Went to walmart to get a oil change on my car, I told the service technician it was not neccessary to look at the air filter because I change my i change myself. he said he still had to check because its part of the service when they change the oil on a vehicle. I got my car back he went over the bad tire with me that I already knew about, when i looked at my reciept I noticed that the service technician put in small print at the bottom that air filter box was broken. When I approached the service technician about it he said it was already broken when I brought the vehicle in, NOT TRUE, I seen that the technician was nervous in answering my questions and didn't want to answer me when I asked him questions until finally pressured him and replied to me it will only cost twenty five dollars to fix it and walked away from me quickly. Not true, the could only be bought at a dealer only and it cost me two hundred dollars to fix it. I filed a complaint with walmart and the service technicians that were working that day are not admitting to breaking my air filter box and are sticking up for each other. The store manager said they would be contacting me about the issue on how they would be reembersing me the money for the repairs needed, I submitted the two bids they wanted from two automotive shops like they requested and it been a week so far and they haven't contacted me let on how walmart is going to handle this situation. This happened at the walmart located at 2750 E. Germann Road, Chandler, AZ 85286. This was my first time getting a oil change at Walmart and what a nightmare. My advice to anyone who reads the review is not to go to Walmart to any automotive services because if the service techcians accidently damages something on your automobile they won't admit to it, try to hide it, and Walmart won't follow up on your complant, they will just stone wall you and run you around.

I am handicapped and must have an electric cart to shop. In every Walmart store in this area there is a shortage of electric carts, and when there are carts available, they are either out of order or their batteries are run down. This also includes Sam's Clubs where I have been stranded in back of the warehouse several times. This is not just an occasional occurrence, but has become a regular condition at all your stores in my area. As a result, I have had to stop shopping at your stores which I like except for this problem. (Reason tor three stars) Sorry to have to say farewell. I won't be renewing my Sam's membership next time.

I ENDED UP GOING TO EMERGENCY ROOM AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PLANTAR FACIITIS. BECAUSE THE SNEAKER HAD A POOR ACH SUPPORT. AND IT CONTAINS NO KIND OF GEL SUPPORT FOR THE SHOE. NOW I WALKED SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS FIVE DAYS A WEEK. NOW MY FEET BURN ALL THE TIME. I HAD TO STOP WEARING THESE SNEAKERS AND WEAR DR SCHOLLS.NOW I HAVE THESE SHEAKER AND I CANT WEAR THEM ANYMORE. While recently shopping at a local Walmart store with my wife and 2 twin 15 month old granddaughters I was detained by loss prevention for alledgey shoplifting. When I tried to explain that my wife was to meet me by the exit and after going to all 3 exits looking for my wife and girls , when i approached the third exit is when loss prevention said come with us , my first thought wa something happened to my wife or girls , but no they put me in this room , 4 big Walmart employees blocked the door and they accused me of shoplifting. I tried to explain I was looking for my wife to meet her by the exit as we usually do at that point we combine our products and proceed to the register . We have shopped this way hundreds of times before without incident, so to be accused of shoplifting was unimageinable. As I said neither one of us had left the store as a matter of fact we were next to the Mcdonalds yet inside the security barrier sensors and at least 75 feet from the doors. After researching my credit card statements and totaling up reciepts between samsclub and walmart I spent well over 18,500 dollars combined in the year 2011 and so far this year 2012 we have spent well over 16,000 dollars. Well no more will Myself or any other of My family members will step foot into any business owned or operated by the Walmart Corporation . As for you current shoppers keep in mind you are being watched by BIG BROTHER and apparently loss prevention has a quota per day they are supposed to harass. Lesson to be learned here stay away from Walmart , they have there sights on you ...........

I have recently placed an order online walmart for new beds for my children and desks, and trunks. I picked up desk at ship to store were I wanted over 10 min for customer rep and many employees walking past me. No help. then I find out on the day of my beds arrival after days of trying to track my order online, FedEx the shipper lets me know they never got the beds to ship and I need to call Walmart. After calling my local store to get the number to resolve this, because it is not listed on walmart website, the manager tells me there is no number and i have to send an email and wait for a response. I asked for another Manager and he did get me the number. I called today to find out where my kids beds are, because they are to be here already and my kids are sleeping on there floor because we tore there old beds apart to be ready for the new ones. The rep has no idea and says "SORRY" all I can do is reorder them and it will be another 5 to 7 days for arrival. Really!!!! I will never order from Walmart again, and will let friends and family know of this fiasco. One last thing, I asked the Rep for corporate number to call and complain of the customer rep department. He proceeded to say there is no number, only an address I can write my complaint too. AMAZING!!!! Walmart you have a poor company and hide behind the fact you are so large that we as customers don't matter to you because there will be plenty of new customers and we are expendable. Shame on you.

