Tonight I was completely embarrassed by a Walmart cashier. My husband and myself went through the store picking up our usual items. I happened to pass by the alcohol aisle and found some fruity drink I had wanted to try. When I got to the register the cashier asked for my I.d. I handed it over with no problem. When I pulled out my debit card my husband told me he would prefer I use our joint account card. I said oh ok and pulled out our other card not thinking anything about the situation. Before I knew it the cashier was freaking out on me and taking all the items out of the bags saying she couldn't sell me the alcohol. She wouldn't explain to me why I couldn't purchase the items instead looked passed me and continued rambling on about how she wasn't going to sell me the product. My husband who was also confused said "oh did you need to see my I.d. too" and began to pull his identification out. She completely ignored us and continued on to the next customer. I was left standing there ready to pay for the rest of my non alcoholic items but she wouldn't ring those up either. I asked to speak to a manager hoping that something could be more clearly explained to me. But the cashier ignored my request to call for a manager. At this point my husband became frustrated and asked another cashier to call for a manager. When the manager came we explained the situation and she said she could not overrule her cashiers judgement of selling us alcohol. And that because when my husband told me to use a different card that made him a third party and they don't deal with third parties. Both the emplyoyee and manager were very rude my husband and myself ended up walking out without anything. It was all a very disappointing situation.

I received a text from Walmart saying I won a $1000 gift card. I went online to make sure it was a true Walmart site. I entered the code I was given and there is no gift card. They wanted to know personal information which there is no way I would ever give. They took my basic information and now I am receiving a large amount of emails that I don’t want. It is loading up my email. I consider this a form of harassment and if there are others out there that received the same type of text there should be a class action lawsuit against Walmart for selling our information through false advertising. I never gave Walmart permission to sell my information nor did they advertise on that web site that email information was going to be sold. I would like to know if there are others out there that had this happen to you.

Do you REALLY think a mega billion dollar company..taking over the world..really "cares" if YOU don't shop there anymore?????? Don't kid yourself....they COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR ME.......

I have shopped at walmarts for years.PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE tell me why they have all gone down hill.O have emphysema and it takes everything I can to walk breath thistieaday I went to Walmart on Ann street.in Montgomery Alabama.my husband and child was with me.I shopped got all my stuff I needed there were only 4 registers open at 8:00 we get to line stand just to be told they were closing.g that lane......there were a lot of people standing in the other lines.well l think you should send someone here to find out why there area few registers open at 8:00at night that is truly ridiculous and needless to sat I left my buggy full of groceries and left.....Do you not care anymore how your stores are being run...seems to me you should

