Wal-Mart Corporate Office & Headquarters

I am from Weidman Michigan, I either use the Big Rapids Store or the store in Mt Pleasant. I am hadycaped and use the amigos. But Everytime I go to either store they either dont have enough of them or they just dont plus them back in. At the stores they have them sitting there that dont work and are in dire need of repair.I love Walmarts and all they do plus the stores are very clean. But If I cant get access to a amigo I cant shop there , and I will just take my shopping down the road to Meihers becacuse they take care of there carts and always have extra of them to go around. I do just hate switching but am faced to do it.

i have been a loyal customer for many years, I have a comlaint about the electric wheel chairs, I have chronic back pain and have had for many years. The reason I mention this is that I avoided the usage of these chairs due to other people having more need for them them I, but recently I have had a major repair on a tendon in my right foot, was non weight bearing for 6 weeks and slowly started using that foot, during this exacerbated my back pain. now that I needed to ise those chairsm on at least 5 seperate occasions My husband needed to round up a electric or even a manual chair, and had to wait to get one, we have noticed one every occasion that there was young healthy people using these chairs, I even heard one say she "didn't want to walk, that she was too tired." also have noticed children riding them and using them as bumper cars. nothing was said to these people by the staff and I had yo force the issue with some of them so I could do the shopping I needed to do. When I made complaints about this the answer always was that the staff could not address this with the people espcially the children due to company protocal. Now there are alot of people out there that are worse off then I am and many are elderly and won't complaikn. I find this policy insulting and degrading to those who have disabilities needing to wait so the healthy can either use them for laziness and the kids can use them as toys. I will also be making a complaint to the ADA on this.. This is insulting and degrading to the disabled

I went Friday to walmart in Vidalia, Ga to get new tires on my car. I was told they had to special order them. I ask the lady how much it was going to coast me and she gave me an amount. Yesterday guy called and said my tires were in. I went today, and what a mess. KNOW ONE KNEW NOTHING. COULD NOT FIND MY TRIES WANTED TO KNOW WHO CALLED ME. COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO HELP ME. TAKING 4 HOURS TO PUT TIRES ON. WELL, GOT READY TO CK OUT AND THE PRICE THEY WERE CHARING ME WAS ALOT MORE THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTE FRIDAY. WELL, THE PRICES WENT UP ON THE TIRES SAT. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO WAL MART. I REALLY HATE THAT PLACE. THE LADY GAVE ME A $8.00 CREDIT. I BOUGHT THE TIRES. BUT I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO USE WAL MART FOR NOTHING I KNOW THAT DONT READ THESE MESSAGES BUT THAT IS FIND. GET PEOPLE TO WORK THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE SO RUDE. I DONT WANT TO CONTACT WAL MART CAUSE NO ONE IS GOING TO DO NOTHING. I HAVE LEARNED A LESSON NEVER GO TO WAL MART AGAIN

this morning 10:00am at the LittleFalls,Mn. walmart I stood in line for at least 20 minutes in the speedy check-out isle to purchase two(2) items and didn't get out of the store till after 10:30. This store on average has only two(2)or three(3)isles open out of at least twenty five(25)so all the full carts are blocking the speedy isles. I have contacted the manager only to get a $20.00 gift card to try and quiet me while nothing else changes. They even had a thing where costumers could express their concerns and nothing has changed. I believe you should be checking into the way some stores are ran. This guy seems to think making money is more important than the consumers. We may be switching over to Coborns for shopping even if the prices are higher. They at least have self check-out isles and all registers open if needed. It's pretty sad that people like this get away with treating costumers like shit.

I am a Police officer, an I was shopping in Walmart On 09/14/2012, when my purse was stolen out of my cart. After dealing with the poor security, I was told that their wasn't any camera system over in the department I was in so they could't see who stole it out my cart.This is unacceptable..they suppose to have top knotch camera observation system in walmart..im so disappointed in them, don't when I will shop their again

Hello, I recently went to get some last minute Items at the Walmart at 4600 Boulevard. I like all the items and produce that you carry, but when I went to this Walmart the floors were all so dirty, clothes all over the floor, only 4(four) cash registers were being used, the lines were really long and some of the cashiers were very rude. The person behind me was complaining really loud and was very upset because all the cashier lines said 20 items or less, she had less than ten but the express line was so crowded she could not get in. I like going to your store because it is so convinient and close to my home. Please don't let the store go down the drain. (just a thought) You definitely need more cashiers on the weekends and Holidays. Thank You!

Dear Sirs: Just left store number in Kansas City MO., "Very frustrated!" Your TV and store ads state that you will match any competitors ad and that the consummer need not bring in any ads. I have been shopping at your store with these ads since before you had this new policy. It is just very convient to go to one store rather than travel around the greater metrapolitian area, picking up sales. When I know I am going to go shopping with these ads I am filled with so much stress because I don't know what I am going to come up against at the cash registar, dispite what your ads say I still bring in (ALL) the ads, and am forced to go through and explain every competitor sale that I am purchasing. This is very frustrating for me, the cashier, and the twenty other people waiting to check out. I am made to fill that I am some how being dishonest and must be scrutenized for every sale item to insure I am not trying to still from your store, NOT A GOOD FEELING!!! It appears to me that this is a big problem for your company. May I offer a suggestion that I know will take the painfulness of the shopping experience off the honest consumer, help you to stop losing sooooooooooooooooo much money and make your cashier happy? Yes, I have an idea that will put an end to all of this, if some one from corporate would be willing to contact me and set up a meeting with me I would be more than happy to share my million dollar cost saving idea. Why does the Walmart in Harrison not answer their phone? I tried to call them for over thirty minutes. I needed to know if they had a product before I made the drive, which was not a close one. I have decided to shop somewhere else where I can get some decent service.

