walmart in EAST. YORK PA. I GO EVERY SUNDAY TO THE DELI. FIRST OF ALL IT IS BUSY ON SUNDAYS. YOU HAVE 4 TO 6 PEOPLE BEHIND COUNTER ONLY ONE WORKING THE OTHERS STANDING AROUND TALKING. THEN THE DELI BAGS ARE THE WORSE. HAVE TO BUY BAGS TO STORE MY STUFF IN. AS THOSE SLIDER BAGS THEY GIVE YOU BREAK OFF FIRST TIME YOU USE THEM. AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE REGISTER ONLY HAVE ABOUT 4 OF THEM OPEN. ALSO THEY NEED TO GET A FEW OF THOSE SMALL CARTS. LIKE THE OTHER STORES ARE GETTING.

I will never shop at a Walmart store again after my latest experience. I purchased two tee shirts along with a whole bunch of food and the checkout girl forgot to give me the bag with the shirts. Not even two hours later when I realized it and called the employee who answered said the shirts had been turned in and already put back on the shelf. How can Walmart be allowed to do that!! It was purchased amd paid for and they put it back on the shelf to resell??!! Not even two hours later!!! Horrible and of course when I rushed back, because it was the last one in that size, it was gone!!!

I am a frequent shopper at Walmart. We did not have a Superwalmart in our town. You just opened a new store in New Smyrna Beach. I would like to thank the person who saw the need for it here. The supermarkets here are way over priced in most everything. You have saved a lot of money for a lot of people here. I live on a fixed income, and so do a lot of the redisdents here. It is such a pleasant and welcome surprise to have a superwalmart close enough to us so that we can get our frozen foods home before they thaw. I am elated to be able to save some money now. I just had to say thank You from me and all my neighbors. You are the only company that I know of that truly thinks about the people!!!!!...You are the Best!

WHY IS IT THAT YOU CAN'T PICK UP MONEY GRAMS IN ANY STATE,,,,,IF SENDING FROM JUST ONE

I was just wondering why wal mart stores choose to let the same person steal from them over and ove and over and over. Do you realize that by not pursuing charges on these people effects a great number of people and not just your store these people are drug addicts and sometimes dangerous people who need professional help or prison to them get off the street if you think that the only crimes they commit is stealing from your stores your dead wrong. These people take away from the economy by stealing for example sales tax revenue a big part of or countries state and city revenue for a better America get with the program walmart prosecute now and you will prevent lose damage and evil people from roaming the street. You are your own enemy when it comes to thiefs invest now and save later I despise thiefs when they steal there stealing from everyone if at all at least prosecute the habitual offenders AT LEAST.

I AM MOST UNHAPPY WITH WALMART MAKING THE DECISION TO BE OPEN THANKSGIVNG DAY! IT IS A DAY TO BE WITH FAMILIES & GIVE THANKS! NOT SHOP! THATS WHAT THE DAY AFTER IS FOR! YOU DONT PULL PEOPLE AWAY FROM THEIR FAMILIES ON THE HOLIDAYS TO MAKE THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR! WHICH I HOPE YOUR SALES STINK THAT DAY! WE HAVE MADE IT TRADITION TO BLACK FRIDAY SHOP FOR 15YRS! THIS YEAR NOT ONLY WILL WE NOT BLACK FRIDAY SHOP WITH WALMART BUT,WE WILL NOT SHOP AT WALMART MUCH AT ALL ANYMORE! WE WILL BUY OUR GROCERIES AT BROOKSHIRES AND WHATEVER ELSE AT FREDS OR DOLLAR STORES!!!!!! THERE IS OTHER PLACES BESIDES WALMART TO SHOP!WALMART HAS GONE DOWNHILL IN PRODUCTS,CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW MORALS!! IM DONE!!

