I ordered several Christmas gift items from Walmart.com. When I attempted to track my order, all but one of the items were showing "cancelled by Walmart." I sent a complaint to the customer service email address. The next day, I received an email stating the items were not cancelled and that the "cancel status" was a system error. Three days later, the items were still showing cancelled. I called customer service and spoke to Antoinette. She guaranteed me that the order was indeed cancelled. I read the email to her which said they had not been cancelled. Her response was simply that the order had clearly been cancelled - no explanation as to why I had received the email. She assured me that my credit card would not be charged. I immediately sent another email complaining about the issue and letting them know that I had to hurry up and order these gifts from Amazon. The next day, I checked my Walmart account and the "cancelled items" were showing as shipped. I called customer service back and talked to Joseph. He said the items had shipped. He offerred no explanation as to why I was told different, only that the could assure me the items had been shipped. I made him cancel the order and told him I would firmly dispute any charges on my credit card. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold for over 1/2 hour. Finally, someone named Roberta J. picks up and says she is the "acting floor supervisor". I ask her for her offical title and she said acting floor supervisor. I asked her if that meant supervisor of customer service, she said yes. No one was apolgetic or took any responsibility for their screw ups. I do almost all of my shopping on line but I will NEVER order from Walmart again. They have very poor customer service and employees who are very unprofessional. I would much rather pay more at other stores to get quality products and customer service. What a shame that an American company has declined in this manner.

I have a friend that works at Walmart. Her great grandma JUST died and when she went to talk to the Store manager to see if she could go home - they said no. I asked if there was a policy for family death, she said YES and I did what the policy tells you to do and they won't let me leave. Walmart = EVIL bitches. Walmart is a family friendly store and company? Yea okay. And this is not the first complaint. Not getting a break, cutting lunch time, cutting lunch altogether, forcing employees to NOT get rid overtime so you, a FAMILY store, do not have to pay them for overtime. What bullshit. Walmart would not even be open if it weren't FOR? TWO people. CONSUMERS to BUY and EMPLOYEES to WORK. Selfish idiots.

I am a grandmother and went shopping with my daughter, her husband, and my 6 year old grandson for a Christmas tree on November 25th. We purchased the tree at a Walmart on Midway Road, Farmers Branch, Texas. We decorated the tree the following day. Our Christmas tree is completely dead and presents an enormous fire hazard. We will be taking it down and purchasing another tree today. I feel that it is the responsibility of Walmart to check into this and see how long ago these trees were cut. This tree lasted less than two weeks. I don't want anyone to be injured by fires started from trees that were cut months ago and are not safe.

Wal Marts Grand Blanc, Michigan is the worst store there is and should be closed down. The management stinks and is unavailable to help not only customers but employees as well. The hire and fire at will then refuse to issue last paychecks as well as employment verification information. This store hired my developmentally delayed son then fired him two weeks later because he was having trouble moving carts. He asked for help on several occassions. I tried to let him handle the situation himself and they disrespectfully ignored him as well as keep him waiting hours for them to "find" his pay check and to get "employment verfication" only to say they couldn't get him these items. He was sent on a wild goose chase daily calling this number and that number only to be given another route which didn't work either. When I inquired as his Legal Guardian they refused to disclose the information to me, stating they do not recognise court documents. Really? We are now forced to let the court system decide. Shame on you Wal Mart!

i work at the walmart 0260, and have noticed many changes that i think need to be brought to the attention of the higher ups. we have lost multiple good employees and are about to lose many more because of treatment recieved from those that are supposed to help our store as one. many managers have told those who they are incharge of that they dont do there jobs and should do better and some of these conversations as i understand involve profanity. you cant be the boss of someone and expect to treat others like they are not human beings. there are so many people that work at this store that do so much and go unoticed or get negative feedback of what they do. mr.sam walton who happens to be one of my role models would be turning over in his grave right now thinking about the treatment of his employees and his customers. sam walton was a great man and the way my store and many local stores service has changed is ruining that wonderful reputation. we cant let that happen, sam should be remembered for building a store that everyone wants to go to because they are treated right, not one that people dread to go too because its the only place that has what there looking for but they are afraid of how they will be treated. the employees should not dread to go to work because of who they work with, everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. Remember sam walton and what he stood for, not the millions of dollars that you can keep making bacause of his good idea. change wal mart for the better, please, you have the power. research some of the ratings of many stores and make a decision.

This is just a preclude to contacting you folks after getting Police Report in hand Monday over the issue of being victimized by Fraud in dealing with WalMart on an Internet Purchase from them. We purchased said product, a TV, on Cyber Monday, 28 Nov 11, and money was taken from our bank card account on 12/3/11 along with 6 other FRADULENT CHARGES, the same date, emanating from a Wal Mart Store in a location my wife and I have never been to. The Fradulent charges total ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND CHANGE. But if the charges for TV prove false, or it's routed to a new location, then the amount of FRAUD will amount to nearly TWENTY FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. The Police, as are we, are sure this is an inside job perpertrated by WALMART EMPLOYEES in the processing of Internet Orders on the shipment of product to final location for delivery. To put it mildly, we are quite upset that WALMART has such lax controls for protecting their customers. And reporting of this issue is a real eyeopener into how little WALMART cares about this responsibility. Needless to say the final delivery of product will do nothing for the bad taste in throat. Be advised WALMART Police will be coming to do an investigation at your Raliegh, NC location. BTW, Thanks a lot, you've reinforced the notion this nation is falling apart.

