Dear walmart. I really appreciate what your company is doing to help out the environment. Your goal of supplying by 100 renewaable engery is great and i think that you should be rewareded for it. No waste emissions should be the goal of every company out there. I also really like how you guys are trying to bring sustainable products to your stores. Walmart is continuing to stay on track.

Why is it that good long term associates don't even get told by store manager that there job that they have been great at is being fazed out by home office. They have two choices take a less pay grade and never get a raise Because at a lower pay grade u are maxed out with no more pay raises.other option is quite which is what they want.Greaty for them they save money and live better. Well: you were true to form the 16th SEPT, 11/ @ 5: 20 pm____The Problem was this : as I was trying to check my things out I got tired of your clerk or cashier or associate Deliberately Mis understanding every thing I said. I asked your stupid clerk who was acting just a little too grand for my taste, I asked what am I speaking here chinese or is it you*ve got a hearing problem/ I told your clerk directly I don*t have time for your cute coy games all I want to do is pay for my goods and get the hell out of this stupid store / if you don*t mind.___ And with that your cashier-[ Ms: Thinks more of her sell then is warrented,]] calls Security. I tried to contact someone/anyone live to question a money card I got in the mail ALL IN SPANISH to find out why it was sent to me. I could tell that it said something about $10 so I pushed the number for balance, only to find out I had a nearly $3 overdraft when I hadn't even used the card. I could not get anyone in the money card office even though their message said they were open 9-5. I only got a recording. DO NOT TRUST BUYING A VISA CARD OR ONE YOU GET IN THE MAIL FROM WALMART.
On September 30, 2011 I was at the Wal-Mart store on 5821 Antelope Rd, Sacramento, CA when I noticed two homeless guys in the grocery section of the store with their adult pitbull in the liquor aisle eating food and drinking a Gatorade, I told my wife that I was really surprised that Wal-Mart allows on service dogs in the store since they sell groceries. I tracked down an employee at the end of the freezer section and told her about the non-service dog that was in the store and she told me their isn’t much that they can do because people sneak dogs into the store all the time. I told her that the pitbull was full grown and they couldn’t hide the dog so they walked right past the greeter and again the employee told that they can’t do much. While I was talking the employee, I noticed the guys walked past other employees and nobody said anything to them. When I told her that the Health Department would like to hear that this store allows non-service animals around the food, then the employee followed me to try and find the guys, but at the time the guys saw us and they were avoiding us. According to my debit transaction with my bank I was Customer #8202 and the Purchase #481109, so if you review your security tapes prior to my purchase you will see everything. Stop giving them money . I assure you they will not change. I work as a supervisor for one in the dirty south. There is no excuse for an associate to be a Cockmaster just because the upper eschelon of management are dicks to them. So close to Xmas (where we get to see the average 500# customer destroy the store and let their kids run all over destroying things. The more frivolous returns we get really kills us and takes more time to save it.) This is the time that brings out the worst in people and shows just how hypocritical the religious ones are. I hate the job as it has made me lose what little hope I had. Wally world is cutting hours when we need them the most. Is it any wonder people steal so much from us. It affects us all. I must get out before I lose my mind. It's not a place for tje educated. The dregs of society disturbs me they get all this free money from uncle Sam they're basically sucking him off for the green then turn around and get into those liberal sux welfare programs just for more money. I suppose they think of children as a commodity. Well my rant went off course,bottom line is if you have to complain this often STOP SHOPPING THERE. THEY KNOW THAT THE ECONOMY IS BAD. I apologise for the length of my rant. Bad day at Walmart . As a supervisor I try to connect with the customers because home office doesn't care about us. Don't fall for their tricks and do not compromise ur morals for them everyone is stuck tight to a budget they know this and exploit it . Company is also indirectly responsible for low wages job loss and the fact that products don't last as long due to their strongarming.
