wow worse of the worse

Its funny I looked at the reviews and I was very surprise why tmobile has the most horrible customer service,I've been a loyal customer for 8 years when I have a issue for the first time no one in the customer service can help only if I sign a new contract guess what I rather find another cell phone provider and pay the same thing I'm paying for a better sevice and I'll make sure my whole family does the same thing by the you need to give your staff a better training in the customer service because they arte the worse nightmar ever

Run around & around & around

I recently took over management of a non-profit. Our staff uses T-mobile blackberries. Before the holidays I tried to get myself added as the authorized administrator on the account. I gave up and waited until after the holidays after spending 2 hrs on the phone talking to at least 6 people. Two daysago I talked with four different people until I was told I needed to send an email to explain the situation and I would be added as the authorized administrator. Got an email response that I couldn't be added because I am not an authorized user. Wonder if I will be considered an authorized user if the check doesn't get sent and they need to talk with someone about that.

Terrible!

-5 star is what they get from me. I hate to even give them a star cause they dnt deserve it. This is the worst service ever. The staff is even worst. I talked to several different employees one day and all of them were very rude. You can tell that they dnt care about you or the problems you are having with their service. They give you the run around and continue to redirect you instead of letting you know there is no actual solution. They would not give me a refund and it was their fault they are falsly advertising things. Their service is horrible and the customer service is even worst. I will never go to tmobile again!!

terriblr. awful. CEO ignores continued complaints written to him. If they follow up at all it's because of social network complaining about T Mobile.

Worst service I've ever had

I have the worst phone in t-mobile history I've complained multiple times about and no solution. I've talked to multiple customer service reps and no solution so i made the decision not to pay my bill only after it went from $10 a month higher to now over $100 overdue Im am above and beyond over this company. They always talk about how the value loyal customers i.e the longer term over paying customers yet i cant get a new phone even after being forces into this contract(they discontinued flex pay and went to contract only) im done i hope i hear from someone other that the rude underpaid customer service reps and talk to someone with power. you will loose all of you customers if you dont change.

The Most Garbage Company

I hate tmobile customers service because there is no can speak english good and they added 200.00 on my bill with out telling me what the he'll it was for worst service ever I guess I will be going back to att phone company

The runaround

I had Boost Mobile for several years and they stopped servicing my area after I had paid a month and i put a dispute on my credit card after Boost declined my request for a refund!! Now because of that T Mobile refuses to accept my good Wells Fargo credit card until i pay Boost the $37.50 they wanted to cheat me out of!! I've talked to about 25 people at T Mobile and most say check your credit card company and see why they're not paying........mush for brains! I can go to Wal Mart and buy a $50.00 refill but it is the principal of the matter! If i could get any other service in my area i tell them i'm gone; don't have contract!!

Billing practices - no stars but they make you pick at least one

Make sure you read your contract before you cancel your service. The end of my billing cycle was 11/27/12 my phone numbers were ported over to new carrier on 11/28/12 and I am now being billed for a full month of service(11/28/12-12/27/12 $260.00) for service I never used. Customer service representative and manager useless said they could not pro-rate my bill that I had to send a letter to corporate.

Please Help

I would like to have our two year agreement cancelled and be able to take our phone numbers to a new company free of charge. I am tired of not getting the coverage that we were promised and not getting service where every other service provider covers. We were told that we would get our 4G but even on the t-mobile website (I later found) shows that we only get 2G. I have traveled to several different states and have been in far too many situations where we have no signal and everyone else does. T-mobile is the only provider that gets no service at my area of work as well as the other line on this account. I paid for unlimited internet for a long time and was told different stories about why we were getting the slow speed we were getting. Finally I figured it out myself and would like to get out. Please help! No one at customer service will respond.

