I am sooo irritated with T-Mobile! I went out and bought my own phones at Walmart just so I would not have a contract with them, went to a TMobile store to activate them and was assured I would have no contract. Well, their service kept dropping calls -even when I was near a cell tower. So I dropped them. Now they want to charge me a full month for one day of service and $200 for each phone plus another #35 in taxes. They can go to the devil before I pay them! Then they robo call me. A computer call to my number wanting me to wait for them to talk to me... how impersonal!
I had a T-Mobile SPARQ for 2 mos. before it went out on me. I contacted the Cust. Svc. who told me that I should send it back and they would send me a new one. I was told to take out the SIMS card and the battery only. After two weeks now, I finally received back a refurbished one with no Back Cover. Online chat told me that I was supposed to have kept the back cover and they would not send me one to replace it. I am so pissed off and I am going to call their HQ, in Bellevue, Wa. No more T-Mobile for me! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
I have had my phones for 24 days, payed for phones and deposits up front in store on July 27 plus deposited $1443.oo towards my 1st yr of contract and was rewarded with a bill on July 28 showing that my balance had dropped drastically to $1135.10 being charged $307.90 in a 24 hr period plus the $100.oo deposit in store. Not to mention that in a couple days I'm getting billed again so that in a 1 month period they charged me a total of about $527.90.
t mobile put my home phone # on a prepaid card without my permission from my vonage land line account? how they did i don't Know i have been trying to get it back with the help of vonage even they are frustrated. They had me on a three way call with tmobile getting transfferd to differnt departments i think we even talked to the custodian. After 12 years with t mobile im lookin. This time i purchase a phone i going to call thier help line in front of the sales person and see how great it is.
First I want to say that other than crossing the Sunshine Skyway Bridge - I love my TMobile service. That being said - I have been jerked around by TMobile since I got my daughter a phone April 1, 2012. As we were in the store located at DeSoto Square Mall - the representative seemed to understand what we needed - my daughter needed unlimited talk, text & web. I left the store confident that my bill would go up no more than 100.00 per month. Well, I had to call TMobile for another issue before I received that first bill and almost had a heart attack when I heard my bill was over 1,000.00. Seems like the rep never put my third line as an unlimited text line. After tears and speaking with the customer service rep - I was told that her phone would be unlimited text and that my bill would be just under 300.00. I get my next bill - it is over 400.00. Again, I call TMobile and was told that the third line would have to be limited at 500 minutes or would be an 89.00 charge PLUS the 35.00 for data. So, I said she can not be limited as it will cost too much. Can my line, the main one, be changed to a limit of 500 minutes and was told "yes no problem". So I got off the phone, happy again, that my next bill would be lower. Imagine my surprise when I call up about something else and hear that my bill is over 1,000.00 again. I was on unlimited calls but no unlimited texts so I had a humongous overage of texts at 20 cents a text. The representative said that the last rep must have been interrupted before completion but that she would GUARANTEE that this coming bill would be correct and that my bill, for three lines, should be 256.00. I laugh at the moment - I don't have the bill but each of the previous people told me the same exact lie. I await the correction on this bill but feel that TMobile should give me a discount of the overage of any amounts I paid once my correct bill is figured as I have tried to get this corrected since end of April, beginning of May, 2012. This is a travesty because people say "well it will be fixed and I'm sorry" but "I'm sorry does not replace the over 150.00 I have been overcharged per month since April 1st. What is my recourse? Who do I call?? It is almost worth a lawyer because at this point I am so stressed I would go after them for pain and suffering.
