They don't deserve a single star. Worst company when it comes to customer relations and communicating to solve issues started by themselves.

I give t- mobile zero stars. They never call you back. Language barriers, and unwilling to place a supervisor on the line. A member for way over 6 years. Very unsatisfied with the services and noone cares to return calls in this manner. Very poor communication with t mobile .

Firing Of Pregnant Woman

After reading the story about the firing of the pregnant woman I think I'll cancell my T-Mobile account and encourage others to do the same. Track phones work just as well

Beyond Rediculous

Let me start by saying that the only reason I selected 1 star is simply because there is not a zero option. T-Moble is nothing but a scam for service, they give you pop up surprising fee's left and right. I almost cant even keep up with the names of fee's they come up with. I have never been so unhappy with service, and the quality of phone that they distribute to their customers are worthless. I can tell you that as soon as my "contract" is up im gone and im never looking back.

Thank you. This is a company that has directors like John Pottle who can recklessly decide whom he can let go. This director is so powerful that he let go one of his manager, under the pretext of re-structuring but the real reason was this manager disagreed to falsify weekly report like John wanted. He not only let this manager go within 4 hours he got another manager for same position. This is amazing company and senior leaders allow such unethical wrong do and on other had they claim T-Mobile value as “Best Place to Perform and Grow”. Everyone might read this statement as cry, but the point is there is no law in US or any support for such employee. How can this be restructuring when they just replaced a hard working sincere person and no one in company HR or senior leader see it.

How hard is it to listen to the customer? I ask about Samsung galaxy s IV get info about III! Ask about iPhone 5 get info about iPhone 4! Call customer care and ask them to find a location that has iPhone 5 but don't call xyz location since I just left there she then says I found a location the address is xyz! Why so many incompetent people!

I was told by them that I was no longer under contract, moved to Sprint, get a Tmobile bill for $1197.55!!!!!! Called and just kept saying, "I'm sorry you didn't understand, there's nothing we can do". so beyond frustrated and will be contacting everyone under the sun to get this resolved. Unbelievable!!!!!

Worst Company EVER!!!!

For the Last three Months I have been fighting and trying to Get a Credit for A phone that UPS has Lost Back in December. Nobody I have Talked to cares in getting this issue resolved. They just keep passing it along. I still have a broken phone.

they have no idea what they are doin', i have tried to get 3 lines n it's been a week an' yet i have gotten any info on why they can't get the order through. evnthough i have an excitisting line with them for about 11 years

Now it is mid April and I have been trying to resolve my account balance with t-mobile since January. First of all, they shipped two orders by mistake. I called to inquire and they had me in the system saying that the two phones were returned and they are waiting to credit my account. I told them honestly, I have not returned the phones as I am still waiting on a shipping label. They asked me to ship them and my tracking number confirms that the phones were shipped. I have given them the tracking number over and over and they have not located the shipment and asking me to pay almost $1,200.00 for phones that I do not have. In the mean time I continue to pay my monthly bill on time and they have interrupted my service twice due to phones that they cannot locate in thier warehouse. I should not be held liable for this. I am contacting the corporate office as I am filled with 3 months of total frustration!

Many curses i wish to scream,

Wow so i decide to switch to T-mobile and i go into the stores and they didnt have the particular phone i wanted. so i place an order online and it proscesses. then i get an email saying that it has been canceled. i order online again it says its proscessed. then i get another email saying its been cancelled. so i place an order over the phone FOUR TIMES and for whatever reason ive been put through the loophole and i try to call coorperate and theyre closed for the night. i just wanted a coustomer friendly service and i have been thouroughly dis-satisfied. smh.

ripped off again

251 dollars was taken out of my acct. which would be fine but i dont have a t mobile acct. I paid a bill for my daughter almost a year and a half ago and for some reason they have now taken out money from my acct. twice now. The first time they said it would never happen again my bank numbers were removed. Now happened again and was told my money would be put back in my acct in ten days and it is now 15 days and no money is returned and when my daughter called they have no info for her. THIS IS THEFT. I do not give you permission to take money out of my acct and my daughter has no permission to do this. But to be lied to twice by your supervisors who apperently cannot do their job is outrageous. This is why i have not been a tmobile customer for 2 years because of your incompentence. Now i will be bad mouthing you and your services to anyone who will listen and taking action against you for the theft from my acct.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RACIST EMPLOYEES

My son and his wife went into the Saginaw location and had the worst service they had ever experienced in any store!! They waited over 30 minutes while an employee talked on the phone. They waited another 48 minutes while the employees stood around talking about where they wanted to go to lunch, but when customers of their race walked in on more than 1 occasion they serviced them immediately and friendly. My son asked several times for assistance and was told rudely that someone would be with them. Then when a lady in front of them asked an employee if she could come back tomorrow with her husband (they were elderly) to get help with how to use a new IPhone, the Supervisor/Mgr came out from the back "yelling" at the employees that they were there to "sell the phones" and if they wanted help they could "call customer service" and the Mgr continued yelling/belittling the employees that they weren't there to help them with the phones just sell them!! THEN when my son tried to call the CORPORATE OFFICE, he received similar treatment!!!!!! HOW PATHETIC!!!!! T-Mobile- You disgust me and I will tell EVERYONE AND I MEAN E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E!!!!!! My goasl from now on will be to help put you out of business!!!! That's not how you treat customers and not how you treat a fellow human being! I'M ASHAMED OF YOU!! PLEASE GO TO VERIZON OR SPRINT PEOPLE!!!!! i'D EVEN GET A PRE-PAID PHONE FROM WALMART BEFORE I GAVE THIS PATHETIC COMPANY A PENNY!!!!! I wish we could give - stars!!!!!!

Worst service- selling lies

T-mobile relies on false information and lying to customers- Went to a t- mobile store yesterday and I was told that if I wanted to buy the Iphone 5 I have until Monday before it ends.. Well I left the store, called the customer service number and I was told that the information is incorrect.. wooooooow very impressive!!! PS- I didnt want to add the star to the comment... but I didnt have the option

My father in law died and T-mobile made mother in law pay penalty fee for turning off service before 2 year contract was up. What great customer service-not!

Sorriest people ever

If I could give these people a zero I would. Exchanged my Samsung exhibit 4g 3 different times and still had troubles. Called and a rep said they would send me a phone comparable to the exhibit so I said fine I don't care what its called as long as it does the same thing. I was sent a T mobile Prism. Nothing on it even came close. No memory, 3g not 4g, no front facing camera. When I phoned t mobile it took me speaking to 3 different reps. They were not going to at least give me back another exhibit even though their company told me a downright lie. After great fussing and arguing they agreed to send me the front of the exhibit but wanted me to purchase the battery and back cover. Are you freaking kidding me?? I have to pay for their mistake?? After another arguing fussing and demanding they credited my acct $15.00 so I could purchase those items. These are the worst customer service reps I have ever spoken to and the poorest business practices. You would think they would want to do whatever it takes to keep the customers happy after all we are why they exist to begin with. It's no wonder they will never compare with Verizon ever. If only the CEO cared to read all of our complaints. Maybe that would change business practices or is the CEO so money minded that they no longer care who they step on??
