I shop at the Chesapeake, VA store and it angers me the way I get treated when I am in the store. Everytime I go to check out I get treated like I am a waste of time as well as glared at because I am not of the right color, like I should not be shopping there. It makes me very mad because they will say hi to the individual in front of me but when I say hi or hows your day I get ignored. This is NOT a way to run a company. I drive 30 min to the end of the state just so I can go to the new Walmart because the employees there treat me with respect and smile at me when I come in and OMG they say Hi how are you? Did you find everythng alright? So why can't the other employee's at the Chesapeake store be as kind??????? This is even more frustrating because my father in-law spends A LOT of money in your stores. Your employee's Need to learn some respect for ALL Customers not just who they want.
we would like to request;from walmart inc and corp.offices;if we could get extra food items;when useing food stamp cards;like buy one;get two free;on vegeables and fruits;food items that spoil after so much time;this helps move the food items quickly out of the stores;especially for the seniors and disabled folks;we need more than what winn-dixie and target stores are offering;also;to bring more people to the gas pumps;senior citizen should get big discounts on gas;more seniors driving and buying more gas;also;walmart is losing money on its buggets;grocery-carts when the carts are taken off the lots;to give more jobs;there should be people to take carts out to cars;for custermers;also;the biggest problem for all stores is the checkout lanes;we have been in many walmart stores and the same problem are;not enought walmart personal to get the custermers out of the store;when buying stuff;no one for the check out lanes;god bless america again....
I am so very tired of being treated like a suspect criminal whenever I leave Wal-Mart in Maple Grove, MN with my purchases; Wal-Mart in Buffalo, MN is not quite as bad. More times then not after checkout, I have to show my receipt and have the door person go through my bags. Wonder what would happen if I decided not to let them frisk through my purchases? I do most of my shopping at Target now. If Wal-Mart has a problem with stolen merchandise, maybe they need to hire more in-store undercover security rather than intimidating their customers as they leave the store. Do they think that after I go through checkout, I had time to steal something within 20 feet and 30 seconds of the exit door to add to my bags?
I ordered 2 cell phones & renewed my AT & T Contract from Sam's Club online. DO NOT BUY CELL PHONES FROM HERE!! They outsource their customer service to the Philippines and Manilla. FedEx lost the phones and it took dozens of phone calls and hours of being put on hold to get it resolved. Their phone system is a never ending circle and each operator says they need to talk to a manager, but one is not available so they will call you back. They wanted me to pay $800 to get new phones sent out ~ that's in addition to what I originally paid for the phones. After arguing with them and calling back many times, I finally got new phones shipped out. I finally received the phones a month later and one of them doesn't turn on. They are now saying that our 30 day trial period is over, because it starts when you place the order. I have only had the phone in my hands for 1 WEEK!! They may have good deals on their phones, but I would have rather paid more than to have to deal with the frustration and hours spent resolving this.
I visited the store in Dallas, Texas (2667) Saturday, October 22, 2011. I will admitt that I was having a rough day when I came in. One cashier in particular (Natalie) was extremely nice and went out of her way to make me smile. I went to the customer service to return some things but had the toughest time trying to locate my reciept. I knew that I had it because I just put it in my wallet a couple of hours before. I was tying up her line but she remained patient and even voluteered to help me sort thru all my reciepts to find the correct one. After about 5 minutes, she stumbled across the reciept and took care of my refund. The entire time, she made jokes and had me laughing. I offered to give her a $5 dollar tip but she told me that it was not necessary. She said that we all have bad days but it's nice when someone else can make us smile. Boy was she right. I know sometimes most people does not get the recognition that they so rightfully deserve. Tell her that Mrs. Stacey thanks her abudantly.
I just had my VISA card now. I need to send money to my wife because of an emergency case. They said that it will be authorized 2-4 hrs. But until now, after 10 hours it still isn't authorized. My wife needs the money direly. I hope Walmart gets this straightened out now.
I am very disapointed in walmarts layaway. I went there to spend a minamim of $900.00, when i went to the layaway counter i was told if anythng of the items are under $15.00 i can not put that on layaway. Needless to say, half was under the 15.00 requirement. I told the girl it was not her fault but i am very upset. I will NO LONGER shop @ any walmart. I went to kmart and spent even more than I planned. Kmart will get all my business now. I think walmart needs to rethink their money making ideas. They just lost out on alot of my money. My family also has alot of children and realatives, they also are now going to go to kmart or else where since you can not have anythng under 15.00 on layaway. I am very upset and disapointed. And this walmart would be located in altoona ,pa and the other one in newry,pa. I tried both!!
