Greed...poor customer service. Any solution they come up with is to charge you more $$ somehow for garbage service. Maybe a class action suit is in order?
TMobile has become a nightmare I have been a long time customer & recently was eligible for an upgrade. I received a phone that was horrendous and sent it back immediately I also confirmed that I was not upgraded and was not contracting with them, they customer service rep confirmed that everything would be cancelled. WHen I spoke with them again they said that was not the case, even though I returned the phone and they received it They are attempting to bind me to a contract that wasn't for two years 1. Haven't received a new phone that would give me the capabilities that I am supposedly paying for 2. I cancelled immediately upon receipt of the phone. Customer service is uncoorperative and have put me on hold too numerous times to count I am fed and up and filing a claim with the better business bureau also attempting to cancel If anyone stays on the phone long enough for me to deal with THEY ARE HORRENDOUS!!!
My cellphone been stolen,somebody was calling to MEXICO,as those numbers are shown on my bill. I know my IMEI number.Still not good enough for T mobile representatives to identify my cell phone or block it,even find it. I made a raport on Police station.What I am still suppose to do ? My Samsung Vibrant is gone forever although I know IMEI number? In EUROPE people has a better service ,than in US. I have paid huge money to Tmobile for that smartphone and now-"who cares?"
i was on flix pay and i had paid for the last month of my contact dat and switch to a new provider 2 weeks before the end of contract like i said i paid for the whole month already an they are charging me still t mobile u suck
TMobile lie and try to manipulate their cusotmers by providing them false information. Their customer care representatives are not well trained and their communications skills are very poor. I have been with them for a long time and they say they value that commitment and loyalty but it is not reflected in how you are treated when you interact with them. I should have left a long time ago because the inconsistency has always been there. I am fed up now with all of the lies and trickery and will be filing a formal complaint.
T.Mobile costumer services is the worst in the enterire world. those people are very rude. They don't help you they are a bunch of stupid ripe off. I could not take no more and to get out from that from company I pay more that $500.00 dollars. I love Verizon they allways help. It is the best phone company.
If there were no stars available as a choice that is what I would have picked for T-Mobile and their customer care department. T-Mobile you are a JOKE! I had my 2 new HTC One S phones for 1 week which I paid $200.00 each for and this weekend they are FREE on line and in the stores. I called customer care and they told me to go pound sand that they do not owe me any kind of refund. To get to customer care you have to go thru 15 prompts to get to a reprersentative. T-Mobile is a joke as a company, they suck and I cant wait for my 2 years to pass so I can go back to Verizon who ALWAYS treated me like a customer!!!! I hate T-Mobile!
So the Samsung Galaxy S2 phone tmobile told me they were giving me is/nor was free. It's a scam by this fly by night Company. Their trying to disguise the charges in your bill by showing a credit on your bill... << huh?... I could go on and on.. but I met someone today that went thru the same thing with Tmobile. So beware of their "FREE" phone concept. and Good Luck. Their is no resolving this on the phone. They say I have to... WRITE.. their human resources dept. in New Mexico... Your kidding me right?.... I have turned my complaint over to the District Attorney here in the town I live in.
INSANE! my original device was defective, so i was sent a new phone, and i boxed up and labeled my old messed up phone exactly how i was told to do on the box and i sent it to the ups store drop box to be shipped out. 2 months later i get a bill from t mobile with a non return warranty fee of $272.25!!!!! they refused to give me a credit on my account or try to help me out in any way. this is absolutely horrible service.
I had international servive for over a year..Then i finally traveled out of the country to jamaica and when i returned my bill was $5000 dollars. when i contacted tmobil they said international service is only for use in the US. then to top it off i was willing to make payments on it and tmobil refused they said i had to $1500 down each month..so i cancelled the service. And it was irresponsable of tmobile not to contact me when my bill was in excess of $500.
Hi, I tried to purchase a no-contract phone at t-mobile.com and the order was rejected saying the credit card was bad. But when I called the credit card company they say the transaction went thru fine and there is no issue. I called t-mobile.com back and there rep says that verification department has rejected it bcoz they believe it has some fraud issue. I said, what is that u need verification on and I am willing to provide the information so that I can buy the phone. He says they cannot let me buy the phone for next 30 days or so. Its purely bull crap there system and asked to visit there store to buy there phone. I have reported that issue to FCC and let us see what is there outcome.
I have been with t-mobile since it was Voice Stream, with Jamie Lee Curtis as the spokesperson (almost 30 years!). I'm not going to rant like some of those on this site, but I will simply tell you this, I am giving your company 90 days in which to accomplish 3 very simple things: A: Hire employees who speak ENGLISH CLEARLY because I'm tired of having my time wasted with people who do not understand what I need (why are out-sourcing, anyway, the boss not making enough millions?), B: Fix the doggone sign in page for my-t-mobile where you have to type exactly what you see. IT DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY WHEN I HAVE TO MAKE 4 OR 5 ENTRIES BEFORE I GET IT RIGHT! THE WORDS ARE ILLEGIBLE, and finally C: Stop with all the fake "I am so solly you are experiencing this problem and I'm going to do everything humanly possible to fix it, okay Mr. ______?"(then they literally slaughter my name). I simply need someone on the line who will listen and get it the 1st time. A far too rare occurrance these days. So I hope you fix this because i hate to leave, but I will if I have to!