Terrible Customer Service

Absolute garbage. Signed up 3 months ago. Bill has been overcharged $100 every month. Called Tmobile to re-evaluate. Their only solution - sign a new two year plan. Judy A. (supervisor) extremely snappy, rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to help their customers. Don't forget who pays your paycheck. Cancelling all services.

completely unethical

I had been with TMobile more than 10 years. Never had a problem with them until last month, when I switched to a prepaid account. I had three phone lines, two of which I switched to prepaid and one I canceled. I was told I would receive a prorated bill for the portion of the month before I switched over. One month later I receive a late notice for the original account. I called to tell them the line had been canceled and the other were now prepaid. At that point they informed me I know owe for two months and a late charge. They claim they were informed to not cancel the account until the end of the billing cycle. Really? Who would want to pay for five phone lines when only two were being used? I insisted it was their mistake. The person at the retail store who handled the transaction even typed up notes and called customer service and told them what happened. They still refuse to acknowledge the original cancellation date and will not reverse the charges and prorate the correct amount stating they are unable to make changes to a cancelled account. However, if I call the autohelp line, they will let me reinstate the number. I cannot understand if the autohelp line can do it, why can't a live person? Seven people and more than three hours on the phone and nothing but the runaround. Asked for a supervisor several time, never got one. I would never recommend them to anyone ever again.

T-Mobile robs the elderly

I was with T-Mobile for over 10 years, and only had phone service--not even text-messaging. They were charging me over $60.00 a month, and each time I called and asked about adding text-messaging, they said that it would cost over $15.00 more per month. I later enter one of their stores and was told that phone service and text-messaging was available for much less. I am over 60 years old, and was without a job for four years after Ike--working several part time jobs. I'm employed now, thank goodness--but am so disappointed in T-Mobile for robbing me, and not being honest with me. I now see by the other reviews that they are not an honest company. Their calls are outsourced to a foreign country--that's why no one knows anything, and they all have heavy accents when you call. I do believe that all owners of companies that purposely cheat people will have to pay some day in another life-if not in this life. They may think that they gained by cheating me, but in the long run it will all come out. I have to give it a one star--but I would rather have given it a negative.

Big liars

I have been with tmobile for eight years. They have in the last 3 years been liars. First off I wanted to upgrade phone to Samsung note II and after two hours on the phone with a salesperson that told me my rate would not change flat out lied. When I received email confirmation of the transaction I was charged for an additional line another phone making two lines.my monthly payment or the last seven years has been 80 dollars. This guy had charged my credit card over 300 dollars so I called and asked for supervisor I was told they were on lunch...yeah right at 11 pm, I told them I would hold after one hour I was told that I would receive credit back then after they did I wanted to go back to original plan I returned phone. And this last bill they charged me double. 3 supervisors total gave me different stories an d the run around. They are big liars and each person says different. I told them I would change carriers and they told me today more than a month later they will credit me wait 24 to hours to see it. They said they couldn't send email transaction of this transaction. So I will wait 48 hours then will see about class action lawsuit.

Lying Scaming Theives

No Stars but they make you give one or they don't take the complaint. Cute. I am ready to join a class action suite I am so angry at these clowns. I have been billed for months for T-mobile TV which I never subscribed to and I could not get it off my bill or get a refund. After hours on the phone to rude liars who said they would give me credit for the recent bill and even told me they would give me $20! Why $20, clearly wanting to buy me out but then none of that happened. I called back and the "customer service supervisor" told me it was 45 days since I complained (It was about two weeks) and that they couldn't do anything at this point. They did not like that I changed services and told me that if I renewed my contract they might be able to help me! This is a company with no ethics, integrity and frankly bad phone service. No question, I will spread this story and share it in the social media, I suggest everyone else does the same.

I just frustated and so tired of tmobile. I cancel my account 2 months ago i had 5 lines, every months i was over charged. So when my contract expired i went with another provider. I call and I cancel and surprise 1 month later I been charge for a service I did receive or calls that i didnt made. I try and try and try to contact them and surprise the people that I talked couldn't help me. They put me in hold and the the call will drop. They are mean they answer really fast if you gotta buy but if you gonna complaint they just drop your call. So sad. I try to call the main office and they only give me an address in Alburquerque, nm. So i have to write. And they dont supposed to have a phone over there. ReallY? The people who answer was mean, they dont care about people just money. The only thing I can do is pray for them. Hopefully somebody ther have a soul. I will keep say my history with tmobile maybe somebody will stop from buying from them.

