My mother had ordered several orders of your pot stickers for her first grandchild's baby shower. She was late in picking them up and upon arrival to the restaurant she was told that they had been thrown out. After hearing about this I would be remiss if I did not let someone from the Friday's industry know of this issue. My mother was not even given the option to take the food home to be reheated nor was she given an explanation by a manager. I firmly believe that in this situation a manager should have spoken to her to let her know what had been done and why. My mother had been running around for days trying to make all the preparations for the party. Friday's was one stop on her list of many. I ask you this; what harm would it have caused if this Friday's held the food a little longer? My mother was not given any consideration that she may be running a little late. What happened to the customer coming first and being right? This situations maddens me for that fact that my mother was treated so poorly. She was counting on having the food to serve to her guests and was left with little time to find other options. Thankfully one of your competitors was more than accommodating in supplying a generous amount of their Southwest egg rolls at the last minute, Not to mention the pure waste of food. That is another issue in itself. It was disappointing having a restaurant I have enjoyed in the past drop the ball in this situation. In all honesty, this situation sours my desire to continue to frequent your establishment.

Went to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport for lunch. Came home checked my account and they billed someone else's lunch on my credit card. I call today give my tel # ask for a manager to call no call back. I call again placed on hold for 30min nobody picks up the phone. Trying to call a third time tel # is busy for hours. They have decided to mess with the wrong person do not ignore me and act like I'm the problem. I'm placing telephone calls on my money to fix a problem by overcharging me and my family.

I am in Panama and I visited Friday's restaurant located in El Centro Comercial Pueblo to watch the Soccer match between. England and the USA. They had all the flags of all the countries that had qualified to play the for the World Cup, some countrie had their flag flying in different areas thru the restaurant, Brasil and Argentina had at least 5 flags flying, England had at least three flag. Whar bother me the most was that not even one American flag was displayed. I called the bartender and I sarcastically asked him if the USA had qualified to play in South Africa. He said "of course, they are playing right now".I said, "where is the American flag.his excuse was that these came in a box and they forgot to include the Amercan flag. I believe you should have a tlked with them. I am sick and tired of this American Haters whi love American Franchises and they hate the USA that it blinds then to fly the American flag. I am writing this note to discuss the displeasure I have had during a recent visit at the Mishawaka TGIF. It was Friday and I decided to take my son out for lunch as a special occasion that he finished high school and was graduating on Saturday. Our meal we ordered was the Jack Daniels BBQ ribs and my son had the Jack Daniels chicken. The meal was delicious. My complaint was the portion size of the ribs. They gave me four ribs and charged me $9.99 for this meal. If I would of known that this was only 4 ribs I would of ordered a full slab for the $17.00. My son's meal was ok. I called the manager to complain, and ended up talking to the asst. manager on duty. The manager was busy on an interview. As I discussed my displeasure about my meal, she listened intensively. Afterward she said she would talk to the manager for compensation. A few days past and I did not hear from the asst or the manager. I called again and talked to the asst gave my story again and she said she would check into the status. I recently received my compensation which turned out to be a $8.00 gift certificate. I decided that I would prefer to return this amount and not be a client for life. TGIF needs to know high prices and lower food quantity equal a dissatisfied customer. No wonder the restaurant was over half empty. My recommendation is lower your prices or give more food for the value. You decide before it is too late.

I have been saving Gold Points at TGI Friday's for over 10 years and I just called to redeem them and they said, We are sorry that program no longer exists! What the heck?!? I gave TGI Friday's my loyalty for 10 years and they won't even as much as call me back or send a gift certificate for all my years of patronage? I had thousands of points on my card and now it doesn't exist? What a joke! This won't be the last of me TGI Friday's! I will contact ALL of my FB, Twitter, MySpace and email friends and tell them about what happened and ask them not to give you their business! And, rest assured, that this won't be the only thing I do to make sure your business decline!!!

