Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

I visited taco bell on hegenburger in Oakland today around 2:15 and ordered a "beefy loaded griller" this review should allow for pictures. Huge dissapointment. I get back to the office open it and it consists of a tortilla filled w fiesta strips with a smear of what looks like it used to be beef? Maybe rubbed off of a spatula or ones hands. Gross! Pick it up taco bell. .continuous dissapointment. Take note

I usually love Taco Bell; however, I will no longer patronize them because they obviously don't like service dogs. A gentleman with hearing problems was told to leave with his clearly defined service dog because some of the patrons did not want a dog in the restaurant. This is disgusting. May that manager experience something similar and see how he/she likes it. If I wasn't working, I would try to hold a picket line at each Taco Bell in my town.

Just went thru drive thru in Brown Deer, WI. Got a pop for 1.06. I gave the girl 20.06. She gave me 14.06 back. I noticed this as I pulled away from the window. So I went in. I told the general manager and showed him what she gave me and the receipt. I told him I was shorted 5.00. He said he'd have to count the register. I said sure no problem. He the looked at the receipt and I could see him counting in his head and he then handed me back one ones. I took them and said thank you, assuming he knew how to count. Got in my car and realized he only gave me 4.00 back. The entire store apparently needs 1st grade math lessons!!!!!

I'm completely blown out of the water that a company this big could allow there customers to be treated this way! I was feeding my daughter this food at the time when I notices mold on her taco. This is so sad, if your a parent you can just imagine how I feel... Taco Bell will never get my service anymore!!!

This is one of the worst experiences I have had. It was yukon Oklahoma Taco Bell, 975 s Cornwell to be exact. The service was horrible. Two employees to be exact. Chris g. And a younger guy with tattoos and piercing. We were missing food and they were very rude about us notifying them. And they were very hateful giving it to us and when we asked for more than 3 packets of sauce when we got 8 items. I will never go back. Also didn't answer any phones when I called to get a managers name.

Stop making Doritos tacos for good its bad for taco bell too find out that they stole the idea from Gary Cole so stop make the taco scells now

I hadn't been to a Taco Bell for two years because I had Ava's experience. My daughter talked me into going today and I was extremely pleased. We went through the drive-thru and right away I was surprised that the cashier was very polite. When I pulled up to pay he was still polite and very kind. His name was Joshua M. and he totally changed my opinion about Taco Bell. He was an outstanding example of an amazing employee!

The three locations in Allen, Texas are always on time. I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes, and it is always the highest quality possible. and BTW, please bring back the Beefy Nacho Burrito. it is on my top 5 list of favorite items

I just got out of the worst taco bell ever...on division red in Eugene OR. Yes it had the usual underpaid staff...but this one refused to put more than a drop of beans or meat on my chicken taco salad. Their owner must be a real jerk making the probably illegals in the kitchen afraid to put extra beans on the good. Seriously, done with slave labor institutions and GMO foods. This was the last time I go to TB

since i love TACOS i eat at taco bell everyday and i love doritos locos tacos and i have a very high respect for taco bell

I like Taco Bell for fast Mexican food however the shells the Taco salads come in taste and smell toxic. That awful taste and smell of the taco shell leaks into the salad and makes it taste like a bunch of chemicals too. I have stopped ordering taco salads because of this.

I ate at a taco bell in Blaine, mn two days ago; I have never been this sick ever. I didn't sleep an hour last night and haven't been able to eat in a day. I'll never eat there again. I will never have good words to say about taco bell.

The service at the Antigo Wisconsin store #k092003 was slow I waited just over 15 minutes for 9 tacos I will NEVER visit that taco bell ever again.

Taco bell was a regular Friday treat for my carpool. One day last week, my son and I went inside to discover 6-7 employees in the food prep area. One employee was holding a child, about 18 months. A woman with 3 children walked in just ahead of us and handed another employee another ~18 month old baby. I was disgusted that employees would allow children of any age in the food prep area. There were about 8 customers in the restaurant. It didn't seem to bother the employees at all.

We eat ALOT at Liberty Texas Taco Bell but not no more. My son found a band aid off someones finger in his half eaten burrito. It made him sick. I took pictures and took it back up there and they didn't even apologize. They said they was going to send it off to corporate. Never heard anymore. Sick!!!

Having a short time for lunch and starving, coworkers and myself decided on Taco Bell. I ordered the Taco Salad, and to my surprise I recieved a taco shell with lettuce and rice and a tiny bit of cheese. Never again will I be a Taco Bell customer.

I love tacobell everyone that I have gone to has bin great. But this ident about your food or service I actually have a commercial idea. My idea is that you see a man looking through a pair of binoculars then he gets a happy and surprised face. Then you use the view of the binoculars and see a man off in the distance. The man run up a building to a bell. He rings the bell and everyone starts saying "it's the Taco Bell"all the family's and people start running to the building with the bell the man in the distance then walks up with the tacos and starts giving them out. That's my idea hope u like it

Your mckinney tx location on custer road is the absolute worst taco bell i have been to in 30 years. The drive through line has 10 cars in it so we decide to go in. There are 6 seperate families on the inside. Not to our knowing, they all were waiting on food. We proceed to pay for our meal. We wait another 25 minutes for our food. This is very unexceptable for any taco bell. This pace will definitely be my last place on earth to eat. Heck, we already starved waiting on our food.

Twice in a row our order has been wrong g poo ing through the drive through at the branson mo. Taco bell on 76 hwy. We will not be back.
