Went to taco bell by my house ordered some hard tacos with no lettece recieved lettece also ordered mexican pizza was soggy and not good at all my husband ordered Gordita supreme with steak steak had no flavor food just wasn't like it used to be very unhappy don't think will be going there sny more !

Bac n the 60s I was station at Barstow Cali. There wa this Little taco stan that sold taco burgers for $1.00 why don't you all give it a try

I wanted to let you know my husband came to the taco bell in Brevard NC and he ordered about twenty dollars worth of food and was going to give them a hundred and they told him they don't take hundred dollar bills. I know good and well they have from me before and we are talking 5:30 in the afternoon. If you aren't going to take large bills then you need to post it in drive thru and on the windows and door. I will not use taco bell anymore and it was one of my favorite places to eat. I'm a manager and I tell you I wouldn't have people like that working for me. That s ok I guarantee that my family will not use taco bell anymore.

Your new shredded chicken burrito is definitely a keeper. We are hoping you will keep this on your menu for a very long time. Delicious!! We loved the shredded chicken--very flavorful. Good job Taco Bell!!!

Manager or shift leader whoever she was, was rude, and questioned us like we were liars. As being apart of the restaurant business i know what its like to bebusy and things can become crazy but never talk to a guest in a rude tone nor question them and make them feel wrong, even though at times they could be wrong. I usually eat at this location 1 or 2 times a week but i will drive to the next nearest restaurant. Also i didn't like how she was correcting her emoloyees in front of guest or other employees,its unprofessional not only that demeaning. Shows her character real well.

My step brother interviewed yesterday at one of your stores. When asked if he had a criminal record, he admitted that he had. Not the manger, but the other employee sitting in on the interview made a racist remark. What kinds of people do you have working your stores?? This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I will NEVER eat at your lousy stores again. I am advising my step brother to laywer up. I advise you to keep a close eye on your stores so this does not ever happen again. I sure hope this makes media coverage and you are forced to discipline your employees!!!!!!!!

On 7/23/13 I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was burnt. I took it back and was given another. When I opened the bag to eat it, it was basically in a ball. I will not Ho back to that Taco Bell again. I threw it in the trash, but I took a photo of it first. I would love to send it to you. Unhappy with Taco Bell here in Greeneville, TN.

I jato work there at the general booth location in virginia beach and had bottom fired for not sending in a docs note because my child had a fever of 105 came in the day of his er visit just to give the documents and said the manager never got it I was on camera handing it to shift leader,,, and the managers jato talk to allof us like we were dogs while they sat in the office texting or eating for most of their shift

Horrible, not happy, lazy workers. The Taco Bell in Lake Oswego on lower boones ferry rd always close their dining room 15+ minutes early and I'm fed up because I don't get off until 9thirty and I am never able to make it because they are lazy and close early. I am very annoyed and I hope this is fixed.

Well, I came home after eating at taco bell one afternoon and I sat down at home and started playing on my xbox, when my girlfriend walks by and sees my belly just scrunched up and full. She asked me what I had for dinner and I told her I had the nachos bel grande and a doriris locis nacho cheese taco supreme. She replied " oh, are you full? You look stuffed!" Then i said "yup, look at my taco belly!". I just thought it was hilarious! And a great idea for a commercial or ad!

I used to be a regular at the somerdale, NJ Taco Bell but after today I will never go there again, I will never eat Taco Bell again. I don't like to order food, pay for it and not receive it! I work hard for my money and don't need to lose it ordering food at your place. Secondly, that store never has anything in stock.... Always out of sauce, cheese, hours are never like they say on the door.... Pathetic store..... The employees were fine and were doing their best with what they had to work with..... Except for forgetting some of my food! I'm sure nothing will come of this and I don't want anything personally from you guys I just thought you might want to know in order to better you store.

My thoughts on Management at Taco Bell in Crawfordsville, Indiana?....well, I would seriously recommend higher education for them. They disrespect their employees, have minors work late or long hours (without parent permission), the store is dirty all the time, wrong orders are constantly given out, to top it all off, was informed that lice and scabies were going around the store and didn't seem to do much about it. So please just avoid this store.

taco bell needs to have tamales and bowl of chili on menu.also more consistent quality from one location to the other.

ordered 2 taco salads, besides having the bottom of the shell FULL of rice it had very little lettuce. and to top it off the taco shell was rancid. you could both taste it and smell it. when brought to the attention of the server we were told no one else complained. we were the only people in the place at 1:00 pm. also NO ONE was wearing gloves. lettuce and cheese being dispensed after wiping sweat off head. this needs to be brought to your attention and that of the health dept.

You new commercial showing a supposedly professional chef in a commercial swing a knife around. That is not dangerous but also sends a message to kids it's okay to swing a knife around with people around. I said supposedly professional chef because a professional one would not do that in their kitchens. I feel that if this carelessness is shown in your commercial then it will carry through to your food. Kids see these commercials so please redo it.

such a shame to love taco have a taco bell within a mile and have to drive 5 mile because the one on dolly pardon really suck just went and paid 27. dollars only to throw up there fiesta salads suck i dont think they ever throw away the old one this make 2 time we gotten bad salads well never again i will tell everbody about there food so sad cause taco is great

Went to Taco Bell on river ave in holland Michigan. I ordered the number 11 witch is the Doritos tacos. At first the cashier though I wanted plane tacos then she though I wanted 11 tacos. Then she finally understood I wanted the Doritos tacos. When I finily got my tacos they fucked up and put sour cream and tomotos on them. Next time this happens I'm gonna cause a disturbance. It's a waste of food. There's people that starve to death and this is what Taco Bell does? Waste food.
