walmart should be doing great in this economy, they are not price competitive anymore. The are definately not an enjoyable shopping experience. Oh and the cashier on a Sat. am didn't know any fruit and vege. codes. Two people ahead of me with med and small orders and I waited over 1/2 hour, the front end mgr didn't really care. So, I AM DONE NO MORE WALMART. Bentonville, you are messing up, the whole store is a mess, your staff doesn't dare and evidently you don't either. Corporate needs to look at Who's running this show. PS SOLD the stock, can't afford your disasterous mgmt team!

I have complaints about store 0036 in Paragould, AR. I've been a customer of this walmart for years and the managers that are running the show are Fu**ing idiots I've needed help before in the photo center and had to wait 30mins cuz there was 1 employee working and he was swamped trying to take care of everyone so when he finally managed to help me I asked where his help was and he told me that there was 2 other photo center employees working but management pulled them to grocery even though he was busy! I'm sorry but that's pathetic the photo center is a time critical area cuz they do the 1hour film developing still(1 of the few stores that still does that) on top of 1hour digital, 1hour online and instant and management pulls them to grocery?! Yesterday I went to walmart 36 and the garden center was closed and there wasn't anyone in their department management had all the employees in grocery I'm sorry but if your grocery employees don't know how to do their job fire them and get someone that can and what's with this 2 o'clock zone the store manager (Terry Melton) actually went up to an employee that was help me and told him to stop talking and zone I was insulted that the store manager just interrupted me and after he walled off the employee apologized and I told him it's not his fault but I won't be buying anything today and the employee said "I wouldn't blame you if you didn't even come back to this store, if i didn't have bills to pay I would never clock back in to this hell" that's Fu**ing sad! There's this 1 manager her names Teela I believe and she was telling employees that they couldn't go to lunch @ their scheduled time and that they were not allowed to take an hour lunch when they were scheduled an hour lunch! Stop mistreating your employees cuz you need them more than you know I'd like to see how well this store would function if 30 employees just walked out on the same day cuz from what heard from other employees yesterday that was about to happen! Fu**ing Terry Melton needs to be fired cuz he can't do his job same with about 4 other assistant/co managers now this is one manager I like up there and that's Jacob he knows how to treat a customer and an employee all the other managers should use him as an example and learn from him cuz he's an excellent manager!