This women not only was not the right women they had cornered but the wrong State . It was a women in TEXAS they were looking for . After Walmart and the crooked Lawyers from Florida found out , they still pursued the women from Smyrna , Tennessee to pay $500 dollars or else they prosecute. i am getting sick of walmart called potsdam ny store this am to renew prescription phone number---not in service---dont they pay their phone bill or ar they going out of business?? as important as meds you would think they would at least have an answering service or check their phone for operation---oh well iam going back to my local pharmacy and walmart can go to hell

This is for Get Real. When you say stop complaining I imagine you are one of those few rude associates that don't know how to respect the person that is standing in front of you. I agree to the fact that managers are rude and very unprofessional when it comes to speaking with associates. I have seen it whether it has been done to me or others. I speak my mind use the open door policy but results ha there are none because nobody cares how badly you get treated. As for shopping at other stores there are stores that have better prices than Walmart and I would rather go to an environment where everyone treats you with respect than dealing with attitudes and poor customer service. You seem very unprofessional with no concern for anyone else's feelings. I would love for your disrespectful self to come to my store so I can show you a taste of your own medicine.

I am disabled and requested assistance to get into the store in Palmdale, Calif on 47th. St.. I have been sitting here in my car now for 1 hr, 55 minutes for someone to bring me an electric shopping car! This store has 8 handicapped parking spaces, and only 2 electric carts. Walmart needs more electric shopping carts. People who can get inside on their own sit inside and grab the carts when the carts are returned. But those of us who can't get inside to wait, lose a chance of getting a cart. Carts need to be reserved for those who cannotwalk, and all your stores need a push-type wheelchair to help us get inside the store to wait, as waiting outside on our car gets us nowhere, even when they say they will bring one tp us. I'm still waiting, almost 2hours out here in my hot car...Palmdale is on the desert!

You all need to stop your complaining. On average I'd say there are about 300 employees to a store, now honestly what's the chances that "everyone" in that store was rude to you? Maybe, just maybe you were the particular problem in each of your situations. Yes we are here to make money, isn't that the goal for every business? And guess what for those of you who say "YOU'RE NEVER GOING BACK" all I've got to say to that is "You wanna bet?" Of course you'll be back we all shop at Walmart. Where else would you shop? You say Target? Yeah right. Look at their sales compared to Walmarts that answers it for you. And why would you ever expect a worker to be completely nice to a person who is yelling and being mean to them for something they didn't do? Do me one more favor? Tell me where you guys work and I'll come give you a hard time at your place of employment.

I purchased an above ground summer escape pool 12 x 36 pool from the walmart store in Norman Oklahoma the first of June. The set up was easy and pool worked great. One problem. They take a D size filter cartridge and walmart has never carried them in their stores. I contacted the manufacture with no luck. The store I bought the pool from said there was no way they could even order them. So walmart is selling a product under the pretense that you can use it for "years of enjoyment" and it is an unusable item without the filters. I called Bentonville with nothing but the run around from their problem solving customer service people. I spoke with Scott (one of the store managers) and he said he would trade me for an equal or better pool that took a filter that they sold but he was sold out of pools. Turns out he did have a 15 x 42 left so there is another lie. Today I am contacting the AG consumer protection agency and filing a complaint against them. I have all my documentation and witnesses. I know walmart is a big company and tough to make them follow the law sometimes and I might not win but I will make sure they wished they had never messed me over. I wouldn't be so determined about this but I bought this pool for two little girls so they would have something nice and could call their own. Whats really sad is the 7 year old has down syndrome and is not able to understand why she can't go swimming any more. I was buying the filters from Big Lots (only store around here that had them) but they have ran out. I feel for most of the store employees cause they are good honest people just doing a job. I wouldn't give you two cents for management or corporate as they are the ones who design these policy's and screw people over. I hope they sleep well at night knowing that they have crushed these two children like they did.

I shopped at WalMart.com and bought one item, a baby play yard. Imagine my horror when a couple of days later, my credit card was charged with $180 worth of itunes gift e-cards, which I did not order. Walmart refused to cancel them when I called and because it's an e card, they insist that the charges are valid. I am livid. I will NEVER NEVER SHOP WALMART either online or in person. I am a grandma and cannot afford fraudulent charges like this.

Our company located in Rochester NY purchases about $30,000-$40,000 dollars worth of Walmart products a year. Last week I sent to of our employees in to pick up 4-50" LCD TVS's and 4- Gun Cabinets (A pretty nice order), while also there, they were asked to return 2 Desktop computers that we previously purchased. The service desk gave them a hard time, because there is a 15 day return policy.(Which is ridiculous in the first place) I then called the manager Doug McKain and explained that the computers were never even opened, and explained that we work with non-profits, and these computers just didn't work out....and also threw in how much money we spend there a year. He was rude, and said he didn't care if we spent $1.00 or $30,000 there, he wasn't going to do anything. Now don't get me wrong........policy is policy, and we are no exception. But I feel when you have a customer that spends the amount of money we do, work with them to make it happened. Even store credit would have been fine, seeing we shop there anyways. BUT, Doug McKain was just cocky and rude. So needless to say, my 4-50" TV's and 4- Gun Cabinets still sit, and I will not be picking them up.More importantly our company will no longer do any business with Walmart anymore. I hope the Walmart family personally calls Doug McKain at the Greece NY store and thanks hims for the loss of business.

