Your stores are getting worse and worse! I used walmart.com to buy an ipad store to store for a birthday gift. The service at your Johnstown, Pennsylvania store was beyond bad!!! The assistant manager, Tom, was no help and threatened to hang up on me twice! Everyone was rude and untrained in the discipline of customer service. They all kept saying they were not walmart.com and it was not their fault that they could not release an ipad that had already been charged to my card. I had to keep reminding them that they are all one big ealmart family, but they kept passing the buck!! I will never do business with that store again! My family had togo to the stor three times before it got sorted out and they were treated very bad also. I am glad i didnt wait for the exact date of the birthday or the surprise would not have been there! I rectified the situation myself with the help of walmart.com, my bank, and much phone time. This is crazy! All that money and you treat your customers terrible! Please hire some people that want to smile and help. So many people need jobs. Get rid if your incompetents and start with Tom! He said he was the assistant manager but who knows? I was talking to the electronics dept and site to store. The speaker phone was on and sales people laughing in the background!! What a joke! I have no respect for your store customer service. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I purchased a Vizio TV from your Mt. View, California store on 6/2/12. The store is approximately 35 miles from my home. In this densely populated area the only other stores that sell this product for the most part are Target stores of which there are at least four within a 15 mile radius of my home. However, I chose to buy at Walmart. I did not open the Vizio until today because I was out of town on business throughout the week. When I opened the box the remote control was still sealed, however the TV had its stand partially assembled. I connected the TV to my cable and it worked beautifully for 5 minutes when I turned it off. I turned it back on again 5 minutes later and it did not work...it still does not work. Since the salesperson who sold me the TV said I had 90 days to return it I drove back...another 35 miles, this evening to return the TV only to find the store would not accept it. When I returned the TV in the box it was not sealed. I was told it could not be accepted because apparently the TV serial number did not match the serial number on the box. The sales person contacted the Asst. Mgr. upon my request. The Asst. Mgr. could not assist me although he did point out that the box had been double-taped previously. This suggests to me that the TV in the box (puchased in 2011 per the sales people) was switched prior to my purchase and the box was returned closed (double taped), however no one thought to question that return. As a result Walmart has a much told me that I have tried to scam them while I am the person who has been scammed and am now out $440.00. It makes no sense that I would go out of my way to attempt to "scam" Walmart, when if that was my intention it could have been done much closer to home. The fact that the Asst. Mgr. pointed out that the opened box I returned had been previously double-taped also suggests he was simply following policy when he failed to allow me to return the TV. I'm through with Walmart!!!! You should be too.

I have followed the same info scammers to two other wall marts in raleigh. A supervisor (in a 1996 lt.brown/gold chevy surburan) drops the men (usuall from Alabama / mississippi off at different store locations to get infor in various locations to sell for mailing lists and money.

wal-mart do not back up there policies an its sad when we the people shop there and keep them in business. So let me tell you this I'm going to let God handle them

