After several attempts in getting Verizon to repair my original wood floors the technician drilled holes in without my permission and being denied repairs. I will now have to spend more hours of my time to take them to small claims court. I can't believe that they would refuse to fix the damages that their technician did during installation.

I had an installation scheduled for my residence. Technician didn't show up, nobody gave me call that a technician wouldn't come, spent one hour on the phone talking to customer service at the end they disconnected and didn't return my call. Additionally I have been told that I would not be able to talk to manager cause he or she would not help me anyway.

If I could give Verizon a minus 10 stars I would. On Saturday, June 16th my Verizon phone line was struck by lightening. Verizon made an appointment to repair my phone line for June 22, 2012. Since I have no phone service during this time, I also DO NOT HAVE 911 EMERGENCY SERVICE. My husband and I are both elderly. If an emergency arises, I guess we will have to die.

Verizon sucks sucks sucks. They tell me after my 2nd replacement LG Revolution 4G w/4gig of data that I can pick out any phone that is 3G w/2 gig of data and I have to buy the bat and back cover for a six month old phone that from the first month I had issues and they just fed me a bunch of bull shit. Oh did i mention except for the I phone. They are fucking communist fucking pricks. And for the people that say they never had any issues with verizon you must be a suck ass employee putting shit on here to make verizon look like they are the fuckin good guys. i got service turn on 05/24/2012 and the tech left and i don't have any light in my apartment i spemd 3 hours talking to a rep and transfer me to a tecjh who was really rude and he didn't know what he was sayin i got so mad ask for a supervisor and they told me there wasn't any supervisor available so i call back on 05/25/12 and i spoke to the forman manager he told me that i have to find a electircian to find out what the problem. im taking this situation to a bigger level.

I am recently on my second LG evo and still having same issues with phone. (double or tripple texts,emails the next day,phone powers down)I am sick of getting bulled over by the stores and tech support. Today I visted the store with my problems and only to find out this phone (LG Evo) do not support my comcast e-mail thats why I get them the next day. there solution is to give me another phone thats only supports 3g network,losse my data service from 4g to 2g and I still would have to buy a bat and back cover what bullcrap. As a costomer that has a 350.00 a month phone bill I am getting cheated or to put it bluntly They sold me a phone that I would have trouble with. The first chance I get all my families phones will be shut down and cancelled. And verizon can try to get money from me for early termination.

ok it goes like this Verison has the WORST service ever,moved in this place a month ago I ran a new phone line (hard wire) verizon hooked it up in the box outside,they ran there "dedicated DSL line". I was promised 6.5-7.0 GUARANTEED they could NOT PRODUCE THAT TYPE OF SERVICE. SO NOW I SWITCHED TO THIS LOWER PLAN 3.0 MBPS AND I GET .05-1.0 FUCKING MEG.WOOPIE WHAT A GREAT FUCKED UP COMPANY. I've been with verizon wireless since 1998 and never have I ever disrespected by financial services operators I've been cursed out twice. By them I am disgusted that this is how they treat a customer with them for years

No 1 can help you you have departments in verizon that no 1 knows about or never heard of and these people work there financial services are rude obnoxious people. Verizon use to be good now it's all about corporate greed they're not there to help a customer that's been with them for years its sad you can go to another company pay a lot less and be treated right and with respect

