waist of my money!!!!
just got off the phone with t-mobile's so called customer service for the second time this month. i have been waiting for a replacement phone for about a week. got the phone without the battery and charger which they said will come in 2 packages. when i spoke to them today they said they dont do that, that i will have but they batter. so only option was for them to send me another lumia 710 which will be my 6 or 7 one. so not only am i paying my monthly fees but i have to pay for insurance because they keep sending me a phone that does not work and the $6 for s&h. not only that but the lumia is on back order so i wont have a phone till another 5ish day. total of 2 weeks without a phone and all they gave me was $10 off. worse experience with tmobil in the past 6 years that i have been a customer. rather go to Sprint or Att just about now.

I will never get involved w/Tmobile again!!!! Worse wireless company ever.... I got sent to collection without getting a final bill from Tmobile Getting billed 1800 for what nobody can give me an answer spoke to Tmobile still waiting for the call back. I called collection agency they said a past amt of 1221 really when Tmobile never let's you go past 30 days they already disconnecting ur phone. Don't mess with Tmobile!!!!!
Rip off
We went and got 2 Android phones last week, they told him it would take a couple of hours for his number to change. One week later and still it had not changed, he called every day and they would put him off until nobody was in to answer the phone. Even though they showed this great coverage map, we couldn't get one single bar in the bedroom of the house IN THE CITY. We went 2 hours away and no bars whatsoever. He took the phones back and they charged a restocking fee of 50!!
2 Year Sentence
I wish they had a rating of 0.... I have been in a battle for over 2 years regarding extremely poor cell service at T-Mobile. They kept telling me it was not their problem it was my problem (frequent dropped calls while talking, only one person could hear causing you to hang up and redial). I was out of contract and I was told that they could send me a phone that would fix the problem, and added another 2 years to my contract. When the new phone arrived, it made no difference at all. I called them and told them it did not fix the problem, and the problem even occurred while I was on line with Tech Support, who continued to insist it wasn't their problem it was my equipment. I finally cancelled after 2 years of calling. They have now charged me an early termination fee (which they now refer to as a "sentence" as in don't get "sentenced" to a locked in contract. Well they have sentenced me to a 2 year contract....make up your mind T-Mobile...if it is wrong to have contracts, then stop! They are playing it both ways. This is the worst company I have dealt with, they refuse to give out any numbers where you can reach someone who can resolve problems, and Customer Relations won't take any calls. As they say buyer beware!
Port Your Number to Another Provider
This company is a rip off. My daughter does not use her phone anymore so I tried to close the account but I was advised that I should get the credit balance on the account refunded first. After being bounced around from one department to another just to be told they can't refund it due to policy. Spoke to three different people and was told every time that they can refund they can credit the balance back to my card. Stay away from this company, they are in the business of ripping you off.
I have been a loyal Tmobile customer for almost 7 years. I have never experienced worse customer service than I have over the last 6 months. Today I have called them 5 times, yes 5 times! I have been disconnected twice and pawned off to 4 different people, 3 of which barely spoke English. Their website to order the new iPhone 5 doesn't work properly and gives different pricing for the same product. After all that, I find out the local store has been taking names since March 26, 2013 to receive the new iPhone 5 and that current Tmobile customers cannot pre-order the phone but NEW customers can. Who's absurd idea of customer service is this? Why should those of us that have been patronizing Tmobile for years get put in the back of the line when we can go to Verizon or ATT and get the iPhone TODAY, for half the price? It's funny that for the past week I have received countless emails from the new CEO telling me how he's changing the company and improving customer service but their own website is broken. Maybe the board members should be asking why so many of their loyal customers are leaving to go to their competitors. THIS IS WHY!!!!