I went to TGI in Greenbelt, MD. The service was awful. We asked for rush service our waitress said no problem. We ordered 4 12.99 lunch specials with appetizers, lunch and dessert. I asked if I could subsitute the brownie dessert and I was told yes for 1.99. The waitress came back and said the mananger on duty today will not allow her to do it even though the mananger from the previous day did. The appetizers came out fast but not the rest. Our waitress never came back to fill our drinks during the waiting time. We asked the waitress to please pack one of our desserts to go, but for some reason she packed them all up included the brownie dessert. However, the brownie dessert did not include any hot fudge. The check came and we were charged for 5 meals. Asked her to fix and asked for a manager, which he never came and that took 20 minutes. I then went and to find the manager he said he would be right with me let me deliver this food. On his way back to me his employee called and proceeded to ask me to wait. This was rude I'm the paying customer not the employee. Our total time at lunch during working hours was 1 hour and 30 minutes after we asked for rush service. Thanks TGI for not rushing our order and not giving us great customer service. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but they had plenty of empty seats. Horrible experience will never go back.

my husband and i were subcontractors for a man who cleans tgi fridays in robinson twp. pa.after working for 27 days in a row busting our buts for these people and for the store, we were even told by the gm. what a good job we did,for 27 days straight. the man whom we contracted the job from did not pay us anything for all the work we did 27 days straight. the manager sherry was so rude to us and told this was our problem.we were not asking her to pay us directly only to acknowledge we had done the work,which she witnessed for 27 days straight. how fridays can allow thieves to work in their resteraunt is beyond this man and his wife scam artists. i plan on telling anyone who listen and even those who dont wantincluding the judge what fridays is a part of.

This is my third time eating at T.G.I's in Orlando, FL and I have never had a problem until today!! First, my daughter (3yrs old.) had a kids pizza came out burnt, when they brought another one after 10 mins. her pizza was under cooked and still cold. Secondly my brothers steak came out rare when he asked for medium. Thirdly, My sizzling chicken and shrimp came out not sizzling... but the WORST PART is that half way done with my meal I took a bite of my mashed potato and bit into a little piece of metal!!! They told me it was probably from the mashed potato scooper they used. WOW, The most horrible food experience ever, and I never complained before this is my 1st worst experience. I had to order my daughter mac and cheese because she was starving from waiting so long for the bad pizzas that kept coming out! Never again will I be going to this restaurant.

OUR FIRST VISIT TO TGIF FRIDAYS WAS TODAY JUNE5,2010 AT 7PM SAT THE CASTELTON LOCATION. WE WHERE SEATED ACROSS FROM A TABLE OF UNSUPERVISED KIDS WHOS PARENTS WERE SEATED IN THE CAFE. THE KIDS WERE VERY LOUD AND UNRULY, BANGING THEIR KNIVES ON THE TABLE WE ASKED TO BE MOVED FROM THAT AREA AN DID SO, BUT THE WAITRESS WAS JUST AS BAD AS THE KIDS SHOUTING AN THROWING NAPKINS BACK AT THE CHILDREN, THE PARENTS NOT ONCE WAS TOLD OF THE CHILDRENS BEHAVYOR. For over 20 years I had been a loyal patron of TGI Fridays. I organized my fellow coworkers to meet for Happy hour there almost every friday,(even though they don't reserve tables)we waited and they counted on us being there.I have had Biethday, anniversaries, and other get togethers there....keeping in mind of all the "gold points" I'd be earning.It started with a Fridays leather jacket I was saving for...then when I finally earned the points, they discontinued the apparel from the points catalogue, but they had trips,rooms,and all these other nice things to save for. I dutifully saved and saved and forgone using them for dinner certificates and so forth to keep accumilating points for something really big or worthwhile.After 20 years of saving I accumuled THOUSANDS of points!Last week I was told by the waitperson the program had been terminated and I should,ve got an email ( I did'nt), and that my points could no longer be redeemed. At that moment I got physically ill and had to leave immediately.I know I've lost at the very least hundreds of dollars in dinner certificates,forget about a trip or any merchandise.Today I sent my now worthless fridays card to the COO at Headquarters along with a personal letter in hopes to get a reply. Before I bad mouth them I will await a response.Meanwhile I cant even look at the Fridays restraunt as I pass by from work.