Your somerset,ky walmart has some of the rudest people ever i shop there twice a week during 3rd shift and the csm june, i have seen her scream and humiliate one of the cashiers i thought you weren't allowed to yell at anyone in front of customers do you know how many times myself and the other customers want to hit her for being a total sadistic satan to this poor girl she needs to be fired!!!Before we quit shopping there
I Have a few questions to ask? Why is it that everytime i go to Wal-Mart in Maricopa Arizona I See And Hear the MANAGMENT DISRESPECTING THE HARD WORKING ASSOCIATES? THE MANAGMENT GIVES THE ASSOCIATES AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF WORK TO DO. THE ASSOCIATES ALWAYS HAVE SUCH A STRESSED LOOK ON THEIR FACES. THAT IS A SHAME. SO WHY CAN'T THE MANAGEMENT HELP OUT THE ASSOCIATES? OR IS IT THAT THE MANAGEMENT HAVE IT IN THIER SWELLED HEADS THEY SHOULD NOT GET THEIR HANDS DIRTY? WELL I CAN SAY THIS THE ASSOCIATES WORK EXTRA HARD. MANAGEMENT YOU SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. GET YOUR LAZY SELVES AND HELP OUT. I PROMISE AFTERWARDS YOU CAN WASH YOUR HANDS.
I am very upset with Walmart. Every time I go the price on the shelf is defendant from what it rings up and when you say something to the Crasher"s they say they don't have time to check ..I got very mad and went and spoke with a member of management and showed him the wrong price. Was told it would be fixed right away. I went there today same thing still wrong price still up witch means the manager lied to me when he said he would take care of it!
My wife has had major ear surgery and she has been directed to take sudafed for ear congestion. My wife and I of 41 years have always purchased your generic sudafed 30mg tablets box of 48. Up to just recently we have paid $3.16 per box. Yesterday we bought a box of 48 of equate suphedrine 30mg, number 48 and the price was doubled. To over six dollars per box. Up set when I got home I called King Soopers in Englewood Co. which is close by us and they quoted their price for generic sudafed to be $3.16 per 48 of generic sudafed. Why double the price over night? Is Walmart too anxious to up their prices in this recession. Are we going to see more products double in price over nigt? Please explain if you will,if you can. Thankyou.
I avoid Wal-Mart to do my grocery shopping. There are never enough check out lanes to accomodate customers and all of the lanes that are for 20 or less items is full with customers and their cart full of items. You would definitely have a lot more people shopping if you had more checkers. Instead people empty their baskets because while they are waiting to check out they start to think "Do I really need this". I know that alot of my friends say the same about your store, so I am not the only one!
Around 9/1: Three stores in the West Valley, Arizona Area (91st & camelback, 75th and thomas rd, dysart ave & rancho santa fe) had the registry machines either down, unable to print, or managers couldn't fix/work them (for baby registry). Half the people who attended the baby shower couldn't print the registry or the walmart associate didn't know how. First I talked to Anna at the 95th and camelback store who blamed it on technical issues and we no help. She directed me to the Market Office, to Stephanie @ 623-780-7580 who said she would discuss this unpleasant experience with the stores and would get back to me in 2 days. Did I hear from her? NO. I called her back and left a message with a gentleman, left my number. Did I hear back? NO. Grrrreat service. Grrrreat follow up. A month and a half later, now sad. THEN on 10/7 I order a simple 5x7 photo collage for Daddy (who is deployed) thru walmart.com, through site-to-store, and it is expected to arrive between 10/14 and 10/18. I call on 10/19, talk to the store and its not there. Get this, Anna says the Fujifilm company (who makes the photo products) ONLY delivers when there's enough orders! Maybe once a week, maybe every other week. WOW. She directed me to Customer Support for walmart.com and the rep said it was "lost" and issued me a refund. Sadly my sister (for the shower) is in the military and Daddy is deployed. Half the stuff they got for the shower wasn't on the registry. What a waste. I discussed a gift card for the inconvenience with Stephanie, did I get a follow-up? NO Thi photo collage had an adorable photo of sister's baby bump with Boo! on it for halloween to send to Daddy. Will he get it now? NO. Because its "lost". THIS is walmart? Good job.
