To the coupon overage "customer". Walmart is not stealing, you are. You thieves try to find slight discrepancies so that you can use a coupon that is clearly intended for the full size item to get a travel size and so on. That way you get money back, obviously the manufacturer isn't going to "pay" you to use their product. You people make me sick and are no better than the low-life thieves stealing right off the shelf.

On 1-17-12 I was at the Walmart in Roseburg, OR and was dismayed, then disgusted with a cashier who handled my purchases by slamming each one down in front of me after she got the barcode. Her demeanor was smug and she called me an idiot as I left in unbelief. I reported this behavior immediately (with who knows what effect) to management at their Customer Svc., but think it's a sad day when young people like this whine about no jobs then are let loose on an unsuspecting public at a future.

I use to work for Walmart and I got fired because I did some price matching. Seriously I didn't know nothing a product would of get me fired. they even force me to sing papers! Plus I told them not to tell anybody and the whole Walmart stores knows it I could sue Walmart for that. Walmart is the worst place to work I was a cashier. Plus they even let me work to than get me fired!!!

I have been trying to get a job at Walmart I. Forney, Tx for 2 weeks now, of course this is after an interview in which they told me they would call me back the same night. Three days later I call to speak with some rude ignorant floor manager who tells me they will call me in just a few minutes. This goes on for 2 more weeks until today when finally I go to the store and just wait. Then, after going for a drug screen, and being told to call back after the drug screen to see when orientation is, I get verbally bi*** slapped by a lady named Debbie in HR. It was the rudest lady I have ever encountered. Walmart hasn't a clue what the left hand is doing. On top of it all, the best they could offer me was a 7.40$/hr stocker. I have impeccable references and years of management experience.

Well folks heres a new one,, I as a cashier was taken in the back room, and asked "where is ALLLLLL the money" when I refered them to me getting a layer and demanding to see a tape, they told me I was free to go. But I had to leave my badge. I know with so much going on with employee theft, they would have arrested me on the spot...not let me go home. Walmart????? if they want you out, they will get you out!

What is wrong with the websites where you can check your paycheck and your hours? I tried and it said my username or password were incorrect. It is the same ones I have always used. FIX IT!

I've got a lot of issues with Wal-Mart....but the purpose of this letter is to let some of you people know HOW BAD YOUR GRAMMAR IS!!! If I couldn't get my point across any better than some of you people do here....OR ARE TRYING TO....I wouldn't even bother. And I FOR SURE wouldn't attach my name to it. With skills like that...you can't get a job even at Wal-Mart.

I live in Laredo, tx and I always have issues using my coupons at Walmart on Zapata hwy. cashiers always have to call a floor manager because they are unsure if they should use coupons that give overages. Then floor managers always say that they cannot give me back money do they try to adjust the coupon to the actual price of the coupon! They are basically stealing from the manufacture because they are receiving the full amount from the manufacture!! I always have to argue and show them their coupon policy!! In the end my arguing gets me my way but I hate to have to explain to them!! I've called corporate office and they tell me I'm suppose to get a call from the store but I'm still waiting for the call! I've spoken to top managers at the store and they apologize and say they will train cashiers but still the same issues keep occurring!!! Just because we are couponers doesn't mean we deserve to be treated as less! Stop making me feel like a thief!!!

Walmart makes millions. The employee's are overworked and under paid. Benefits went up, hrs are getting cut. Work load stays the same. Been with walmart ten yrs. This is the worst it ever been. It's just not my store but all in the Charleston, sc area.

I also have become sick of the "May I see your receipt" scenario. There is no legal reason you should have to show your receipt. Most of the time I just say "No" and keep walking, other times I just ignore them and keep walking. There is also no reason I should have to stand in line at the exit on a busy day just to leave the store. Walmart's customer service seems to be made in the same place most of their products are. Poor Sam Walton is probably still turning over in his grave. So much for the "American-made product" concept that made the company a success originally.

Am wondering if it is policy that district managers for Wal-Mart have to be rude, condescending, hateful, and inconsistent when walking a store? I understand that store management is to have "respect for the individual", and are never to manage by fear, yet district managers (and there have been 5 at this particular store) have been nasty, rude, embarrass management constantly, yell abusive language, and threaten jobs on a regular basis. It seems to me that those who manage this way have no idea how to manage or how to get others to complete the tasks they would like to see accomplished. It is only serving to drive a wedge between store management and district, regional, and management on up line. Associate hours are cut to the bone, yet the amount of freight stays the same. The wants of the DM change every week and from email to email. There is no communication, no offer to hear what issues are causing problems, what the DM could do to help, no unity only standoff situations where store management is left feeling defeated, and that DMs set them up for failure and laugh as they fall. This seems very anti Sam Walton to me. I cannot give you my name for fear of retribution.

hi i live in newcaney texas i have been shopping at porter texas walmart for 10 years and today jan11/2012 i had such a shock.i shop with coupons and i always no what the sales are it takes me hours to match coupons with sales in over 7 stores that me and my husband get from mail and papers from stores and after taking hours to find what i had coupons for i got told that they would not match ad with my coupons like i have been doing along with a whole lot of other people have for a while now.so i ask for jeff.the head manager he did not even look are listen to me when i said its on your policy he turned he said no .and walked away. last week i went in again to shop and they let me like many times before use my coupons with my ads and i told her what store had the sale and told her were it was she did not even go look to see if they had paper .you do not have to have the ad with you just like they always say.on price match. but she said there is no store called king doller in conroe i said yes there is she was calling me that i lied manager was there because she called manager did nothing about it this man dose a very crappy job and hes teaching the rest of them that if you get up in the morning and think to yourself i feel like changing the policy. today like he changes it all the time i along with all my friends and my family are thinking about going to a different store 10 years and now i hate and i mean hate walmart in porter texas they need to replace main manager and to.if you can't depend on the manager to do what his policy clearly says. then the managers must be running corporate office not the other way around because he thinks no one can touch him i told him i would let corporate no he said go ahead as he kept on walking away wow i guess walmart in porter texas is hard up no one even cares.