Very Angry and Disappointed Customer!!! I was in the Mt. Airy Md, store. I just moved to the Maryland location and I was looking to purchase a gas grill. I went straight to the Garden center and looked on the patio portion of the store, and found several grills that were too small for my large family, and at the end of the row there I found a Brinkman 5 burner grill, which had a price tag of $150.00 that was marked down from $248.00! I was exstatic, to find a grill that I could afford as a single mom, which just relocated to MD. so I took the tag from inside the grill to the counter in the Garden Center and told the cashier that I would like to purchase this grill. He asked where it was and I showed him. He said Im sorry Mam you cannot buy this grill, another sales associate is going to buy it.!!!! I said I have the money NOW, and I cant buy it, but an associate can?? I asked to speak to the manager, so the cashier got on the phone and wxplained the situation to him, and I asked him to come back and talk to me about it! So I waited about 15 min, he didnt show, I had to get a lock for my door and I asked the cashier where the locks were and told him I would be right back, in hope that the mamager would be there when I got back. So when I returned I asked the cashier if he had come yet he said he was just here!!! I don't know if he was telling me the truth or not, but I asked where I could find him. he said he didnt know. I had to go home because I have children to take care of and he had waisted enough of my time. But I know I will NOT make any major purchases in any Walmarts any time soon. The associate who was buying the grill just happened to be the night manager on duty, Steven Fairfax! I have photos of the grill and the price tag that was on it!! I dont know what your policy is on employee vs. customer purchases, but I know they have lost a customer here, and everyone that I can tell I will warn them about Walmarts bad practices! I’m getting sick and tired of the employees you guys have. I have $150 in e-gift cards. I am I have tried to order this router 3 times already. The first time I ordered it you guys cancelled it. I tried to order it again from a different account and have it picked up in the store and it was cancelled. When I called you guys the person told me that it was cancelled because" they ran out" even though I was in the store that night and they had at least 2 of them sitting on the shelf. So she told me to just have it shipped to my house. The next day I ordered it again and picked to have it shipped to my house, again it was cancelled. When I called back the lady told me she has no idea why it was cancelled but that I should order it again, I told her to let me talk to a manager. When the manager got on the phone she was as useless as a rock, she said she doesn't know why it was cancelled and that I would have to talk to the billing department, I asked her to pass me through to them and she said that they don't talk to customers directly, and I would have to wait for them to call me back when they want. If it weren’t for the $150 dollars in e-gift cards that I have I wouldn't even bother purchasing anything from you guys just because of this reason. I’m sorry to say but your customer service sucks!!!!!
Just wanted to say thanks to an employee that worked in the ice-cream section in Amarillo Walmart on 27th-79103. He said his name was Jim and his manager is Jim Sanders. He totally went out of his way for me. Everytime I see him he's always working hard. I don't really like this Walmart , but he's a great employee!.... He needs a raise for all the crap he has to put up with. Zero stars for this Walmart but 5 stars for Jim!!!
I am writing about the Walmart in San Jose, Costa Rica. Everytime I go in there I see scores of employees standing around doing nothing or flirting with another employee or talking on the cell phone. Then when you ask a question most of the employees act as if they are indignant. Unlike Walmarts in the U.S.A., prices on a lot of items are not cheap and cheaper prices can be found at competing super markets. Also, customer service seems to be severely lacking in Walmart Costa Rica. This store has way too many employees and the managers can never be seen on the floor. I'm especially concerned because these conditions at Walmart San Jose Costa Rica will give Costa Ricans the idea that the U.S.A. is the same way. You corporate types need to come down here and see for yourself. I would fire the manager and give the employees training in customer service.
Wanted to give Jeremy Cline and Adam in electronics at Dawsonville Wal-Mart a huge thanks! My laptop recently crashed and was mailed in for repairs to WArrantyLogistics. According to them my perfectly taken care of computer was messed up because of accidental damasge that they claimed my replacement and repair warranty did not cover! after three tries with the person in charge I gave up and called Wal-Mart. The two guys mentioned above were a great help and got my computer fixed!! Thanks so much!!