I was working on the nigth shift on maintenance, at Kearny NJ. My supervisor always was thaking me out of what i was doing and giving me a diffrent job to do. I never refuse to do it but then she start complaining about me not finishin my maintenance work, then i told her that i never finish because she alway is stopping me from what I am doing and then expect me to finish my job on time. Last week she came and told me stop what you are doing and go an do this other job, I tell her NO i have to finish this firsth and she told me, ( I tell you what to do when to do it and where to do it) That makes me fill Like s#%$#it, I tell her that i am not doing that and she take me to her office and told me that i was fierd, so i just sit down and she was doin a letter for me to sign it, then she start screaming at me she call the Support Manager, we start to arguing and he push me. I told him not to push me again and told her to give me the letter so i can leave. I wolud not recommend no one to work at KEARNY NJ WALMART, all the manager and supervisors they think that they are dealing with slaves. Her name is CO-MANAGER - BROOKE KUSMA and SUPPORT MANAGER - EARTHUR SABB.
I visited the South Philadelphia location. I was a little disappointed at how chaotic is was due to construction. No one was very nice and they were all seeming to be so busy. But this one young lady so full of energy so full of life she made my trip worthwhile. Her was Theresa Coleman. She was such a delight she practically shopped with me and my disables mother. She made this horrendous trip a delighr. I remember the same girl fron BJs and she had that store on point. She is an excellent employee. I do not believe she is just a sales associate. I encountered quite a few managers who don't possess her customer service skills. I will be calling to inform walmart of their wonderful employee. I want to bring her aboard my team but she is so dedicated to walmart she turned me down. I am a buyer for Macys and a few other businesses. Walmart needs to take advantage of this young ladies talent quick. Because if i can she will be aboard my team very soon. People like her make you feel as though you made the right choice coming into that store. Hopefully you will take my advice before she is gone. Thank you for letting me share. And i will be in touch with the store. Store 2141 as long as they keep people like Ms. Coleman. The new super center should be a success.
Wal-Mart on Austin Peay Hwy is under paying their employee's all the managers work together and team up on us and try to get us fired so they can have more money towards their bonus. Ron-J is the worst manager their they need to fired him because he talk to us any kind of way. But that's not the sad part when we enroll into the 401k when we quit or get fired we won't be able to get our money out until 5-7 years later. WTF????? I dislike this job but it pays bills so with that being said goodbye....
i was at the walmart in tulsa okla and i had tripped and fail and their was a person that worked their walking behind me and he could not locate a manager for 20 minutes i sat their in pain while he located one he seen everything then the manager stated that she did not see any visable water or residue but my pants leg was soaking wet and even my boyfriend and the other worker seen it she states that she would send in the info into her boss and they will contact me but im in so much pain i dont know what to do
I just live how Walmart can take your cash with no problem. When you need to return something and lise receipt do you get your cash back??? Why no. You get a store credit. How sorry is that.
Walmart is a very big company with lots of problems around the world. I read all problem that people had talk about to me they look like small problems that can be fixed with caring team worker that walmart can hire. Wal-mart corporate headquarters is very big ,but they have to be smart. With out people we would not make it in this world. We love the people stay strong.
I work for Wal*Mart, and out of fear I will remain anonymous. But the store I work at is not a bad store, we are consistently doing well. There's a lot of heresay about the Store Manager and how she cuts hours to make her bonus bigger, but nobody actually knows if it is true. I personally think the home office is to blame for all the hour cuts, because we have been understaffed for some time. When you have 1 employee working 6 different areas throughout the week just to have coverage, there's a problem. Customers are ALWAYS asking me where stuff is because there is hardly ever anyone around to answer it, and I am ALWAYS helpful and friendly but it really cuts into my management dutires in my area. I have two HUGE areas of the store to take care of and I only have 1 fulltime associate and one part time. The aprt timer is ALWAYS there AFTER I leave and only has one function: Zone. So that basically means I have two people to run two fo the biggest consumable areas int eh store. Wal*Mart whines about safety and accidents, an accident can cost upwards of 10-30k or more. So tell me Wal*Mart, what's more epensive? Hiring two employee's more for 40k a year, or a ton of accidents and angry associates wo wanna quit?