I have been shopping at the Walmart in Sturgis, MI for the past 5 years. I have two small children, ages 5 and 3. I visited this location on 4/30/12 at approx. 5:00pm with both of my children for the sole purpose of adding money to our Walmart debit card. I was hoping to be "in and out" as quickly as possible, as I had two small children with me and was not going to do any shopping, etc- just have cash added to my card and depart the store. When I entered the store and came upon the Guest Services center, I saw that all registers were busy and manned with clerks and the store was very busy. I approaced a woman who was leaving the service center and asked if I could get taken care of there and she replied, "certainly, i'm just going on my lunch but someone will be with you shortly." I thanked her and stood in "line" behind a couple. After 10 min went by, and my kids were growing increasing impatient, as children will - I looked over at a woman who appeared to be in charge of the registers (she was sitting on a high seat and appeared to be a mgr of some sort)- and nodded to her, asking if we could get helped - she said someone would be "right over" - approx 5-7 min went by and no one appeared to help us. I then left as I realized I could get money added to our card at one of the registers- went to the shortest line I could find and again waited. The man ahead of me was checked out and it was my turn - I informed that I only needed to have money added to my card and the checkout woman assisted me. This also was a longer process than normal- at other Walmarts I have not had this much trouble just getting money put on a debit card. The cashier asked me to enter and hit the "yes" button to accept the debit transaction - while doing this, I turned my back and in that time, my 3 yr old managed to get away from me and disappeared to the next aisle (so I thought)- I interrupted the checkout woman and said "excuse me, my child has taken off" - I went to the next aisle, but my little girl was nowhere in sight. I went to the next aisle, down the aisles in both directions, looked over at the arcade area- no sign of her. I began to panic and told the cashiers -whoever I could get attention from- that they needed to do a "code Adam" - I had seen this posted on walls of the store before and had heard mentioned in the past that this is code for a missing child in Walmart stores - they looked at me like deers in the headlights and didn't seem to know what to do. I was starting to yell and beg/plead with them to please do a code Adam or lock the front doors of the store, that my child was missing and I needed help. Again, I was met with blank stares and no one seemed to be in any hurry to help me. Finally another worker (female, I did not get her name)- asked me what my daughter was wearing, how old she was, etc. I did not hear any announcement for a missing child, etc and was looking for my daughter on my own, running up and down the aisles, begging for other customers to please help me find her...this kind woman was able to locate my daughter after a few minutes. I lodge this complaint mainly because of #1) the time it took for me to get ANYONE in the store to take this seriously or do something in this situation and #2) the time it took for me to simply get anyone to help me with what I was there to do in the first place, which was to put money on my debit card. The store was busy- every cashier was working and it should not have taken that amount of time to get someone to help me. I am infuriated mostly with the time frame and lack of concern on this store's end to help me locate my missing child- I dont believe the code Adam was even launched and thank God my daughter was found and not abducted. I realize, as a mother of 4 and many experiences taking my children into stores with me, that it is up to parents to take care of their own children and account for them. I was trying my best to get in and out of your store and was not getting any help with this. I realize it's not the store's "fault" that my daughter left my sight - but again, am very concerned with the lack of empathy or concern for her well-being. One (1) woman/customer had helped me and she even commented to me "I just cant believe no one else was helping you" I wish I had the name of the one (1) employee who helped me locate my daughter, as she was the only one who seemed to show any concern. I have never enjoyed the Walmart/Sturgis experience, in general: the store is always FILTHY, the majority of employees there seem miserable and do NOT smile, no one seems to want to help and there is, in my opinion, just an aura of overall negativity. I have witnessed this in the hair salon, optical and photo studio as well. I have always been a loyal Walmart customer and like many others, have felt that Walmart has the lowest prices/best deals on groceries and home items, etc. I live 1/2 hr away from Angola, In and there is a Walmart there, also - the difference between these two stores is night and day and believe me, I will from now on only shop the Angola Walmart, even though gas is a huge issue. I refuse to enter the Walmart in Sturgis, MI again. I can only imagine there are/have been many other complaints on this store- it is truly a miserable experience to go in there. I am sorry to complain on this level and have never lodged a formal complaint on any chain store in my life, but this was the last straw for me. Thank you for your time and I sincerely hope some major changes are made at the Sturgis location. Sturgis, MI, does not have many major stores and most people are at the "mercy" of your Walmart. I will not be one of them any more.

Stockton California Walmart is a big joke. They said they don't have to honor Corporate Headquarter Policy. For return it clearly state if your return is over 25.00 a store credit will be giving if you don't have a receipt. My twins got duplicate toys. I went in stood in a long line. When I got to the register Michelle ask me did I have a receipt I told her no. She then again ask me after she rang up four items did I have my receipt. I said again I don't. Then she said hold on. Left me standing there for 10 minutes. Then she came back and said what door did you come in I have to check our cameras. Oh no she didn't. I went 5150. The her manager came and said I can exchange the item. If the item are over 50.00 I will need your Id and we going to do all your returns on 3 transaction. I said why then you can't return anything for 90 days. Then they called Trisha. Who was to busy to help me because she was on the phone with The Home Office. That's what another manager Rob said. Before it was all and said they called security to come help the customer service because they thought I was going to hurt someone. For real I have toys I'm returning it's not that serious. Im truly not giving them anymore of my money. Fu$k Walmart.....