I have been with tmobile over 20 years. In January I miss my due date by one day. I paid the bill but the phone remained suspended because they wanted an additional $8 dollars. I refused to pay and requested my service be CANCELLED. In February, I received a bill for $60. In March, I received a bill for $100. Where are all these charges coming from? I cancelled first of January and I did not have a contract and they say my phone was cancelled on March 20 due to non-payment! They deliberately ran up the charges and they say if I Do not pay my credit will be ruined. I am sure they will add substantial charges in April. I was an excellent customer and now I am pissed that I am being held ransom by Tmobille.

paying Insurance for nothing
Tmobile and insurer for a Puerto Rico based device is a joke. Why would anyone pay insurance knowing that your insurance claim would not be honored. T-Mobile and Assurance are by far the worst companies in History. The utter disregard and disrespect when I could not tell them what military base I was at was totally unacceptable.
poor service in northern wisconsin
im sorry to say that T-Mobile is not like the other companies out there cause the service is spotty here in wisconsin the northwoods and other cities up here in northern wisconsin i wish they put more towers out here so that we can to have T-Moobile 4G
WE have thre phones in our plan and fr 2 weeks my wifes two phone were not working in and around few miles from our house, we made so many calls and went to 3 locations to get help, but all what they were telling us is they are checking the towers and no help at all. We are very surprised that such a big company would not have a better customer service. We can not wait for our contract to be over so we can get diffrent company.
No Customer Service
I am very very dissapointed in the customer service I recieved this norning. The date is 3/28 at 9:30 am est. Although I asked for sone things to be taken off my account prior to the oayment arrangement I made on the 22nd of March. You all waited untill today ( March 28) to tell me that you couldn't because my service was suspended even though I asked for the changes brfore the payment arrangements were made. I am verry upset because now I can't use my phone due to others incompitence

T-Mobile experience personally rating are: Representative knowledge F Customer Service F Help with new customers F Exec. relations F Coverage B so far getting better Follow thru returning calls F Marketing Ads A cool commercials Over all Integrity of company to service customers Unknown will know by July 1st, 2013.
Worst and un trust customer service. I was ripped off for couple of times. Have spoken to at least 10 reps included manager for 2 weeks but never get results, they are lies..lies.. lies system. All they say "I understand ... understand.".. ..but nothing happens....That's ridiculous! you are about to lose a loyalty... long time customer very soon when my contract is ended...will tell family and friends. ...never want to do any business with tmoblie the rest of the life
E.I.P new plans
I love how tmobile decides to change their entire phone plan set-up to the new e.i.p monthly payment option as the ONLY option you can have now and yet they did not explain this to any of their customers so when we go in to get what we thought was a 2 year upgrade we find out that no... that no longer exists you now have to make a down payment...of 256.00 for a phone and then pay 10 dollars per month. that is quite deceiving when the website says your due for a full upgrade when your actually not! have been with tmobile for 9 years spent close to 40,000 in phone bills and I cant get rid of my phone without paying 300.00. Absolutely ridiculous! you are about to lose a...rare... long time customer!
Customer Service is worst of any kind. Have spoken to 7 reps and still after a week can not resolve the simple problem that a major company would solve in 2 minutes. After this contract is over I will change to another carrier for sure. We purchased another line with T Mobile with condition to retain a PP number of which local store it would no problem. Sorry it hasn't happen.

They have no word , lies ,lies and lies system that don't work I made my payment with my debit card it went thru but my line still off and I've called costumer service about 10 times nobody provided me with an answer , on why my phone still off ,and all they say is I understand II understand , and nobody is able to resolve this matter , t mobile is going down
I called your customer service Rep to voice my concerns it as if they don't care the reason I haven't sued the company it does not belong to the Rep I have been dealing with the same problem for almost a year and a half now I called and talk to your Rep they give me the basic bull I have recoelrded conversation with your reps you would be truly dissappointed at the way they handle customer concern. I have recorded footage of the activity on my phone that is linked to phase 10 app on my phone. I called your reps at 2:00 am this morning I was told that a security specialist would give me a call today at 1:00pm 4-9-13 no call came I don't no if your company have a security specialist. I called 4-9-13 7times each. One hang up after I explained what I was calling for true enough I do not like talking doth your Rep but I for expect to be treated as a valued customer if you take these reviews seriously you roll look up my account and see how often I call your company with the dame problem and the type of response I get I even tried to call and talk to a corporate manager yo get a customer service Rep hang up on me. I would like a call from someone in corpsraye office so o can explain what is going on with my service. Maybe you could have someone remove whoever is tapped Onto my line off this is the second time I have written a review regarding the same issue.