The Home Phone Connect device debacle. Verizon wireless sold me a wireless Home connect land line device and did not provide full disclosure. I specifically asked if all the features I have with my local phone company comes with the device and was told it does. It does not. I wasn't told there is an additional fee to have the name displayed on caller ID and without the fee it only displayed a phone number which for me being disabled is useless. No one at Verizon Wireless could figure out how to register my account on line at "My Verizon". I was sent temporary passwords in the mail none of which worked. I was advised to "give Verizon a chance" to take care of all my issues as after the first temporary password did not work, I wanted to send the device back within 14 day return policy which in itself is unfair because if you need a password sent through the mail and it doesn't work like mine and they insist on sending another, there is no way you can abide by the 14 day return policy. After endless hours and a myriad of phone calls, chats and emails I returned the device on the 14th day from start of service through USPS with Verizon's ownlabel. Living alone and disabled, I am without a telephone for at least 5 more days. This is not only unsafe but I have health issues. The land line phone is the only phone I had. I asked if I could have it until I had service restored and a manager was consulted (Sacramento call center) and declined. Not a good corporate citizen nor consumer friendly. So here I am with no phone and hoping a health or security problem doesn't happen. I was contacted by a lady from "executive relations" who was not familiar with my complaint and thought I was complaining about using Caller ID?! In the meantime, I had to borrow money to go to Wal-Mart an buy a prepaid phone and minutes...as I am disabled the tab so far is $80.00. The lady from "Executive Relations" stated she would not port my number to another company until she received the device back. I explained to her my situation and she was not empathetic at all. I have emailed numerous times to see what the status is and hard nothing. I have emailed numerous people as I am so frustrated and neighbors and family can't believe all this and neither can I. One look at the notes on my account should reveal that I was fed so much misinformation about billing, the device itself, given wrong phone numbers, sent passwords three times n the mail which would work to register on "My Verizon" ... I mean I feel like I've run into a brick wall. Two points to make. One I didn't want or need and didn't have the money to purchase a prepaid cell phone. Two, how can one comply with a 14 day return policy if you're relying on USPS to deliver passwords three separate times? What really upset me is the lady from "Executive Relations" was not helpful, had no sense of urgency, wasted 50 minutes of my valuable airtime and accomplished nothing, and then we discussed buying a cell phone and plan? Yes, I wanted to get the Home Connect Device first and a family member with Verizon was going to provide me with a cell phone and plan with Verizon. But the lady seemed more interested in that than my dilemma. I am at my wits end with this and it is very stressful and upsetting as I have doctor appointments to schedule and family members call to check on me. This lady in "Executive Relations" was aware of all this because I mentioned it. A phone is a lifeline to a disabled person and not just a can of peas. Folks at Verizon and all wireless companies need to be aware of that. Yes, determne my needs and go ahead and sel it to me. But, don't misrepresent the product, or pas me along to a myriad of people or give me wrong phone numbers. I've always ha a favorable view of Verizon but this experience has been trying to say the least. I feel like a kid in first grade bieng punished rather than a customer. The "attitude" of the lady in Executive relations baffles me. No sense of urgency, no understanding of my predicament etc. I've worked in call centers and with the myriad of people I either spoke with, emailed, or chatted with, I have always been respectful as that is my nature. I cannot fathom that so-called "Executive Relations" would not port my phone number until theyreceived the Home connect Device Back even though I had explained the dilemma that would pose. And to top that off, how a number is ported is beyond me, but I sure found out that the information I received from the lady in Executive Relations was misinformation, just like I received from the myriad of Verizon employees I spoke with regarding porting a phone number. And she told me there is no additional charge for called ID but previously I was told to get the name and the phone number it is $1.99 additional per month then another said $4.99 per month. Two days ago, my doctor at an appointment told me, I look troubled. I told him about this phone situation. He said this...you know, I know you are a good person who is honest and would go out of your way for friends and family. But he said, you know what you're problem is? No I answered. He said you expect everyone to conduct their business, their realtionships with you, etc. just like you do and would. And he said, life and companies and people are not like that. The sooner you realize that, the better off you are. What a wise man! In this case, truer words were never spoken. Desparate, I gave up on porting a number and received a new number which will cause a geat deal of problems. However, a phone whether cell or landline is a necessity just as electricity is. This is what folks working for wirelesss companies should never, ever forget as they will sleep more comfortably.