I am very displeased with walmart jacksonville north carolina on yopp road I was on my way into walmart to buy a flat screen tv and groceries 4 my new house I work at night time so it was around midnight I always carry my pistol with me for my protection this is a open carry states I was greeted at the front door by the manager and was asked to leave I explained to him about the open carry states policy and there was no sticker in the window saying I cannot carry my firearm he still persist for me to leave I spent 432 dollars in groceries at food lion the next day and bought a 2700 dollars flat screen tv at best buy both stores will allow me to carry my fire arm I will no longer shop at walmart until this issue is resolved feel free to call me 9105816312 when you decide that you want my business
Walmart Money Card is the biggest joke in te world! My husbands Veterans money is always deposited here for 2 years! I never authorized a transaction for $880 from Direct TV....yes $880!!!!! I was told it would take 10 biz days to get back IF it was in my favor! I have never seen anything liek this. A normal bank will give the money back within 24 hours, I will be goinf back to a normal bank. I was told - IF IT IS IN MY FAVOR!!?? This is not money we can just give away. I asked for a supervisro 3 times. Was placed on holfd for more than 10 minutes each time only for the rep to come back and tell me there was no on e available...how can there be NO ON@ AVAILABLE? Is this even a real card or bank?? I will be closing this card as soon as they give me money back and if they do not, I will be seeking a lawsuit against them.

As for Prescription Pain Meds AND other Medications, There are Laws your Doctor and Pharmacist must abide by or we lose our ability to Practice, by that I mean WORK. The laws to Prescribe pain medications for Doctors and Dispense By Pharmacists change frequently. These "CHANGES" that now include a monthly urine Test to be sure the drug is in the patients system and if not in the patients blood the supposition is The patient is sell the controlled prescription. You do have to get a written prescription to Hand to the Pharmacist. Your Doctor is breaking the law if he/she does not MONTHLY Make you have an appointment, physically exam your areas of Pain and take your blood pressure. Yes this is at the Patients cost, if you don,t like having to pay for a monthly visit to your Doctor Call OBAMA. If you complain every month to the Pharmacist and Demand your a pain in th a... A monthly pain- in- the- a--.most Doctors even Board Certified Specialists in Pain have stopped treating Pain patient, too much risk. Suk it up and abide by the Law, your lucky you Have any Doctor or Pharmacist the will tale care you monthly. As far as customer service issues at WalMart, what you want cheap good great service for below Manufactured prices, below wholesale price. Now that local mom and pop businesses that supported local business to business Are bankrupt, ruined and shut down your crying that you don,t get catered to and that the merchandise Is not abundant, give me a small break. You get what you deserve. Those local businesses that shut down after generations of hard work and dedication and sacrifice to grow their business will never exist again. Quit your complaining. If your lucky enough to have a new Business open in your area, that hires, and really cares, pay the extra couple of cents for thier Product because they care. The Walmart I used to shop at in Austin, Texas, just recently decided to convert the entire makeup section of L'Oreal to spanish from English. I was quite shocked when I walked down the makeup isle and couldn't read the words, descriptions, or advertisments because they were completely in spanish. When I motioned for an employee and asked her why everything was in spanish and not English, she told me that English is NOT the offical language of America and that they aren't obligated to put things in English. She said most of their customers were spanish speaking and they were going to cater to them from now on. I was appalled and personally feel discriminated against, since I am in America. English is the predominantly spoken language. English is the offical languange in most states (apparently not Texas), and the Declaration and Constitution were all written in English. The employee told me that if I wanted to know what something was I could look at the pictures and "figure it out." I then asked why non-speaking English people couldn't do that. She said that it's a free country and why should we deny spanish speaking people that right. Huh? So, you're going to deny the English speaking Americans? Well done Walmart! Well done! Thank you store manager Tammy Jackson for bringing this all to light. Thank you Tammy for taking the stand and publicly declaring your support of NOT multi-lingual or dual cultures, but for picking one and excluding the other. I can't believe it took me this long to realize what a joke Walmart is. My husband and I are upper middle class. . . far too classy for the low class support of Walmart and their regular consumers. There is a reason they are gearing to the lower classes, and it's because that's who can afford their stuff. I should be shopping at Target with the likes of Michelle Obama and the rest of higher society. Without Tammy Jackson's brilliant change in the make up department. . . I would not have realized it so soon. So, thank you Walmart for showing me that I TRULY do not belong there. I can afford the better stuff at other stores, and I don't need to try and save money by shopping at Walmart en espanol.