When I retired, I cut my personal expenses to start an American Corporation in the Finance industry structured especially like Walmart. I have been shopping at Walmart and the 99 cent store exclusively ever since. I have about $5,000.00 worth of other products I have in mind I would like to purchase from Walmart. I have already bought a 1-mountain bike $164.00, 2-ipads $2000.00, 1-flat screen tv $240.00 and a pink electric Razor Scooter $203.00 and many other smaller items weekly. When my daughter and I went to purchase the pink electric Razor Scooter at the City of Industry location the one for sale in the boxes were different from the one on display. The manager their, Socorro is a superstar, she is a very professional manager. My daughter and I drove to every Walmart location to find this particular pink electric Razor Scooter. We finally found one at the Walmart in Chino Hills, CA. I asked the assistant manager, Maria that if I pay for it now can you hold for me today so I can rent a truck, if not, being it is Sunday, can you also hold until tomorrow morning because I know I can rent a truck for sure on Monday. Maria got on her walkie talkie and asked the assistant manager, Pablo who was in charge of the store that day. Pablo said yes, I paid for the electric Razor Scooter and we were going to store it in the back until I returned with a rental truck. As I was in the process of doing this at the register another assistant manager, Sandy told me firmly that we will not hold this electric Razor Scooter until Monday, we will only hold it for a few hours today. I responded so in other words you are over-ruling your 2 other assistant managers. The expression on her face became angry, she immediately got on her walkie talkie and spoke to the other assistant manager, Maria and said I am upset. The assistant manager Sandy walked out as she was speaking to Maria on the walkie talkie. The assistant manager, Maria came storming into the back cash register area where my daughter and I was, Maria said they never agreed to hold the electric Razor Scooter until tomorrow, Monday morning. When I tried to explain to her that is not true, I was waving my finger and she yelled at me not to be pointing my finger at her. I immediately pulled my finger back, backed up far from her and tried to continue but I realized she is just going along with assistant manager, Sandy's decision now. I asked to talk to the manager in charge who is Pablo, I was told that he is in the photography department helping another customer. My daughter and I waited about a half hour, then we decided to go to the photography department and wait for the assistant manager, Pablo who was in charge. As we got up, Maria took off like a bat out of hell to get Pablo. As my daughter and I started walking down the isle to find assistant manager, Pablo, Maria and him were quickly walking from the back of the store, I met assistant manager, Pablo what was the agreement when he spoke to assistant Manager, Maria. Assistant manager, Pablo said the agreement was for Walmart to hold the electric Razor Scooter for a few hours today, I said thank you, that is all I need to know. Then my daughter and I returned to the back to the Gardening Department to pay for the electric Razor Scooter. The assistant manager, Tonya showed up to help us, I'm thinking to myself, another assistant manager to deal with this? I now had to spend more time explaining everything to Tanya, she was very professional and compassionate, she is a true professional. I knew I only had a few hours now to rent a truck, come back and pick the scooter, I was under pressure. I had to drive to the City of Industry, Home Depot, rent a truck, drive to Chino Hills, get the scooter and deliver it to Diamon Bar, CA. Your managers lie to back each other up at the expense of loosing customers. It must be terrible being a subordinate to unprofessional managers like Maria, Sandy and Pablo. They do not have the product knowledge or people skills to be managers, I wouldn't even hire them as a regular worker because they are dishonest people. I bought 4 General Tires at Walmart (Grabber). Had them balanced 6 times total.4 times there & 2 times other Companies. Had them rotated, put new rotors,tie rod end, & alligned. I still had a vibration.Started switching them with my spare tire & found the tire no one could balance.Went back to walmart for them to rectify the bad tire, they said I didn't buy the hassard insurance on them-they won't do a thing.They sold me a bad tire- they should replace it.Insurance or not.

I purchased a power ride four wheeler mongoose from walmart olivebranch ms,it did'nt work properly from day 1.I decided to return it to the store were it was purchase at for an exchange or another i did'nt mind about paying extra for another one if they did'nt have the same exact one,we also purchased the extra warranty for the item. I was so disappointed when the cashier was so rude and said that she can't exchange it for me becasuse i did'nt bring the receipt for the item. I told her that this was a gift from the aunt-t and she does have a receipt she said that she can't return it no matter what.The aunt had the receipt number over the phone for me the cashier in customer service her name was Tisha i think she needs to attend anger management class. I'm a business owner in my area and we recommend that all personel attend anger management class. I use to love walmart but now i'm highly upset and dissapointed with the way i was treated.

