My wife Kim LOVES YOUR FOOD!!! We like the KFC/Taco Bell restaurants because we're both satisfied; She orders the tacos while I order the chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuits and corn-on-the-cob! Needless to say, we're both happy when we dine out and we've been married now for 5 years! Thank you, Taco Bell!!!

I went into Taco Bell (and lets be honest it isn't just one with this issue) and order my meal and ask to substitute the beef taco for a chicken taco. Because i am ALLERGIC to BEEF. Ok but i will have to charge you an extra $.60 is the response i get. No problem because i am allergic to Beef I (again) inform them. I get my food home or work and guess what I have BEEF! Really??????I cannot believe how irresponsible companies serving food are and how uninformed they keep their employees. Luckily I have learned to inspect my food before eating it. It is making me put a rating on this how about -100

If your employees focused on serving your customers instead of answering intercom system laughing they just might get your customers order correct. Unhappy customer. How dificult is it to get a cheese ques instead of chicken spicy....

I work at Taco Bell, I work only with Spanish and African American people so far. I don't mind and don't feel differently, yet my shift supervisor who is a Spanish women has treated me awful, she's purposely not let me have access to view our schedule. I have a toddler and am a single parent, she laughed when I said he was sick. Before officially starting, I drove twenty minutes to get to work just so she could laugh about my shoes (which were sneakers) and make a point to say I should of known. Yet I was actually never informed, I worked at McDonald's previously and they provide you with shoes. 730 warrenton road fredericksburg va. Very gloomy place to work.

Terrible service at the Taco Bell in Branson, Mo!!! Missed items off the menu and when I called to talk with Manager (Brandi) - after putting me on hold for 10 minutes she told me there was nothing she could do. She was extremely rude and raised her voice at me and again told me there was nothing she could do and then she asked me "are you perfect - haven't you ever made a mistake?" I have never been to such an inept disorganized Taco Bell. There are many places to eat in Branson, so I definately would not recommend eating at this one - Store # 003502 at 2000 W. I went to taco bell got my food went home to enjoy it when I take a bite out of it the meat is not done right also my nacho cheese tortilla is stale was not good. I call the manager to complain I got additude and repeated myself plenty of times. Laura is the manager from the company on academy and Austin bluffs in colorado springs 80917. Some thing needs to happen because im sure its not the first time that happened. I want feed back asap. Thank you

Poor service at Branson Taco Bell on Hwy 76. Went through drive through and items were missed, then called from hotel to inform the manager - named Brandi - and she was extremely rude and acted like it was no big deal that I should just drive all the way back to the store and be happy about it. No customer service training at this store! And quality assurance is a definate problem there! Mostly upset about the rude attitude from "Brandi". Will never go back ever!!!

The Taco Bell in Indianapolis located on East 86th Street by Westfield blvd. near the 46040 zip code is ridiculous. About a month ago my boyfriend and I ordered about $20 worth of food. We only got my food-half of the total we spent. We didn't go back because we just wanted to get home. Tonight we went through and knew to check the order. They had forgotten my side of sour cream so we had to go through again. 2 out of three times we have been to that location they have messed up our order. Not a good sign. And the location is still pretty new.

i went in for an interview which went great, i got called in for a second one where i was informed that i was hired and to come back to do my paper work. i went in today to fill out my paper work and they told me that my ear piercings were not allowed and that i could not work for them. how are you going to say that after the third time of me going and meeting the managers?

I live in Cincinnati,Ohio. I was previously employed by the Taco Bell in Blueash 9270 Plainfield Rd. I was told that I was hired and had the Shift manager position. Today I was told that the "spot" was already filled that I no longet have that position that was already offered to me and accepted. I find it very strange that their GM can be caught stealing money and time from the company and is still employed also employees are bring harressed yet this practice is acceptable . Something needs to be done .

Would love to see chorizo sausage (the type with little oil/grease ans big chunks) in one/some of your Breakfast items (maybe others also)... FOR US SPICY PEOPLE. Lockeford Meat & Sausage in California has the BEST CHUNKY NON GREASY CHERIZO I have found i the area.

Jessica said taking my order at the window is a delightful person and you can just tell that he has an excellent spirit. and to top it all off my food was hot and correct to all my altering request. Pregnant and craving my favorite Taco Bell menu item. Beef meximelts!!!! Opened up the third one and found a flattened dead bug which resembled a roach and spent the next few minutes vomiting! I really liked Taco Bell but I will never do that again. :(

Went through the drive through here I n bakersfield on beuna vista and 119 simple if you drive through person dont speak english probably not a good idea to put her in that position not smart manaent I wont go back she could not understand what I orderd even at the window

I visited a local Taco Bell today and am saddened & shocked to find the Enchirito removed from your menu AGAIN. I remember it being pulled also in the 90's. The smothered burrito is nice, but NOT as good as the Enchirito was! Please return the Enchirito to the menu ASAP!

I was amazed at the efficiciency of the crew. The crowd was overwhelming. They handled the pressure very well. I was extremely concerned for the well-being of workers' necks. The placement of the monitors which they had to look UP at for each order. They were way too high. I predict painful neck problems. Besides. They could more easily fill orders of monitors were eye level, that is fill them FASTER.

So Thursday night in beaumont ca I decided to take my family to taco bell, well pull up to the drive thru and every 5seconds they would tell us to order not even giving us a chance to browse the menu.we ordered our food and it took forever for them to serve the two cars ahead of us.when we get at the window they took our cash we got the food not only was we shorted but the tacos was all wet and soggy they smelt foul and the quality of the food was terrible.im very embarassed for that store they have zerk quality in there soggy wet nasty food and they shorted us 2 tacos and one 5 layer burrito.I hope nobody has to settle for garbage service from beaumonts taco bell.I couldnt even get my dog to eat it.thanks for the worse fast food experience ever sincerly michael Hernandez

I have been in this store and NO ONE cleans the tables in this store plus the soda area is a mess. I give up going to this place as Del Taco has my families business. This is a shame as this is a new shop!