Before entering Walmart in Merritt island Florida we pass by 1/2 dozen employees who were sitting on the ground smoking cigarettes. Nice welcome! Then we enter & there are no baskets. I ask 3 employees was there someone who could call to get some baskets up front we received hands up in the air, with Srugged shoulders! Are you kidding me!!! No Supervisor on, so the person acting as a supervisor tells me it's like this ever night! Then we go to check out, three registers are open with 10-12 people in line. Once again I go to the make believe supervisor & she gone! She working one of the registers! Are you kidding me! With all the people out of work and all of the community supporting Walmart, it would seem Walmart would give back & hire some folks to work in their store. In exchange better customer service. Walmart your are the worst, when it comes to customer service! P.S. The store is filthy! I'm so over Walmart!

I was looking on the Walmart.com website at some of the plastic kiddie pools, not the blow up ones, but the hard plastic ones. Well the website said they had some in stock at my particular walmart, located on Lexington Rd. in Athens, GA. Well I called and asked to be connected to the home and garden section because I was calling about a kiddie pool. Well the individual sounded so depressed, but they weren't rude by any means, and sometimes we all hate our jobs. But I was calling to make sure they had some in store before I actually drove up there. Well it rang and rang and rang, then the same individual picked back up and asked how they could direct my call, apparently she had sent me back to her? But I just kinda laughed and said it was me, looking for the kiddie pool, so she sent me to the home and garden section. The woman who answered was rude, and when I asked if they had any hard plastic kiddie pools in stock, she immediately just said "We don't carry those." I said "Well I see some on the website and it says that you have some at this store." she made some noise and said "I'll go check." and after several minutes came back and said "Oh, we do have abunch of those in stock." I said "Ok, thanks, I'll be down there soon to pick one up." but before I could get that last line out, she hung up! Then I visited a few days later, it was fairly late, around 12 am, and I was in the entertainment section looking at video games. Well I found a video game I wanted but it was in one of the locked cases, so I went to find someone who could get the game out. The first walmart employee I came across was sitting in a bean bag chair in the middle of the isle(where the chairs were located) and drinking out of a cup, talking to 2 people she appeared to know quite well, laughing and what not. Well after the 2 people walked off I walked up to her and said "Excuse me, I was wondering if you could help me?" she then looked at me, stood up, and walked off without even talking to me. I think this was very rude, and showed she did not want to do her job, I was polite and waited until her friends walked off before talking to her, and she walked off as if she suddenly had something to do, even though seconds before she was sitting on the merchandise and drinking out of a cup. I understand not wanting to deal with rude customers, but as I stated I was polite, and simple wanted her help to purchase a video game I could not get out of a locked case! All in all some employees at walmart seem to hate dealing with customers, but I have also encountered very friendly and helpful employees, like the next person I talked to about the video game, she recognized me from being there before and asked how I was doing.

In the wake of the terrorist attack on the Colorado Theater by alleged murderer James Eagan Holmes I suggest you remove all the Batman Dark Knight Rises merchandise from your store in memory of those who lost their life to a serial killer who adapted the persona of the Joker of the Batman Dark Knight movie and reenacted the scene of the football massacre in the latest Batman film at said Theater. If you have any decency and consideration for the surviving members of those victims, every promotional item of this demonically wicked film needs to be removed from your store and a ban on all Warner Brothers and DC Comics related merchandise needs to be established until said companies compensate the families of those who were murdered by this blood thirsty bastard who thought he could win an academy award by reliving Heath Ledger's psychotic interpretation of that twisted demon the Joker. Otherwise we will establish a boycott on your store and go elsewhere for our goods.

Walmart advertises a specific model tire manufacturered by General Tire CO, the "Grabber AT2 LT" tires (specifically the LT model)with a "60,000 TREAD WEAR WARRANTY" however the warranty referred to is excluded by the MFG in its terms and conditions. Wal-Mart does not intend to fix this discrepency as they have been made aware of the issue for over a couple years now. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART NOR FROM THEIR WEBSITE OR SUPPLIERS, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DONT MIND BEING THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WALMART PREYS ON, DONT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASES ANY NUMBER OF THESE GENERAL GRABBER AT2 LT TIRES, THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH THE DATE AND TRANSACTION NUMBER LISTED ABOVE THE BARCODE ON YOUR CASHREGISTER RECEIPT OR YOUR WORK ORDER INVOICE WHICH IS PRINTED ON A REGULAR SIZE PIECE OF PAPER. I am extremely upset that all wal-marts don't have there fabric back in stores yet. I had to travel 75 miles to get what i needed to finish a job when i have 10 stores close to me and 3 out of the 10 stores carry a small selection of fabric . Wal mart once had a great fabric and craft dept. I hope to see more wal-marts carrying fabric soon before they lose any more customers.