I wanted to purchase an IPad2, 64GB with WiFi and 3g. Two and a half weeks ago I went to Sams Club to purchase this item. The staff said they had it, directed me to a register to pay for it and when the item was brought to the cashier I made her check that it was the item that I wanted. Another woman came to stand by the cashier and proceeded to tell me that they do not have the item. My husband went to Sams Club just a few days ago and the ticket to purchase the above item is still being displayed yet they do not have it. Corporate office says it is because of black Friday. They didn't have it before that and they don't know when they are getting it in. SAM'S CLUB...DON'T YOU THINK YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT TICKET DOWN FOR THE ITEM THAT YOU DON'T HAVE. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Last night I placed an order with Walmart for the IPad2 64GB with WiFi and 3g. The order was placed and my receipt said that it was in and will be held at the store for 7 days. I just came back without the IPad. They don't have it and they only get the 16GB in. They haven't had the 64 GB per the sales person in electronics. Yet they still display the sign for the one I want. Both Sam's Club and Walmart customer service is horrible.

I want to say Wal-mart, at 135 Stoneridge Dr, Ruckersville Va is the best pharmacy I have ever been in contact with. They will come down and talk to you one on one about your meds. This won my heart over due to the caring about me and my meds. You as Walmart should do everything you can to always keep these employees. They are all friendly. I enjoy going to the store and give them a wave and just to say "HI" to them. You must realize what great employees you have in your pharmacy! I sure hope this store never closes. This is the best thing that has happened in our county. Thank-you for your attention to this matter.

we recently got a call from what sounded like an african man who learned english and he said ups was shipping 1.5 million dollars to our house in a check. well ok obviously sounds fishy and he said it was because of purchasing stuff at walmart and to get it we had to go to a cvs pharmacy or gnc or a pharmacy store and by a 14 pin card for $500 and show the ups guy when he got to our house. well its 12:46 in the afternoon and were still waiting. and its not like we expect walmart to give out money. and the we "won" 3rd place. 1.5 mil for third place?!?! ya right screw you walmart for wasting my families time.

I was just at Walmart and wouldn't do a price match on an item at farm and fleet. She told me it's not a store in the area. It's only 18 miles away. What happened to match it like it shows in the commercials? I told her I thought you did price match. She said she couldn't.

Now listen to this "great" Walmart. I'm an italian and always supported and loved US (I lived there for a while). My card has been copied in India. The person before I was able to block it bought stuff on the internet in UK, Hong Kong, Italy and... Walmart. Well for the first three a phone call has been enough. With the last four digit they immediatly found the card and the purchase, blocked it and sent money back. Walmart.... ah, first I could not find anywhere a telephone to call from oversea... second I wrote to the customer support and they replied.. "Sir can you forward the receipt number????!!!" So dumb, how can I have the receipt if I did NOT buy?? But then it took me three days of continuous mailing to receive the answer. "Sorry we can not locate it so please argue with your bank!!!!" Well I have the suspect that for them it's not an issue and they just did not care. At the end of the day they's got the money.... How do you call this??? Accomplices maybe??? The United States does not deserve such a poor Company!

this is rediculouse how money hungry walmart can be. must you be open on thanksgiving. while people are home enjoying what is known as a family holiday your people are forced to work on a day where time can be spent at home., if sam was still around none of this would take place. its all about the all mighty dollar when it comes to walmart. your people should not be working on thanksgiving. you maske enough money on black friday so the money should not be an issue. this is rediculous and totallly obserd. i hope you are enjoying the holiday at home office there cause you workers will not. if being open on thanksgiving is an issue then open at midnight and give your workers a chance to enjoy their food with friends and family

I called 1-800 walmart 3 times on coupons Mtn grove missouri they will not let you use more then. One coupon per item. If it says on it like " $2.00 of any Tide" they will not let you use it on trial size" it doesn't say excludes trial. Springfield mo. Will let you use 100 at the same time as long as you have 100 coupons an 100 trial sizes tide. An give cash back."mtn grove called me back the lady said if springfield let's you use a 100 coupons like that then by all means go to springfield I would" but we will not.she said they do that probably because more stores in that area. That's not right at all fair is fair. So Wright country go to springfield to shop. Because are store don't need me or your in mtn grove.

Walmart Store #2615 in Valdosta, Georgia need help along with their workers. I was wrongfully terminated on march 20, 2008 and have been ignored for three years and 8 months by Wal-Mart Executives.
