Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to my local Taco Bell drive-thru today. Once I got home to eat I realised my large dr pepper didn't taste right. It must have been out. I also paid for 3 sides of sour cream to which none of them had barely any in them. I called the store and talked to the manager. I told her what was wrong and she acted like there was nothing she could do for me. So I asked for cooperate number and she didn't know it. Needless to say I had a bad experience. It's not the first time I've had one at this location. :/

We were looking forward to having Taco Bell for dinner. However, the cashier ruined my weekend by "accidentally" charging my debit card $60.00 for a meal that cost $13.35. Although the cashier processed the return, it takes a few days for my bank to process the return of funds. The manager commented that this happens often and apologized. Happens often? Are they crazy?!! Prior to this visit, I had not been to Taco Bell in years. I am completely done with them now.

I ordered two loaded spicey chicken grillers, and neither one of them had anything in them but 3pieces of meat and a bunch of stuff. The management didn't care when I told them... I use to like taco bell but until they change the service and fix the food portion than il come back to them

Ok so this isnt really a review, more like a request. These Doritos locos tacos you guys are coming out with are amazing, everyone knows it. My request to you its to please please please come out with the sweet and spicy flavored doritos locos tacos. Please! That would be the most amazing thing in the world.

The workers in the store wasaking fun of kids with health problems that they can not help. Not only was the employees doing the customers was doing it to. When asked to speak with manger he aslo was apart of it. I ask for the district manger they gave me the wrong number. I will not be back there ever again. If all taco bells will aloud this kind of things go on then the stores should be shut door and people fired.

Let me say I try to go to Taco Bell every chance I get and now that there is a happy hour I go 3 times a week.! Both of the ones in Dalton, GA are wonderful fast service, polite, and my order is always right.! Any other fast food restaurants get it wrong.! But anyway I love Taco Bell if the Taco Bell into city left I wouldn't eat fast food again.!.!

I love Taco Bell always satisfied, but the new commercial that has the chef waving her knife around is something good chef would never do, its just wrong

If I could rate a negative I would. Terrible food and service every single time I go. No one in Plattsmouth likes this Taco Bell, it's just the closest one without having to drive to Bellevue. If rather drive to Bellevue ne Taco Bell because I've never had a problem. I've had cold food, hair in my food, wrong orders, wrong stuff on my tacos, meat missing on BEEF and potato burittos.and the workers treat you absolutely terrible if you take it back. I refuse to go back after I was treated badly for bringing my food that had hair back.

I use this taco bell more than any other but it never fails that they forget something in our order our get it completely wrong. we have actually even had our credit card info stolen from one of its employees. but despite all this we have continued to use taco bell because we like the food. tonight we ordered from them and had to pull around and wait for a long time for our order and as usual it was wrong again. so my husband braved the rain and went in to get it fixed when the employee working the drive thru told him he wad lying that or order was complete. my husband told him we checked twice and my daughter's kids meal was not in our bag but the guy said again he didn't care he put it in the bag so we were lying. this is unacceptable. it happens way to much please make some changes at this location

7-6-13 On July 3, my husband and I went to the Taco Bell in Winder,Ga...#005111 31 E.May Street....he was very dissatisfied with his meal as was I....he tried to order refried beans and a cup of rice...what he got was a cup of pinto beans with cheese and a cup of pasty white rice. The cashier nor the person on duty in charge that the cashier called for help seemed to know what refried beans were or Mexican rice...now aren't these two dishes Taco Bell is known for? We both got bean burrito supremes and they were tasteless...we both got unsweet tea and it was so watery that you could read a newspaper through it.... we were ther at 1.26.31pm.....Sorry to complain but if people to do not, then improvements will not be made. Our rating at the time of this visit is poor....

For Taco Bell in Fort Myers, Florida On 41 By Bell Tower. I've been working at this Taco Bell for a while now and they have some pretty bad practices. They don't give raises, never treat their employees with respect, and change the expiration dates on their food. Don't ever eat here. They carry over food that should have been thrown away from the night before.

I'm from Alabama and my kids eat taco bell atleast once a week. I went to Wisconsin to see my family on vacation and my kids begged for taco bell. I find the closest one and it's in Richmond Illinois. It's me, my 2 girls, and my little niece. I was rushed and in a hurry and wound up forgetting my wallet on the table! I went to the gas station when I left and couldn't find my wallet. I knew I had left it at taco bell in Richmond Illinois. I drove all the way back and they had my wallet in the safe box. I was on a panic because all of my money, debit/credit cards were in there. My life was in that wallet. Needless to say they had my wallet and nothing was missing! The crew was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I was just so impressed with this taco bell and they definitely deserve something for this good dead!

I had a Taco Bell on my college campus and ate there at least 4days a week. That was 6 years ago since then I lived less than a mile from one and at least 2 days a week I ate there, it was the only place open after I got off from work at midnight. Now married and living in a small town Taco Bell is one place I know I can get good food. At least I thought the last 2 times I go to get food they tell me there out of BEEF. How is that possible half of the items you sell is beef. I will never eat at any of your stores. Not only do they run out of beef in Louisa Ky but they are rude and mess up my order almost always. Since I never ate anything bad from there I take it and go but between no BEEF and wrong food and bad service I am done.I

We love Taco Bell but your paper for the Taco's are too thin ! before you can finish even half of the Taco the Taco starts to fall through the paper ! Please make the paper thicker ! Please

The Taco Bell employees in Galveston Texas are horrible. They scream across the restaurant, act very ghetto and unprofessional. One young woman employee even went as far as to step outside to fight a male customer. All while the restaurant was full of people. They argued with other customers, even though the employee was the one that made a mistake. Very poor customer service

I used to work for you make your customer no.1 food better where the customer wants to keep coming back put the right prices on your menu, train your worker I love working there your worker done care any more ant one can have a tilitle but do they like there job back when I worked there so many customer you had the order kept coming you are losing them every day some time change is not good..Go back and think what was good.

I did a interview at taco bell in Kansas 3651 State Ave n was denied the job because she was having affair with a person I new and then they stopped fooling around and she punished me for that and it's unfair to me and that was 2months ago and I found out there is a opening still for the position I know of her then seen her around and she smokes weed and she is a drunk and I'm going to expose her because she wants me to suffer because of her affair going haywire.

Taco Bell Wife picked up two taco salads from Oak street Taco Bell Conway Ar. They were terrible. Taco bowl is now paper thin. Less of everything and beans replaced with watery rice. REALLY????? Oh, and more expensive. Less and soggy for more. Not a good business model. Will not reorder. Lost a customer!!!! Shame on you! My wife can make better for less. Michael

Why won't Taco Bell bottle their fire sauce like they do their mild and hot? Hot just isn't near as good as the fire in my opinion. I'm addicted to their fire sauce but they never give you enough packets. I have to order inside for my to go food just to get an adequate amount of fire packets. If they'd just bottle it and sell it in stores I would buy several a week!
