I brought 3 TVs from Walmart.com on Feb 28 2012 and to my surprise two of them stop working now Walmart is saying its nothing they can do about it so I called the corporate offices and they said the same thing I see if I had the TVs for some years it hasn't been 6mos I feel like I have been robbed o stii had the receipt and conformation numbers only in Washington DC ares

You also have managers who back up assistant managers in theft. I know an assistant manager for Walmart Distribution Center, and he brags about firing a someone for theft on Monday and then on Tuesday he steals something and laughs about it, because him and his boss are buddy buddy. Walmart needs to go back to being honest and hiring honest people. If you think your above the law, look at what happened to K mart because their employees were stealing them blind, AND SO IS WALMART. Your managers are your theives, try checking your distributions centers, they have the most theives, and its in the managment.

I drive an 18 wheeler and stop at a lot of walmart stores, let me rephrase that I used to stop at a lot of walmarts until I went into some out in west texas & new mexico and some of the employees couldn't even speak english, how are they supposed to help english speaking customers if they can't speak english and why is walmart hiring non english speaking people?

On Saturday July 7, 2012 went to Mountain View Wal-Mart intending to purchase a cell phone. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and went to the electronics/cell phone section - no sales clerk. Asked where I could find someone to help with cell phone purchase and was told that there would be no one available until 1:30 p.m. Was told they would call a manager to assist, waited approximately 45 minutes and no manager ever arrived. Left the store.

today,July 9,2012...Entered the Mentor,Ohio 44060 Lawn and Garden Dept....2 P.M., their were 4 employees in the area. Cashier, who had JUST completed ringing the customer needing a cashier;other young female worker was sweeping...2 young men,bringing small load of mdse for the shelfs...NOT One of them Greeted, nor asked If I needed assistance from them. No Price on Three(3) different items on display case....So, I went over to the Cashier to ask if she could tell me the price...Then. I went to grap a large bag of Scotts Summer Fertilizer, the 2 employees did NOT offer to assist....I asked for a price...they asked the cashier,who needed the bag code to tell me the price. The ATTITUDE. and LACK OF Quality service was extremly POOR. I was told the price was 55.00...When I suggested that Walmart should and could make it easier for their senior customers by putting Price on the Area that the Product sits....I received what seemed to me like a, OH WELL.....Then I proceeded to go into the store for mdse I needed, some of the shelfs were poorly stocked....Then to checkout on my 8 items, very few checkout lines OPEN....I found one with light off...she was completing to serve customer in front of me....I usually ask, when light is off, Can you Help me, BUT WITH THE VERY POOR service...I just put my mdse on the check out and Thank God she rang it out. Store was Not as clean inside as it should be, Bathrooms, especially...Parking lot could use alot of help too.....I Love shopping at different Walmart locations...But This Store in Mentor by Heisley needs Alot of help....very poorly staffed. Called the store at 4:30 pm on the 4th July asked for the automotive dept it took 3 tries before the girl that was helping me reach the auto dept called someone on the radio and that person took the call I found out later on that his name was casey the store manager that was on duty that day. He tells me the item I was asking about (air conditioner filter for in the car) was not an item they carry. Now this is a store manager yes a store manager by the name of Casey in the Plattsburgh New York store (I believe number 1994) Telling me that they don't carry the item and I asked twice because I know they have them because someone from work just bought some there during the week!!! This was a store manager NOW HOW DIDS THIS GUY BECOME A STORE MANAGER. so I went to the store bought the filters and spoke to someone at the front desk while there I hear another story about Casey the store manager doing the exact same thing but with another item. THE SAME THING WITH ANOTHER ITEM THIS STORE MANAGER CASEY. How did this guy become a manager. I think it is time the over all manager Andre L'Heureux fire this guy. All the business that is lost because this Casey the store manager is too lazy to go check on an item, Lazy as now that he has made Store Manager. I will definately be calling head office tomorrow and possibly corp. office as well. STORE MANAGER CAN YOU BELIEVE IT CASEY LAZY AS

we'r an walmart employees,works the overnight shift( graveyard shift).we love walmart and our various work duties.but the problem is,we want to know,is it a problem,to listen to music,after the store is close?.please because out of 100% associate 75/95% will love to be listing to music while working to keep the night moving faster,awake,take away stress and etc.as we all knows that music is the fruit of life,so corporate can u guys pls turn back on the walmart radio station,or allow your employee listen to music while doing this hard laboring work.and let those managers,stop firing associate because of listing to music ,what is really the big deal to behind listing to music while doing this kind of work or shift?do't get us worng we love our job,but we not slave even the army at war listen to music.thxs

I live in San Antonio, Tx and would like to know if you would consider or find out if you can build a Walmart in our area in the intersection of IH 35 S & Poteet-Jourdanton Hwy. There is big piece of land there and would be ideal for us if you would build a walmart there. We love walmart and love your sales and products. I think I had heard at one time, that they were going to build there, but i don't what happened and now there is a big sign there that's its available and for sale. Down SW Military Dr. there are two Walmarts not too far from each other, so why can't we have one here in our area and not too far from Sams store. Store #537 in Odessa,tx has some managerial problems.I was a former worker that one department manager in this store in two and a half years has gone through 15 workers and had the same problem with this manager. When brought to attention this department manager gets away with treating people bad and everyone else is wrong. Another assistant manager flirts with young workers and has shown photos of himself not presentable .Since when have managers had the authority to make a schedule then because they havent hired enough people or scheduled enough ,they tell people they have to stay or they can go home or worse?When the home office people are coming or district or kay-chemical they leak it out to all stores,otherwise half the time they dont clean what they are supposed to. Dont you think it is time to take the blinders off concerning some of these managers ,assistant managers,and department managers? Talk to the individuals from each departments away from the managers. Because your open door policy that says you wont be turned on by that particular person doesnt work. Please be an undercover boss and get the truth once and for all.

