Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was an employee at the Warrenton, Mo Taco Bell and I don't know who else to tell about this. The management is very poor. Many of the managers don't do nearly anything. One manager likes to hangout outside and smoke cigarettes while the rest of her team works to prepare food short handed. They sit in the office and don't do anything (not all), and never count down drawers and such on time, if at all. I think it would be best to send 'secret shoppers' to see the problems for yourself.

Again this is at Lunch hour and no traffic at all in front or back at the drive through and it takes 20 to 25 minutes to finally get an order .... and I have eaten many times at Taco Bell in other parts of the State and no problem or KFC but this one off RT 30. In Manchester,Maryland- really is slow and dirty needs a visit from the Health Administration and Regional manager ? Stop in there unscheduled see for yourself?

Two days in a row we went to the Taco bell on Martin Luther King and both days our order was messed up. 3 bean burritos w/o onions and cheese add rice, how hard is that to get right.? Both times it was on the receipt that way but both times it had onions and cheese. Then instead of apologizing for the mistake we got attitude. Employees seemed distracted by talking to other people waiting off to the side that clearly have already received their food.

Attempted to purchase food at approximately 12:45 am and was told that the store had forgot to "drop" the beef so I would need to take my $40 order somewhere else. The store number was 026753.

I went at 12:35 am when the window clearing says closes at 1. I sat at the speaker box for 3 4 mins then went up to the window for about another 5 mins. I had to wave the guy down when he looked at me 2 or 3 times. He finally looks at me and points to the clock. I point at my phone and yell its 12:42 you guys dont close till 1. He wouldnt even open the window to talk to me he yelled right back sorry we are close. Very young kids working andI it was a manager that told me this also. This is not the first time they have done this but it will be the last.

An article was in our paper today about Taco Bell planning to test a Power Protein menu for people looking to eat healthy. This is a false statement. For Power Protein to be healthy, all food served should be ORGANIC. The Corporation fully aware of this. Sincerely, Joan E Hendrix

I proceeded to get a No #11 (three Dorito Loco tacos and a drink) for $5.93 with one fire & one hot sauce packet per taco. To quote the little old lady from the 80's in the Wendy's commercials - "Where's the beef?!" or in this case - meat substitute? There was less than an ice-cream scoop of meat substitute for all three tacos. It was more like a melon baller per taco - and not a heaping melon baller at that!

I live in INDIANAPOLIS Indiana and go to the local Taco Bell at Kentucky and Mann rd and this store is the worst one around. A week ago my daughter bit into her beefy nacho burrito and a metal button fell out and I had to argue with the manager about replacing our food. Then my husband went up there and they got our order wrong and they refused to replace the missing products. I have never had this problem before this year at that location. Get it together your management sucks

they never seem to care about customers in the tipton location me and my daughter was there for 5 min waiting at register then i asked if anyone was doing cashier a group of 4 or 5 at the food station (they was talking about things that dont partain to work then they told me to wait so i waited a couple min as we was walking out door finally someone decided to help we was walking home from store had food could not wait all day when i called to complain it was the manager who treated us this way i will never go back to toco bell

went to taco bell Smithville tn and verry little meat I asked uf I could please have another taco she said it would be the same come on really

So I was an employee at Taco Bell in Aberdeen SD for a year and the first 4 months were great until we got a new manager and everything went down hill. I quit after a year because of the constant disrespect and working at a place that was so poorly ran. And I was just told by another co worker that now when I eat there the manager and assistant manager spit in my food. Great to know!

I went to the Taco Bell in west towne mall Madison wi around 5pm on june 14th. The people there were really nice and upbeat and did an amazing job. Probably the best looking/tasting meal I've ever had at Taco Bell. Was really surprised.

Is there anything I can do to persuade you guys to bring back the Fire Roasted sauce??? I love you guys and I would really appreciate some Fire Roasted sauce with my crunchy tacos. It's like heaven in your mouth. So please please please bring it back. Not because I love you... Do it for Fire Roasted fans every where <3

Last nite we picked up some tacos at the Taco Bell in Des Moines Wa., we could not believe the amount of meat that was in the tacos, what is going on, it was almost funny like maybe it was a joke or something, was the store running low on meat and stretching it out, the amount of meat was less then a quarter inch if that., Taco Bell where's the meat in your tacos.

I just wanted to let you know that the Taco Bell at zumbehl Road and Highway 70 in St Charles Missouri has the best speaker over the intercom that I've ever heard. do not know what his name is but he is so awesome every taco bell needs one like him..

We were in Lancaster Ohio for a softball tournament and we stopped at the Taco Bell across from River Valley Mall. I just wanted to say that it was the cleanest Taci Bell I've ever eaten in and the employees were the nicest and most helpful. Great Job!

I used to work at the one in Calcutta Ohio and they always get the order wrong, no one likes to work and they got rid of me because the higher manangers didn't like my voice when i was sick

For 3 nights I have went to the Taco Bell on Cleveland hwy in dalton ga and they refuse to take my order 15 mins before they close I am furious with the mangemant they surely have policies to follow. I will get this taken care of

Love going to taco bell but everytime we go to our local taco bell we leave disapointed because rude employees, messed up orders everytime, bad food, dirty restraunt, ceiling fell in one time, and they argue about giving cups with their meal combos.bad bad store...going to neenahs!

Staff were Rude and unpleasant, Service was terrible and food was Inedible . They yelled at me and employees were laughing , I was afraid to tell them to fix my order right might have spit in it .