They don't even deserve 1 star after 15 years with this company I have had 3 to 4 months of hell calling constantly about poor or no service in areas that I had service. Was told by tech support that they have switched towers and that they are having trouble with 3g, and wont be up running till late Nov 2012, Well I am a business and this company cost me 4 big jobs because they could not reach me. So I had no choice to change carriers, I had only 15 days left on my 2 year contract and they are trying to charge me a early termination fee, of 50.00 That is outrageous, When I ported my number I was told that the would waive that fee since I only had 15 days and because I had so much trouble with my service. Well I get a closing bill for last month and this month plus earlier termination. I called to request a fair credit and they refused any amount. They say they value their loyal customers, RIGHT> I am so sick of apologies from your staff, DON'T APOLOGIZE FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM!!!!!! i CAN BE REACHED AT 336-776-8697

IN TIMES OF NEED WHEN THE ECONOMY IS VERY BAD FOR ALL OF US EXCEPT THE DARN BIG BUSINESS. I CAN'T GET A PAYMENT PLAN ON A NEW PHONE, BECAUSE MY OLD ONE IS NOT WORKING. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO IN THE T-MOBILE STORE THE OTHER DAY WAS RUDE. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE. WHEN MY CONTRACT IS UP IN DECEMBER TRUST ME I WILL BE CANCELING MY SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE IN THIS COUNTRIES BIG COMPANIES BUT SOMETHING BETTER HAPPEN FOR THE LITTLE GUY. AND VERY SOON.......
I can't even begin to complain about my bill. I was told my phone would not get a recurring fee of internet and yet every month it was the same thing. Then as operators, I get either people from another country or sarcastic mean people. People who have no training, who sound like they were hired by their uncle or aunt. Its ridiculous. I have two smart phones and only one has a "mandatory" internet yet the other was purchased in the same way and it doesn't have a mandatory internet. And many times I've called and they keep saying they put a "note" on it and apologized because they were wrong. Yet I keep getting the same charges. Then I ask to speak to a manager and they transfer me to another agent...a clueless one with the same half ass answers. When I finally speak to a manager, she pretends to care and begins to spell things out like Im an idiot and I can't read my bill. Then I also get a rejected rebate? What the hell? I buy a phone for the rebate and it is rejected. This is a joke. Tmobile will rob your money but they wont help you. Worst service ever. And the manager hung up on me. The Worst.!!!
I went over my bill £145.65 when I rang 150 to pay half as I couldn't afford it all that the time. The robot woman told me the billed had been paid and it had cleared on the 1st of augest. Ok I wasn't going to complain its there fault it says iv paid on there system! Anyway before they took "anymore money” I took money straight out my bank what I got paid that day. I just cheked my online banking and it says tmobile has took 145.65 on todays date but then tmobile has put it all back in the hole 145.65?I do not get why can anyone help?
My real rating is a -7 stars. It takes over 20 or more minutes to get a human. Then it takes another hour or so to get someone in the US. This is the poster child for NAFTA gone bad. They were greats for years. But then, I signed a contract with them. And service went to hell within 2 months. It was annoying to get the auto-recorder, but now there is some sort of new window that shows up instead of actually dialing into tmobile. The service is horrible. The service continues to cut out - even on calls to tmobile! No one can commit to anything. Customer service is non-existance. Customer loyalty is just that - customer loyalty - there is no tmobile loyalty to customers. I have a defective phone. They refuse to give me the copies of the information on my phone so I can change to a new one. They are demanding $400 for a phone they have in their possession. They are ruining my credit rating. I HATE them. And I currently have a contract with them. I am filing a formal complaint with the FTC. I am calling my Congresspeople. I am calling my Representatives. I am filing charges of fraud against them. They make billions by screwing the public, and get protection from the public by handing millions to Washington, Best thing the public can do? BOYCOTT TMOBILE.
I agree with all the above messages ...TMOBILE IS THE WORST !!!!!! My 17 yr old has better customer service edicate then tmobile customer service and managers.. It seems to take 8 monkeys to get to the gorilla ..and thats a joke in itself...Im in awww the way these people handle coustmers...Ive been waiting now 12 weeks for a 330.00 rebate that i still dont have.....but they are quick in a drop of a dime to shut your service off if your a day or two late ,then tack on outragous reconnect fees....Such a joke ...........
