The Taco Bell at Beaver Dam, KY is clean, staff personal but ... the drive thru speaker hasn't worked on SEVERAL occasions, they don't have the NEW items the first few weeks they are introduced AND there is NOT enough meat on the tacos. I have unwrapped and looked for meat before just to see if they had forgotten the meat. Ever think about doing the Undercover boss thing? You should.

I live in Norwalk,OH but travel to the Taco Bell in Bellevue,oh. The employees are so nice and I just love the atmosphere in there. Very welcoming for a fast food restaurant.

I have found a pic of a taco bell employee licking a stack of hard shells... Sooooo nasty. Makes me not wanna ever eat there. I live in Orlando fl and trust me the comment on this post is about 85 people who won't be either.. I don't know what taco bell he works at I heard it wasn't here it was in ca but we don't know and this makes us not wanna eat there... Catch this guy. Im gonna email this pic to the corporate office... This needs to be dealt with!!!

The Taco Bell in Webster, NY, is not very clean, especially the kitchen area. They got my order wrong twice. My husband's crunchy tacos were soggy. Taco Bell needs to put more money into inspections and emmployee training, and less into advertising.

Their resturant in Mt. Shasta Ca. Has probably the worst food of any of their sites. On msny occasions food is cold and seems to be prepared ahead of time. Ate there 6/3/2013. Got two of their "boxes", I say boxes only causecthats what menu says. Tacos were wet and soft in bottom and fell apart. Food was put in a bag not box.

Taco Bell's Cantina bowl is the tastiest fast food I've ever had! Kudos to the chef who created it.

I had alwaysloved Taco Bell as I came from California and had always lived on Taco's. When I go shopping I will stop by get a couple taco & drink and do my shopping.. To make a long story short last Thursday wnet by Taco Bell got my two taco's. That was the worst Taco I had every had in my life!!!! The shell was stall seemed to be old. The meat ws Very dry what there was of it. the amount was about the size of a little finger on my hand. There was just (one small piece ) of lettuce and about 1/4 teaspoon of cheese. I will not go back to this taco bell every..!!! Even though is colse to my house it is on Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins, Ga (1251) not sure of st. number but it is # 4 store..

We order Taco Bell at 7880 White Ln. and every time we order there's a hair in our food when we change our order or take our time So disgusting I will never eat there again

The taco bell in Hudson MA had always gotten our order wrong! We order the cheese and Frito burrito but there is no cheese or chips! We've ordered the doritos tacos and have not gotten the correct amount of tacos ordered. Its very disappointing to us because we love taco bell but this particular restaurant messes up every single plorder! We've ordered more than 20 times and have specified what we want each time and they STILL mess it up! We ARE NOT spendingany more money at this location! They have no idea what ththey're doing and I feel they haven't been trained propetly.

My friend and I recently went to Taco Bell for a nice lunch. My friend, Katie, had finished her soda and was eating the ice when she noticed something in the bottom of her cup. We waited till we or back to work and looked at the ice cube. To our surprise and disgust we found a mucose ball (lugie) frozen in the ice cube. We will NEVER eat there again and hope that everyone else thinks twice before eating there too!! This Taco Bell is located in front royal Virginia.

Taco Bell, Roselle Road, Schaumburg, IL. As with all drive threws, the cash register is right at the window. The cashier took my credit card and walked clear across the kitchen into a back room where she was out of my site. After about a minute, she retuned with my credit card still in hand and then proceeded to ring my order. I asked her why she took my credit card clear out of my site and into another room. Her response was I had to answer the phone. I said if there is credit card fraud on my card, I am sending them directly to you.

I purchased 2 Gift cards for my daughter in laws birthday. When she went to use the cards they did not work. The worker said they were not activated. I returned to Taco Bell the following day with the receipt for the gift cards and the evening manager said: I'm sorry there is nothing i can do, you will have to try to contact the corporate office!!!!!! I am a victim! UNREAL!

Every time me and my husband goes there they mess up my order . Today we went through drive thru we ordered 1/2 pound potaotoe burrito , the cool ranch locos box , med baja blast, beefy crunch , fiesta potatoe. But when we were eating the food i relized they had given me the nacho one instead of the cool ranch plus the burrito supreme tasted so nasty that i could not eat it. I will never go back to that taco bell ever again........

Everytime that i go to the taco bell in my area they always mess something up. Just to day i asked if they can do a simple performance and they could not even label the beefy crunchy burritos w/ NO RICE. i should not have to touch someone else food just to see which is which. Tired of the same 'ol things.

Taco Bell on I 240 and May ave in Oklahoman city ok is the worst and rudest employees ever. We ordered sour cream on everything and did not get it also we ordered hard tacos and got Nasty soft tacos my husband called and complained and the lady hung up on him he kept trying to call and speak with a manager and they kept hanging up on him. Then when they finally answered they said they were going to call the cops. I will never go back to this place. And I will tell everyone I know to never ever go there!!!!

I just found out that Taco Bell offers a Senior Discount. However, I also just discovered that it is NOT available unless you go inside. Who is not aware that a LOT of seniors use walkers, crutches, and wheelchairs? I am on crutches myself, which is why a drive in window is important to me. There is NO WAY I can come in, stand in line, and take my food out the door to my car. So, your senior discount is USELESS to many of us. Did you do this on purpose? There is no difference in money spent, no tips to give, so why this stupid policy? You need to rethink your senior policy, or forget it altogether. My Facebook Friends are going to hear about this. There are a lot of places that give senior discounts, and coming inside is not required.

Taco bell in lexington nc on nc hwy8 is the WORST! When I called to complain about the grey hamburger meat in my soft taco I was told there wasnt a number or way to contact the main office, and also I ordered a chicken quesadilla the had no chicken in either end. With a heath grade of 93 im honestly not surprised that the food was horrible. I will NEVER go back.

Seneca Falls ny/Waterloo,ny Taco bell/KFC .. I ordered a volcano taco/burrito... WTF nasty made wrong. No volcano shells. No rice in burrito. I am so sick of this store location being like this. This is not the first problem I have had here. They also once had no straws, and out of other food items.. Please go there and fix that trash hole..

The employees who staff the drive-thru at the Taco Bell located at NW 39th & Ann Arbor in OKC are the best! They are always friendly and courteous, and even when the line is long, the wait is never long. Keep up the good work everyone! I appreciate your hard work.

I am so upset and disappointed I went through the drive through and had received dry nasty chicken on my quesodia I went got the food replaced and now instead of giving me what I have ordered I get steak icant eat steak and have been trying to call this taco bell back to speak to the manager who originally replaced my order and have been trying to call for 25minutes now I am extremely starting to get very upset with this please work on this problem I feel as have been in customer service that you are to always try and keep ypur customers happy