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 12 years with no problems. So it was only appropriate when we moved to Florida to sign up for Verizon Fios for our home. Big mistake, Fios must be a different company! They are nothing life Verizon wireless! They promise you service at a great price if you sign up for their bundled package and then say they will give you a $300 gift card if you agree to a 2 yr contract. It's Bullshit! That's what they tell you but when you do not receive the gift card and call to find out why you find that you will not receive one, that instead you are getting a free multi room DVR for 12 months! What's strange is that you did not ask for that, what fool would take $240 dollars spread out over a year instead of $300 dollars immediately? It is a typical bait and switch tactic. Then when you call to get the issue resolved you spend 2 hours on the phone getting switched from one agent to another trying to feed you bullshit so you will just go away, hoping you will get tired and just hang up. What they do not realize is that they are not just going to lose a Fios customer in my case but I will also cancel all Verizon service ASAP. This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGH UP FOR VERIZON FIOS NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

I am a employee to a call center that Verizon outsources to, i can feel all the pain and frustration everyone here is going through. i have been in this call center for just shy of 2 years and never have i seen such poor training and pay for the agents. i managed to obtain a "supervisor" position in less than 8 months with absolutely NO supervisor quals or training. let me tell you a little about the " Supervisors " you get transferred to after trying to trouble shoot an issue for 3 hours with an agent... the "supervisor" is NOT a supervisor, we are here to make you feel like you are talking to a supervisor, we supervise NO ONE at all, we have ZERO responsibility for anyone on the production floors. granted we have some "extra" abilities to call out to ACTUAL UNIONIZED techs and dispatch centers, when we do reach one of them most of the time THEY REFUSE to work with us because we are not TRUE Verizon employees and NOT in a union.. !!! most of the agents you work with when you call in are making just barley over min wage and consider it a "Paycheck", not a job or career, some goes true for us supervisors you eventually get to. We are so discouraged by the standards that are held over us that we can not do the job that you need to keep you business / residential internet / phone services up and running, we have "metrics" we have to meet, we HAVE to get you OFF our phones within 15 minutes ! and we have to make you happy telling you NO, were not sending you a tech and if we can not manage ALL of this we are written up and put on final notices for termination !!! i have read a lot of your posts in this forum and have to agree with most of you... Verizon needs to WAKE UP and realize that they are going down a very steep and slippery hill with how their outsourcing is destroying their " curb appeal " with their customers. i am sure most of you would not mind spending a little while longer on the phone with someone who actually cares for you situation and is going to get your issue resolved instead of spending that time with someone who considers you a 15 min paycheck. if Verizon would spend the time and money to really care for their front line agents who have the first contact with their customers than maybe.... just maybe... they will have a better reputation and customer base.

The HTC phone I purchased from the Verizon store died 6 months after I purchased it. I was told that I could activte my old LG phone for the interim until my replacement HTC was recieved and the plan I signed up for would be the same. Well because I activatd a phone that was not a smart phone I couldn't get the same plan. I have been fighting with them for about eight months trying to get my old plan back. They keep telling me that the plan is no longer avaiable. I don't text 250 or use 150mb so I got the lowest amount possible. I agree with almost every one making comments. VERIZON doesn't care about the customer they only care about the MONEY. I was told that it willtake a week and a half for the department t decide if I will go back to my original plan. It has been denied twice and I am sure it will be denied again. I is sad that there is no way to contact anyone at Verizon who can make a decision. Writing letters will do no good all they want is MONEY!!! It is too bad that as many complaints that they get, they will do nothing. It is obvious to me that they do not care about their loyal and long time customers.

I have been fighting incorrect billing for over a year now. I was promised a callback repeatedly and it never came. I tried to contact a woman named Tanya who promised all sorts of credits and her line was not working. Someone just applied another credit without details of what makes up the credit. Again, not nearly the credits I am due and was promised. I am a local tech and have the ability to impact your bottom line by recommending other service providers. I am also an x-accountant and cannot figure out your billing as it is so messed up at this point. I think I will be contacting one of your competitors to see if they can do better. Also, I never got my gift card $100 for simply signing up on the phone. I feel your methods of conducting business are unprofessional, unacceptable, unreliable,untrustworthy, underhanded and sneaky. Please help me get to a resolution on these matters or I will be forced to change providers as a last and final option.