I have been with Tmoble four almost 4 years or less at first I was very happ but now with the service I am very very disapointed.every time I make a phone call phone goes dark or it says cannot except cannot understand why.if I want to text if it completely goes dark for what ever reason.I already followed evry step that the custmoer service people told me to do and still same problems so tmoble I am saking please,please let me opt out of contract.it is only fair.thank you...

I purchased the SAmsung Galaxy S phone approximately 15 months ago and was encouraged by the T-mobile representative to pay and additional 7.99 a month for insurance for the phone. On Tuesday May 29th I went to a T-mobile store because of problems with the phone. I was told by the representative that the phone could not be fixed and that I needed to use the service plan and they would send me a new phone. I was then told that although they have the phone in the store for sale that the phone was unavailable by the warehouse and that they would send me a Samsung Exhibit which they felt was comparable to my phone. The samsung galaxy retail value is 479.99 and sells for 179.99 at T-mobile. The Exhibit retails for 329.99 and is selling for 29.99. I did not fell that this was comparable. I then called t-mobile.com and was told the same exact thing. I explained that I did not want the exhibit and would even pay to upgrade to the Galaxy S2. I was told that my phone was not due to be upgrading but that they would sell me the Galaxy s2 for 303.00. I asked them to get the galaxy s from a T-mobile store and was told that sales and warranty are 2 different departments and that I could either take the Exhibit of keep the phone that I was having problems with. I spoke with a manager and was told the same thing. I dont think that this is fair, I was forced to receive a phone that was not comparable to my phone. My phone has a 5 MP camera and the exhibit has a 3 mp.

I was looking for something somewhat compairable to my iphone4 they told me the LG MY TOUCH Q was i liked it i got it they only told me half of what i was signing up for an the rest was all lies, they told me i had 2 weeks to be satisfied with my service an phone before i could cancle my account or change my phone or up grade i asked about insurence he said anything water damage lost stollen smashed doesnt matter you come in we will give you a new phone on spot which was so not the case so yesterday i was in the mall where i got my phone about to go to work an among the many many problems ive had with the phone an it being my 3rd time there for it this time when ever i opened my messageing folder it would open my camera an he said yea thats a problem an he said give me 15 minutes, looked like he was doing something on the computer i told him i didnt have time today, this morning i wake up an my screens cracked as it fell off my window shelf an im one day over cancleing my account or bringing the phone back everything sucks with t mobile the fact of never having service in my home an always dis connecting from my router an freezing an powering off ive never had such bad customer service phone service an phone quality now im very upset cuz im stuck paying 300$ for 1 weeks worth of service with the worst phone ive ever had to just be free an get out of it i dont want this crappy phone or this crappy service, they want me to pay my deductable to get the same crappy phone with the same bad service i rather pay more for quality service an phones like i had with verizon than have a cheaper bill with a cheaper phone an a cheaper service if that was the case, now im going to boost its not a contract its cheaper than t mobile an if the service is as good as t mobile then it will be worth the cheap bill, ive talked to so many people an seems like nobodys got there poop in a group always let me put you on hold an at one point t mobile represenitive told me my deductable was waved an call the insurence company i called them had a 3 way phone call with t mobile an there was no notes no nothing on my account T MOBILE YOUR NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND HASSLE!!! let just say that the customer department is very poor at their job. I called six time to have a pre paid phone number disconnected, they said all they could do was suspend it. i was able to change the pass code because the phone was stolen and every time i tried to change the person who has it has been able to change it again. So I told them that I was to be the only one on the acct. and that no-one was to have access to I thought that would take care of it but now the person called them back and took my name off the acct. and to have no access. As soon as my 2 year contract is over, I will leave this company of lieing scamming cheats and never look back. I've been a customer with TM for 8 years. They sold me the unlimited talk/text/data family plan 2 people for 99.00 a month. At same time I wanted to upgrade to new smart phone and was told because of my long time customer status I was eligable for credits that made the phones $25.00 each. What the sneaky con artists don't tell you is if you choose the credits towards your new phones that it voids the deal you just got on your plan. It's one or the other but they don't say a word. Now my bill is 155$ a month because of data charges. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING PEOPLE CAN DO. THE TACTICS ARE CRIMINAL. WE DON'T CONDUCT OURSELVES IN THIS MANNER OR WE'D GO TO JAIL. I CAN'T AFFORD $150. $99. was my limit. period.
