Contract, no service but a bill

Signed a 2xT1 contract that they never provided the service because they said it was not available where our office is located. Been over a year now, they continue to bill us—for a service they never have provided. I have spent endless hours on the phone with billing, custom support, and even supervisors. No one can fix it or cares. next stop is a law office

worst company ever

I was with another company before verizon bought them out now i have to purchase a new plan with verizion and to keep the same services they will charge me an additional $105. A month and if i dont sighn with them i have to pay an early termination fee on all five phone lines that i have. I have been a customer since 2003 and this is just plain robbery

I tried to set up my account to pay my bill online. 1hour and 45 minutes later nothing is done and they want to mail me my temporay passcode which will take 5 to 7 days. I said just sent me an e-mail with temporary passcode and they said they can't do that. What a crock of a company.

Poor Customer Service

Your staff are not informative workers. Staff should inform customers about their purchase but this is unheard of at Verizon. I will be looking to buy from another company and will be taking many people with me because I plan to broadcast the bad about Verizon and how you treat your customers. I never thought this would happen with verizon..I've been a customer for 10 years or more and have been treated poorly lately.

poor service

$600 in charges for a cell phone used for one minute. Disputed charges in writing, had over 100 collections calls, slandering marks on my credit report. Two years trying to get this resolved with Verizon. Dishonest, rude, criminal behavior.

I was put on hold for 11 minutes and counting, waiting for Web Support. No one ever responded or indicated how much longer I would have to wait to speak with a rep, so I hung up. This company has got the worst customer service of anyone I have ever had to deal with and, what's more, they don't care.

verizon is in our building, trying to sell tenants on taking fios, its double or triple play. but why should anyone believe verizon and its sales force when verizon, after 3 months, cannot even restore its regular phone service. should verizon be rewarded of its incompetence? verizon says with its triple play tenants will save at least $50 a month and it won't raise its fees. ask them to put that writing.

Thiefs

I had to have a tech come out to find out why my phone wasn't working, the tech came out and found a bad receptical and replaced it. I then get a bill for $95.00 for a $5.00 part Verizon just keeps ripping people off so I call then corrupe thiefs just like all the other big business in the country. Verizon dosn't care about customer satification all they care about is how much they can stick it to their customers.

Verizon gave me the worst service ever all I wanted was the I phone 4s and they would not help me so I would never refer a customer to them they always send you refurbished phones that don't work over heat

Extremely dissatisfied with my service and Verizon's attempt to correct our problems. 8 agents and 3 supervisors in 7 different states and still no results!! 6 days without phone, cable, and Internet . And nobody knows what's going on their is a tech at the house right now and he says this is the most screwed up order he has ever seen. And doesn't know what to do. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!! Nobody cares, nobody follows through with their promises. Who is responsible for this? Where do I go from here. Verizon has to be exposed for these crimes against their customers.

Fios Triple Play

I tried to get the holiday special offer. Granted it was the last day of the sale, but that does not excuse inept customer representatives and no one being able to give me any solid answers. I received incorrect information and that included from a supervisor. This all spanned two days and a few hours total on the phone. so far, I have an order placed, but I will not switch if the issues can not be resolved.

I made an appointment on December 6, 2012 for a Verizon technician to come to our new home on December 28th. We received a hard copy confirmation letter from Verizon. On December 27th, I called Verizon to confirm the appointment for the next day. After waiting ALL day on the 28th, they did not show up. We called and they said they would be there on the 29th. The 29th came and went and still no Verizon. We called again. We were on the phone for over two and half hours, spoke to multiple supervisors, they even transferred us to one in Florida. The reps and the supervisors were very rude and disrespectful. The supervisor in Florida, was yelling at my husband. When we asked for the corporate number, he said that there isn't one. The longer we were on the phone, the later the date was to get a technician to the house. They said they could have someone there on January 10th then it went to January 28th. They said they tried to call and email us to tell us they overbooked and wouldn't make it - this was a LIE! There was never a call or email and I had called to confirm the appointment. All we needed was someone to connect the equipment as the house is already wired for FIOS. They told us it wasn't wired but yet there is a Verizon remote, wires and battery in the house as well as the previous owners stating that it is all set for FIOS. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They were rude and disrespectful and I find it hard to believe this company continues to have business with practices such as this.When speaking with reps, ask for first and last name as well as employee number. This was a very unpleasant experience and they were very unprofessional, extremely disappointing. We called Cablevision and they arrived first thing in the morning the next day.

Verizon lack of appreciation

I was with Verizon for over 5 years. I recently switched to AT&T because Verizon had no decent deal for the Samsung Galaxy III. I called Verizon directly to terminate service on Dec 6th. They did not release my phone's port until the last day of my billing cycle, which was 12 days later!!! So beware of this classless company. They lost my cell phone business forever.

The worst company ever. They are sneaky and have practices that I can't imagine are legal. They give you a bundle service but give you separate bills. I didn't know so I would pay one and disregard the other. Then I would see a bill with a credit on the account so I figured they were doing something wrong but catching it. I found out that if you are 3 mths behind they will issue a credit of the amount past due and only charge you the current amount so you think you're good however they take that amount they credit and send it to collects. So I'm thinking i'm pay ing when in actuality Im juggling these bills. i decided to not do business with them but then they offered a great deal later on. The service i will admit was great while i had it but once I moved thats when everything went crazy. I have several different bills ranging from $3000 - 0.43 literally. And no one can tell me what i owe.

Fruad

The Verizon Wireless company practices fraudulent sales techniques. Beware of the novices that they hire there and the products you THINK you are buying but you actually get something completely different that described. Over-billing and poor services is what you will be guaranteed if you choose Verizon.

horrible customer service

So I am trying to get a new contract , and searching to see what company is better, and can offer me a better deal. I call Verizon, and speak with a lady from the sales department. Rudest person alive; she tells me: "The only plan i can offer you is for $150 dllrs, take it or leave it" I tell her omg, for one line!! and she continues; yes, take it or leave it... we are not like your current provider "Sprint".. I couldnt believe my ears!! I dont even have sprint.. This was the most ridic conversation I had with a "customer Service rep" , i rather pay tripple then deal with that type of service.

Repair Service

I am a retiree of Nynex(now Veriizon) working in Repair service and a M. A. Never in all my years working in repair did I ever experience the Dis-Repair of the Nynex Repair service of today.I reported my phone service out(Ndt/Cbc) on Nov. 19th, a repairman came out and said the problem was in thhe cable. I was given a new appointment for 11/26 by 12noon. No one ever showed up or called, When I called repair again I was told that the repair required cable diging and was giving a new appointment for 12/3 by 12 noon. Again no one called or showed up so I called again. This time I was told the trouble was in thhe Central Office and someone would call me. Of course no one has and I stll am without phone service, now for almost three weeks. It has occurred to me that noone knows what's going on and I have been givven the good old RUN AROUND

this service is the worst in the business. the customer service is rude unprofessional and worthless i am an editor for the new york times. all make sure this story is in the times asap

Nothing! What more can I say? I am still begging for answers and a solution to service and quality problems.
