While at Taco Bell on Halsted Ave, in Homewood, IL at 8:42 P.M. on May 3rd, I witnessed a girl with pink hair gather up spit in her throat and deliberately spit into the fountain drink area! Employees completely ignored the situation. They needed to say something to her and immediately sanitize the area! I complained, but they did nothing and pretended it didn't happen. They asked me if I wanted to order. I told them that I would never come back!

Manager very respectful, tries her best to keep tables and commen area clean. She seems to be the only one at this time cleaning, they just changed shifs, they all seem to get along, but the tall white kid looks like he is going to go postal on someone anytime now, he doesn't seem to fit in with the others. Great responds to all customers.

Exited freeway on pitt scool road in dixon ca for some taco bell acouple weeks ago. They over charged me for my food. Apparently their prices went up but the idiot manager failed to change the prices on the drive through. Asked for manager she argued and said she was going to let us have it this time. The doritos locos tacos were stale as hell please take care of this garbage cause We love taco bell without the drama!

Went to Lindale, Texas location to drive-thru. I was yelled at by some advertising speech. Did taco bell not learn anything from those stupid talking gas pumps. Who wants to listen to rhat crap.

I always used to go to the Taco Bell at 3509 N. Harlem in Chicago. My husband purchased 2 double deckers and half way through the first taco, he bit into a bone inside the meat. He continued eating the 2nd taco and again, but into a piece of bone. We were both grossed out beyond repair. I'm well aware that your quality of meat is the lowest of the low, but bones? I will never eat Taco Bell again.

The Rantoul Il. Taco Bell is the worst!!! It Is consistently the slowest Taco Bell I have been to. We ordered 2 of the 12 packs, I soft shell and one hard shell. We sat in line for 25 min. Waiting and and 15 of that was at the window after we have them the money. Someone needs to inspect this place and make some changes. There were no apologies or anything, even after I brought it to her attention. Absolutely the WORST!!!!!

The store in Abilene #024030 tried to rip me and my wife off. First they had an immature little high school girl working the drive-thru, and she got part of our order wrong. Then she tried to short-change us with a $20 bill, and she only gave us coins back. When we spoke to the manager (who was only 17 years old), he was very rude to us! If they don't start hiring mature adults to run the restaurant, I am gonna sue you all!

I went to the grundy taco bell today and I tell u I will not go back to that store. The general. Manager I'm thinking she said her name was kimba keen was terriably unpleasant to me and my family I only asked to have a taco remade because it was mafe wrong and she literally jumped down my throat then she treated her crew like trash when she herself mafe my order if she continues to Work their then my family and I will never be back and we have a nig family and no a lot of people we will tell people if you want to be treated badly go to taco bell kimba keen will sue treat u that way

This location on Main st. keeps you waiting at the first window without paying until your order is ready then they run back to the first window and take your money then run to the second window to give ur food. Always the same person. They do this to avoid the timer. This is the only Taco bell in Weatherford. Please do something about it. It's so freaking anoying.

The service we received at the taco bell located in heber city, Utah was revolting. Multiple things went wrong during our visit. First thing they got the order wrong and when asked to fix it said they would but did not. The boy Emilio at the window replied that he could not repeat the order to us off the screen because it was too hard but we could look on the receipt after he charged my card to see what was wrong and then asked if we could pull around to wait for our food. After waiting to speak with someone about what was wrong on our order the young man who I did not catch his name offered to fix what was wrong and give us the things we were missing from our order. He did try his best to fix things while the others on the crew were joking around about picky customers saying that the customer was probably obese but using other obscurities which I found very unpleasant as I was standing there listening to this young man disrespect customers. The name of this young man was Austin, I don't think he realized that I was standing right there not obese but 32 weeks pregnant. After getting home we checked the food and most of the food was.correctly made but there was something in our Mac and cheese. I have the picture of the Mac and cheese.

I love your taco and the prices are great! I don't understand why you cannot find a site that gives the prices for the menu. It makes it easy to some people who has someone get the order for them so they know how much to give them and with prices I would put the prices in bold as they are so reasonable! Just need to indicate that prices may change.

After picking up my disabled uncle from the hospital we went to the Drive Thru. I said "hold on" when I got to the window so I could tell him what was new and what he should try, I was interrupted twice by the lady in the Drive Thru asking if I needed HELP with anything i said "no." Literally before I could say "ok I'm ready to order" the lady said again do I need any help, but this time said "BECAUSE WE ARE ON A TIMER". (That is incorrect. The timer is at the window once the customer has ordered and pulled up for the employee to get the money and the food and whatever else out the window and the customer gone and satisfied with in a certain time. NOT TO RUSH THE CUSTOMER OR BE RUDE AND TURN DOWN SERVICE.) I obviously did NOT go inside, b/c it is easier for my uncle thats in a wheelchair to not have to get in and out the car. I personally am not going to eat any food prepared by a place or person(s) whom talk or treat customers that way I asked if she rather me LEAVE, AND SHE REPLIED "YES!!" After backing up destroying my car, which I paid for to get fixed, I went inside to get CORP # (to file a complaint) and she told me "MOVE AWAY FROM MY COUNTER FOR MY CUSTOMERS!" --CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA

The taco bell in Deridder louisiana is the most unclean restaurant i have ever been in. Tables broke, missing chairs, drains ovee flowing with no telling what in bathroom. Health department needs to shut it down. Ill never eat there again

My husband & I replied to the surveys on the back of the receipt. Was asked all the questioned , was neer asked to enter survey code . Was asked for full name and phone number to enter sweepstakes then instantly told you are not a winner and the survey was over. Most unprofessional. A Marketing scheme to gather names and numbers! WHO IS TACO BELL SHARING OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH !!!!!!

What a shame you have to promote dishonesty and lying about your where abouts to sell food. Not very creative at all.

I Visit your store Delray Beach,fl on linton blvd it was good to see everyone that was handling food waring food handling glove & the costumer service was great plz let them know to keep up the good work

had to wait over 20 mi had to wait over 20 minutes from my food had terrible customer service and will probably never go to the Taco Bell ever again in Atlanta Georgi they got my orde they got my order wrong and the food was not hot this is extremely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant I want my money back

I normally don't even take time to write reviews. Your store in Jacksonville Alabama has terrible customer service! I came tonite to order food and all the employees were sitting outside. When I ordered food they seemed obviously ill that I was interupting their social time. Usually everytime I'm there they are out of something as well. The employees attitude toward their customers are terrible in my experience. The food is good however I will never recommend Taco Bell to anyone because of my experiences in my hometown

We need a new store in Rittman ,Ohio... tired of burger king,, and if they was to put one of rt, 57 of Rittman .Ohio, guarantee it would make alot of business.. We have 4 pizza places ..subway,and 2 places to get chicken and 3 local diners,a Chinese place and a small cafe,we need a new variety. please look into it,, I go clear into Wadsworth and Orrville for it, and thats maybe every other month, one in town here we be going heck alot more often. thank ,,