EVEN 1 Star to to high of a rating for tmobile ..ive been a customer for 10 yrs and the last 2 yrs have been a joke ....Managers Carlos and Areal manager to this day and its been 3 have not returned my call ..I was told from Carlos i would recieve a call back ...Never recieved a call back and hes a manager????? WOW !!!!! but now with not recieving a call back from the areal manager i can see why there are idiots that work their .....The run arounds you get from customer service is amazing!!!!! But overall rating for tmobile is a well below a 1 star ... IM STIIL AWAITING A REBATE THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME 8 WEEKS AGO NOW TOLD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 4 WEEKS .....CRAZY AND POOR SERVICE.....WHEN IM DONE WITH MY 2 YR CONTRACT I WILL DROP YOU AND WILL WAIT TILL THE 2 YRS SO YOU (TMOBILE) WILL NOT GET 600 CANCEL FEE . THERES 3 OF US ON THIS CONTRACT AND WILL ALL DROP ......
they will charge you for the entire month when you port over to another carrier..I reported them to the FCC who was very interested to hear my complaint...Now TMobile has to respond to them.
I've been trying to order a plan from T-Mobile for the past week,three times to be exact and each time it was cancelled due to verification problems which I don't understand. I've called and emailed customer service several times but no one has gotten back to me. On top of that, they took out the deposit out of my bank account and promised to have it returned by 7/19/2012. I still haven't received any of the deposits they took out. This is frustrating and not a good way to gain customers. You suck T-Mobile. You're cheap but you suck.
Well, I've never gotten such an outrageous bill in my life. And all for calling my husband who is in the military and was stationed in Germany. I don't get why international calling costs. But I do know that they can't expect such a large amount of money to be paid by a certain date. And since I'm responsible for paying it for him I honestly don't know how I'm going to pay it. Especially since they're going to keep raising the bill. I only receive $400 twice a month from him. That's $800 a month. The last bill was $854 and since I couldn't pay it the bill raised up to $1422.50. Now how am I suppose to get that much by next month? Come on, seriously guys, how can you sit there expect that to be paid off within less than a month with today's economy? For god's sake, I just had a baby too. I'd think since the account was suspended the bill wouldn't raise and I'd get more time to pay it off. But I guess I was wrong huh? SMH.
T-Mobile is a rip off company!!! I switch over to T-Mobile/Walmart plan because it's was cheaper for the two lines that we have. A year later we get a bill that has gone into collections of almost $500.00! T-Mobile is letting Walmart T-Mobile claim their name but as I was told now that they are not the same company. They are just using T-Mobile's towers. We have been thinking we are still with T-Mobile but wasn't. I think T-Mobile and Walmat T-Mobile is working together and splitting the money that they are ripping people off with. I have since switch to AT&T. A much better service with unlimited text messaging and don't have to worry about going over. If they are not part of T-Mobile they should not be using their name! I have contacted an attorney to resolve this issue. When it's all said and done you T-Mobile carriers may be under the carrier Jacci's Mobile plan!
Hi, to whom ever this may concern, im trying to understand why i am not aloud to call for ansewers to my problems. With iether my bill or phone. When you call, for help, they dont know what to do. And they cannot transfer to anyone else. So you have to call again, sometimes zsevral times. Thats when you say its the customer whos wrong. Thats not fair. To the customer. And then you threatuning to shut off customers phone due to customer. When in fact, its t-mobiles fault. I will not call at all. But! If something goes wrong with bill again. Do i resever the wright to cancel my cotract at no exspence to me. I do not feel its ok to go throw the same thing every monfh. thanks
I'm cancelling my contract with you and I won't be paying $200.00 early cancellation fee you can take me to court. I can't even call 911 in an emergency and you people have been rude you lied to me and your service is the worst of all the major carriers I'm done with T-Mobile and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from T-Mobile and their poor service.

I have been a T-mobile customer since they were Powertel, then they changed to Voice stream and finally to T-mobile I have only had one issue witht T-Mobile and it was theuir fault and they cleared the matter up in a very pofessional manner. Maybe all you people that are complaining should maybe go to one of the other carriers and really get messed up. like charged for customer service calls and get what is suppose to bea new phone when you initial get service is a used phone that is what AT&T Verizon and Cingular so so quit your wqining