Recently I was at a Wal-Mart and found quite a few copies of the Resident Evil steelbook Blu-Rays in their $8 Blu-Ray bin. When I went up front to check out it rang up $15, I told the cashier it was in the $8 bin and that there were quite a few of them. He called back to the audio-video department where the promptly told him there was no $8 bin. I said yes there was and restated how many of these movies there were. He told me the department manager was waiting for me if I wanted to talk to him. I went back there and quickly looked in the $8 bin only to find the approx. 10 copies "mysteriously" vanished and were replaced with other titles. There was also no department manager waiting for me. I found this incredibly unprofessional that first whoever the cashier was talking to would flat out lie to me telling me there was no $8 bin, as if I'm not going to go back there and check and then to remove the titles so when I do go back there I have no proof that those titles were there. I never cause a problem at a store and if something rings up the wrong price I usually chalk it up to the fact that perhaps the title (or titles in this case) were simply placed in the wrong section. The only reason I even fought this a little was because they lied to me, they flat out lied to me and tried to make me look like I was stupid and then they basically hid what they did to make sure they didn't have to give me what should have been the correct price. And to make matter worse I contacted the store (via e-mail) about this situation and (of course) haven't heard anything back about it. I am very, very angry about this situation and of course I won't come out on top on this one.

Of course I'm not going to use my real name. Some of the information I'm about to share, could cause me my life. From CSM to store manager, they steal a lot of merchandise using loops in the system. It is not hard after you observe how they do it. I saw how a whole case of I Pod touches walked out the door by just Zero the items as mistakes in counts in the system(that's what they call it). Seeying manager taking brand new I phones for themselves and then I blemming lower title employes for their actions. The worse I saw was the sale & use of drugs more expecific Crystal/M. LP/store mananger didn't care, as long these individuals are doing their jobs. Even when proof was provided still, I'm the one who got point out to be careful if I keep looking or talking to somedone else about. I know the information I'm giving is to much, but for those who are or were working in walmart you know who bad the company has become. Walmart used to be good, now is just the new form of slavery to their employes as well the use of walmarts system to steal.

I'm so sick of shopping at Wal-Mart where the majority of products are made in China. When the company started it bragged about selling American Made Products. Why is Wal-Mart not supporting American Companies? Why is everyone letting China of all place take over our country. As an American Citizen I would at least like to be offered an American made product even if it is a little higher price. If we buy and sell American made products we can get our country back on track and our people back to work. Wal-Mart doesn't even offer an American made Christmas tree. Since Sam Walton passed away I think greed has taken over Wal-Mart.

my husband jerry, and i reall enjoy walmart in pontotoc ms. but in the past i have a lot of trouble with some of the emplorers. with one wanting to start a fight with me. jerry had worked at the walmart in tupelo ms, from 2000, to 2008. he was a night stocker. jerry made at least 10.00 and something an hr. may be some of the cashers were jelous, i wonder why that wasnt my fault. because he worked really hard it just wore him down. the mangers didnt wont him to quit, but i made him; because of the trouble i was getting.

Hi, I received a video game bundle as a gift. I did not have the receipt, but I was told it was purchased at Wal-Mart (in another area). This unit was unopened, still with the protective tape on the edges. Customer service supervisor refused to accept the item, even though it scanned as being a stocked item. The policy states that returns without receipts are accepted and store credit is issued. Can someone tell me what I can do? This was in Tallahassee Florida.

To whom it may concern, I want to write this letter to inform you of how disappointed I am of the Wal-mart in Richfield, Ut. Each time I go this this store location their shelves are often empty or do not provide the items I am looking for. During my last visit to the store, I wanted to purchase a head of lettuce. Every head of lettuce in the bin was brown. Is it so hard to keep fresh produce in stock? Other things they have not had in store was rye bread, name brand hair shampoo, canned goods, etc., Not only is the store mis-managed, but the employees do not approach the customers to see if they can help. During the six years I have lived in this town, only one time have I ever been approached. My request to you is to get a new manager to run this store before they no longer have customers. I have spoke to many people in this town and each one of them have voiced their dislike to this store. On a positive note; the other grocery store in this town has an increase in their sales.