I'm trying to figure out why (wally world) have so much complaints and there nothing being done about it, maybe one of those tv show like 20/20 or dateline need to be call about why Walmart have such poor customer and employee service. Humm!!!! I think I might just do that. Look people we need to stop supporting them and stop butting money in the head mans pockets

Loved Walmart stores years ago before they became "super". We had cashiers. Now, all these Super Walmarts have ALL THESE CASHIER LANES but 2 to 3 cashiers only. Sad. Why?!? I can't stand waiting in the Super Walmart lines....shop everywhere else and have been. Used to spend alot of money there. God bless Sam Walton. People need to pull together, as we do during gas wars, and stop shopping walmart. They would miss the incoming money.

all walmart shopper's please go to thesqueakywheel.com and read my complaint,go to search type in [walmart shoppers beware of your rights if you shop there.go to complaint .com ,ripeoff.com,consumer affair, topix forum winchester ky,this is my horror story.

Marysville, ks walmart! 2 of the rudest people iv ever met. Still working there. Kelly and ones Kris both females. U should not have people like that working around people.Changes need to be made because they will lose business.

I am very disappointed in the new Homosassa, Florida scaled down store! I waited months for this store to open and I have to say I won't shop there. The aisles are way to narrow. 2 carts cannot pass easily. There is NO selection at all on items all over the store and as far as pricing, the Publix is right there on pricing with food so there is no advantage to going to Wal-Mart. I must add that I have been a Wal-Mart shopper for years but am forced to go far away to some other store to shop. What a disappointment.

I purchased a Walmart Money Card for $3 from the Walmart Store in Baton Rouge LA located on College Drive. I loaded the card with $100 because I had been contacted by my college advisor to remind me that 4/26 was the deadline to order my regalia for graduation. I came home and logged onto www.walmartmoneycard.com and entered the temp card# and security id. I had to also enter all of my personal information for what I initially thought was a one time use card but I was wrong. I immediately received a response that I was not me-my identity could not be verified! I was furious and called the number on the back of the card....not sure how I pounded out to get to an agent but a foreign voice greeted me and told me that my refund was already processed. I told them I did not want a refund but the money that I paid to have on the card authorized so that I could make my purchase. I found out from the so-called supervisor that they are located in Manila. I am so very disappointed with Walmart. I will never complete another money transaction like this and will warn others about it.

I was harrassed by several employees at walmart in Bakersfield CA on Colony. They were very cruel to me as a customer and treat you like dirt. It is uncalled for and I want respect fromt his point on.

i hate to tell everyone this but i have worked for walmart now for a yr and i am a cashier/cartpush/stalker i do just about everything in the store and i get treated like crap.i missed a few days for my daughter being born i filled out all the paper work and the personal dept. never handed in the paper work ..now i am on the edge of being fired thats bs...all stores are the same not enough cashiers ever...and the mangers on the front end the "CSM" all the same kiss butt to get the job and then dont do nothing and when you need one they give you dirty looks and then might help you talk to you like you should know this stuff ..thats if you can find one to help ya and if you do over step your bounds they have a fit ...Walmart does not care about th people who work for them there just worried about the money they can make ..i pay alot of med insurance and all they dont even help ..and the managers at night dont care they make people mangers because it is not who you know it is who you blow ...sorry i get a job on how well i do my job or i dont want it .i do not kiss no ass

Wow-done shopping at Wal-Mart and so is the rest of the area. Never enough registers open, never enough workers. People in line complain and talk to managers. Wait in line can be 30 min! I don't have that kind of time. I shop at Target and Walgreens now. Walmart on Jungermann is l

Why does Walmart (some, not all) charge an extra 10 cents per prescription? When I asked the pharmacy about this I was told it was required by the government to pay for medicaid?? Is this true? If so, then advertising scripts for $4.00 etc is false advertising. Will not do business with the Walmarts that do this practice.
