how dumb do you need to be to work in this company, extensions do not work, operators puts you through the wrong person, reps do not know what they are there for, called 6 times, xt rings twice and communication gets lost. CEO really SUCKS!!!

I talked to sales. told them I wanted unlimited internet via laptop.they told me I needed a hot spot that would cost 78.00 then unlimited would be 70.00 a month .recived hotspot whent to activate they don't offer unlimited told the girl I will be sending it back I need the address I got transferred a couple times then disconnected.i am with att now and was thinking of going with tmobil when contract is up not now customer service stinks

Extremely bad customer service.

T-Mobile really lives up to it's reviews and ratings. Extremely bad customer service. When they promise to get back to the customer and never do, it shows a complete lack of respect and concern for the people that pay their bills. It no doubt makes their competitors smile when they see T-Mobile consistently receive all the negative reviews that they do. One would think in today's cut throat mobile phone business, that company's like T-Mobile would would smarten up or just close their doors.

I have been a tmoblie member for 2 1/2 years and my cell from the first month has had many issues but i dealt with it. Until today the cell died. I went to the store in north hollywood and its always way to busy and understaffed. Not fair to the employees or the customers. It took 2 and half hours 2 just wait and get a simple $100 cell. While i was waited i get heckled by two employees there. I guess like it when is said i didnt know you had to sign in you said that to each customer coming in but me. Sick of the attitude. Since when are employees allowed to heckle customers and get away with it. There are nice ones that do work their but these 2 were in the wrong. Luckily the girl that helped me was so sweet maybe because she was new. Thank god for the few nice people left. These corporations are so greedy and big they dont care about the general public only our money. Greed is evil.

Horrible Customer Service

I am writing a review because I had the worst experience trying to unlock a tmobile phone for AT & T. I was hung up on several times, lied to several times and still never got my issue resolved. i will be writing my story on social media sites, twitter, facebook etc and informing everyone I know who has Tmobile, to cancel! By the way the rating isn't even a star but I had to do something to submit this review.

Privacy Issues

T Mobile Has Some Serious Privacy Issues.....A Employee Deleted Some Of My Text Messages And Now Paid For Service And Getting Message Saying Insifficent Funds If I Paid For The Month And The Month Is Not Over......Something Is Going On, Again

so my phone all of a sudden had a soft ware problem and when calling t mobile to solve it they just gave me the run around and left me with out a phone for two weeks saying its on its way but really it was on back order when i asked "so its either i stay phone less or go buy a new phone" the response was "yes"

Services and contracts

If there was a rating lower than an unsatisfactory, tmobil would be there. I left sprint to save some money and ended up paying $60 more for one less phone. Don't trust the salespeople from tmobil. What they tell you and what's in your contract is very different. They ONLY quote the "contract", not the monthly phone charge. They also advertised last Fathers day for free phones. You had to pay up front, then be reinbursed, however, they end up charging you the full price of those "free" phones. Thats's what is called shady business practices.

Well if the bad reception isnt terrible enough the customer service certainly is the worst experience I have ever had with any business of any kind if you are considering T-Mobile you better reconsider their prices are not much cheaper and thier coverage area is pretty much good at wifi locations only and they are very miss leading abouIt their coverage I literally had my address looked up before signing a contract with them and they assured me it was a beautiful coverage area....wrong no data coverage at all gave em two months at $160 a month for two lines to correct the problem with me calling approx. 10 times and never received one call back ..its been over 30 days that I've been trying to cancel my account and they keep telling me its being processed ive faxed it 3 times because they say it hasn't been received ..and I just got another bill saying they want more money besides the 200 dollar deposit they are keeping..so in conclusion if you have any other option for service you should go with them.. 0 stars wasnt an option..

Not Helpful

I've been calling T-Mobile for the last 4 months trying to get another cell phone. the phone that I have is so terrible (Samsung Dart). I've been telling each representative that I would have to take the battery out and put it back in to call and text. I also, told them that getting a phone is not a want but a need. They're telling me I can't get a phone until December. One rep. just told me in August. why should I have to pay full retail price for a damn phone? I'm an long time customer. I just got off the phone with a rep. who told me besides paying retail for a phone, it was going to be an additional 100 dollars for an upgrade. T-Mobile sucks. I am going to get out of the contract early. I have not received any help from T-Mobile. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone. f/rom 1v to 10 T-Mobile gets a 0.

Disgusting & Loathsome

paid cash for two Iphone 5's and the service was so nonexistent that when they called to inquire how i liked them i said i hated it. The rep told me to hold on a moment and turned the service off! When I got home and called back the said sorry do you want it back on? Really! I was only 5 days into the 14 days and still I'm out the $1477 for the phones and an additional $51.47 for 5 days of Service and the Icing on the Cake, $100 a phone to Unlock a paid for phone HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!!

Horrible company, took 6 days to transfer my number from sprint, kept on making excuses and overseas call center people don't know what they are doing, now since i got its bad signal and drop calls, stay away.

Never Dealt With Worst Company

There are not enough words in the English language to describe what we have been going through to get our credit for a returned phone. They lie,lie,lie from the local store to as high up the ladder we have been able to talk with. Would give it a -10 if possible

Bad service

I bought a t mobile spark and I put my SIM card from my old phone in and my phone keeps saying sim invalid.i have to turn the phone off and back on to get it to work.i went to t mobile store several times and they keep giving me new SIM cards.they told me to take the phone back to Walmart and get a new one witch I have done three times now and even went to a different Walmart just to see if it was a bad batch of phones.then t mobile gave me a loaner phone from there store to see if it would do it,and still same thing.it is clearly a service problem and not the phone.i am nota happy customer and do not recommend anyone use there service!!!!!!!!! I'm switching to another service provider!!!!

T mobile SUCKS

I have only been a customer for a little over a year, in that time i have now been shipped 7 replacement phones due to technical issues. In the past 3 weeks this is my 3rd replacement phone. How is it possible for this company to keep shipping replacement phones so often or is it they don't care. T Mobile needs a complete re-structuring of their stall starting at corporate headquarters & working their way down. This is the most negligent company I have ever seen

Falsifying Information

Cancelled my service during my buyers remorse period and returned phones. This was all done in November 2012 was told I would get a bill with a zero balance. Finding out after having my credit run that it was reported to a collection agency. Contacted them on numerous occasions to make sure this was clear and now this. I live in Columbia SC and the service was very poor.

burned, curling iron type burn

I bought a new LG Android...had it 2 months. Was on a call that lasted about 30 mins. I had to hang up as my ear and hand suffered burns. I went to my local TMobil store where after waiting 40 min behind a girl that was dressed very trashy...and listening to the store clerk talk to her about her car, home, job and various other chit chat...was told he never heard of this before. So I logged on only to find this is happening everywhere! They offerd me $90.00 trade in for my $250 new phone! Or I could ship it off at my own risk...and hope they find the problem! That is the Tmobil service I got after being a customer for a decade!

LIARS

T-MOBILE is nothing but poorly trained employees, who lie about everything and make sarcastic remarks when THEY don't know what they're doing while you try to tell them what is going on. You can't call and speak with anyone, they're mostly rude or just hang up on you as well. These people don't care about their customer service and the employees are no better!!!!! Regret ever switching....BIG BIG regret!

T-Terrible

There is no customer service at T-Mobile. To the contrary; it actually makes it worse to attempt to solve problems by calling this company, due to the frustrations that are faced in doing so. Not only are they incapable of solving the most simple problems and handling the most simple issues, but they also lie and are terribly petty. Obviously, the company's owners do not know what their customers are facing. If they do, then they no longer wish to continue their business.