I bought a set of tires from walmart in wilmington nc at store 1392 on july 4th 2009 and they had a 60,000 warranty (so i was told by 2 different associates, a manager of tire center and rthe supervisor, plus it was and still is advertised onlne at walmart.com). wouldnt you know when i went back to the store after awful vibrations were felt at all speeds (i assumed it was a balancing prob with tire shape) they told me each time i went back that my truck parts were worn out and causing the issues... well i proved them wrong with the several alignment spec sheets i was goiven from the shops i went to for the realignments and checks..... Walmart rebalanced the tires many times on the same machine and the balancing of tires continued to cause the vibrations.... well in october 2010 I went back to the store cuz the general grabber at2 x4 tires i bought from walmart were worn out, hardly any tread left on em, but worn smoothly because i took my truck to other shops to have the tires rotated (since i no longer trusted walmarts tire techs at the time) which was why the tires were still smooth and evenly worn. The manager in 2009, the first 3 times i took truck back for vibration complaints, told me if i wanted to keep my warranty valid thru walmart, it was my responsibility to keep them rotated reguardless of how often as needed even though they only recomended to do it every 5-8k miles.... so i had them rotated 6-7 times in 15 months! In October or nov 2010 i went back to walmart because sears auto told me the tires were shot and needed replacing..... i explained how i just got them and that they only had 12kmiles on them.... They sent me back to walmart and told me to tell walmart to submit the tires to wherever they had to go for the mileage tread wear warranty.... which is what i did. WALMARTS SUPERVISOR OF THE AUTO CENTER AT THE TIME (JOHN) TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NO WARRANTY AND I INSISTED THAT HE TOLD ME THEY DID AND I EVEN PRODUCED THE PRINT OUT I HANDED HIM WHEN I GOT THE TIRES IN 2009. HE REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY THAT HE ADVISED ME THE TIRES HAD AS DID WALMARTS WEBSITE AND I CALLED GENERAL TIRE AND THEY SAID THAT THE LT MODELS DONT HAVE A MILEAGE TREAD WEAR WARRANTY! I WONT BUY AS MUCH AS A PIECE OF GUM FROM THOSE FRAUDLENT ASS HOLES EVER AGAIN... WE USED TO BUY $650 IN FOOD EVERY MONTH, TIRES, OIL CHANGES, CAMPING STUFF FOR OUR WHOLE CUBSCOUT DEN, COMPUTERS, BOTH OUR FLAT SCREEN HD TV'S, KIDS SCHOOL CLOTHES, LAWNMOWER, PLANTS AND GARDENING ITEMS, ALL PAINT FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS DOING $100 ALL INCLUSIVE PAINTING JOBS. I AM GOING TO COURT HOUSE AND FILING A $12000 CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM ON FRIDAY! MY ATTORNEY SAID WITH ALL MY WELL DOCUMENTED PAPERWORK AND RECORDED PHONE CALLS THAT ILL ATLEAST GET $6000 IF NOT THE WHOLE $12000. THE STORE MANAGER SENT CASE TO CMI WHICH IS THEIR INS CO AND THEY DENIED IT STATING IT DIDNT MEET CRITERIA FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR GEN LIABILITY CASE SO THEY REJECTED IT..... THE CMI MANAGER ADVISED ME TO HJAVE STORE DEAL WITH IT AT THEIR LEVEL SINCE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED AT THE STORE LEVEL TO BEGIN WITH! i KNOW A KID THAT USED TO WORK THERE AND HE SAID THEY PULLED THAT SAME TYPE OF SHIT WEEKLY WHEN HE WORKED THERE... My husband took our truck that was in perfect condition in to have two back tires put on my truck was droped off the lift and after the guy try to hide that he dropped it we have been dealing with walmarts insurance company witch are pain in the ass they have fought us every step of the way first walmart gave us a 50 dollar gift card that said it was for our inconvence I thought that was a slap in the face then the insurance company fought I Us on the rental car they tried to give us a small car we are a family of 5 then after they had ford fix the parts we find our frame is dented and today we were told they won't fix it or way for it which is gonna make it very hard to ever sell it there insurance guy has been nothing but a joke since the start and told us to find a lawyer which we are I honestly have always done all my shopping at walmart but after all the mess I don't think I will ever set foot in the door again

I am disgusted by the veterns being asked to leave Walmart by police. I understand about keeping groups out of the store (everyone knows its about the union) but really a group of veterns giving out flowers. I choose to do my shopping elsewhere at all cost.

My husband was terminated from his job at our local wal mart because of hear say from another associate that i have known for years and he is/was hurt because I would not leave my hubby to be with him etc... any way we recieved a letter from our food stamp worker with litteraly 5 questions on it and they refuse to fill them out and they are simple questions such as hire and fire date rate of pay etc... so now because of that our food stamps are going to be terminated and the case worker said we may not be able to file for up to 6 months... What are we supposed to do until one of us finds another job??!! Is there any way I can dispute and or appeal the termination from the job?? And is there any thing I can do about their refusal to fill out the papaer?? Some one PLEASE PLEASE help us.... Thank you for reading my rant...

Walmart employees force vets to leave the store Updated: May 28, 2012 5:18 PM EDT Walmart employees in Elizabethtown called the cops Sunday to make sure some veterans handing out poppies in honor of Memorial Day would leave the store. Many people were outraged the vets were told to hit the road, but Walmart employees said they were just following store policy. YOU YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I went to Walmart off of mountain hwy in Spanaway, WA and I will never shop there again. I have Spanish coupons from my kids dr. office and that walmart will not take them. Its not my fault that they can not read Spanish and they didn't not have anyone working that spoke Spanish. you could clearly see that they were taken out of a AnD(ointment) baby book. That is so wrong in so many ways. I even used my smart phone to find a Spanish to English translation and showed them and they were all told by the supervision not to take them. I feel this is discrimination. They had no right to refuse my coupons. It was rude and offensive. I will NEVER shop there again.

Hello, i work at walmart and i have a strick availibilty due to lack of day care. I can only work 7am-3pm and im a hard worker! im always on time and do what is asked of me and never had a customer complaint! well i was hired for electronics and the assistant manger refuses to give me hours until i open up my availibily, well i found the ZMS over the cashiers and she needs someone to cashier in lawn and garden during the days and thats perfect for me. week after week i put in my hours for her and today she tells me that she can no longer give me hours until my availibilty opens and its orders from my assistant manager! i have been asking to be switched to cashier and take a pay cut. im very able to work but hes punishing me due to my availity. they treat there associates like crap and they dont care for there customers! will be taking this matter up with the head manager and corporate, if he doesnt do anything. no one should be punished by withholding hours! im quite capeable to work. i worked lawn and garden five days a week, doing 7am-3pm and didnt complan!
