I have been a tmobile customer for 10 yrs and the last yr the services sucks bad. In the last 4 month I have received 5 phones of the same nokia lumia 710. On today 3/15/13 they want to send me the same phone and all the phone have had two of the same problem or something new. I am soooooo unhappy at this point and just want to get out of my contract. If I had the money to pay for 3 lines to get out of the contract. T-Mobile SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Junk Mail

I have called T Mobil 3 times now asking they stop sending me junk mail. They continue despite my requests. Customer service passes me from one person to the next with long waiting periods each time. Eventually they took me full circle. I would never buy service from a company with such ineffective idiots!

No service

I bought the device for internet a month and a half ago. Since then, at the cost of around $ 200.00, and 7 trips to the store and around 10 calls, I stoill have no service. I'm going to small claims court. I'll try Verizon. Sick and tired of working on that !

hi im writting because ive been a tmobile costumer for 8 years now its been great but im seen were staying behind on many things like specially updating on our phones many companies have updated their galaxy s3 and tablets to 4.1.2 many months already even metro pcs have done it thanks kind of sad coming from a awsome company like yours yes i have the galaxy s3 and love it just like i love your service but do it for us keep us happy as costumers and i just dont speak for myself many others feel the same way just read around and see thanks

poor service

What tmobile is doing is ending there broken phones to you for replacement and they know it. you pay for there insurance and what your paying for is to get another bad phone. there refurbish center is not fixing there phones. I been with t mobile 8 years Im going somewhere else now. Horizion is rated number 1 by consumer reports and I can see why. The samsung phones are junk and wait to try to call there company good luck. your have better luck getting the pope. Tmobile calling customer service is like calling a broken door.

lies lies lies

Before reading these reviews i was amazed that it could ever happen to me, figures i was lied into buying a tmobile hotspot. They said it was unlimited and i was like woah throw it in my bag, figures a few days later my internet was slow and crappy. I was sold a 5gb contract that i used up in 3 days. Now i call a random store and they dont want to assume responsibilty, the store is TMOBILE for gods sake its the same dam company!!.. Hopefully TMOBILE goes out of business soon.

Went to a booth located in one of Mall's and spoke with a representative who was nice but little did I know that he was lying to me the whole time. I upgraded to a newer phone (I bought 3) which I was under the impression that I was only paying $25 for the phone, which I found out after I recieved my bill that I had just bought 3- $300 phones and the manager of the booth was no help. He just kept saying he understood, but never offered to take any responsibility for his employees action or offer compensate me for any wrong doing. Pretty much I am stuck with the bill.

Deceiving and rude

I was trapped into agreeing on a plan by giving wrong information by a customer service representative on phone and next day when I found out the truth and tried to cancel it the customer service was very rude and uncooperative. Refused to let me talk to a manager and refused to give me a phone number for the corporate headquarter. I would never believe on anything they tell you on the phone. It is a bunch of lies anyway.

T-Mobile employee put old sim card in my phone, resulting in no incoming calls while I was on an over the road job. My boss called me offering another job, but since I did not get the call, no voicemail, no call log, I lost $5000. They gave me a whopping $60.00 credit, which I refused but they ignored. I know if I would accept they'd underhandedly would add a two year contract. However, the credit is showing up on the bill and what they do not reazlize is, that is admitting lousy phone serve. Breach of contract. They ignore my Cease and Desist Letter, they will be fined. I have photos of the incoming calls on my home phone caller ID ;-)

I will never use T-mobile's service again. I was a customer for seven years. I never got a straight answer from ONE person, always speaking to multiple people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I canceled all three of my lines.....Only to find out they(T-mobile) never canceled the third line. I spent 55 minutes being transferred to seven different people to get this taken care of.. No wonder people are leaving this company. The only nice thing I can say is that the very last person I spoke to Cameron finally resolved the issue...NEVER AGAIN!

charged for returned phone

I purchased a T-Mobile Galaxy S phone from Costco in Prescott, Arizona on February 24, 2011 and I returned this phone on March 6. I can't believe that T mobile is trying to collect money from me on this phone that was returned ten days after I purchased it. Perhaps the Arizona Attorney General's consumer fraud protection department would like to hear about this. Anyone have a suggestion of what to do? It is impossible to contact customer service at T mobile !!!!

abusive business practice

T-Mobile is asking me to pay for a service it never provided and I never used. On 02/08/2013, I cancelled my account and settled all business with T-Mobile yet T-Mobile sent me another bill for the period commencing on 02/08/2013, the very day I cancelled my account with them. I have been a T-Mobile client for about 10 years and have no outstanding contract so no penalties are due. T-Mobile’s explanation of why they want to charge me for an entire month of service even though I owe no penalties and did not use their service is because, “It is our policy”. A nation-wide investigation should be conducted to determine how many thousands of consumers T-Mobile is abusing in this fashion.

Poor Service

We have been with Tmobile for over 10yrs and they have been so nasty to us with Regards to billing and servicing i have 5 lines which is family plan.Everytime we try to upgrade they give us headache by adding more charges to our current plan recently my wife upgraded to Samsung Galaxy with internet access and qualify for a Rebate, since august last year she did not receive it and we have complained to the store,called the 800 # but they keep promising they will send it, this is the second time we have missed on these Rebates,Some thing is not right and Tmobile is a Thief. I am waiting for our contracts to be over so that we can change to another carrier.Moreso they do not have Iphones.Tmobile Customer service Really sucks they dnt care about their customers.Will Never Recommend this company to people.

customer service

I am a customer, and have been a faithful customer since it suncom. I have 5 lines on my acct. Last month after paying 235.00 for the month, my account was suspended for measly 20.00. I just can't believe these company do to their loyalty customers. They could have sent me a text to let me no a balance due. I do not have a home line so I depends on my cell 100% . Company needs to evaluate their loyalty customer because there are to much competition out here. Besides u don't have any incentives to make us stay.

Awful

I called this number, two seperate number and the lady hung up on my and said I could only call the customer care number. I had already spent over a month of my time calling customer care and they refuse to do anything. They are very rude. They used to be a great service up until a year ago, really dissapointed.

I would really enoy if t-mobile would get an iphone 5 due to the fact that you are the only phone network that doesnt not carry this phone. Thank you

they hire people who lie

I had t-mobile for 10 years . 7 years were good years, they were a good company and then, what happened, they tell you one thing, other tells you another and thr=e peoblem never gets fix, they don;t want your service, I think the pay there emploees to be that way to go down hlll, I will pary when they do, now my daughter is in a bigmess because they lie and shes about to have a nervous break-down over it , total in 4 months she has been on the phone over 40 hours and about 15 hours in t-mobile stores, Her contac is over and she went to another compamy and they say she owes $200,00. I told her to get a class action on it, I hope corporate helps, but after reading all the post, don;t know, I know I am going on facebook and were ever I can talk how bad t-mobile is,the rating is -10

Fixed the Problem!

I had a real hassle with the local store messing up a contract extension to the wrong number and my rebate being denied. I called one rep and got no call back. I called another rep and he had it fixed and resolved in no time at all. I was upset at the first lack of response, but very impressed with the attitude and help with the second rep.

I was promised an upgrade at no cost to me for a 3 year old phone. I was instead sent another old phone using warranty exchange. I tried 6 times 6 long phone calls to multiple supervisors and customer loyalty and they refused to resolve my issue. I am a good long time customer. My expectations up to this point have always been met. I am going to find another carrier, rather than pay 100 dollars for an upgrade that was promised for 0 dollars, I am willing to pay the 1000.00 to get out of a contract with a company I can no longer trust.