T mobile=Liar

Approximately seven months ago I another Major phone company to use a prepaid plan at T mobile. The plan was suppose to be $50 (NO EXTRA CHARGES). When I go into a t mobile store they charge me $50 exactly. However, if I pay over the phone or on the internet they CHARGE me taxes. Its not feasible for me to waste gas going to a store so the internet and the phone option to pay seemed better. I contacted customer service and they were horrible. The rep sounded like she was reading from a script and she kept repeating the same thing no matter what question I asked. Then when I asked for a supervisor she left me on hold and the phone mysteriously hung up. When I called back and asked for a supervisor there wasn't no available (Surprise) and then she PROMISED that a supervisor would call me back and NOONE did.

Scam artist

I almost hate the day cell phones came out all because of Tmobile. They are scam artist and the only reason why they are still in business is because of that reason. This has got to be a government cover-up because I can't believe that a business like this can flurish if it wasn't! It's a crying shame when you are talking on your phone and it keep messing up and your caller say's "you must have tmobile" Seriously!!!!!!!!! I know for a FACT that customer service will lie and sell you phones and plans. You want to know how I know...........I WORKED FOR THEM! They don't even deserve a rating NOW THAT'S BAD:(!

Horrible Service

T-Mobile lied to me about my account. One person explained my bill pay very wrong. He made me think I was paying a month in advance. Then they explained to me I'm paying 5 days in advance but I'm billed late! Then when I decided to leave my post paid with them for prepaid because my service is horrible, it took a month for them to do anything. Not once did anybody let me talk to their supervisor. I was passed around the whole time. And when I told them that is not how you treat your customers, the guy told me he couldn't do anything for me. One time a lady told me that even though my data service at the moment said "E", it was the fastest they provided! Umm I thought you were a 4G company? E is the basic, the stone age time data speed. Way to know what you are selling! T-Mobile is horrible and I hope they get brought out by another company. Their employees don't know what they are doing and their customer service is pathetic.

Horrible Custmer Service

This company has really gone down hill...I too have had them for yrs. and agree with the person who daid it happened last 4-5 yrs. I went on this site to get Corporate headquarter phone number and the number they list for headquarters is wrong! It is Customer Care.. I have never seen so many bad reviews for a company..and I have never had more problems with any company in my life...I can't even go into all that has happened, as too much. But, an indication is I've had to go back to the store now 7 times in a week. I bought the extra insur. for my new phone and they had to replace it after a month...but they are not honoring what the insur. covers...It just goes on and on. I too, will be dropping T-Mobile. This rating is below a one.

Mischarged without contact or permission - promised help - lied to - minutes stolen - EXHAUSTED!!!

Paid with credit card. Started automatic withdrawal in April. July, T-Mobile charged credit card unauthorized $100.00 without contacting me??? Said automatic withdrawal didn't go through because no funds???? Absolute LIE - two accounts, both are kept high!!! They didn't know why I was charged. Started making up reasons and calls to and/or from #s never heard of - said they couldn't tell me if calls were outgoing or incoming. Started saying calls were lengthy. So obvious, because I so seldom used cell phone, and carried it mostly for "just in case" times. They tried to blame my husband for using it - NEVER, not even once! He can't see the keys. Promised "partial" refund but would deduct minutes - HUH? How is that a refund? Promised a "partial" refund but wouldn't take minutes - took minutes!!! On and on and on. Yelled, hollered, accused, lied, hung up, put me on terminal hold, transferred me around the world and back. Stopped automatic withdrawal first part of November - they took money Nov. 15! Called their collection Co. She said ,"Did you say you cancelled automatic?" YES! "Still on here." Received letter saying I had NO credit. Now I'm terrified as to what my credit record will show. Our credit is flawlessly high!!! Not sure what to do - am going to accelerate! Exhausted!!! Not giving up!