Dear sir/madam; The following coments relate to store located at 1101 Beville Rd. Daytona Beach Fl. 32119. This store has to be the worst store WalMart has in terms of availability of carts, cleanleness of the parking lot, lighting at night, and at times the store is not keep stocked with items. Shelves remain empty for days and freezer at times for weeks. I have gone to WalMart to purchase 3 or 4 items and come home emply handed. The items are just not there on more than one occation. So I have decided to take away spending MY money to a store that keeps their customers happy by keeping their shelves stocked, clean. This store has been in this condition for years and nothing has or will ever be done. I'm not even going to try to find an associate to help with anything.

Dear Sir Madam I am writing to ask one simple question WHY IS THERE NOT ONE WALMART IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY OF TAIWAN! I read in the Atlantic this morning that there are 352 stores in China but not ONE store on this Island. I can tell you as a resident of Taiwan of the past 16 years TAIWAN would make the perfect place for a Walmart if not five. I am begging you to please come to Taiwan and open a shop if not for me but for the rest of the population. i was in your store in fort morgan and i watched a supervisor name missy really talk down to a employee there i thought walmart treated their employees with respect just cause you are a supervisor does not give you the right to treat your employees like trash i saw this happen in electronics she should no longer be a supervisor or even work there the way she made that employee feel i have been a customer for years in your store and i cant believe the way people are treated there.

I watched loss prevention attack a suspected shoplifter in centereach. Granted in self defense against 3 fat guys, A red headed fat guy, a 300 fat immigrant of some sort he threw them around considering the way they attacked him and smashed his head and struck him. Tough Dude. About half their size, and four of them beating on him. I bet He'll have a NICE LAWSUIT.

M complaint is the walmart sale papers.They have them sent out in our newspaper and they have them at the entrance.I went to the Walmart store on N.Gloster in Tupelo ,Ms.I wanted to get the Compaq computer that was on sale.I was told they were out but had more coming in.I went in againthe sale was still advertized.This time I was told theye were out and would not be getting any more.I asked to speak to the manager he was busy.I left my phone number with an associate and asked her to have the manager call me about Walmarts false advertizement.He did call later .I pointed out to him that the sale paper did not say limited quantity or while supplys last .THEREFORE i HAD EVERY REASON TO EXPECT THEM TO HAVE THE ITEM.Ifthere was a Target or K-mart here I would forget about Walmart

Dear Sir or madam:I would like to commend your store# 2258,for their super customer service.I have been to many Walmart stores, but this one is the best. You have hit the jackpot with the shift manager:Carlye and store manager: Michelle. Yes I get to call them by their first name. They have trained their staff very well, and they lead by example.I think as a every day and night shoppers some of the other Walmart stores need to be trained by them in customer service.This store is always neat and uncluddered, their staff is always willing to help.Carlye and Michelle donot walk around and give orders. I can walk in this store at any given time and see them checking merchandise to make sure it is readly avaiable for the customers.Although they are very busy, they still have time to talk and answer the customers questions.I am a senior citizen and this is my favorite Walmart store to shop at. i work at store 3641... we have repeatedly used the open door policy to complain aboyut a fellow worker christie boeke who like s to bully other associates in deli. she threatens them spits on them. calls them names hits them with a cart. refuses to do any work and makes everyone esle do the work when supervisor john is not there. our supervisor wont do anything about it the asst mgr cheryl wont do anything and christie brags that she is store manager daves friend and goes to his house after work. we are tired of being threatened and we dont feel safe she threatens to destroy our cars. she threatens our life. she spits food at us. and has spit at customers. customers have written complaints about her and still store manager dave wont fire her this has been going on for 3 years..

I was at the New Philadephia Walmart in Ohio today and they refused to take my manufacturer coupons! They first told me because it would be overage! Then came to the conclusion that yes its the right stuff but its a bonus bag! They chuckled and acted like I was stupid! My coupon stated off ANY of that product! No restrictions! So my good friend took her coupon! Same exact one as mine and what do you know they took it! Let me also add she went in just a couple hours after me! They treated me like I was stupid and didn't want to deal with my 4 coupons! I am very upset and will be taking my business elsewhere! This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this same Walmart!