Hi I been working at walmart for almost a year I use to di over nights but do to my disability I can no longer do over nights I put in to do cashier like a month after I worked there so I went to the personal. Manager to see if they had opening she kept telling me they didn't have any opening in cashier an put me in apparel when I have seen so many new faces doing cashier and so I got sick due to my illness and I called off didn't know every day u can't male it cause of an illness u suppose to call off so now this is ways going on im trying to move back home and be transfer but since I have two coaching that I didn't know I have another walmart want accept me im stress and im tired I use to love. Working for walmart but now im bot so sure its like im being punish for being disable

I purchased a Walmart Gift card 6\11\12, my put $50.00 on it I used $20.00 at a walmart Murphy gas in Champagne,IL. I go to use it at a site in Waukegan, IL and it stated that the account is closed. I've called the number on back, got not person, went into the store they were no help did not know what to do or whom to contact. I called the Walmart credit card line was the ONLY one that help a little she apologize for the frustration of this and suggest I contact the 1-800-Walmart. I just want to put in a request to have a walmart store located in North Omaha near 38th and Lake Street, there is a liquor store on the corner of 38th and Lake and behind it there are industrial buildings which both owners would be will to sell their lots with plenty of room to build. Majority of the people in this area do not drive and live on assistance so a walmart would really help out the community and bring jobs to the area as well. Thanks for your cooperation.

Well, I will never set foot in a WalMart again! At Christmas I purchased a camera on line from WalMart for my granddaughter. Along with the camera came a coupon that reads, " 25 Bonus 4"x6' 1-hour prints at Walmart. Today I went into the WalMart close to my house and was told that they could not accept the coupon or they would get in trouble. The clerk tried to explain and apologized and said he would take the coupon. I didn't want to get him in trouble so I left the store and will not go in again! How can a big store like that send out coupons and then not honor them is just a travesty! Goodbye WalMart, Hello Target!!!!!!!!

Sunday, June 24, 2012, 6 middle aged girlfriends and myself went shopping as our husbands were golfing. We stopped at the WalMart on E. State Street in Rockford, IL. We bought just a few items apiece so we all went to different self checkout lanes. The store was extremely busy so there was quite a line waiting to use the self checkouts. After standing in line for approx 3-4 minutes, this young man with 2 young daughters in his cart (and talking on the phone) had to manuever through all the "waiting" people AND CARTS to get to the next available self checkout!!! He just butted right in front of approximately 12 other people standing in line. I approached this young tattooed idiot and asked him if he was aware he just butted in line in front of a whole line of people. He said he didn't realize that there was a line. I expected him to go to the end of the line but he just proceeded to take items out of his cart and start checking out. The young woman that oversees the self check out lanes was aware of what was happening and she JUST STOOD THERE. Another woman in another lane then told the tattoed idiot to get to the back of the line. He didn't. He started swearing at her and giving her the middle finger AND threatened to knock her teeth down her throat if she didn't mind her own business. My question was WHY hasn't WalMart trained their employees how to politely ask people like this tattoed idiot to get to the back of the line and wait LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE?? This needs to be addressed before someone gets assaulted at a WalMart and then SUES WalMart for not protecting its' customers!! Since this particular WalMart did not have all the items some of us needed, we went to the other WalMart on E. Riverside Blvd. You are NOT going to believe this!! Waiting in line to check out at the 20 items or less lane, my friend (with one bottle of shampoo) was next in line when the woman in front of her, who was completely rung through, sent her children to go get 7 items she forgot. FIRST, she took the time to tell her 2 children WHERE the items were located in the store, then she sent them on their way!! Everyone waiting in line had to wait for her children to find the items and then return with the 7 items to finish checking out!! No, my friend couldn't get into another line because 2 of those 20 item or less lanes were closed and there were LONG lines at the other 2 AND there were at least 12 deep waiting in the regular lanes. Now, WHY hasn't WalMart trained their employees to politely explain to this woman that because WalMart is extremely busy, the cashier would total her items already rung up and when the children returned with the other items, she would gladly ring out those items when she returned to the line!!! THEN the woman used a LINK card to pay for the items---our tax dollars at work!! As a result of the incompetence at BOTH WalMarts, ALL of my friends and I have decided that no matter what the cost at our other stores in the area, we would NEVER step foot in a WalMart again. I, personally, quit using WalMart's pharmacy 10 years ago because of the long waiting in line and the errors in filling prescriptions. For the last 5 years, I have not bought ANY groceries at a WalMart because of the lack of consistency in stocking specific items and the downgrading of the meat and produce! WalMart needs to be aware that they just lost a LOT OF MONEY by these women NOT wanting to enter a WalMart again. You are talking about professional women who spent a LOT of money in your stores through the years. It appears that the only people shopping at WalMart any more are people on welfare or ignorant ones. The other stores in the area HAVE had similar situations arise and I have witnessed them handling these situations in a professional manner. After Sunday's debacle at BOTH WalMarts, it is apparent that WalMart does not respect their customers and is not concerned about the safety of their customers. At least at the other stores, customers are treated with respect and VALUED as repeat customers!!!

I do alot of online shopping with Walmart.com and if i could i would buy everything online. My question is and always has been why are you not willing to sell and ship ALL motor oil & filters to name a few online? I would like the opertunity to buy so much more from Walmart.com if you'd let me but you have to be willing to go the extra mile. I WOULD LIKE IT IF A REAL PERSON COULD READ AND ANSWER MY COMMENTS NOT SOME COMPUTER SENDING ME EMAILS.

Walmart on 153 hixson Tn bad experience....rude people ..no assistance....had to call on my cell phone while I was in the store....don't shop there they are liars..