One day karma will bite you in your butt and you will loose everything you got and then go look for a job...there are no jobs idiot. Oh you will find alot of companies willing to hire you for a very low amount, under the minumum wage. Don't believe me go try, because you are clueless. Companies, Banks, Corp. are taking advantage of this bad economy, they are sticking it to people but not the rich...The rich are doing just fine they are reaping major profits just like the gas. Deliveries of gas just like the HOllinsworth that deliver in Cheatham Co. and elsewhere are ripping people off. The gas prices spike up high and maybe go down a little to keep government off their tails. But we know our government doesn't care anymore they care for only themselves (so greedy)!! They get a piece of the profits to their salaries..

I work for the new Walmart in Durham, NC (#4369). I am a Cashier that gets paid $7.65 hr and my part-time hours have been cut. It seems like I'm the only one who has a problem with this! I am trying to find a second job but it's not easy with a fluctuatung schedule and using public transit. How are we suppose to live off those wages? I know some of the other cashiers and associates aren't happy but no one wants to speak up. Plus, there's all of these unecessary "rules", some of the CSMs and upper management are rude and disrespectful. I have over 10 yrs retail and supervisor experience but they don't pay based on experience. Walmart is not like it used to be when I worked for them in the past. I don't know if it's this store only or if all stores changed but DO NOT WORK FOR WALMART ON MLK!

I worked for walmart in Hawaii and I had to quit because we were moving. Anyway, I had direct deposit for my paychecks and when I went to my bank acct online, they had done a reversal on my last paycheck! They first deposited it and then took it right back out! Walmart is NOT a good place to work! I never have had this problem with any other company before!

I WORK FOR STORE 3803,WHY IS IT THAT THEY ARE CUTTING HOURS LIKE CRAZY.I HAVE BEING WITH THE COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS,AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MY HOURS HAVE BEING CUT.IM A FULL TIME DEPARTMENT MANAGER.THE NEW STORE MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE STORE.THE BACKROOM IS NOT EVEN READY FOR INVENTORY.WE CANT WORK IN OUR OWN DEPT,CAUSE OF THE NEW DIGGGOUT PROGRAM.ROLLING RACKS ARE PILLING UP.OMG THE BEST TWO MANAGERS WE HAD WERE SCOTT AND ADAM.WE HAD GOOD BONUSES THROUGH OUT THE YEAR,WE WERE ALWAYS UP IN SALES.I HOPE SOMETHING GETS DONE TO IMPROVE THIS STORE.PLEASE SEND OUT THE SURVEY AGAIN FOR THE EMPLOYEES YOU WILL SEE,THE AMOUNT OF RESPONSES YOULL GET BACK REGARDING THE STORE MANAGER.ILOVE MY JOB BUT NOT THE WAY THE MANAGER IS RUNNING THE STORE.

Walmart Store# 2591 in Pembroke Pine, Florida is the worst store ever. Unless you are caucasion or hispanic, you WILL get treated like SHxxxT! I purchased a defective computer, they refused to exchange or refund, My family and I were racially slandered, its been 3 days and they took my laptop at the customer service desk and they refuse to give it back. I get anonymous phone calls daily telling me "BxxxCH dont expect your money or computer back". They know nothing about customer service or professionalism and the district manager Freddie Miller @ (954)680-7829 is another joker. Just like Olga, Gina and the rest...all lazy, imcompetant, and lack professionalism and a brain. We'll just see how this turns out in court. I will report WALMART to the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the state commerce office and a lawyer. I have family working for NBC6 and I will slander walmart on every consumer review website you can think of.

Why do these Walmart stores seem to fire the good friendly associates and keep the ones that are not- The Ashland Va store has the worse excuse for a store manager that i have ever witnessed- U can tell the employees cant stand him and they do bad mouth him - but it seems the friendly cheerful associates dont last no time- but the quiet unfriendly associates stay forever- I also have witnessed employees who do nothing but walk around - been there for years - walking around doing nothing- never saying Hello or can i help you . A few terminated employees have told me that the store manager is a prick and lets his asst. do all the firing and that he does not get involved.

I work at the 1361 store i live Sioux city iowa.It is the worst I have ever worked for.The support Mgrs run the store.I have also seen them in the back room stealing food and eating it.They say no one would beleive me if I told on them and they would have me fired.They yell at employees in front of customers.One customer asked the support mgr why she was so mean at the employees and the support mgr said it is none of your business.Can you believe it.Sam Waton would have never allowed this crap to go on in his stores.

Recently at Walmart in Missouri City, Texas, I was perplexed by the discrimination within the own employees at that store. At the bakery i experienced the store manager being EXTREMELY RUDE to one of the Hispanic employees there. He asked her "are you sure you know English?" I was embarrassed for the employee myself.. Then him and another manager (African american) left and were laughing and snickering with each other about the comment. Not the first time I have seen the Hispanic employees get humiliated. I vow to never shop here again. Made my experience horrible. Someone should look into this.