The service that I received at the Friday's in Laurel, Md on 5/22/10 was unacceptable. The server named Ryan was incompetent when it came to the checks. He returned to the table 5 times with items on my tab that did not belong to me. The manager came to the table but was not helpful. His attitude about the situation was very unprofessional. I had to manually scratch out items that did not belong to me. After approximately 45 mins the problem still wasn't fully resolved. To top off the whole situation my card was charged 65.00 when I only signed for 25.60. With that being said i feel as though i am a victim of robbery. I am not pleased with how the situation is being handled. No one mentioned anything about compensation for my inconvenience. Due to this problem i will no longer be a patron of your company. It is sad to say because Friday's is one of my favorite restaurants.

Sir before join your restaurant i declared in the front of your H.R deppt. That i have no I.D proof, i have only college us I.D., I have no driving license, no passport, and no pan card. But I have applying for election card. Sir on the behalf of college us I.D no any bank is ready for opening the saving a/c. Sir so I cannot open own saving a/c in any bank. After than how it is possible to cash the check that is given by Bristo hospitality pvt. Ltd. Sir I had request to your H.R deppt. + own associate general manager regarding this matter, but they directly refused. They directly said we are sorry. Sir now you tell me please why any person in this world do work? If I do not cash this check than who give me money for food & accommodation. No any body will help me except you. Sir you known every thing are happen on money. I face a lot of problem due to your company rule regulation. I am very upset for this. Your H.R deppt. Know every thing, after than they do …….. I was in Fridays in Freehold NJ about one month ago ordered a dish that had HAIR in it I was complely grossed out the manager gave me a free meal to cone back so tonight I decided ti give them a second chance well I sat at a table for15 min complely being ignored so I left I will NEVER go there again free meal or not

Last Friday a few friends and myself decited to visit one of your restaurants. We went over to TGI in Cerritos, CA. The worst experience ever. First we arrived and were told it would take 30 minutes for us to be seated. I was ok with that until we had been sitting there almost an hour and no seats even thought there was a few open tables.I had a few family members visiting from Mexico. Unfortunately my cousin only has a Mexico ID card. I was very upset when the waiter refused to serve him alcohol only because it wasn't a California ID. We felt very discriminated and disapointed. When asked to speak to the manager she gave us a very bad attitude. When we tryed to reason with her about the ID she responded with, "In Mexico you could drink when your 14". What does that have to do with the fact that hes 22 and of egal age to drink. She then said that corporate didn't alow them to take his ID. Eighter way it was very disapointing. I will never go back to TGI Friday. It was supposed to be a great night out for drink, thank god we left that restaurant we ended up having a lot more fun even thought we drove an extra hour we received top of the line serviceat a very nice restaurant.

Today the 10th of May down in San Pedro Sula ,Honduras at rest. # 1325 we ordered ribs. They were rotten My wife got sick and started throwing up. They said that we could order something else so we ordered steak instead. We waited 3 hours for the food and I finaly had to go talk to the manager. In the mean time the service was horrible. No Drinks or anything the whole time we waited for our second plate. After 3 hours we finaly got our food. It was so bad that we couldn't even eat it all. I ask for the bill and they tried to charge me for all the rotten ribs and everything. Manager Saydi Pineda would not work with me on anything. The only thing she did was take 10% off and took the tip off. I am very disapointed and have no plans of ever eating at TGI again. I hate to complain and actually this is the first time I have ever complained about bad service and food. This was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had anywhere. If something isnt done TGI will go bankrupt. I used to be a big fan of TGIs but that has come to an end. I really hate that it has come to this.

THE WORST customer service I have ever seen!!! I went to Fridays in Long Beach, CA located at the towne center with about 25 people for a bday party on Wed 4/7/10.The manager Rick first tried to give away our table before we even got in and more than half or our party was present, and the lobby had plenty of tables available in the lobby and there was no one in line. Then as we were seated and ordering drinks 2 girls came in who were not apart of our party and started drinking near the section where we were seated. The manager accussed us of under age drinking after the waiter had already carded us and then took our drink orders. From there the customer service went further down. Instead of kicking the two girls out he kicked out the whole party and said he didn't care if we left! How horrible! we were never greeted by this manager and he was rude to begin with. He must or had a bad day! So we took our over $500 order down the street to BJ's who was more than happy to accomodate to our needs. Our table was ready in 20 min and in short notice! All of 25 people even got their foor within 20 min. Excellent service from BJ's! I will never step foot back in TGI Fridays due to the poor management staff and embarrassment we received for no reason!