Walmart on Dobbin Road in Columbia Maryland is aweful. I have had to report them more than once for racism and now they have hours posted for 6:am and myself and other customers were at the store at 6:15 this morning and after a few minutes one of the workers finally came out and told us that due to remodeling, they were not opening until 7:00 a.m. The staff at this store are rude, the cashiers do not speak or even smile. One greeter a gentleman is very friendly and speaks to everyone. I am tired of the issues I have with this Walmart and spend quite a bit of money there each time I shop. I have now made my last trip to Walmart. Target is just down the road and I will now shop there. YOUR LOSS!!!!!!

Come on WalMart. Target now has groceries . You are fast becoming Sears.

i have been empoloyed by wal-mart for 1.2 months. im a greeter on 1960 fm road in humble tx. Barry Jones the manger at wal-mart, told his asistance to go get me,from the front where I was greeting. Barry said thats 5 ladies told him I got the ladies attention,and grap my penis and was looking at there asses. i told him to look at the film,which does not lie,and he would see that i did not doi this act. Meanwhile he chew me out for something i did no do. Then he did not apology to me. Im very hurt by his aqusiation..Then a month earlier,a lady employed there also, her name dena told managerment, i ask her to have sex..linda a co-manager there call me back.she found out I did not say that to her,dens. I wish that someone would see about a ful investagation too these claims.Im being horrasse by management,and have done nothing wrong..;tyvm for giving me a job, I enjoy the job, just not mangerment..please invertagate there matters...marc cox

If your manager 'Frank'(now supposedly fired)in one of your stores in Florida is what you (Walmart) can pick for a leader, than Walmart is in sad shape. Not only should he have been fired but also all the Bozos up the line who approved his management possition. My family spends an average of $450.00 per month at Walmart and my extended family and some friends spend WAY more. I have been on the phone today with many of them and they have agreed NOT to shop at any Walmart for the next 30 days. We just don't want to shop at ANY retailer who is 'managed' by complete idiots. It's a safety factor for us just like the choir of children singing in the store was a safety factor for 'Frank'. Your store on Monteray avenue in Palm Desert California is far below shopping standards. I have personally contacted the store manager, assistant manager, stocking personel for items they should but don't stock, and where it should be, the shelves remain empty. Their reply to me is, All Ordering is done by way of the registers, both you and I know this is not so, for if it was, shelves would not be standing empti for days without restocking. I personally have been promised (by phone calls) that the items I asked for ARE IN STOCK. baloney, I drive twenty miles round trip to shop in that store, but guess what? after many years and thousands of dollars of my money, that store is a discrace to the shopping community, amd if you look for a representative you will find them in groups of four or more hiding between isles with nothing better to do but spend their time gossiping. I am disabled and have to use electric shopping cart, but there too I have been left stranded because the carts also are well below standard and have left me stranded somewhere and not able to get back to check out. I am probaally wasting my time witb this, and the only thing it accompished IS letting me vent. Thanks for nothing and believe me Stater Bros is better in the long run, at least their reps are considerate without exception.

This morning at 1am my fiance and I went to return some fish that we bought from Walmart in Clearbrook Va several hours before..due to one dying before we could even put it in the tank and the other being aggressive and trying to eat the other fish. The night manager on duty had bagged the fish for us when we bought them previously and when we went back to Walmart to return them we found him and spoke to him about why we wanted to return them. He was so nice and understanding about the situation. Honestly I was shocked..most of the managers at Walmart I've dealt with where, well, rude. I wanted proof that the one that had died had in fact died and the other one was just mean and I did not have any place to put him so the manager took care of EVERYTHING! See..it pays to be nice! :) Best Walmart experience ever!

I am thoroughly disgusted with our Walmart store in Mohegan Lake NY, Two nights in a row I had to return two vinyl blinds that had no hardware in the box. These were already returned from someone else because the cords were all undone and they looked shabby. Obviously the workers at this store are not doing their job properly. They can't be checking the boxes because they would have known there was no hardware or they just don't care about the next person buying this item and having to return it again. I often ask myself why I even go to this store because there is never any stock, I have often looked for a specific item and they didn't have it and went back a week later and still didn't have it. The majority of their merchandise does not have prices and the store looks unclean and messy with all kinds of baskets througout the store with all kinds of returns laying around and the shelves are never organized.Its time this store cleans up there store and their employees. Even better lets get a K-Mart or Target put here, I have been in both stores and it is a pleasure to shop instead of Walmart. Is it so hard to have great prices and a appropriate store at the same time.

I am mailing out a request for you. I bought severak pair of stretch white stag slacks size 2x petite and they are so comforatble and I can not find them anywhere in any store!! Not even yours!! So I am amiling the RN#is in hopes you can help me. I am desperate!! I need 2 pair of the black ones and 2 pair of the beige (or tan). They are the slacks with the elastic all the way around the waist. I detes the ones with just half elastic.. Please say you can help me.