CORPORATE GREED...I have shopped at Walmart for years and years because your prices were better than other stores. However, I am now a FORMER Walmart shopper. I live in Conover, NC and shopped at either the Zelkova Dr. store or the Taylorsville store. I will no longer shop at either one. I am a senior citizen and get a small Social Security check so every penny has to count. I am just sick about the fact that every week when I go in there almost everything I bought weekly has just kept going up and up from ten cents to twenty-five cents or more every week! It is disgusting. There are several people I have come to know who shop on the same day of the week that I do & they are just as horrified as I am. It's all they talk about. Especially when a name brand is cheaper than the Great Value brand. What's up with that??!! Three other things that totally aggravate me are 1) the produce at the Zelkova store is bad, bad, bad. I am so aggravated when I get home with potatoes or onions that are rotten in the middle and I have to throw half of everything in the trash. Often, the smell is so bad in the produce dept. that I don't even bother getting anything. I'm not saving money if I have to throw stuff away when I want to use it. None of the clerks, especially one old fart there, even want to listen when you point out to them that the stuff is rotten...they just shrug their shoulders & don't even bother looking at you when you're talking to them. They couldn't care less! For the past few months, I've made an extra trip to another store to buy produce. 3) Down-sizing of products is ridiculous...everything is much smaller but it costs a lot more than the bigger sizes did. You used to be able to get 5-6 sandwiches from a can of tuna; now you're lucky if you get 2! You could get a bowlful of jello from a package; now you get about 2 servings. Cereal boxes are still the same height, but the boxes are much thinner, front to back. Toilet paper, paper towels, etc. are wrapped looser on the rolls & the paper core has been made much larger so we keep getting less and less for our $$ all the time! Do you all think we're stupid and we don't notice?? I could go on and on with examples like this. 3) Your so-called "rollbacks" are a joke...you roll the price back a couple cents on some random items, but then you jack the price up on the essential items we really need & must buy each week. I'm going to shop at major grocery chains because I'm sure I won't spend any more each week (probably will spend less) than at Walmart. It's not worth shopping there anymore, especially for inferior produce & products. I used to think Sam Walton was a hero for the American people, but when he died, I said things would go downhill at the Walmart stores & they have...IN A MAJOR WAY. There are 14 million Americans out of work who can barely afford to feed their families (& some who can't)...and you people don't care! You've got jobs - to heck with the rest of us. So, just keep jacking those prices up every week so your executives can get their astronomical salaries and exhorbitant bonuses every year! CORPORATE GREED IS ALL IT IS. I will say "Sayonara!" to Walmart & take my business elsewhere, as I suspect many others will do, as well.
pharmacy dept I thought that walmart was suppose to be the cheapest place to get my scrips wrong i went to Walmart to get some scrips filled called the next day to find out the price and boy was i glad i did they gave me a price quote of 203.27 i almost fell out of my chair I knew this was wrong because i had gotten the medication from my local brook shire bros for a lot less that that so i had id transferred back and for all four of my medications was 49.47 verses 203.27 at Walmart I wont make that mistake again no more Walmart for me
I sent an email last Thursday 10/6/11 to the Hudson FL Walmart Location to express my poor customer service I received from a Manager named Simone..I was hoping to receive a response, however, I feel that store just placed my email into the delete bucket since I was complaining about a manager..So I am now sending this to the Corporate Office with hope of some type of response..This is what I wrote..Last Thursday 10/6/11 I shopped at my neighborhood WalMart and spent $130 in the Sporting Goods..We needed food supplies so we shopped and went to the front register..A person was checking out and had several coupons..one coupon was not scanning..so we waited for approx 10min until Simone showed..We waited for another 5min while they kept scanning the same coupon that would not work..no other person was in line but after5 more minutes 2 people was behind me in line now..more minutes past and I asked Simone if I could move to another register since this one was occupied..Simones response was YOU CAN MOVE IF YOU WANT. No Empathy or Acknowledgement for my concern..This was very unprofessional and I walked out leaving approx $70 of food on the counter..I ended up going to Sweetbay for my food supplies..In all my life shopping at WalMart..from VA,NC,FL 20years of shopping i have never been treated so poorly..Simone may need some Customer Service training..She has left a bad feeling in me about Walmart and I am reluctant to return..I have discussed this with others and they were shocked on how I was treated..I spend hundreds of dollars every 2 weeks at WalMart..I loved WalMart..until Simone ruined my day..If she would have took the moment to help me I would not be writing this..I even called from the parking lot to complain was placed on hold and noone returned..very bad Customer Service..please have this addressed
